Abstract
Description
【0001】

かかる無線通話装置の他の例としては、PHS(Personal Handyphone System)端末、小型特定無線装置等がある。

The present invention relates to a hands-free call system, a method for setting a ring tone in a hands-free call system, and a method for reproducing a ring tone in a hands-free call system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a mobile phone terminal is used in a car, a hands-free communication system for hands-free connection is used. This hands-free communication system has a mobile phone fixture for hands-free communication for mounting / fixing a mobile phone terminal, for example, and the mobile phone fixture is provided with a connector. This connector is connected to one end of a cable, and the other end of the cable is connected to an in-vehicle audio device that supports hands-free communication. A microphone for voice input is connected to the mobile phone terminal or the on-vehicle acoustic device.
[0003]
With the above configuration, when an incoming call arrives at the mobile phone terminal, the set predetermined ringtone can be output from a speaker attached to the vehicle-mounted acoustic device. In addition, even when a call is made, the voice of the other party can be output from the speaker. In a call state, the user's own voice can be input from a microphone.
[0004]
As described above, in the current hands-free call system, when an incoming call arrives at the mobile phone terminal mounted on the mobile phone fixture, the ring tone set on the mobile phone terminal is attached to the vehicle-mounted audio device. It is configured to be output from a speaker.
[0005]
FIG. 11 shows an execution procedure of the device in the hands-free communication system. In the example shown in FIG. 11, it is first detected whether or not there is an incoming call to the mobile phone terminal, and if it is detected, information on a disc such as a CD currently being reproduced, a track No., and a track No. The playback time is stored in the memory. After that, the source of the on-vehicle audio device is switched to the mobile phone terminal, and if it is determined that the on-hook operation has been performed, a hands-free call state is set. Then, in this hands-free call state, it is detected whether or not the call has ended, and when it is determined that the call has ended, the source of the vehicle-mounted audio device is replaced with the previous reproduction source stored in the memory. return. Further, as a conventional example of outputting a ringtone set in a mobile phone terminal from an in-vehicle acoustic device, there is one described in JP-A-2002-44188. The prior art described in this publication discloses a technique in which, when a mobile phone terminal receives an incoming call, a ringing signal at the time of the incoming call is transmitted by bypassing the DSP.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-44188 A (see FIG. 1, paragraphs 0014 and 0017)
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional configuration as described above, when an incoming call arrives at the mobile phone terminal, only the ring tone recorded / set in the mobile phone terminal can be used. For this reason, usable ringtones are limited. In addition, some old-generation mobile phone terminals can reproduce only a predetermined bell sound and do not have a ring tone melody function that uses music as a ring tone. In such a model, there is a problem that a favorite incoming melody cannot be used.
[0009]
Furthermore, what can be used as a ringing melody is limited by the function of the mobile phone terminal. In other words, music that can be used as a ringing melody is limited in terms of its reproducibility, reproduction time, and the like, due to the circuit configuration, memory, and other capabilities of the mobile phone terminal.
[0010]
Also, the ring tone of the mobile phone terminal has a lower sound quality as compared with the case where music data recorded on various media is reproduced in an in-vehicle audio device. For example, in a mobile phone terminal capable of reproducing 16 chords, the incoming melody to be reproduced is limited to 16 chords or less, and in a mobile telephone terminal capable of reproducing 40 chords, the incoming melody to be reproduced is limited to 40 chords or less. For this reason, in an on-vehicle audio device, if a mobile phone terminal receives a call during a performance, the sound quality of the ringtone may be low.
[0011]
The present invention has been made based on the above circumstances, and aims to use a source other than a wireless communication device as a ringing melody, and to provide a hands-free communication system capable of reproducing a high-quality ringing melody. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for reproducing a ring tone in a hands-free communication system.

In the incoming melody selecting step, after the source is stored by the source information storing step, the music of the source has From the ringtone melody corresponding to the specific phone number to be played, and in the ringtone melody information storage step, the information on the ringtone melody to be played back corresponding to the specific phone number selected in the ringtone melody selection step is selected. Is stored in the ringtone melody storage area of the memory in association with a specific telephone number. Than it is.
[0022]
Still further, in another invention in addition to the above-mentioned inventions, in the source selection step, it is possible to select the source having an incoming melody corresponding to each of the plurality of specific telephone numbers, and to store source information. In the step, the source having an incoming melody corresponding to a plurality of specific telephone numbers can be stored in association with each of the plurality of specific telephone numbers. In the incoming melody selection step, a specific After the source for the telephone number is stored, from among the pieces of music possessed by the source, a melody to be played as the ring melody corresponding to each of the specific telephone numbers is selected. In the ring melody information storing step, the ring melody selection is performed. Information about the ringtone to be played selected in the step is stored for multiple specific phone numbers. It is intended to be stored in the incoming melody storage area in association with another.

If it is determined in step S5 that the selection of the music has not been completed (No), the process returns to step S4, and the selection of the music to be set as the ringing melody is continued.
[0046]
When it is determined in step S6 that only a part of the music has been selected (in the case of Yes), the music selected as the ringing melody is reproduced (step S7). Subsequently, it is detected whether or not the reproduction has been completed (step S8), and if it is determined that the reproduction has not been completed yet (No), it is determined whether or not a click operation has been subsequently performed. Is performed (step S9). In this click operation, among the operation switches 34, there is a switch (details not shown) used for storing the music, and by clicking the music storage switch (not shown), the start or end address of the music is stored. Is executed.

However, for example, by using a touch panel of a video device or a navigation device interlocked with the in-
[0048]
If it is determined in step S9 that a click operation has been performed (Yes), it is subsequently detected whether or not the click operation is the first time (step S10). In this detection, if it is determined that this is the first time (in the case of Yes), the start address information when starting from the middle of the music is stored in the start address storage area 51 (step S11; incoming melody information) Part of the memory step). That is, in the first click operation, the start address from the middle of the music is stored in the start address storage area 51. Then, after the address information is stored in the start address storage area 51, the process returns to step S8 to detect whether or not the reproduction is completed.
[0049]
If it is desired to store the first part of the music, the operation is performed by performing a click operation before step S7 is started. If it is determined in step S9 that the click operation has not been performed (No), the process returns to step S8 to determine whether or not the reproduction has ended, and the determination from step S8 to step S9 is continued. I do.
[0050]
If it is determined in step S10 that the click operation is not the first time operation (No; that is, if the click operation is the second time operation or later), the process proceeds to D in FIG. Then, the ending address information in the middle of the music is stored (step S12; a part of the ringing melody information storing step). That is, the first click operation is for storing the start address from the middle, and the second and subsequent (mainly the second) click operations are for storing the end address halfway.
[0051]
As a result, the start address information from the middle of the music as the ringing melody and the end address information from the middle are stored in the start address information storage area 51 and the end address
[0052]
Subsequent to step S12, the number of click operations is cleared (step S13), and subsequently, reproduction of the incoming melody is stopped (step S14). Thereafter, by returning the source to the one before the incoming melody setting (step S15), a series of the incoming melody setting operation ends. In this way, even when only a part of the music is set as the ringing melody, the setting is made.
[0053]
When it is detected in step S8 that the reproduction has been completed (in the case of Yes), the process proceeds to C in FIG. 4, and it is determined whether the number of clicks is one (click number = 1). ?) Is determined (step S20). When it is determined that the number of clicks is one or not (in the case of Yes), a part from the middle of the music to the final position is used as the ringing melody. Therefore, the end address information of the reproduced music is stored in the end address storage area 52 (step S21; a part of the ringing melody information storing step). As a result, midway start address information of the song as the ringing melody and final address information of the song are stored in the start address storage area 51 and the end
[0054]
In this case, only the start address information by the click operation is stored in advance. In such a case, the next click operation is not performed until the reproduction of the music ends, and the final address information is not stored. For this reason, the performance end position is automatically stored as the final address information after the reproduction of the music is completed.
[0055]
Subsequently, the number of click operations is cleared (step S22), and after this clearing, the process proceeds to step S15, where the source is returned to the one before the incoming melody setting. Since the reproduction has already been completed in step S8, the process does not return to step S14.
[0056]
Also, in step S6, when it is determined that the incoming melody is not a part of the selected music and is the whole music, or in step S20, it is determined that the number of clicks is not one (in the case of No). If the number of clicks is zero or more), then the start address storage area 51 stores the start address information of the song selected as the ringing melody (step S30; a part of the ringing melody information storing step). ).
[0057]
In the case of No in step S6, the process proceeds from FIG. 3 to FIG. 4B in the flowcharts shown in FIG. 3 and FIG.
[0058]
In step S30, after the start address information is stored, the end address information of the selected music piece is stored in the end address storage area 52 (step S31; a part of the ringing melody information storing step). Thereafter, the number of click operations is cleared (step S32), and thereafter, as in step S22 described above, the process proceeds to step S15, and the source is returned to the one before the incoming melody setting.
[0059]
Here, in step S20, the case where the number of clicks is not one means that a part of the music is initially set as a ringing melody, but the clicking operation is not performed at all for some reason and the start address in the middle of the music is actually set. This is the case where the information is not stored in the start address storage area 51 (when the click operation is not performed; No in Step S9), or when the number of clicks is set to 0 or plural times due to an error. In this case, as in the case of No in step S6, the entirety of the specified music is set as the ringing melody.

Next, the operation of the hands-

Thereafter, a search is made for the start address of the music piece stored as the ringing melody in the source (step S43; start address search step). This search is performed based on the track information of the CD or MD, for example, in the case of a CD or MD. After the search, the music data is reproduced as an incoming melody (step S44; reproduction step). Thereafter, it is determined whether or not an on-hook operation has been performed (step S45; on-hook operation detection step). Here, the on-hook operation refers to an operation for establishing a connection (call) between the

Here, when the connection (call) of the
[0066]
If it is determined in step S45 that the on-hook operation has not been performed (No), subsequently, it is detected whether or not the reproduction of the incoming melody has been completed up to the end address (step S50). In this detection, when it is determined that the reproduction has been completed (in the case of Yes), the process returns to step S43, and the procedure after the search for the start address of the incoming melody is repeated. If it is determined that the reproduction of the incoming melody has not been completed up to the end address (No), the process returns to step S44 to continue the reproduction of the music data.
[0067]
Here, in the hands-free call state, it is continuously detected whether or not the call is ended (step S48; call end detecting step). Then, when it is determined that the call has ended (in the case of Yes), the
