本発明は、上述した課題を解決するために、次の如き技術手段を講じた。すなわち、請求項1に記載の本発明は、車台の前方に刈取部をその後方に脱穀部を搭載し、脱穀部の後部には脱穀後の排ワラを切断処理する排ワラカッタ−を装備してあるコンバインにおいて、前記排ワラカッタ−の後方にはバランスウエイトを内臓した箱体を設置するようにしてあることを特徴とする。

以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。
まず、図1〜図2に示すコンバインの構成について述べる。
走行クロ−ラ1を具備する車台2上には、前部に昇降可能な刈取部3を、後部にフイ−ドチエン4を具備する脱穀部5を搭載している。刈取部3の横側部には操作ボックス6や運転席7等からなる運転部が設置され、その後方には前記脱穀部5の横側部においてグレンタンク8が装備されている。また、脱穀部5の後部には排ワラ搬送装置9によって後方に搬送される脱穀後の排ワラを受け入れて切断処理する排ワラカッタ−10を装備している。

このコンバインの実施例では、脱穀部5の前方に3条列の穀稈を引き起しながら刈取搬送する3条刈用刈取部3を装備した構成を示している。従って、2条刈用刈取部を装備した場合にのみコンバイン全体の前後バランスが保持される構成であるため、前記実施例のように3条刈用刈取部3を装備する場合には機体重心が前側寄りとなり、この前後バランスを修正するためには、機体後部側適所にバランスウエイトをセットする必要がある。そこで、本発明の実施例では、前記排ワラカッタ−10の後部側にあって、該カッタ−のカバ−枠体11にバランスウエイト12を着脱自在に装着する構成としている。このバランスウエイト12は側断面コの字型に構成された箱体13内に装填し溶接手段等によって一体的に固着するようにしている。そして、この箱体13の上端側はこの両側面より突設する係合フック14を前記カバ−枠体11から突設する係止ピン15に引っ掛け状態に係合係止すると共に、箱体13の下端側はこれより突設する取付ステ−16の取付孔17とカバ−枠体11側に設けた取付孔18とにボルトなどの締付固定具19をねじ込んで締付固定する構成としている。

図4〜図6に示すコンバインのグレンタンクの構成について説明する。
図示のグレンタンク8は、主として上部タンクGaと下部タンクGbとからなり、上部タンクGaと下部タンクGbと間に介在させる複数の中間増量タンクG1,G2…を順次重箱状に積み重ねることによってタンク容量を大きくし穀粒量増大化を図るようにしている。上部タンクGaの下端部及び各中間増量タンクG1,G2それぞれの下端部を漏斗状の傾斜面20に形成すると共に、この漏斗状傾斜面20上に乗る穀粒が速やかに流下し得る程度の傾斜角(安息角)θをもたせた構成としている。また、各中間増量タンクG1,G2の上端部及び下部タンクGbの上端部には、前記漏斗状傾斜面20を受ける漏斗状受け面21を設けた構成としている。従って、増量する場合には、各中間増量タンクを上方に積み重ねていくだけでよく、それぞれの接合部が漏斗状のため、位置づれすることがなく、確実に連結することができる。

以上のように中間増量タンクG1,G2…はスペ−サ−として上部タンクGaと下部タンクGbとの間に介在させるが、これら増量タンクの介在個数が増す毎にタンク全体の容量アップがなされ、また、この介在個数が増加する毎に上部タンクGaは順次上方に高く位置することになる。従って、この場合には、排出口22を上部タンクGaに臨ませた1番揚穀装置23を上下方向に伸縮移動自在に構成する。1番揚穀装置23は揚穀筒23aと揚穀螺旋23bとからなり、上下に伸縮移動する構成としている。

下部タンクGbの底部には水平方向で前後方向に穀粒を搬送する排出スクリュ−コンベア24を架設してあり、そして、この排出スクリュ−コンベア24の終端には穀粒を縦方向に揚上搬送する揚上オ−ガ25と、該揚上オ−ガ25に対し左右旋回自在でかつ上下昇降自在な排出オ−ガ26を連設した構成としている。

図7,図8及び図9に示す実施例について説明する。
運転席7の前側に位置する操作ボックス6上には、前後方向の操作で刈取部3を昇降制御し、左右方向の操作で機体を左右に操向制御する操作レバ−(パワステレバ−)27を配設している。操作ボックス6の前側フレ−ム28とこの前側フレ−ム28の前側に位置して着脱自在に取り付けられたフロントカバ−29との間の空間部30内には、前記パワステレバ−27の操作により刈取部の昇降制御及び機体左右の操向制御を司るパワステリリ−フバルブ31や油圧ホ−ス32の一部を内装配備した構成としている。従来は、前側フレ−ムの後方にパワステリリ−フバルブを配置していた為、圧力調整や整備等のメンテナンスがやりづらいものであったが、パワステリリ−フバルブを上記のように前側フレ−ムの前側に配備したので、周辺に障害となるものがなく、フロントカバ−29を取り外すだけでメンテナンスが容易にできるようになった。なお、前記空間部30内は熱がこもり高温となるので、フロントカバ−29にスリット33を設けることによって放熱することができる。
