TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for estimating a rotor position of a stepping motor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, methods for detecting the rotor position and speed of this type of stepping motor can be classified into the following two types.
1) A method of measuring an induced voltage from an excitation coil in a non-excitation state of the motor has been already disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
2) In addition, a method for measuring the induced voltage by providing a winding for detecting the induced voltage in the motor is already disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 2).
3) Further, for detecting the load of the stepping motor, there is a method of obtaining a load angle by providing a back electromotive voltage detection circuit. It is known that the load angle can be determined and the rotor position can also be estimated (for example, see Patent Document 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in each of the above-described conventional methods of the stepping motor, there are various problems as follows.
1) The method of measuring the induced voltage from the excitation coil in the non-excited state cannot be applied to the so-called micro-step drive without the non-excited state. , It is difficult to detect the induced voltage.

An integration operation is performed, and an output from the first integrator is integrated in parallel by a second integrator and a second amplifier, respectively, and is amplified. And the sum of the output from the second amplifier and the output from the second amplifier, and the calculated electrical angle from the adder is used as the estimated rotor position (electrical angle) of the motor, and the sine function generator and the The cosine function generator performs feedback calculation so as to substitute for the rotor position, and repeats the calculation, whereby the calculated electrical angle from the adder is used as the estimated position of the rotor. is there.

And a rotor position estimation method for a stepping motor, which is a voltage command value of each phase of the motor, which is output by a voltage command calculation device together with the command electric angle and the sinusoidal voltage.

FIG. 2 is a result of the estimated position represented by the electric angle with respect to time, and is a result of the estimation of the electric angle estimated by the present embodiment when the current control is performed with the electric angle frequency being 16 Hz and the current command being 1 A. As can be seen from the result, the estimation result of the induced voltage does not include a noise component.
[0038]
Then, as another embodiment, be using an inverse tangent function instead of the tracking filter, it is possible to obtain the estimated position theta est re of the rotor.
FIG. 3 is an estimation result (electric angle) of the induced voltage when the current control is performed with the electric angular frequency of 16 Hz and the current command set to 1 A. As can be seen from the result, the estimation result of the induced voltage contains many noise components.
[0039]
Using this information, the result obtained by calculating the electrical angle with the arc tangent function was estimated using the arc tangent function when the current control was performed with the electrical angle frequency being 16 Hz and the current command being 1 A, as shown in FIG. [0042]
Further, according to the rotor position estimating device of the present invention, since it has the structure shown in claim 3, it can be applied to micro-step driving of the stepping motor, and does not require a special dedicated motor. It is possible to detect and calculate the phase output voltage instruction and the phase current of each phase, which are outputs from the microcomputer.
[0043]
Further, according to the method and the apparatus of the present invention, the following effects can be further obtained. That is, since the filter also has a filter function, detection noise is small, and the current is usually controlled in the same phase as the induced voltage.
Therefore, the position information estimated according to the present invention can be used as it is as the excitation position. Further, the electric angle can be estimated and the position of the rotor of the motor can be estimated without dividing the estimation range from 0 ° to 360 °.
