However, in the above-mentioned conventional method, since the waterproof sheet fixing tool is covered with the waterproof sheet and the surface to be laid in a hermetically sealed state, the evaporation of water contained in the surface to be laid is carried out. It is inevitable that moisture will be trapped between the waterproof sheet and the surface to be laid due to the effect of condensation and dew condensation, resulting in a high humidity condition. This humid condition does not cause a problem with respect to the adhesiveness between the waterproof sheet fixing tool, that is, the hot-melt heat-welding resin layer laminated on the surface of the disc-shaped steel sheet and the waterproof sheet, but it does not affect the disc-shaped steel sheet and its surface. The adhesive strength with the laminated hot-melt heat-welding resin is reduced. For this reason, there is a concern that the waterproof sheet may be peeled off and blown off from the waterproof sheet fixture when the waterproof sheet is subjected to wind sway over time.

Therefore, the waterproof sheet is fixed by using a vinyl chloride coated steel sheet having a structure similar to that of the waterproof sheet fixing device (a steel sheet whose surface is coated with a soft vinyl chloride resin, commonly referred to as "vinyl chloride steel sheet"). Although it is possible to make a tool, since the melting temperature (gelling temperature) is higher than that of vinyl chloride resin, induction heating time is extended compared to the case where hot-melt heat-sealing resin is laminated on the upper surface of steel sheet. In addition to inferior properties, induction heating until the vinyl chloride resin coating the surface of the steel plate gels causes the steel plate to rise to a temperature above the melting temperature (gelling temperature) of the vinyl chloride resin, resulting in , The adhesive strength of the vinyl chloride resin layer to the steel plate is reduced, and even if the waterproof sheet is heat-welded to the vinyl chloride resin film of the waterproof sheet fixture (steel plate), the waterproof sheet remains solid. There is a problem that the easily peeled from the ingredients.

The fixing plate 1 fixed to the surface C to be laid is not particularly limited, but it is in a high humidity state such as a stainless steel plate or a steel plate which has been subjected to anticorrosion treatment such as zinc / aluminum / magnesium plating or zinc plating. Also, a steel plate that is resistant to rust is preferably used. Further, the fixing plate 1 is formed to have the same thickness and shape as the steel plate used in the conventional waterproof sheet fixing device of this type. That is, for example, the thickness is about 0.6 to 1 mm, and the shape is arbitrary, such as a plate shape formed in a square shape having a square shape or a rectangular shape, a disk shape formed in a circular shape or an elliptical shape shape, and a size. The screw fixing hole 3 of the waterproof sheet fixing tool A is preferably formed so that the head portion D'of the fixing screw D does not protrude from the waterproof sheet fixing tool A. Further, the peripheral edge on the back side of the fixing plate 1 is formed. The edges are preferably formed by slightly bending inward for reinforcement. Then, the welding layer 2 is formed on the fixed plate 1.
In the case of integrally laminating, the fixing plate 1 may be punched before or after punching into a predetermined shape, but in consideration of productivity, it is better to punch and form the welding layer 2 after laminating.

The thermoplastic synthetic resin used for the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 directly laminated on the upper surface of the fixing plate 1 includes polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, EEA (ethylene ethyl acrylate), etc. Examples of the olefin resin, vinyl chloride resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin, urethane resin and the like. These thermoplastic synthetic resins are laminated and integrated on the upper surface of the fixing plate 1 to a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm by a known method such as a paste sol coating coating method or a sheet laminating method to obtain a thermoplastic synthetic resin. Layer 21 is formed. If the thickness of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 is less than 0.1 mm, the required adhesive strength cannot be obtained,
If it is thicker than 0.5 mm, the conductivity of heat from the fixed plate 1 becomes slower, so that it is necessary to lengthen the heating time, which leads to poor workability. In addition, if the heating time becomes long, the temperature of the fixing plate 1 becomes too high, and peeling may occur between the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 and the fixing plate 1. Therefore, it is preferably about 0.5 mm at the maximum. At this time, as a rustproofing treatment for the fixing plate 1, it is preferable that the thermoplastic synthetic resin is laminated and integrated on the back surface to a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm.

The hot-melt type heat-welding material layer 22 which is heat-welded to the waterproof sheet B side includes ethylene vinyl acetate type resin, olefin type resin, polyester type resin, polyamide resin, synthetic rubber and the like. However, in use, a material whose melting temperature is lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 is selected. That is, for example, when the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 is formed of a vinyl chloride resin or a polyester resin, a polyester resin having a lower melting point than that of the hot melt thermal adhesive material layer 22 is used. The hot-melt heat-welding material layer 22 has a surface area of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 of 0.05 to
Laminated to a thickness of 0.3 mm. If the thickness of the hot-melt heat-welding material layer 22 is too thin (thinner than 0.05 mm), unwelded portions due to shrinkage voids are likely to occur during melting, and if it is too thick (thicker than 0.3 mm), the waterproof sheet during melting. Not only is it wrinkled easily, but it takes time to melt and cool, and the workability deteriorates.

When the melting temperature of the hot-melt type heat-welding material layer 22 is equal to or higher than the melting temperature of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21, the hot-melt type heat-welding material layer 22 is used.
Since the adhesion failure between the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 and the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 and the adhesion failure between the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 and the fixing plate 1 may occur, the melting temperature of the hot-melt heat-welding material layer 22 is set to the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21. It is preferable to lower the melting point of 21 to 20 ° C. to 50 ° C. Because, when the induction heating is performed by the induction heating device, the heat is generated by the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21.
Since the temperature is transmitted to the hot-melt type heat-welding material layer 21 from the above, if the melting temperatures are close to each other, the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 22 melts and the base material cannot be maintained. The better is the difference. At this time, the surface temperature of the waterproof sheet may rise to about 80 ° C. in the summer environment, and when the hot-melt heat-welding material layer 22 melts at this temperature, the adhesiveness decreases and the waterproof sheet fixture A Since the waterproof sheet B may be easily peeled off, the melting point of the hot-melt heat-welding material layer 22 is preferably 100 ° C. or higher and 140 ° C. or lower.

When the hot-melt heat-welding material layer 22 is laminated on the upper surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21, the hot-melt heat-welding material is heated and melted at 100 to 150 ° C.
The thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 2 is obtained by passing the fixing plate 1 formed by laminating the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 in advance between the rolls.
1 is formed by laminating a hot-melt type heat-welding material layer 22 on the upper surface of 1, or a solution obtained by dissolving the hot-melt type heat-welding material in a solvent such as methyl ethyl ketone, tetrahydrofuran, cyclohexanone, or toluene is used as the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21.
The hot-melt type heat-welding material layer 22 is laminated and formed on the upper surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 by applying it on the upper surface and drying it.

Even if a waterproof sheet made of a soft vinyl chloride resin is welded to a waterproof sheet fixture A formed by laminating heat-welding materials while heating it to about 200 ° C., the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 21 is peeled from the fixing plate 1. It was confirmed that the adhesiveness was so good that there was no such a case, and no decrease in adhesion was observed even when it was immersed in warm water at 60 ° C. for 168 hours, and both heat resistance and water resistance were excellent. From this, soft vinyl chloride resin coated steel sheet (commonly called PVC steel sheet)
A waterproof sheet fixture A formed by laminating a hot-melt polyester resin (hot-melt heat-sealing material layer 22) on the surface of the sheet
Is excellent in water resistance, a vinyl chloride resin waterproof sheet B is placed on the waterproof sheet fixing tool A, and fusion-bonding is performed from above the waterproof sheet B with an induction heating device to obtain hot melt on the surface of the waterproof sheet fixing tool A. Water resistance deterioration of the polyester resin (hot-melt heat-sealing material layer 22) melted and welded to the waterproof sheet B is much less than that of the fixing plate 1 directly laminated with the hot-melt polyester resin, which is a waterproof sheet. It was confirmed that the durability of the construction method of fixing the fixture A to the laying target surface C in advance was significantly improved.
