TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a chest pillow that holds the center and abdomen of the chest at a height at which the spine is not bent when sleeping or taking a rest in a sleeping position, thereby eliminating resistance to respiratory action and preventing headache, stiff shoulders, and back pain.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various types of pillows have been proposed for the purpose of preventing stiff shoulders and the like. Many are devised to support the head and the part supporting the neck, and some pillows are provided with an inclined part to support the curved part from the neck to the back. Conventional pillows have a main purpose of placing a head, and few pillows focus on optimizing the posture of the chest and abdomen for performing internal organs activities. An exception is the "pillow pillow", which has a protruding part on the central side of the pillow on which the head is placed and stretches the spine by stretching the shoulder and chest by placing the spine on the protruding part when lying on its back to normalize human body functions (patented) Although there is a literature 3), there is a problem that the protruding portion tends to move or become unstable during sleep. In addition, a "posture stabilization pillow" (Patent Document 4) has been proposed in which a cushion-type compensation table is combined to fill the gap between the human body in the sleeping posture and the bedding surface and stabilizes the posture. Conventionally proposed pillows are used alone or in combination, but the position of the members is not fixed, so it is easy to come off from the proper position during sleep, and once it comes off, it is necessary to return multiple members to the proper position during sleep. There was a problem that it was very troublesome.

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Focusing on the chest when lying on a mattress or bed, the central part of the chest with the spine sinks into the bedding surface, while the side of the chest is pushed up slightly from the bedding surface, resulting in a bowed forward shape and breathing action. Hindered. When a conventional pillow is used, the head and neck are held at the height of the pillow, so that the spine from the cervical vertebra to the thoracic vertebra is bent and the airway from the nose and mouth to the lungs is impaired. This causes a problem such as stiff shoulders and headaches.
[0005]
The degree of the above-mentioned symptom largely depends on the physique and constitution of the person, and when the person is moderately fleshy and well-balanced in height and weight, since the chest is thick, deformation of the anterior depression and bending of the spine hardly occur. Even those who are lean and prone to bowing and spine flexion may not have symptoms if they have adequately developed muscles.
[0006]
However, when the muscles are thin and thin, the chest has no thickness and is plate-shaped, so that the adverse effect of the front recess becomes significant. In addition, insufficient thickness of the back of the chest increases the height difference between the cervical vertebra and the thoracic vertebra, resulting in severe flexion of the thoracic vertebra, resulting in neck and shoulder stiffness, headache and reduced visceral activity.
[0007]
On the other hand, the spine (lumbar vertebra) from the abdomen to the buttocks is also bent at the part from the abdomen to the buttocks at a certain height in the case of the lean type, so that even if sleeping enough, symptoms such as low back pain and visceral weakness are likely to occur.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to address the above-mentioned problems that could not be prevented by conventional pillows. It is to provide.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the chest pillow according to the invention of claim 1 is a rod-shaped member having a substantially trapezoidal cross section, and the chest is positioned so that the thoracic vertebra and the cervical vertebra become approximately the same height when supine thereon. In addition to providing a longitudinal smooth mounting surface to be mounted along the spine, the height of the portion corresponding to the lumbar vertebra is gradually reduced, and a longitudinally inclined mounting surface for mounting the abdomen along the spine is provided. It is characterized by having a backrest.
[0010]
The chest pillow according to the second aspect of the present invention is the invention according to the first aspect, wherein the cross section is a bar-shaped member having a substantially mountain-shaped cross section, and a concave portion corresponding to the shape of the body side is formed on the mountain-shaped inclined surface so that the side of the scapula can be seen. Is provided on both sides of the spine table so as to support the body from both sides.
[0011]
Further, the invention according to claim 3, as a member following the head side of the spine table, when the patient is supine and raises the chin, the space between the bedding surface and the human body shoulder, the neck, the back of the head is closed, In addition, there is provided a neck pillow having a concave groove corresponding to the lower shape of the neck and the back of the head.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a structure in which all or a part of the backrest of the first aspect, the body-side holding portion of the second aspect, and the neck pillow of the third aspect are fixed to the base plate.
[0013]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a structure in which all or a part of the spine stand of the first aspect, the body-side holding portion of the second aspect, and the neck pillow of the third aspect are integrally formed.
[0014]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the breast pillow according to the fourth or fifth aspect is configured as a backrest type in which the angle from the horizontal plane is constant or variable.
[0015]
[Action]
When supine using the chest pillow according to the present invention configured as described above, the vicinity of the thoracic spine is maintained at a constant height by the smooth mounting surface of the spine table, and the vicinity of the scapula is lowered by its own weight. The chest opens slightly, so the breathing activity is deep and active.
[0016]
In addition, the part corresponding to the lumbar vertebra of the spine table is gradually reduced in height, smoothing the spine when supine, and supporting the abdominal spine with an inclined mounting surface to support abdominal breathing and digestion Activate.
[0017]
The body-side holding parts located on both sides of the backbone support the side of the body except for the vicinity of the scapula to the center of the body and diagonally upward, so that even a thin person can have a somewhat rounded body shape and abdominal breathing In addition to helping digestion, the position of the abdominal spine is raised somewhat to prevent the lumbar spine from bending from the abdomen to the buttocks. In addition, the presence of the body-side holding part moves the arm away from the body and promotes relaxation of the chest. In addition, the body-side holding portion prevents the spine from coming off the spine pedestal during sleep, for a certain degree of body movement.
[0018]
The neck pillow following the head side of the spine table is formed so that when lying on the spine table and raising the chin, the space between the bedding surface and the human shoulder, neck, occipital area is closed. Because there is, the airway is kept straight and reduces respiratory resistance. The neck pillow is provided with a concave groove corresponding to the shape of the lower surface of the human neck or occipital region, and the head weight is supported along this groove, so that during movement during sleep, it can be used at key points in the autonomic nervous system. Certain occipital regions are moderately stimulated.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a breast pillow according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0020]
Embodiment 1
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of a breast pillow according to the present invention, in which a backbone (10), body-side holding parts (21), (22), and a neck pillow part A are provided on a base plate (1). (31), the neck pillow part B (32) is arranged. The patient lays on the back so that the spine rests on the backrest, and lays his head on the neck pillow B (32), and then adjusts the contact with the positioning handle (2) so that the body is lifted.
[0021]
Since the base plate is heavy, it is necessary to bend on the bedding and a flexible resin plate is preferable. As an example, "Sampli" (registered trademark) of Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. is suitable.
[0022]
FIG. 2 (a) is a perspective view of a spine table (10), which shows a chest support surface (11) (smooth mounting surface of claim 1) and an abdominal support surface (12) having an inclination. Mounting surface) and the side of the backbone (13). The chest support surface (11) may be slightly inclined. The side surface (13) of the backbone is smoothly inclined so as to close between the bedding surface and the scapula.
[0023]
FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view of the backbone taken along the line AA. The height (14) of the chest support surface (11) is preferably about 75 mm as an example for a thin type. When the section is roughly trapezoidal as shown in FIG. 2 (b) and the weight of the chest is supported, the patient can be supine without discomfort. The material of the backbone must be hard enough to bear the weight and soft enough to deform slightly when it comes into contact with the body. A suitable material for this purpose is, for example, "Stylofoam" (registered trademark) of The Dow Chemical Company.
[0024]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the body-side holding unit viewed from line BB in FIG. The body-side holding part (left) (21) and the body-side holding part (right) (22) support the body side of the abdomen, so it is necessary to adapt to the body-side shape. For example, "low-rebound urethane foam" is suitable as a material. The spine table (10) supports the abdominal spine on an abdominal support surface (12), which is an inclined mounting surface.
[0025]
FIG. 4 shows the vertical cross section along the concave surface (33) of the neck pillows (31) and (32) by hatching, the contact state of the human neck by a two-dot chain line, and the backbone (10) by a dotted line. FIG. In the present invention, there is no concept of a "pillow on which the head is placed", and an object is to make a body shape that reduces respiratory resistance as much as possible for recovery from fatigue. For this reason, by using a body shape that is preferable when performing artificial respiration for an emergency patient who has stopped breathing, the airway from the nose to the lungs is made straight so that fatigue can be completely recovered during sleep. In the neck pillow portion, the upper part of the head is not supported and is in contact with the bedding surface, and the weight of the head is supported by the concave surface (33) of the neck pillow portion. The concave surface (33) of the neck pillow moderately stimulates the occipital region, which is a key part of the autonomic nervous system, by natural movement during sleep. The material of the neck pillow is preferably, for example, "Styrofoam" (registered trademark) of The Dow Chemical Company.
[0026]
FIG. 5 shows an example of a person who has a very poor flesh to make it easier to understand the state of supine using a conventional pillow, and shows an unnatural bending of the spine on the chest and abdomen. The thoracic vertebra flexion (72a) becomes remarkable when the height difference between the cervical vertebra and the thoracic vertebra is large. The bending of the lumbar spine (74a) becomes significant when the height difference between the abdominal lumbar vertebra and the hip spine is large.
[0027]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the chest showing that the chest becomes narrow when the lean type person lies on his / her back. A lean person has a thin chest (71), and the center of the thoracic vertebra (72) sinks while the side of the body rises, leading to an anterior depression. In this case, natural respiration cannot be performed, resulting in a large resistance of pulmonary respiration. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the chest showing the function of the spine table (10) in the chest, which prevents the anterior bowing posture by holding the thoracic vertebra (72) at a constant height.
[0028]
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing that the abdominal spine and the lumbar vertebra (74) are at a low position and the thickness of the abdomen (73) is small when the lean type person lies on his / her back. In this state, the height difference between the lumbar spine and the hip spine is large. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the abdomen showing the functions of the spine table (10) and the body-side holding units (21) and (22) in the abdomen (73). The abdomen is held at a slightly higher position with a somewhat rounded shape by the backrest and the body-side holding portion, so that unnatural bending of the lumbar spine can be prevented and the internal organs can be easily activated. The stress on the chest is alleviated by moving the arm (75) away from the body.
[0029]
FIG. 10 is a view showing a state in which the spine is no longer bent by the neck pillow portion (30), the spine table (10) and the body side holding portion (20), (72b) is a thoracic vertebra without bending, and (74b) is not bent. Show the lumbar spine.
[0030]
Next, a method of fixing each member to the base plate will be described. FIG. 11 shows a belt (17) in which holes are previously provided in the base plate (1) and the side surface (13) of the backbone, and a hook-and-loop fastener (18) such as Magic Tape (registered trademark) of Kuraray Co., Ltd. is attached. This is a method in which the spine table (10) and the base plate (1) are tied so as to be wound and fixed. The position can be adjusted by providing a plurality of through holes in the base plate while being slightly shifted. This method can also be used to fix the neck pillow (30).
[0031]
FIG. 12 shows a state in which the belt (17) with the hook-and-loop fastener (18) is sewn to the cloth bag (21a), the body side holding part (21) is stored in the cloth bag, and the belt is fixed through the base plate hole (3). Is the way.
[0032]
Embodiment 2
As described above, in the first embodiment, the basic chest pillow is configured using the base plate. However, FIG. 13 illustrates the second embodiment in which the back plate (10), the body-side holding unit (21), It is a perspective view which shows the breast pillow of Claim 5 which integrally formed (22) and the neck pillow part (30). In order to obtain strength, the connection cross section between the members can be made sufficiently large, and can be integrally formed using a material that is difficult to tear. A conventional pillow may be used instead of the neck pillow for mild or portable use, and only the spine and the body-side holding portion may be integrally formed.
[0033]
Embodiment 3
FIG. 14 is a view showing a back pillow according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention as a third embodiment of the present invention. A concave portion (33) of the neck pillow portion and a concave portion (40) for lowering the vicinity of the scapula are provided in a member having a substantially triangular cross section, and a backbone (10) and body-side holding portions (21) and (22) are formed. It is a breast pillow for restoring fatigue in a backrest posture, and provides a preferable breathing posture when watching TV or reading a book.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, by using the chest pillow according to the present invention, the chest can be opened slightly by holding the spine at an appropriate height, and the resistance of the airway from the nose to the lungs can be reduced to allow deep and slow breathing. You can wake up tiredly and comfortably. In addition, the stress of the lumbar spine in the sleeping posture can be eliminated, and the waist and the like can be prevented. Although the present invention has been considered for a thin type and a person who does not easily develop muscular strength, a person who does not have such strength often suffers from muscular weakness and stiff shoulders, headaches, and the like in the elderly. Many women also lose weight intentionally to improve their proportions, and suffer from similar symptoms. Children are likely to have a physical developmental imbalance during growth, so they are prone to headaches, motion sickness, etc., which can be a barrier to development. In the prime of work, physical fatigue and mental stress are extremely large, and many people suffer from the above-mentioned symptoms. Thorough recovery of fatigue during sleep in order to improve symptoms commonly seen in this way is important, and when the above symptoms remain even though there are no abnormalities in hospital test results, the present invention Improving your posture while sleeping with a chest pillow can restore physical strength and energy and improve symptoms. Also, as a secondary effect, the muscular strength of the cat's back and shoulders is insufficient, and the chest pillow of the present invention eliminates muscular fatigue, thereby improving the standing posture in the daytime.
