Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a customer service management device used in a place where customer service is required, such as a supermarket.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In supermarkets, a plurality of POS (Point of Sales) terminals are installed at checkout stations. The customer who has made a purchase puts the product in a shopping basket and brings it to the installation location of the POS terminal. The operator who operates the POS terminal device performs a product registration operation by reading a barcode attached to the product while taking out the product from the shopping basket using, for example, a barcode scanner provided in the POS terminal device. When the registration operation is completed, a settlement operation is performed. In the settlement operation, a total amount is displayed on a display by operating a total key on a keyboard. Then, when the payment amount is received from the customer, the payment amount is input by a keyboard, and finally the closing amount of the keyboard is operated to display the fishing amount on the display and issue a receipt.
[0003]
In such a POS terminal device, a keyword for specifying a group to which a product belongs is input by voice, and the product of the group belonging to the keyword input by voice is extracted from the storage unit by the voice input and assigned to a touch panel keyboard. Some are displayed (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, conventionally, there has been an idea of using voice input for a product registration operation, but no voice input is used for customer service management. That is, in the past, in order to manage the customer service status of the operator to the customer, the store manager regularly visited the store and checked directly with ears and eyes. For this reason, it was troublesome to manage the customer service situation.
Therefore, the present invention provides a customer service management device capable of managing the customer service status of an operator by voice input, thereby facilitating customer service management.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a voice input unit (for example, a microphone or the like) for inputting the voice of an operator, a voice recognition unit such as a voice recognition program for recognizing the voice input by the voice input unit as a phrase, A designated phrase storage unit in which a designated phrase is stored in advance; and an utterance count recording unit that records, as an utterance count, the number of times that the phrase recognized by the voice recognition unit matches the designated phrase stored in the designated phrase storage unit. Things.
