商品化されている主な物に、電動テストポンプEP40、脈動水圧テストポンプビート30、エアーテストコンプレッサー、テストポンプTP50、オイルレス小型コンプレッサー等がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前項「0002」の製品等、これまでの物は、電動で圧縮したエアーを以って検査するタイプと水を注入し水圧を以って検査するタイプがあり、前者は電動で大掛かりの物が多く高価で、後者は水を必要としている上、やり直し等の時は濡れているので後処置が大変であったのである。この事を課題にし解決する事を目的とするものである。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
前記目的は、施工配管に圧力計とエアーバルブが付くテストパイプをねじ込み、エアーバルブよりエアーを注入し漏れを検査するエアーテスターにて目的が達成されるのである。

【実施例】
施工配管には検査が必要である。その方法には前述の「0003」項にある通り、電動で圧縮したエアーを使用するタイプで大掛かりな高価な物であったり。又水を入れ水圧を見るタイプで後処理に大変であったり、水の無い現場での忘れてはならない水の準備等やはり大変だったのである。この事より、いかに廉価で、手軽で簡単に済む様に、そして水等の後処理がない様にする検査具が必要であったのである。以下一実施例を示すものである。
この発明の一実施例で、ねじ込み保持部aとネジ山部bを施しているテストパイプ1に圧力計2とエアーバルブ3を付けた物である。施工配管にネジ山部bを当てねじ込み保持部aに回転工具を挟み取付け、自転車あるいはバイク等のエアーポンプでエアーバルブ3よりエアーを注入し、圧力計2の変化を見て検査するのである。

【発明の効果】
施工配管に、圧力計とエアーバルブが付くテストパイプをねじ込み、エアーバルブよりエアーを注入し漏れを検査するエアーテスターにより、手軽で簡単に済む様に成るのである。
