【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、あらゆるサイズの用紙を用いて、郵便ハガキ又は封筒及び封筒に入れる便箋としての納入用紙をも一枚の同一用紙で印刷や書込制作して封書にできる機能を持つ、のりしろと切折兼用のミシン目を入れ備えたハガキ封筒用紙を制作使用した印刷物及び郵便物又は包装パッケージ並びにその製造方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の郵便ハガキ又は封筒においては、その製品形状や印刷工程及び使用方法がそれぞれに異なる個別の用紙であるから、用紙の選定、印刷、刷込、書込、制作、投函に用いるハガキ又は封筒及び納入用紙は、個々別々の用紙又は製品としている。よって、印刷物にミシン目を設ける従来の方法は、印刷を完了した後にその印刷内容に付随して、個々の印刷物にいちいちミシン目を入れる。ついては、郵便ハガキ又は封筒及び封書への納入用紙等それぞれに書込や印刷をしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のハガキ又は封筒にあっては、完成したハガキ又は封筒を利用する方法以外に、用紙の選定、印刷、断裁、ミシン目入れ等において、個人は勿論、商店や企業の印刷物はすべて専門業者頼みであり、低廉で新しく普及した今日のパソコンとデジタル印刷機があれば数量の多少を問わず、随時簡単に対応できるのにも関わらず、たった一枚の用紙でハガキと封筒と納入用紙の併用ができるフォーマット済みのミシン目入り用紙が無かったので、新ためて別々の用紙に繁雑で煩わしい印刷や書込及びミシン目入れをしなければならないという問題点があった。
本発明は、以上のような課題を解決するためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の問題点を解決するために、本発明は、たった一枚の用紙がハガキと封筒と納入用紙のいづれにも利用できるように一体化して、しかも必要に応じてサイズも選択できる一枚の用紙のみを用いることで、手書用又はコピー用、プリンター用、大量印刷用にも対応できる普通用紙の他、特殊な印刷媒体にも、のりしろと切り折り兼用ミシン目フォーマットを備え設けることとしている。
よって、このようなミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙を用いて表現される文章や写真、ついては、封筒への納入物品においてまでも一体表現できることから、用紙裏面を利用した返信ハガキ又はミシン目を逆に折り返して返信封筒に再使用すると、表現内容の伝達と目的達成において、新しい効果と成果を生じさせてくれる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、コピーや印刷又は手書用に汎用されるＢ５、Ｂ４、Ａ４、Ａ３、Ａ３ノビ、その他サイズの用紙に切手枠と郵便番号枠と当用紙がミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙であることを印刷表示して、郵便ハガキ及び封筒の規格サイズに準拠する範囲内に３本の主要構造ミシン目を入れるとともに、さらに用紙の余白スペース部分を送信用、返信用及び封書の便箋用並びに封筒をより堅牢化するのりしろとその開封用ミシン目並びに余白部分折込用ミシン目並びに余白部分細分化用ミシン目のそれぞれが一枚の用紙上で機能的に相互作用する、複数のミシン目を入れ備えたフォーマット済み印刷用紙である。

上記用紙が手書や印刷において、汎用のコピー機およびプリンターに対応した使い易い用紙である必用から、切手枠郵便番号枠の印刷位置は、ハガキ又は封筒サイズを確定する主要な３本ミシン目と追加する複数のミシン目とが相関関係にあるので、厳密なサイズ調整と表示がなければならない。ついては、用紙全体の縦右上部端に切手貼枠を表示して、ハガキ部分を正面右上横置きに位置することが用紙製造基準及び刷込並びに印刷用紙基準として好ましい。

また、それぞれのサイズ用紙を縦に用いて入れ備えるミシン目について、縦１本がハガキの縦長辺サイズを確定し、横２本がハガキ又は封筒の横短辺サイズを確定してミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙を形成するので、いづれの用紙にも縦ミシン目の左部分及び横下段ミシン目の下部分に用紙全体の余白スペース部分が発生する。ついては、この部分を用紙裏面内側に折り込むことによって、用紙裏表全体を封筒に入れる便箋用又は納入用紙として書込や印刷に活用することができる。

なお、ハガキの縦サイズを決める縦ミシン目の機能と役割の活用では、用紙頂上から下方に向けて主要横ミシン目一本目迄で止めると、ハガキ１枚用に、横２本目ミシン目迄下げると、２枚分のハガキである往復ハガキとなる。また、見えにくいミシン目をも補完するので、表面と同じく、裏面にも切手枠郵便番号枠を印刷表示すれば、返信用ハガキに使えるだけでなく、用紙余白スペースに書込みした後にミシン目折を逆に折り返して、返信用封筒にすることも可能となるので、下段の横ミシン目迄、もしくは紙面上の中途で下げ止めるのが好ましい。

そして、この途中止めする縦ミシン目の位置については、用紙サイズが大型で主要構造３本ミシン目枠外の左と下部分の余白が大きくなり、封筒にしては長すぎる場合が生じるＡ３サイズ以上の用紙では、全体を縦に山折収納できるよう途中止めしないで紙面最下部までミシン目を入れ設けるのが好ましい。
新聞紙面大の用紙サイズでは、さらに別途、折込収納用に縦の折込用ミシン目を加え入れ備えておくのが望ましい。

また、ハガキおよび封筒の短辺サイズを定める上段と下段の横ミシン目間隔は、往復ハガキを形成できるよう上下２枚の巾を同サイズにする。この用紙の下部余白部分を折り込んで封筒状態を形成する場合に、再び用紙が開かないよう、上下左３方の縁部分を簡単に軽くのり付けすることで封書が完成する。これが、のりしろスペース部分を用紙に備えていない簡易ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙である。

なお、上記の簡易ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙を製造する場合に、最初から用紙の最上部分に封書を密封するためののりしろ部分を別途に設けて、さらに、この部分にミシン目を入れ備えることで、のりしろミシン目を折曲げて密封できる堅牢な簡易ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙を製造する。

そして、上記した用紙全体の最上部分にミシン目付のりしろ部分を設けた上で、さらに用紙の左右両サイドにも同様ののりしろとミシン目を設けることによって、封筒の上下部が堅牢となるから、封書だけでなく、他の物品をも封入できる開閉用ミシン目のある開閉し易いのりしろ開封ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙に製造する。

また、上記の簡易ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙及びのりしろ開封用ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙を用いて、さらに、ハガキ部分以外の余白部分に文章や写真以外の引換券、クーポン券、チケット、シールやカード類を付け足すための細分化用ミシン目を入れ備えることで、用紙用途がより以上に拡大される。

前記したこれらのハガキ封筒用紙を封筒又は封書にした場合は、すべて最初に定めた主要構造３本ミシン目に基づいたサイズに収束されるが、これらの用紙を用いて、さらに、用紙中央に二ツ折用横ミシン目とそのミシン目機能を補完するのりしろ開封用ミシン目を用紙最下部に設けることで、それぞれの用紙の２分の１サイズである大きい封筒を制作できる。ついては、普通の郵便用だけでなく、社封筒用、梱包用、広告宣伝用等に幅広く活用される用途多様な印刷用紙とする。

【実施例】
実施例について図面を参照して説明すると、図１において、あらゆるサイズの用紙を縦にする。この用紙表面の右端上部分Ａを郵便ハガキの宛名用に切手貼枠と郵便番号枠を表示することを印刷用紙基準とする。ついては、用紙の最上部分に裏面がのりしろａであると表示してミシン目５を入れる。そして、用紙の左右両サイドｂ、ｃにも同様に、裏面がのりしろと表示してミシン目６、７を設ける。もしも用紙全体を２ツ折してのりしろａと最下部のりしろｄを重ねて封筒にする場合や返信用封筒に再使用する場合に必要となるから、用紙最下部にも同様に、裏面がのりしろと表示して、ミシン目９を入れ備える。これらののりしろやミシン目を設けた用紙裏表全体の内側スペース部分に郵便ハガキ又は封筒並びに封書及び収納用紙類の書込印刷媒体に機能形成する複数のミシン目を入れ設ける。まずは、郵便ハガキサイズ規格に準拠する許容範囲内で、ハガキの短辺サイズを確定する縦ミシン目１を入れ、長辺サイズを設定する横ミシン目２を入れた後に、封書又は往復ハガキを形成するための横ミシン目３を設ける。ついては、この機軸となるミシン目１、２、３をあらゆるサイズの用紙をハガキ封筒用紙に製造するための主要構造ミシン目と称した。

主要構造ミシン目１の長さは、用紙サイズに応じて自由に定めることが可能だが、Ａ３用紙迄のサイズは、ミシン目３の交差点で入れ止めることで、スペースＣ、Ｄ、Ｅ部分の使い勝手が良い。しかし、ミシン目１を最下部迄通し入れて、用紙全体を縦折すれば、スペースＣ、Ｄ、Ｅ部を用紙裏側に折込収納できるが、ミシン目４及びミシン目９又は１０が機能するので、ミシン目を途中止めしても別段の支障は生じない。ついては、用紙のエンドユーザーが延長線上に切目をたやすく加え入れることも可能にしている。
折込用ミシン目４は、ハガキの巾サイズより大きいスペース部分を折込収納する目的の他に、細分化用ミシン目１０とのバランス上及び使い勝手に良いから、片一方をハガキサイズに、もしくはＤとＥを２等分するミシン目入れが好ましい。このミシン目１０は、用紙のエンドユーザーが、応募ハガキ用やチケットカード用並びに書込用又は各種印刷用として、用途自由自在に加え入れできることも説明表示して、のりしろ開封ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙にした。

これらののりしろ開封ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙を用いて、用紙の表面スペースＢの裏面に、スペースＡと同様の切手貼枠と郵便番号枠を印刷表示して、のりしろ開封ミシン目付往復ハガキ封筒用紙にした。

ミシン目１、２、３、４、５、６、７、９を入れ設けたハガキ封筒用紙の中央に、センター折用ミシン目８を加え入れた用紙は、のりしろミシン目５、９及びのりしろミシン目６並びに７部分を貼り合わせて使用できる、のりしろ開封ミシン目付２ツ折ハガキ封筒用紙にした。

別途Ａ３サイズ紙では、２ツ折型封筒又は折込型封筒のいづれの制作にも、ミシン目がハガキサイズ規格に合致するので、スペースＡ、Ｂが収まる。よって、センター折用ミシン目８と主要構造ミシン目３を一本化して兼用できる。

これらの用紙を用いて、スペースＢの裏面に、スペースＡと同様の切手貼枠と郵便番号枠を印刷表示しておくことで、受取人は開封後に、センター折用ミシン目８を反対方向に折り返すことによって、再び返信用封筒に利用できると説明表示している、のりしろ開封ミシン目付２ツ折往復ハガキ封筒用紙にする。

収納折込用ミシン目４の上部分及び下部分の余白スペースを書込用や印刷用だけでなく、写真や回数券のカード化等に、枠物化する細分化用ミシン目１０を入れ備えたハガキ封筒用紙は、更に多種多様な印刷物の用紙に用いられる。こののりしろ開封複合ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙を含めて、それぞれの用紙サイズ及びミシン目形態並びにその使用方法を表示して揃え入れた詰め合わせケースを、ミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙詰合せパック商品としている。

各種用途サイズ紙の一枚の用紙に、ハガキや封筒を形成する主要構造ミシン目を入れ備えることで、用紙裏表両面全体を活用しての、ハガキ又は封筒並びに封書ができる紙製品であるミシン目付ハガキ封筒用紙を製造することができる。
