[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, an electric vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a fuel cell vehicle is provided with a drive motor and a drive gear (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and an oil for cooling oil in the drive motor and the drive gear is provided. A cooler is provided. Conventionally, there is known an oil cooler provided separately from a drive motor and a drive gear.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-67717
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Here, since the vibration generated from the driving motor and the driving gear or the vibration generated from the driving motor and the driving gear itself is transmitted to the connecting portion between the driving motor and the driving gear, sufficient coupling is achieved. It is desired to have rigidity and flexural rigidity.
[0005]
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting structure of an oil cooler for a driving motor unit, which can improve the coupling rigidity and bending rigidity of a driving motor and a driving gear with a simple structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a drive motor and a drive gear, which are provided on the outer periphery of a drive motor unit casing adjacent to an output shaft side of the drive motor and having a drive gear connected to the drive motor on the same axis. An oil cooler for a drive motor unit for fixing an oil cooler for cooling the oil, wherein the oil cooler is driven by bridging the drive motor and a drive gear along an axial direction of the drive motor unit. It is configured to be attached to the motor unit.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the oil cooler is mounted on the drive motor unit so as to bridge the drive motor and the drive gear in the axial direction. For this reason, it is possible to improve the coupling rigidity and bending rigidity of the drive motor and the drive gear without providing a special member such as a rib and without increasing the weight.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a mounting structure of an oil cooler for a drive motor unit according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a suspension member 11 to which a drive motor unit 10 and the like are attached.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 1, the suspension member 11 includes side member portions 12, 12 extending along the vehicle front-rear direction, and front member portions 13 connecting the front ends 12 a, 12 a of the side member portions 12, 12. The rear member portions 14 that bridge the rear ends 12b, 12b of the side member portions 12, 12 are integrally connected to each other, and are formed in a substantially cross-girder shape in plan view.
[0011]
The drive motor unit 10 includes a drive motor 15 disposed on the right side of the vehicle body and a drive gear 16 having a reduction gear disposed adjacent to the left side (output shaft side) of the drive motor 15. It forms a modular structure. The drive motor 15 and the drive gear 16 are integrally mounted on the suspension member 11 while being housed in casings 17 and 18. The drive motor 15 is connected to a power supply (not shown), and is configured to be connected to a drive gear 16 and transmit a rotational force to the drive gear 16. The drive gear 16 is mounted coaxially on the left side surface of the drive motor 15, and is mounted so that the center axis of the drive gear 16 substantially coincides with the center axis of the drive motor 15.
[0012]
The rear side of the drive motor unit 10 is attached to the suspension member 11 via a rear motor mount 19 and a stay 20. A stay 20 is formed to project obliquely upward and forward from the upper surface of the central portion in the vehicle width direction of the rear member portion 14, while a substantially horizontal shape is formed from the rear portion of the casing 17 of the drive motor 15 toward the vehicle rear. A substantially U-shaped rear motor mount 19 in a plan view is extended, and the rear motor mount 19 is rotatably supported at the upper end of the stay 20.
[0013]
The front side of the drive motor unit 10 is attached to the suspension member 11 via a front side motor mount 21. The front motor mount 21 includes a motor mount body 22 and a mount bracket 23. A motor mount body 22 is fixed to front portions of the left and right side member portions 12, 12 constituting the suspension member 11, and a mount bracket 23 is rotatably supported on an upper portion of the motor mount body 22. ing. An end of the left mounting bracket 23 is fixed to a side surface of the casing 18 of the drive gear 16. On the other hand, although not shown, the right mounting bracket is fixed to the side surface of the casing 17 of the drive motor 15 as in the left side.
[0014]
In addition, an air compressor 25 is supported via a mount 24 on the upper front side of the casing 17 of the drive motor 15. The air compressor 25 supplies pressurized air to the fuel cell stack, and is housed in a metal casing 26.
[0015]
A steering rack 70 extends between the rear motor mount 19 and the side member 12 of the suspension member 11 along the vehicle width direction.
[0016]
A water-cooled oil cooler 27 is mounted on the casings 17 and 18 of the drive motor unit 10 along the axial direction of the drive motor unit 10. The oil cooler 27 cools oil inside the drive motor 15 and the drive gear 16 with cooling water, and is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape elongated in the vehicle width direction as shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, the casings 17 and 18 of the drive motor 15 and the drive gear 16 are bolted to each other through four L-shaped brackets 28 in front and rear so as to bridge in the axial direction of the drive motor unit 10. ing. Here, the L-shaped bracket 28 on the left end portion 29 side of the oil cooler 27 has a longer leg than the right six L-shaped brackets 28 for fixing the oil cooler 27 to the casing 17 of the drive motor 15. The oil cooler 27 is fixed to the casing 18 of the drive gear 16. Further, the oil cooler 27 is formed such that a height dimension H along the radial direction of the drive motor unit 10 is larger than a depth dimension W along the circumferential direction of the drive motor unit 10, whereby the drive motor unit 10 Has a rectangular cross-section formed in a flat shape along the side peripheral surface of.
[0017]
On both left and right sides of the oil cooler 27, cooling water pipes 30, 31 are provided. The cooling water 32 is introduced into the cooling water pipe 30 provided on the right side, and the cooling water 32 is discharged from the cooling water pipe 31 on the left side. Oil pipes 33 and 34 are provided on both front and rear sides of the oil cooler 27. The oil 35 supplied from the drive motor 15 or the drive gear 16 is introduced into the oil pipe 33 provided on the right front side, and cooled from the oil pipe 34 provided on the left rear side. The oil 35 is configured to be discharged.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 3, three oil pipes 36, 37, 38 extend inside the oil cooler 27 along the axial direction of the oil cooler 27. These oil pipes 36 to 38 communicate with each other at the left end in the front-rear direction. Each of the oil pipes 36 to 38 connected to the oil pipe 34 is elongated in the direction of a central axis 56 as an output shaft of the drive motor unit 10 and is formed as a flat hollow fin in a plane perpendicular to the plane of FIG. These are stacked and arranged in a direction perpendicular to these flat surfaces, and are fixed and sealed to a casing 39 by an oil pipe 33 on the oil inlet side and an oil pipe 34 on the outlet side. With such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 4, the oil pipes 36 to 38 extend in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the drive motor unit 10, that is, extend in parallel along the radial direction of the drive motor unit 10. ing. Cooling water 32 (see the white arrow) is filled around the oil pipes 36 to 38 and flows in the direction of the arrow, and oil 35 (see the single-line arrow) flows in the oil pipes 36 to 38. Flows in the direction of the arrow. By making the oil pipes 36 to 38 have a flat shape, the contact area between the oil 35 flowing in the oil pipes 36 to 38 and the cooling water flowing around the oil pipes is increased, thereby improving the cooling performance.
[0019]
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the front part of the vehicle body according to the present embodiment as viewed from the side.
[0020]
The illustrated side member 51 is the one on the right side of the vehicle, and is bent obliquely upward along the inclined surface of the dash panel 52 and then extends forward of the vehicle. The rear end 53 of the suspension member 11 is fixed to the side member 51 via a bolt 54, while the front end 62 is fastened to the first cross member 61 located at the front end of the vehicle body by the bolt 54. The front side of the drive motor unit 10 is connected to the suspension member 11 via the front motor mount 21 as described above. An oil cooler 27 is provided at a position where an extension line between the mounting portion 55 and the center shaft 56 of the drive motor unit 10 intersects the casings 17 and 18.
[0021]
Reference numeral 57 denotes a silencer which is connected to the outlet side of the air compressor 25 and reduces noise when the air compressor 25 pressurizes air. In addition, the power delivery module 58 supplies electric power of the fuel cell stack to a drive motor and other auxiliary devices, performs control to extract electric power from the secondary battery or charge the secondary battery.
[0022]
The upper side of the motor room is closed by a hood 59, and a radiator 60 is provided at a front end of the side member 51.
[0023]
According to the mounting structure of the drive motor unit oil cooler having the above configuration, the following operation and effects can be obtained.
[0024]
First, in an electric vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a fuel cell vehicle with a limited layout space, the oil cooler 27 can be mounted with increased space efficiency, and the workability of mounting the oil cooler 27 can be improved.
[0025]
Further, since the oil pipes 36 to 38 as hollow fins in the oil cooler 27 are arranged substantially parallel to the radial direction with respect to the output shaft of the drive motor 15, the bending load input to the drive motor unit 10 is reduced by the oil pipe. The bending rigidity of the drive motor unit 10 can be improved without increasing the mass without being increased in the direction along the planes 36 to 38.
[0026]
Since the height of the oil cooler 27 is reduced, that is, the oil cooler 27 is formed in a so-called flat shape and is disposed along the side peripheral surfaces of the casings 17 and 18 of the drive motor unit 10, it becomes an obstacle when disposing other components. And the space efficiency when disposing other components is improved. More specifically, the oil pipes 36 to 38 arranged substantially parallel to the radial direction with respect to the output shaft of the drive motor 15 are stacked and arranged along the side peripheral surface of the drive motor unit 10, so that the cross section of the oil cooler 27 is formed. Since the shape becomes flat, the bending rigidity of the drive motor unit 10 can be further improved by the plurality of oil pipes 36 to 38 arranged in a direction substantially perpendicular to the peripheral surface on the drive motor unit 10 side.
[0027]
Since the mounting portions 55 (see FIG. 4) for fixing the drive motor unit 10 to the vehicle body are provided at the front portions at the left and right ends of the drive motor unit 10, the load input to the mounting portions 55 A large bending load is applied to a portion on the side peripheral surface of the drive motor unit 10 facing the center axis 56 of the mounting portion 55. However, since this portion is effectively reinforced by the oil cooler 27, the coupling rigidity between the driving motor 15 and the driving gear in the driving motor unit 10 and the bending rigidity are further improved.
