TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, conventional bulbs, fluorescent lamps and the like are configured with the minimum necessary, and if one of the failures or malfunctions occurs, one bulb and one fluorescent lamp are all unusable. By adding extra parts that are initially unnecessary, they can be reused, and by installing them at a distance, they can be reused from a distance. The present invention relates to a technology for adding spare parts such as a light bulb and a fluorescent lamp and a technology for using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a light bulb, a fluorescent light, and the like are configured with the minimum required, and at present, one light bulb and one fluorescent light cannot be used due to a failure or malfunction at any one place.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, and the like have been steadily advanced since their invention, and their types have become enormous.
However, there is still room for improvement in the self-help ability for failures and malfunctions. One failure or malfunction in one of them has caused one bulb and one fluorescent lamp to become unusable, and is often abandoned there. Even if they are reused or reused, the recycling is a considerable task and it is difficult at present.
By the way, as described above, "a failure or defect at any one place" is described. In the case of a light bulb, a fluorescent lamp or the like, the failure or defect is almost a break of the filament (2).
Due to the frequent and rarely occurring breakage of the filament (2) only, the other parts are still unusable with one bulb and one fluorescent lamp still available.
When the light bulb, fluorescent light, etc. are in a high place, for example, in the case of lighting a road, a plaza, a baseball stadium, etc., work that can be said to be almost a construction is imposed only by cutting the filament (2). Will be.
The fact that the work must be performed at the same level as the construction every time is one of the drawbacks from the viewpoint of work efficiency and also from the viewpoint of uniformity of quality control of the preceding parts.
The present invention has been made to solve this drawback.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
"Reusable light bulb"
[Fig. 1-4]
In a normal light bulb, one filament (2) is passed between two lead wires (4), but in the invention, a spare (3) is added to the filament to make two wires. Follow every two paths.
Then, the electric bulb is divided in the middle, and the electric bulb is divided by a rotary outlet type circuit (9), and only one of the circuits is energized. If the circuit fails or malfunctions, the rotary type outlet circuit (9) Rotate 180 degrees and connect to the other.
[0005]
`` Separable circuit ''
FIGS. 11 and 12
Further, when the light bulb or the like is difficult to reach, for example, when the light bulb or the like is at a high place, only the rotary outlet type circuit (9) and its related parts are left at hand.
[0006]
"Reusable fluorescent light"
[Fig. 5-7]
Similarly, a normal fluorescent lamp has one discharge electrode for the filament (2) at each end of the fluorescent discharge tube (27). A rotary outlet type circuit (9) having four insertion poles from which four points are connected to the electrodes (21, 26) and from which two can be finally selected by rotating therefrom.
[0007]
`` Separable circuit ''
FIGS. 11 and 12
If it is difficult to reach human hands, such as when fluorescent lights are in high places, etc., one of the four insertion poles on one side is combined into one, and the fluorescent code is applied on both sides using 3 x 2 = 6 cords. Only the rotary outlet type circuit (9) connected to the lamp and the related parts are left at hand.
The present invention is a "circuit renovation that can be separated from a reusable bulb, a fluorescent lamp, etc."
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
"Reusable light bulb"
[Figs. 1-4, 8-10]
The invention provides a single filament (2) between the two leads (4) of a regular light bulb with a spare (3) added to make two, and then one of the electrical paths, namely the lead (4). ) And the dumet wire (6) are all two.
Then, the bulb is divided into two parts on the way, and the part is connected by a rotary outlet type circuit (9), and only one of the circuits is energized. Connect to
That is, the relationship between the A pole (7) is the same as usual, but two parts, a B1 circuit and a B2 circuit, are prepared for the part beyond the filament (2), and one is spare while the other is working.
Here, the rotary outlet type circuit (9) is for dividing a light bulb into two parts in the middle and connecting the electric current between the two parts. In the rotary outlet type circuit (9), two or more bent insertion poles (8, 15) are inserted along the cylindrical groove (18) in parallel with each other and inserted into the respective receptacles (11, 16). Circuit.
At this time, each of the insertion poles (8, 15) and the receptacles (11, 16) is also bent in accordance with the cylindrical groove (18).
Notches (29, 30) are provided at the tip (29) and both sides (30) of each of the insertion poles (8, 15) so that they can be inserted and rotated for use.
In the case where the filament (2) is frequently cut while the bulb is being used, there is no need to replace the bulb itself as before, and the receptacles (11, 16) of the rotary outlet type circuit (9) need not be replaced. ), The insertion poles (8, 15) are rotated by 180 degrees, the circuit to be energized is switched from the previous B1 circuit to the spare B2 circuit, and the light bulb can be used as before. Become.
At this time, the number of anchors (12) is increased to two or more so that the cut filament (2) does not interfere with the circuit of the spare (3).
[0009]
`` Separable circuit ''
FIGS. 11 and 12
Lastly, if the light bulbs are difficult to reach, such as in a high place, disconnect the rotary type circuit (9) connected to the light bulbs and the like with three cords and the related parts only from the main body. The channel bar (32) is used to easily switch filaments and to turn on and off the power supply, while leaving it at hand.
[0010]
"Reusable fluorescent light"
FIGS. 5 to 7, 9, and 10
First, a normal fluorescent lamp is provided with one discharge electrode of a filament (2) at each end of a fluorescent discharge tube (27). And each of the four points connected to the electrodes (21, 26) has a plug-in pole (8, 15), and finally, from these four circuits, the rotary outlet type circuit (9) is rotated. Makes it possible to select two.
Here, the rotary outlet type circuit (9) is used to divide the fluorescent lamp into three parts in the middle and to connect the three parts with electric current. In the rotary outlet type circuit (9), four or more bent insertion poles (8, 15) are inserted into the cylindrical grooves (18) in parallel with each other. The circuits are arranged along.
In addition, each of the insertion poles (8, 15) and the receptacles (11, 16) is also bent in accordance with the cylindrical groove (18).
Notches (29, 30) are formed at the tip (29) and both sides (30) of each of the insertion poles (8, 15) so that they can be inserted and rotated for use.
Further, when adding the filament (2), the distance (25) between the newly added filaments (3) is set to be the same as that of the first filament (24).
By the way, although it is not usually different from normal, if a common filament (2) breaks while using a fluorescent lamp, it is not necessary to replace the fluorescent lamp itself as before, and the fluorescent discharge tube ( Using the rotary outlet type circuit (9) at both ends of 27), the insertion poles (8, 15) to be inserted into the receptacles (11, 16) are rotated by 90 degrees, and the circuit to be energized is replaced with the conventional filament (2). The related circuit can be switched to the spare filament (3) related circuit, and the fluorescent lamp can be used as before.
At this time, a new anchor (12) is also prepared so that the cut filament (2) does not interfere with the circuit of the spare (3).
[0011]
`` Separable circuit ''
FIGS. 11 and 12
Finally, when fluorescent lights are at a high place or otherwise difficult to reach, only the rotary outlet type circuit (9) and its related parts are separated from the main body once and integrated again to be at hand. In this case, the filament bar can be easily switched and the power can be turned on and off with the channel bar (32).
At this time, of the four circuits, any one of the two circuits may be combined into one as being common.
That is, the circuit for connecting each of the three divided fluorescent lamps in the middle is the number of filaments (2) prepared including the spare (3) plus one, and the end of the three divisions and the end are put together at hand. (The number of filaments + 1) × 2.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
By using the present invention, it can be said that the lifespan of a light bulb, a fluorescent lamp and the like is approximately doubled.
Of course, it is also possible to increase the number of circuits to three or more instead of two. From here on, the parts that are most likely to break down next to the filament (2, 3) in the parts such as light bulbs and fluorescent lamps However, there will be a problem of each other's life and a problem of space in a light bulb, a fluorescent light and the like.
This time, the receptacles (11, 16) and the insertion poles (8, 15) of the rotary outlet type circuit (9) draw out the insertion poles (8, 15) from both ends of the fluorescent discharge tube (27), and rotate on both sides. Although the description has been made with the setting of providing the receptacles (11, 16) on the side of the socket type circuit (9), the two may be reversed.
This is the same for a light bulb.
Also, only the rotary outlet type circuit (9) is movable, the other is fixed by the pillar (28), and when the filament (2) is cut, only the rotary outlet type circuit (9) is rotated to obtain a new circuit. There is also a form that can be energized.
At this time, a resistor (31) is also provided at the tip of each of the insertion poles (8, 15) to prevent the fixed portion from coming off.
On the other hand, if the light bulb or fluorescent light is difficult to reach, such as in a high place, separate the rotary outlet type circuit (9) and its related parts from the main body and leave them near the human hand. , The filament bar switching operation and the power ON / OFF can be easily performed by the channel bar (32).
The point of the present invention is that a spare circuit is newly provided for a light bulb, a fluorescent lamp, or the like, which is almost the same type as the conventional type.
By the application of the present invention, the same can be applied to many other lamps such as a light tube (23), a fuse, an arc lamp, a sodium lamp, a mercury lamp, an infrared lamp, etc., in addition to a bulb and a fluorescent lamp.
Various work and time, such as processing of glass (1), argon gas (13) to be enclosed therein, and mounting work, are required to install one bulb and one fluorescent lamp. , So that their work and effort can be made more effective.
