本発明は、主として婦人科検診において、内診、外診の両方に使用できる検診台に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
婦人科検診台には、図8に示す如く、患者を横に寝かせた姿勢で支えるベッド型から、患者の両脚を膝から曲げ且つ両脚を開いた姿勢で保持できる分娩型に切り換え可能なものが実施されている(特許文献1)。
上記検診台は、患者の尻部を支える腰板(2)と、背中を支える背板(3)と、脚部を支える2つの脚台(4)(4)とからなり、両脚台(4)(4)は開閉可能に配備されている。
各脚台(4)は、夫々接近する基端を支持金具(57)に上向きに回転可能に支持された第1脚載せ部(5)、第2脚載せ部(6)、及び第1脚載せ部(5)の自由端に屈曲可能に設けた補助部(50)とを具えている。
第1脚載せ部(5)は患者の脹ら脛を、第2脚載せ部(6)に足裏を、補助部(50)には太腿部の裏側を支える。

第1脚載せ部(5)、第2脚載せ部(6)及び補助部(50)は、夫々、単独で角度調整することは出来ず、第2脚載せ部(6)の角度によって、第1脚載せ部(5)及び補助部(50)の角度が決まってしまう。
このため患者の脚を、第1脚載せ部(5)、第2脚載せ部(6)及び補助部(50)の3カ所で、同時に支えることを一層難しくしている。

出願人は、検診台上の患者の脚と脚台(4)の関係を観察した結果、患者が脚を曲げて開脚した状態で、患者が脚の曲げ姿勢を楽に保ち、且つ脚に力が入り易くするためには、患者の足裏を支える第2脚載せ部(6)があれば、必要にして充分であるとの知見を得た。
本発明は、上記観察結果に基づき、構成簡単にして扱いが簡単、しかも、内診と外診の両方に使用できる検診台を明らかにするものである。
