Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a movable article stack having a loading section for storing articles.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional loading body is constituted by a square frame, and a flat top plate and a bottom plate are installed on a horizontal surface in the frame body, and a flat shelf plate is installed on the frame as needed, A shelf portion was formed by the shelf plate and the bottom plate, and an article was placed on the shelf portion.
[0003]
Articles placed on the shelf are packed in bags, boxes, or other packing materials to prevent vibration, shock, dust, etc., and to maintain quality. A suitable dedicated jig was required.
[0004]
Further, in the case where a swivel caster is attached to the bottom plate of the article loading table, the article is placed on a shelf portion composed of a shelf plate and a bottom plate, and the article is held in the frame. Was able to turn and move toward the predetermined place by the casters. At this time, in order to prevent the articles from dropping off from the shelf of the frame, the front of the article storage section of the frame surrounds the shelf with a rubber belt or the like, and the door can be opened and closed to install the door. Was.
[0005]
In addition, in the conventional production of various products, mass production is generally performed by a production line using a conveyor or the like, and therefore, in order to supply the products to the line, the products are transported from a load conveyed near the production line. Then, after unpacking, unpacking, rearranging for the conveyor, and supplying to the line, the load functioned as a return box for moving goods.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When articles are transported using a conventional load, it is necessary to pack the articles in order to protect and fix the articles from the transport and holding state. However, the packing material is unnecessary at the time of work after transport, and it is an object of the present invention to reduce the amount of packing material that eventually becomes waste and to maintain the quality of the articles.
[0007]
Further, in the conventional loading body, a jig is provided for fixing the article to the shelf, so that one loading body is dedicated to one article. Such a loading body dedicated to each article is not suitable for a small-lot, multi-product manufacturing site as at present, and lacks versatility.
[0008]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a supply method that eliminates waste as a packaging material and saves work waste, maintains quality by using the supply method, and provides versatility to a load.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Functions / Effects]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the bag-shaped stack of the present invention is provided with a predetermined number of support portions for supporting a flexible sheet-like or net-like member at the upper part in the frame, and the sheet-like or net-like member is provided in the frame. A loading portion is formed by a concave portion of a sheet-like or net-like member that is supported by a predetermined number of provided supporting portions and is formed between adjacent supporting portions, and an article is placed on the loading portion. .
[0010]
The flexible sheet-like or net-like member functioning as the article holding means is supported by an adjacent support portion, so that the sheet-like or net-like member forms a bent concave portion to form a loading portion, and the article is formed. When placed on the stacking portion of the sheet or net-like member, the deflection of the sheet or net-like member conforms to the shape of the pin and the tensioned object due to the weight of the article. As described above, the article can be positioned and fixed by the deflection and flexibility of the sheet-like or net-like member constituting the loading section, and the shape of the applicable article can be given a degree of freedom.
[0011]
Further, the loading portion of the sheet-like or net-like member is formed by connecting a number of concave portions to form a loading portion by a predetermined number of support portions, and even when the concave portion of the loading portion shakes, the adjacent concave portion is also formed. Since the articles swing in the same direction, the articles can be prevented from colliding with each other, and even if the recesses come into contact with each other, the sheet-like or net-like member can reduce the impact.
[0012]
Further, a horizontal member is arranged at the same height at the front and rear portions of the frame body, a predetermined number of support members for supporting the loading portion between the front and rear horizontal members are provided as support portions, and the side ends of the loading portion are provided. By fixing to the side of the frame, a sheet-like or net-like member as a loading portion can be suspended from between the support members. By using the horizontal member in this manner, the upper portion of the loading section is opened, and it is easy to put articles in and out of the loading section.
[0013]
Also, a flat horizontal support plate is provided in the frame body, a predetermined number of support members for supporting the loading portion are provided as support portions on the lower surface of the horizontal support plate, and side ends of the loading portion are fixed to the horizontal support plate. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which a sheet-like member or a net-like member serving as a loading portion is suspended from between the support members. By using a flat horizontal support plate in this way, the horizontal support plate can be used not only to support the sheet-like or net-like member, but also as a shelf on which articles are placed, thereby increasing the load capacity. .
[0014]
Further, the support member supporting the loading portion may be configured by a beam or a string-shaped member, and the beam or the string-shaped member may be configured to be installed across the front part and the rear part of the frame.
[0015]
As described above, by using a beam or a string-like member installed between the front part and the rear part of the frame as a support member for supporting the frame and the sheet-like or net-like member, the support member becomes a sheet-like member. Alternatively, the entire short-side portion of the mesh member can be supported, and the loading portion can be stabilized. In addition, the beam can make the supporting member stronger than the string-shaped member, and the loading portion can be made more stable. In addition, when the string-shaped member is used, the weight of the entire frame can be reduced.
[0016]
Further, the support member supporting the loading portion is constituted by a plurality of hooks installed, and a plurality of holes are formed at the end on the long side of the sheet-like or net-like member, and the plurality of hooks are formed by a predetermined number of holes. The sheet-like or net-like member can be configured to be supported by the location engagement.
[0017]
As described above, a plurality of hooks are provided at the front and rear portions of the frame as a support member for supporting the frame and the sheet-like or net-like member, and the hook is provided at the long side end of the sheet-like or net-like member. The sheet-like member or the mesh-like member can be reliably supported by the frame by forming a plurality of holes that engage with the hook and engaging the hook with an arbitrary hole. Further, since the hook is engaged with the hole, the sheet-like or net-like member can be easily removed from the hook. By changing the engagement position between the hook and the hole, the concave portion formed by the sheet-like member can be easily adjusted to the shape of the article, and the degree of freedom in the size of the loading portion with respect to the size of the article is increased. You can have. Furthermore, unlike the case where the sheet-like member is placed and supported like the beam, the support portion by the engagement between the hook and the hole is securely supported by the hole and the hook of the sheet-like member itself. The supporting position of the concave portion of the sheet member is fixed and does not change. Therefore, even if the weight of an article placed in the recess is different from that of the adjacent article in the adjacent recess formed by the sheet-shaped member, and the force applied to the sheet-shaped member is different in the adjacent recess, the hook and the hole are not connected to each other. Adjacent concave portions of the sheet-like member supported by the engagement support portion can maintain a preset shape.
[0018]
Further, the support member supporting the loading portion is constituted by a beam installed across the front and rear portions of the frame, and the material of the beam is an elastic member, so that when the loading portion receives an impact, The beam that supports the beam flexes and absorbs the impact, and the elastic force of the beam and the flexibility of the sheet-like or net-like member that is the material of the loading section can absorb the vibrations and impacts received by the loading section. Protect the goods placed on
[0019]
In addition, the connecting portion between the horizontal member or the horizontal support plate and the support member disposed on the frame body may include a slide unit that allows the support member to move and be fixed. By moving the position of the beams and hooks constituting the support member to the left and right by the sliding means and fixing the same, the degree and the number of the concave portions can be freely adjusted according to the articles mounted on the loading portion. This makes it possible to increase the versatility of the articles placed on the loading section.
[0020]
Further, the sheet-like or net-like member is attached to a frame via the support member, and the frame is configured by a combination of a plurality of components, and the plurality of components are rotatable connecting portions. While being connected, the connecting portion has a fixing means, and the plurality of constituent members from which the fixing means has been removed are turned around the connecting portion and folded.
[0021]
That is, at the time of folding the frame, first, the sheet-like or net-like member constituting the loading section is folded or removed together with a support member such as a beam, and then the fixing means of the component of the frame is removed to be rotatable. The constituent members of the frame are folded by a simple connecting means. Conventional foldable article stacks have problems when folded due to the presence of shelves and jigs made of metal or resin, but the bag-shaped stack of the present invention is flexible. Can be folded together, and when it is removed and folded, it becomes two parts, the frame part and the loading part including the support member, so that the loading efficiency can be increased when carrying the bag-shaped loading body by vehicle etc. Yes, it can reduce the weight.
[0022]
On the other hand, the unpacked articles are placed on the stacking portion of the sheet-like or net-like member, and the unstacked articles are transferred directly to the workplace by the casters provided at the lower portion of the bag-shaped stacking body. The above-mentioned bag-shaped stack can be used as it is as a supply shelf for articles.
[0023]
Therefore, due to the significance of the sheet-like or net-like member constituting the loading section, the article can be transported in a bare state, that is, in a state where packing materials such as bags and boxes are eliminated, and the quality of the article can be maintained. There is no need to pack.
[0024]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0025]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which a horizontal member 2 is disposed on a pillar 4 of a frame constituting a bag-shaped stack 100 at an upper end and an intermediate portion of a long side of the frame in front and rear. The frame of the bag-shaped loader 100 is provided with legs 7 at the four corners on the lower surface of the flat plate-shaped bottom plate 6, and the height of the bottom plate 6 is set so as not to hinder the forklift claw when the bag-shaped loader 100 is moved. Is provided. The pillars 4 are erected from the four corners of the bottom plate 6. The pillars 4 are formed so as to extend over the front and rear horizontal members 2, two each at the upper end and the middle of the short side of the frame body at an angle (L-shaped steel). The side frame 5 formed in (1) is fixed to form the side surface of the frame. As shown in FIG. 1, the loading portion 102 for accommodating the article 101 is formed of a flexible sheet-like member 1 and, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. The horizontal member 2 and the beam 3 constitute a supporting member that is a supporting portion of the sheet-like member 1. Both sides of the sheet-like member 1 are fixed on the side frame 5 and are located on the beams 3 constituting the support portion, so that the sheet-like member 1 can be hung from between two adjacent beams 3. The stacking portion 102 is formed by a portion of the sheet-like member 1 bent in a concave shape.
[0026]
Assuming that the arrangement direction of the horizontal member 2 of the frame is the horizontal direction and the arrangement direction of the beams 3 is the vertical direction, the length of the sheet-like member 1 in the vertical direction is determined according to the length of the beams 3 in the vertical direction. The length of the sheet-like member 1 in the horizontal direction is determined in consideration of the height of the loading portion 102 formed by the sheet-like member 1 and the number of the recesses 103 of the sheet-like member 1 formed between the adjacent beams 3. 103 is set to bend sufficiently. Then, the sheet-like member 1 whose both ends are fixed to the side frame 5 is inserted so that the concave portion 103 is formed between the beams 3 so as to bend sufficiently, and then the sheet is inserted between the adjacent beams 3 in the same manner. The stacking portion 102 is formed by repeating the operation of inserting the shaped member 1 and connecting the concave portions 103. Further, when a plurality of stacking sections 102 are formed in the frame, the stacking sections 102 can be formed in the other stacking sections 102 by forming the recesses 103 in the sheet-like member 1 and connecting them.
[0027]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the lateral ends of the sheet-like member 1 are fixed to the side frames 5 attached to the columns 4, and both ends of the side frames 5 are fixed to the columns 4. In addition, the sheet-like member 1 cannot be removed unless the fixing means for fixing the side frame 5 and the column 4 is removed, but when the beam 3 is detachably attached from the horizontal member 2, the beam 3 adjacent to the side frame 5 The end of the sheet-like member 1 may be fixed to the horizontal member 2 by removing the beam 3 to which the end of the sheet-like member 1 is fixed, so that the entire sheet-like member 1 can be removed. When the article is stored for a long time in a state of being mounted, the entire frame may be covered with the article to protect the article from dust.
[0028]
In the present embodiment, a sheet-like cloth material is used for the sheet-like member 1 serving as the loading portion. However, a net-like member using a thread material instead of the cloth material can also perform the same function. Alternatively, when the article 101 is not loaded, each loading portion 102 forms a flexure concave portion 103 by its own weight when the article 101 is not placed. However, at the time of article loading, the article 101 moves with respect to the sheet-like member 1 or the net-like member due to its own weight. By applying tension downward, the bent portion conforms to the shape of the pin and the upholstered article 101, whereby the article 101 can be positioned and fixed so that the article 101 can be held. Further, when the loading portion 102 shakes due to some kind of impact, the swing direction of the concave portion 103 is the same, so that it is possible to prevent the articles 101 mounted on the loading portion 102 from colliding with each other. Further, when the horizontal member 2 and the beam 3 are combined, the upper portion of the loading section 102 is opened, so that articles can be easily taken in and out. Further, when an elastic member is used as a material of the beam 3, the beam 3 is able to cope with an impact on the loading portion 102, and therefore, the beam 3 that absorbs the impact and a sheet or net that is a material of the loading portion 102 are used. The article mounted on the loading section 102 can be protected by the flexibility of the apparatus.
[0029]
FIG. 2 shows that a side frame 5 is arranged on a pillar 4 of a frame constituting the bag-shaped stack 100 at an upper end and a middle of a short side of the frame, and a horizontal support plate 8 is placed on the side frame 5. Is shown in the embodiment. As shown in FIG. 5A, a beam 3 is suspended from the lower surface of the horizontal support plate 8 on the lower surface of the horizontal support plate 8, and the sheet-like member 1 is supported by the beam 3. Therefore, the supporting state of the loading unit 102 is the same as the supporting state in which the beam 3 is attached to the horizontal member 2 in FIG. In addition, since the shelf plate can be formed on the bag-type loading section by using the horizontal support plate 8, not only the article 101 is placed on the bag-type loading section 102, but also the article is placed on the horizontal support plate 8 in an auxiliary manner. be able to.
[0030]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3B, a predetermined number of string-like members 9 which are linear bodies are provided so as to be passed to the front and rear horizontal members 2 as support members. The recess 103 is formed in the same manner as in the embodiment of the beam 3 shown in FIG. 1 by being inserted between the shape members 9, and the loading section 102 is configured by connecting the recess 103. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 (b), a predetermined number of string-like members 9 are suspended from the lower surface of the horizontal support plate 8 in FIG. 2, and the sheet-like member 1 is attached similarly to FIG. 3 (b). The same loading state of the loading portion 102 is provided between the adjacent cord-like members 9. Also in these embodiments, the same operation and effect as those of the embodiment using the beam 3 of FIG. 1 can be obtained, and when the string-like member 9 is used, the weight can be reduced as compared with the beam 3.
[0031]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of hooks 10 are suspended from a horizontal member 2 constituting a support member, and front and rear end portions of a sheet-like member 1 having both ends fixed to a side frame 5. Is provided with a plurality of holes 11 to be engaged with the hooks 10. By engaging the holes 11 of the sheet-like member 1 with the hooks 10, the sheet-like member 1 hangs down by its own weight between the engaged holes 11, so that the holes 11 are sequentially engaged with the hooks 10. Thus, the concave portions 103 can be sequentially formed from one side, and the stacking portions 102 are formed by connecting the concave portions 103. Further, in the embodiment of FIG. 5C, a hook 10 is provided on the lower surface of the outer frame of the horizontal support plate 8, and the loading section 102 is formed in the same manner as the embodiment shown in FIG.
[0032]
In the embodiment having the hooks 10 and the holes 11, unlike the embodiment using the beams 3, the sheet-like member 1 is placed and supported. After being engaged, the support position of the concave portion 103 of the sheet-like member 1 does not move after the engagement. Therefore, in the adjacent concave portions 103 formed by the sheet-shaped member 1, even if the weight of the article 101 mounted on the concave portion 103 is different from that of the adjacent article 101, and the force applied to each concave portion 103 of the sheet-shaped member 1 is different, The shape of the concave portion 103 of the sheet-like member 1 supported by the hook 10 and the hole 11 does not change. In addition, by increasing the number of holes 11 provided in the sheet-like member 1 to be greater than the number of hooks 10 as described above, the positions of the hooks 10 and the holes 11 to be engaged can be selected to form the recess 103 having an arbitrary size. Can be formed.
[0033]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, instead of the horizontal member 2 in FIG. 1, a slide bar 13 provided with a rail 12 is employed, and a movable slide beam 14 is provided. A plurality of beam fixing grooves 15 for positioning and fixing are provided. At both ends of the slide beam 14, engagement portions 16 are provided so as to engage with the rails 12 of the slide bar 13. Then, by lifting the slide beam 14 from the state fitted in the beam fixing groove 15, the engaging portion 16 at the end of the slide beam 14 comes out of the beam fixing groove 15 and can move left and right on the rail 12. Further, by providing a plurality of beam fixing grooves 15 in the slide bar 13 to increase the number of fixing portions of the slide beam 14 and increase the number of the slide beams 14, the number of the concave portions 103 of the sheet-like member 1 supported by the slide beam 14, The shape can be changed to conform to the articles loaded on the loading section 102.
[0034]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 7 is an embodiment of the slide means different from that of FIG. 6, and employs a columnar or pipe-shaped columnar horizontal member 17 instead of the horizontal member 2 in FIG. A columnar beam 18 is provided which is movable with respect to the horizontal axis, and at the end of the columnar beam 18 is provided a T-shaped joint 19 adapted to the diameter of the column of the columnar horizontal member 17. The T-shaped joint 19 has a cylindrical portion penetrating the columnar horizontal member 17, and the columnar beam 18 is supported by the columnar horizontal member 17 while sliding along the columnar horizontal member 17 by the T-shaped joint 19. ing. The T-joint 19 is provided with a horizontal member fixing screw 20. After the T-joint 19 moves on the horizontal member 17 together with the columnar beam 18, the T-joint 19 is fixed with the horizontal member fixing screw 20. I do.
[0035]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 8 is a caster 21 mounted in place of the legs 7 provided at the four lower corners of the bottom plate 6 in FIG. 1, and the bag-type loader 100 not only moves using a forklift, but also has a floor surface. If it is flat, the bag-type loader 100 can be moved by a caster without using a forklift, and it can be easily moved to a designated place while articles are placed on the loader 102 of the bag-type loader 100.
[0036]
The frame body of the bag-type stacking body 100 of FIG. 1 is configured by fixing the bottom plate 6, the column 4, and the side frame 5, but the embodiment shown in FIG. 9 is a folding type of the bag-type stacking body 100 of FIG. The size of the non-use bag-type stacking body 200 is reduced by using the bag-type stacking body 200 of the first embodiment. The frame of the folding bag-type stacking body 200 includes left and right side frames 26, a rear frame 27, and a bottom plate 28. And the stacking section frame 29.
[0037]
The side frame 26 is composed of two column members 30 extending vertically and three L-shaped angles 31 connecting the column members at the top, bottom, and middle of the column members 30. The side frame connecting the horizontal member and the side end is formed as a rectangular frame by a beam connecting between the horizontal member and the horizontal member. The loading frame 29 and the bottom plate 28 are connected to the L-shaped angle 31 of the side frame 26. It is placed on the horizontal part 31a. The sheet-like member 32 constitutes the loading portion 102 so as to partially hang from between the beams, similarly to the embodiment of FIG.
[0038]
The side frame 26 is attached to a connection portion between the side frame 26 and the rear frame 27 so as to be rotatable with respect to the rear frame 27 by a side connection joint 33, and the bottom plate 28 is a lower end of the rear frame 27. The loading section frame 29 is rotatably connected to the rear frame 27 by a loading section connecting joint 34. A predetermined number of the side connection joints 33 are provided on the column members 30 of the side frame 26 so as to enable the side frame 26 to be rotatable with respect to the rear frame 27. A predetermined number of the joints 34 are also provided to enable the loading frame 29 to be rotatable with respect to the rear frame 27. After the components are folded by the connecting joints 33 and 34, the components should have a certain tightening strength so that they do not rotate spontaneously and rotate only when an artificial force is applied. .
[0039]
A fixing bar 35 constituting a fixing means of the side frame is rotatably provided on the column member 30 at the front of the side frame 26, and a fixing bar is formed on the column member 30 at the front of the other side frame 26. An engagement portion 36 to which the distal end of the engagement portion 35 is engaged is provided. The fixing bar 35 is provided with the tip of the fixing bar 35 on the column member 30 of the side frame 26 in a state where the loading frame 29 and the bottom plate 28 are mounted on the horizontal portion 31a of the L-shaped angle 31 of the side frame 26. When the locking bar 36 is locked to the locking portion 36, the fixing bar 35 holds the side frames 26 on both sides and the rear frame 27 at right angles.
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 10, when the tip of the fixed bar 35 is detached from the locking portion 36 of the foldable loading body 200, the left and right side frames 26 can rotate about the side connection joint 33. When the side frame 26 rotates, the bottom plate 28 and the stacking frame 29 placed on the horizontal portion 31a of the L-shaped angle 31 can be folded toward the rear frame 27, and the side frame 26 is also moved to the rear frame. 27 can be folded.
[0041]
At this time, the stacking portion 102 constituted by the sheet-like members 32 has flexibility, and when the stacking portion frame 29 is folded toward the rear frame 27, the stacking portion 102 may be folded together without removing the sheet-like member 32. Do not interfere with the folded members. Further, the sheet-like member 32 can be detached from the stacking section frame 29 and can be folded only by the sheet-like member 32 separately from each of the constituent members to be folded. Since only the frame is used, the loading efficiency can be improved when these are carried by a vehicle or the like.
[0042]
The method of folding the foldable bag-type stack 200 having the above configuration is as follows.
1. Remove the fixing bar 35.
2. The sheet-like member 32 is folded, the side frame 26 is opened outward, and the stacking frame 29 is rotated vertically downward toward the rear frame 27. When a plurality of loading sections 102 are provided, similar operations are performed in order.
3. The bottom 28 is lifted and raised toward the rear frame 27 and rotated vertically upward.
4. The side frame 26 is rotated 90 degrees toward the rear frame 27, and this is performed in the same manner as the left and right.
When the casters 37 are attached to the lower surface of the L-shaped angle 31 for the bottom plate 28 of the side frame 26 and the lower part of the rear frame 27 in the foldable bag-type stack 200, as described above, the bag-type stack The rotation of the side frame 26 at the time of folding, as well as the movement of the 200, can be performed with a small force.
[0044]
In the above-described bag-type loaders 100 and 200, the articles 101 to be transferred are mounted on the sheet-like members 1 and 32 without being packed, and the bag-type loaders are placed on a vehicle and moved between factories to form a forklift. Or by casters 21 and 37 to the work place. Since the article 101 mounted on the sheet-like members 1 and 32 has not been packed, there is no need to remove packing materials such as bags and boxes, and the assembly operation using the article 101 can be immediately started in the transported state. As described above, the bag-type loading bodies 100 and 200 can be used as they are as an article supply shelf for an operator.
