Description

【0001】

【0084】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to wiring devices such as switches and outlets.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a wiring device such as a switch or an outlet, a quick connection terminal has been widely used for connecting an electric wire introduced into a body through a wire insertion hole provided in the body. As shown in FIG. 40, this type of quick-connecting terminal includes a terminal plate 302 that is housed in a body 300 and contacts an electric wire 101 introduced into the body 300 through an electric wire insertion hole 301, and between the terminal plate 302 and the terminal plate 302. And a lock spring 303 for holding an electric wire with a lock spring (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The locking spring 303 is a leaf spring, and is formed so as to hold the electric wire 101 by sandwiching the electric wire 101 between the contact piece 303 a provided on the locking spring 303 and the locking piece 303 b and the terminal plate 302. ing. That is, when the electric wire 101 is introduced into the main body 300 through the electric wire insertion hole 301 provided in the main body 300, the electric wire 101 bends in a direction to separate the contact piece 303 a and the lock piece 303 b from the terminal plate 302, and the contact piece 303 a and the chain The electric wire 101 is sandwiched between the terminal plate 302 and the lock piece 303b by a spring force generated in the lock piece 303b. Here, in a state where the electric wire 101 is sandwiched between the terminal plate 302 and the contact piece 303a and the locking piece 303b, the edges of the contact piece 303a and the locking piece 303b elastically contact the electric wire 101, and The wire 101 is prevented from coming off by the lock piece 303b biting into the portion. As described above, since the electric wire 101 is held in a state in which the electric wire 101 is in contact with the terminal plate 302 only by inserting the electric wire 101 into the electric wire insertion hole 301, the connection of the electric wire 101 is compared with a structure in which the electric wire 101 is connected using terminal screws. Work becomes easier.
[0003]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 41, an operation hole 304 is provided through the rear wall of the container 300, and a release button 305 is housed and arranged inside the container 300 on the back side of the operation hole 304. As shown in FIG. 42, the release button 305 is arranged beside the locking spring 303, and the pressing piece 305a that contacts the rear side of the locking piece 303b of the locking spring 303 has a shape protruding from the side surface. The operation hole 304 has a shape such that a tool 310 such as the tip of a flathead screwdriver can be inserted. When the tool 210 is inserted into the operation hole 304 and the release button 305 is pressed forward, the lock piece 303b is pushed. Upon receiving a pressing force from the wire 305a, the wire 305a bends away from the electric wire 101. Therefore, if a tool is inserted into the operation hole 304 and the release button 305 is pressed in a state where the electric wire 101 is connected, the lock piece 303b bends away from the electric wire 101 and the mechanical holding of the electric wire 101 is released. 101 can be pulled out of the body 300.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-185905 (paragraph 0014, FIG. 1)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the electric wire 101 connected to the quick connection terminal is removed in the conventional example, as shown in FIG. 41, the body 300 of the wiring device is held with one hand, and the tool 310 held in the other hand is inserted into the operation hole 304. When the release button 305 is operated by inserting the electric wire 101 into the electric wire 101, it is difficult to pull out the electric wire 101 from the electric wire insertion hole 301 because both hands are closed.

Therefore, the positioning protrusion 42b projecting from the main piece 42 of the terminal plate 41 'is fitted into the positioning hole 36b penetrating the coupling piece 36 of the blade receiver 31C, and the terminal plate 41' and the blade receiver 31C are fitted. Of the terminal plate 41 'and the blade 42a of the terminal plate 41' by inserting the caulking protrusion 36a projecting from the coupling piece 36 into the caulking hole 42a penetrating the main piece 42 and caulking. The coupling pieces 36 of the receiver 31C are connected to form the blade receiving block 30C.
[0030]
Thus, the blade receiving block 30C for the ground electrode configured as described above is accommodated in the storage chamber 13c in the center of the body 10 with the blade receiver 31C being on the lower side in the figure as shown in FIG. Here, as shown in FIG. 17 (b), in a structure in which two holes 42b for caulking and positioning are arranged in a row on the main piece 42 of the terminal plate 41, the distance between the recesses for processing for forming the holes 42b. Is very narrow, and the strength of the main piece 42 may be reduced. In order to secure the strength, the size of the main piece 42 must be increased. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the caulking protrusion 36a and the positioning hole 36b are provided on the coupling piece 36 of the blade receiver 31C, and the caulking hole 42a and the positioning protrusion 42b are provided on the main piece 42 of the terminal plate 41. Therefore (see FIG. 17A), the distance between the caulking hole 42a and the positioning projection 42b is widened, and the strength can be prevented from being reduced without increasing the size of the main piece 42.
[0031]
A plurality of wire insertion holes 11 are formed in the bottom wall of the body 10 so that wires can be introduced between the contact piece 43 and the locking piece 44 (see FIG. 4). As shown in FIG. 15, when the electric wire 101 is inserted between the contact piece 43 and the lock piece 44 through the electric wire insertion hole 11, the lock portion 44a of the lock piece 44 bites into the electric wire 101, so that the electric wire 101 is pulled. At the same time, the wire 101 is elastically contacted with the contact portion 43a of the contact piece 43 by the spring force of the lock piece 44, and the electric wire 101 is further pressed toward the lock piece 44 by the pair of pressing portions 43b and 43c. 44a and the pressing force of the pair of pressing portions 43b and 43c are balanced, and the electric wire 101 is held. However, the pressing portion 43c closer to the main piece 42 has a contact area that is increased by chamfering the surface that comes into contact with the electric wire 101.
[0032]
By the way, the terminal portion in the conventional example is constituted by a quick-connecting terminal device including a terminal plate and a locking spring, and the terminal plate is formed of a metal material having no spring property. For this reason, when the electric wire 101 is inserted straight into the terminal plate 302a and the locking spring 303 in a normal state as shown in FIG. 42 (a), the contact area between the terminal plate 302a and the electric wire 101 is sufficiently increased. However, when the electric wire 301 is inserted obliquely with respect to the terminal plate 302a and the locking spring 303 as shown in FIG. 2B, the contact area between the terminal plate 302a and the electric wire 101 decreases. There was a fear. On the other hand, in the terminal part 40 of the present embodiment, the electric wire 101 is pressed from both sides (opposite directions) by the two pressing parts 43 b and 43 c of the contact piece 43 and the locking part 44 a of the locking piece 44 as described above. Therefore, even if the electric wire 101 is inserted with an inclination, the pressing force of the two pressing portions 43b and 43c and the locking portion follow the inclination of the electric wire 101 by the spring force of the contact piece 43 and the locking piece 44. The pressing force of the wire 44a can be balanced, and the connection state between the terminal plate 41 and the wire 101 can be stabilized regardless of the inserted state of the wire 101. In addition, by applying a pressing force to the electric wire 101 from the opposite direction by the pressing portions 43b and 43c and the locking portion 44a, the pressing force can be shared by the contact piece 43 and the locking piece 44 in a well-balanced manner. Settling of the lock piece 44 can be suppressed. Moreover, in the present embodiment, the contact portion 43a, the pressing portions 43b, 43c, and the locking portion 44a, which are connection means for connecting the electric wire 101, are formed integrally with the terminal plate 41 by an elastic metal plate. In addition, there is an advantage that the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts and the number of assembling steps as compared with the case where two parts, the terminal plate and the locking spring, are required. In this embodiment, the pressing portion 43c closer to the main piece 42 has a chamfered surface in contact with the electric wire 101. However, as shown in FIG. The wire 101 is made to bite into the electric wire 101 to prevent the electric wire 101 from coming off.
[0033]
By the way, a release button 80 constituting the terminal portion 40 for the voltage electrode together with the terminal plate 41 is disposed in the storage chambers 13a and 13b, and a release button 200 constituting the terminal portion 40 for the ground electrode together with the terminal plate 41 'is accommodated. It is arranged in the room 13c. However, as described later, the release buttons 80 and 200 arranged adjacently have a mirror image relationship, and only one of the shapes will be described below.
[0034]
The voltage electrode release button 80 is made of a synthetic resin molded product, and has a prismatic operation portion 81 as shown in FIG. 12, and extends from one end of the operation portion 81 in the longitudinal direction of the operation portion 81 and A drive section 82 protruding in the short direction and an arm section 83 protruding in the same direction as the drive section 82 from the vicinity of the other end of the operation section 81 are integrally formed. The arm portion 83 is formed to have a width smaller than the width of the operation portion 81, and a pushing protrusion 84 protruding toward the driving portion 82 is integrally formed at the tip of the arm 83. The driving portion 82 has a larger protrusion amount from the operation portion 81 than the arm portion 83, and a concave portion 82 a that opens downward and on one side is formed on an inner surface facing the arm portion 83. I have. On the bottom surface of the concave portion 82a facing the arm portion 83, an inclined surface 82b is formed, which is inclined from the tip toward the operation portion 81 in a direction gradually moving away from the arm portion 83. Note that a positioning portion 85 protruding from the outer surface of the tip portion of the driving portion 82 on the opposite side to the arm portion 83 is provided in a protruding manner.
[0035]
On the other hand, a pair of vertical grooves 15 communicating with the storage chambers 13a and 13b is provided on both side surfaces in the lateral direction of the body 10 in parallel with each other. A button 80 is provided in each of the storage chambers 13a and 13b in the body 10 so as to face the terminal plate 41 (see FIG. 6). Here, the release button 80 faces the portion where the arm 83 does not face the contact piece 43 in the lock piece 44 of the terminal plate 41, and the wire insertion hole 11 of the body 10 faces the recess 82 a of the drive unit 82. The operation unit 81 is movably disposed in the storage chambers 13a and 13b so as to protrude from the vertical groove 15 so as to be able to advance and retreat. As described above, since the width of the contact piece 43 is smaller than the width of the lock piece 44, the facing area between the arm 83 and the lock piece 44 can be increased. I have. Further, return springs 90 for elastically urging the operation portion 81 in a direction protruding from the vertical groove 15 to return the release button 80 to a position when the electric wire is not connected (disconnection position) are provided in the respective storage chambers 13a and 13b. It is stored in.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 13, the return spring 90 has a pair of spring pieces 91 whose front ends are bent substantially at right angles and whose rear ends are bent in a substantially elliptical shape. A fixed portion 92 protruding to the side and a connecting piece 93 for connecting the spring piece 91 at the side edge of the rear end are formed integrally. The fixing portion 92 has a distal end portion curved in a substantially U-shape, and sandwiches the fixed portion 46 formed of a cutout provided in a portion of the locking piece 44 of the terminal plate 41 near the main piece 42 as shown in FIG. The return spring 90 is fixed (temporarily fixed) to the terminal plate 41. Then, when the blade receiving blocks 30A, 30B in which the return spring 90 is temporarily fixed to the terminal plate 41 are stored in the storage chambers 13a, 13b, the terminal plate 41 comes into contact with the inner wall of the body 10 so that the connecting piece 93 is clamped, and the return is performed. The spring 90 is permanently fixed to the terminal plate 41 (see FIG. 6). Further, if the release button 80 is disposed in the storage chambers 13a and 13b, the distal end of the spring piece 91 of the return spring 90 abuts the distal end of the drive section 82 of the release button 80, and the spring force of the spring piece 91 causes The release button 80 is elastically urged in a direction to return to the non-connection position (the position where the operation unit 81 projects from the vertical groove 15 of the body 10). The release button 80 is prevented from falling out of the body 1 by bringing the positioning portion 85 provided in the driving portion 82 into contact with the inner wall surface of the cover 20. Here, the terminal plate 41 is provided with a fixed portion 46 ′ formed of a rectangular through hole and paired with the fixed portion 46, and as shown in FIG. 19, a return spring 90 having only one spring piece 91. Is used, the fixed portions 92 of the return spring 90 'are sandwiched between the fixed portions 46 and 46', which are a pair, so that the return springs 90 and 91 'are temporarily fixed. 90 and a return spring 90 ′ having only one spring piece 91 can be attached to the same terminal plate 41, so that the cost can be reduced due to the common use of components, and the width of the wiring device can be increased. .
[0037]
When the electric wire is inserted between the contact piece 43 of the terminal plate 41 and the locking piece 44 through the electric wire insertion hole 11 and the electric wire is connected to the terminal portion 40 (the terminal plate 41), the end of the electric wire is released. The drive unit 82 comes into contact with the inclined surface 82b formed in the concave portion 82a of the drive unit 82, and the drive force of the drive unit 82 approaches the cover 20 and the operation unit 81 moves by the insertion force of the wire (the force acting in the wire insertion direction). The release button 80 is pressed and driven so as to enter the inside of the button 1. As a result, in a state where the electric wire is connected to the terminal unit 40, a part of the operation unit 81 moves to a position (connection position) where the operation unit 81 is pulled into the inside of the body 1. That is, whether the operation unit 81 of the release button 80 is movable between the non-connection position and the connection position, and whether the electric wire is connected to the terminal plate 41 depending on the position of the operation unit 81 (the non-connection position or the connection position). It is possible to confirm whether or not.
[0038]
Projections 16 projecting in the lateral direction of the body 10 are provided at portions near the rear end of the vertical groove 15 on both lateral sides of the body 10 to form a step with the side surface of the body 10. Have been. That is, at the connection position, the operation portion 81 of the release button 80 slightly protrudes from the side surface of the body 1 (the body 10), but the protrusion 16 is provided to form a step between the operation portion 81 and the side surface of the body 10. As a result, when viewed from the bottom side of the body 1 (body 10) in which the wire insertion hole 11 is open, the operating portion 81 of the release button 80 at the non-connection position appears to protrude outside the protrusion 16. On the other hand, the operation portion 81 of the release button 80 at the connection position is hidden behind the protrusion 16 and becomes invisible, and the connection state of the electric wire is easily determined by the visual permission of the release button 80 when viewed from the bottom of the body 1. It becomes possible to determine. Further, if the operation portion 81 of the release button 80 is colored in a color different from that of the body 10, there is an advantage that the position of the release button 80 is easily recognized.
[0039]
On the other hand, in order to pull out the electric wire connected to the terminal part 40, the operation part 81 exposed on the side surface of the body 1 through the vertical groove 15 is pushed with a finger, and the operation part 81 is further released from the connection position to the inside of the body 1. When the button 80 is moved, the distal end of the locking portion 44a of the terminal plate 41 is pressed by the pushing protrusion 84 projecting from the distal end of the arm 83 of the release button 80, so that the lock biting into the electric wire is pressed. The locking piece 44 is bent so that the portion 44 is separated from the electric wire, so that the electric wire can be pulled out. If the pushing operation of the operation unit 81 is stopped after the electric wire is pulled out, the release button 80 is moved by the spring force of the return spring 90, and the operation unit 81 automatically returns to the non-connection position. In the present embodiment, since the operation unit 81 is provided at one end of the release button 80 provided with the push projection 84, the operation position (operation unit 81) of the release button 80 and the arm 83 The operation amount of the release button 80 is improved by reducing the amount of operation required to press the lock portion 44a as the distance becomes shorter and the operability of the release button 80 is improved.
[0040]
On the other hand, the release button 200 for the ground electrode is also made of a synthetic resin molded product, and as shown in FIG. 14, a substantially rectangular operation unit 201, and a drive unit 202 protruding laterally from one end on one side surface of the operation unit 201, An arm 203 projecting laterally from the other end of the side surface, and a pushing protrusion 204 projecting from the tip of the arm 203 toward the drive unit 202 are integrally formed. The arm 203 has a width smaller than the width of the operation unit 201 (see FIG. 14C). The drive unit 202 has a larger protrusion amount from the operation unit 201 than the arm unit 203, and has an inner surface facing the arm unit 203 (a lower surface in FIG. A recess 202a is formed to be open to the outside. On the bottom surface of the concave portion 202a facing the arm portion 203, an inclined surface 202b that is inclined from the tip toward the operation portion 201 in a direction gradually moving away from the arm portion 203 is formed. In addition, the surface 202c of the drive unit 202 with which the end of the spring piece 91 of the return spring 90 abuts is recessed in the biasing direction of the return spring 90. Further, a relief portion 205 for releasing the blade receiver 31C of the blade receiver block 30C when stored in the storage chamber 13c is provided on an outer surface of one end of the operation unit 201 from which the drive unit 202 protrudes. 200 can be prevented from interfering with the blade receiver 31C, and at the same time, the distance between the release button 200 and the blade receiver 31C can be shortened, so that the body 1 can be downsized (see FIG. 6).
[0041]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 4, on the bottom surface of the body 10, a projecting portion 2 protruding rearward is provided at a portion where the wire insertion holes 11 are provided at the center of both ends in the longitudinal direction. That is, an abutment portion 3 is provided almost at the center of the bottom surface of the body 10 so as to protrude slightly rearward from the abutment portion 2, and penetrates the storage room 13 c in the body 10 through the central abutment portion 3. An electric wire insertion hole 11 is provided. The protruding portions 2 at both ends are formed integrally with protruding portions 16 protruding from the center of both lateral sides of the body 10. A recess 4 is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the body 10 and surrounded by the protruding portions 2 and 3. A pair of insertion grooves 5 communicating with the storage chamber 13c is formed over the bottom surface. Then, the release button 200 is disposed in the storage chamber 13c of the body 10 so as to face the terminal plate 41 'so that the operation portion 201 is inserted into these insertion grooves 5, and the release button 200 is attached to the terminal plate 41'. The operating portion 201 is elastically urged by the spring 90 in a direction to protrude from the insertion groove 5 and is stored in the storage chamber 13c. (See FIG. 20). In order to prevent the release button 200 from falling down in a direction in which the drive unit 202 separates from the terminal plate 41 'when the release button 200 is incorporated into the body 10, as shown in FIG. Is provided with a rib 17 which is a means for preventing the release button 200 from contacting and supporting the release button 200, thereby preventing the release button 200 from falling and improving the assembling workability.
[0042]
Thus, when the electric wire is inserted between the contact piece 43 of the terminal plate 41 ′ and the locking piece 44 through the electric wire insertion hole 11 and the electric wire is connected to the terminal plate 41 ′, the end of the electric wire becomes The release button 200 is pressed against the inclined surface 202b formed in the recess 202a of the base 202 so that the driving unit 202 approaches the cover 20 and the operation unit 201 enters the body 1 by the insertion force of the electric wire. Driven. As a result, when the electric wire is connected to the terminal plate 41 ', the operation unit 201 moves to a position (connection position) where the operation unit 201 is drawn into the body 1 (see FIG. 20B). That is, the operation unit 201 of the release button 200 is movable between the non-connection position and the connection position, and the electric wire is connected to the terminal plate 41 ′ depending on the position (the non-connection position or the connection position) of the operation unit 201. Can be checked. In addition, since the release button 200 is movable in two directions, that is, the front-rear direction and the longitudinal direction, the visibility is improved as compared with the case where the release button 200 moves in only one direction. If the operation unit 201 of the release button 200 is colored in a color different from that of the body 10, the position of the release button 200 is easily recognized.
[0043]
On the other hand, in order to pull out the electric wire connected to the terminal plate 41 ', the operation part 201 exposed in the recess 4 on the bottom surface of the body 1 through the insertion groove 5 is pushed with a finger, and the body is further moved from the connection position. 1 When the release button 200 is moved inside, the distal end of the locking portion 44a of the terminal plate 41 'is pressed by the pushing projection 204 projecting from the distal end of the arm 203 of the release button 200, so that The lock piece 44 is bent so as to separate the biting lock portion 44a from the electric wire, and the electric wire can be pulled out. If the pushing operation of the operation unit 201 is stopped after the electric wire is pulled out, the release button 200 is moved by the spring force of the return spring 90, and the operation unit 201 automatically returns to the non-connection position. In addition, a space for operating the operation unit 201 can be secured by the recess 4, and as a result, the amount by which the ground electrode terminal portion 40 protrudes from the bottom surface of the body 1, that is, the protruding portion 3 from the bottom surface of the body 1. The size of the container 1 can be reduced by suppressing the amount of protrusion. In the present embodiment, the peripheral surfaces of the recesses 4 (side surfaces of the abutment portions 2 and 3 facing the recesses 4) are inclined surfaces 2a and 3a inclined toward the recesses 4 toward the bottom surface of the recesses 4, The opening area of the recess 4 is widened so that a finger can be easily inserted, and the operability of the release button 200 is improved.
[0044]
As described above, the universal type insertion portion 24 and the O type insertion portion 24 'are formed on the front wall of the cover 20. The insertion portion 24 includes insertion holes 25 opened at portions corresponding to the blade receiving springs 32 and 33 of each blade receiver 31A. Each of the insertion holes 25 has a flat-type plug blade into which a flat-type flat plug blade is inserted. The port 25a is formed in a shape in which a pin-type blade insert port 25b into which a round pin-shaped pin-type blade is inserted is communicated. That is, the flat-type blade insertion port 25a has a rectangular shape, and has a shape in which a circular pin-type blade insertion port 25b communicates with one side edge of an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the distance between the centers of the pin-type blade insertion ports 25b is wider than the distance between the centers of the flat-type blade insertion ports 25a. The flat blade inserted into the flat blade insertion slot 25a is sandwiched between the side surface of the blade receiving spring 32 and the blade receiving spring 33, and the pin type blade inserted into the pin type blade insertion port 25b is It is sandwiched between a pair of blade receiving springs 32. The insertion portion 24 'includes insertion openings 25a' and 25b 'which are respectively opened at portions corresponding to the blade reception springs 32 of the blade reception 31B. Each of the insertion openings 25a' and 25b 'has a rectangular shape and is grounded. The two flat blade insertion holes 25a 'into which the flat blades of the voltage electrode are inserted are arranged in an inverted C-shape on both sides of the flat blade insertion hole 25b' into which the pole flat blade is inserted. I have.
[0045]
Next, a structure in which the body 10 is assembled by connecting the body 10 and the cover 20 will be described. That is, in the present embodiment, the body 10 and the cover 20 are connected to each other by fitting the assembling member 210 into and out of the fitting portions 6 and 7 provided on both the body 10 and the cover 20 to form the body 1. It is designed to be assembled.
[0046]
As shown in FIG. 4, rectangular fitting portions 6 protrude from both sides of the center of the body 10 where a pair of vertical grooves 15 are provided. A concave groove 8 is formed in front of the fitting portion 6 (left side in FIG. 4B). On the other hand, a pair of insertion grooves 21 communicating with the vertical grooves 15 of the body 10 are provided on the both sides in the short direction of the cover 20 at the center in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. A fitting portion 7 having the same shape and the same size as the fitting portion 6 of the body 10 is provided in a protruding manner. When the cover 20 is in contact with the opening surface of the body 10, the respective fitting portions 6 and 7 are arranged in a line with the concave groove 8 interposed therebetween.
[0047]
The assembly member 210 is made of a synthetic resin molded product having elasticity. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a pair of fitting holes 211 respectively fitted with the fitting portions 6 and 7 are provided in the front-rear direction of the body 1 (FIG. 1). A pair of strip-shaped connecting pieces 212 arranged side by side in a vertical direction (in the vertical direction in FIG. 3), and a strip-shaped horizontal piece 213 whose ends are respectively connected to the ends of both connecting pieces 212, A locking projection 214 having a locking claw 214a at the tip is protruded rearward from a substantially central portion sandwiched between the fitting holes 211 on the back side of the coupling piece 212 opposed to 1. In addition, each fitting piece 211 includes a mounting frame for embedding an embedded wiring device on a construction surface, or a flash plate (hereinafter simply referred to as a “plate”) having a wiring device mounting structure. A pair of mounting portions (mounting claws) 215 are provided so as to protrude from the mounting holes to engage with the engaging holes provided.
[0048]
On the other hand, on the cover 20, a locked portion 26 to which a locking claw 214 a provided at the tip of the locking protrusion 214 of the assembly member 210 inserted from the concave groove 8 of the body 10 is locked in the short direction. (See FIG. 5). A guide surface 27 is formed in the vicinity of the fitting portion 7 inside the both side walls of the cover 20 so as to incline backward toward the inside and guide the locking claw 214a to the locked portion 26.
[0049]
Thus, in order to assemble the body 1 by combining the body 10 and the cover 20, as shown in FIG. 21A, the locking projection 214 is formed with the body 10 and the cover 20 abutting on the opening side. When the assembly member 210 is pressed toward both sides facing the longitudinal direction of the container body 1 so as to be inserted into the concave groove 8, the assembly member 210 is inserted into each fitting hole 211 of the assembly member 210 as shown in FIG. The fitting portions 6 and 7 of the body 10 and the cover 20 are fitted to each other to connect the body 10 and the cover 20, and at the same time, a locking claw 214 a provided at the tip of the locking protrusion 214 is used to guide the cover 20. The locking protrusion 214 is bent rearward (toward the body 10) along the surface 27, and the locking claw 214 a is locked to the locked portion 26 of the cover 20, whereby the fitting portion 6 of the assembly member 210 is formed. , 7 can be prevented. The central portion of the horizontal piece 213 is bent to escape the release button 80 exposed on the side surface of the container 1. Further, in order to smoothly bend the locking protrusion 214 rearward, an inclined surface 10a inclined substantially parallel to the guide surface 27 may be provided at a position facing the guide surface 27 of the body 10 as shown in FIG. desirable.
[0050]
By the way, inside the cover 20, a first door 240 for closing the universal type insertion portion 24 so as to be able to open and close, a second door 250 for closing the O type insertion portion 24 'so as to be able to open and close, and a body. 10 and a middle frame 260 that is disposed between the front wall of the cover 20 and slidably supports the first and second doors 240 and 250 so as to be housed inside the cover 20. . That is, the first and second doors 240 and 250 are pushed by the tips of the blades inserted into the insertion portions 24 and 24 ′, and slide while the first and second doors 240 and 250 are supported by the middle frame 260, so that the insertion portion 24 , 24 ′, and the blade can be connected to the blade receivers 31 </ b> A, 31 </ b> B through the blade insertion hole 261 or the like provided through the middle frame 260. Further, when the blade is pulled out from the insertion portions 24, 24 ', the first and second doors 240, 250 slide by the return spring 254 formed of a coil spring, and the original positions, that is, the insertion portions 24, 24'. Is returned to the closed position, and foreign substances other than the plug blade of the plug can be prevented from being inserted into the insertion portions 24, 24 '.
[0051]
When the outlet of the present embodiment configured as described above is installed on a construction surface such as a wall surface, the plate 100 shown in FIGS. 22 and 23 is used. The plate 100 includes a plate frame 110 that holds the container body 1 and a decorative plate 120 that covers the plate frame 110 and is installed with a good appearance. The synthetic resin plate frame 110 has an insulating property, and the left end portion and the right end portion of the pair of frame pieces 113a and 113b are continuously and integrally connected to each other by the horizontal piece 112, thereby exposing the front surface of the container body 1. It is formed in a vertically long rectangular frame shape having a rectangular opening window 111 at the center. A strip-shaped fixed beam portion 114 and a movable beam portion 115 are provided on the rear surfaces of both side edges along the longitudinal direction of the opening window 111 so as to face each other.
[0052]
The movable beam portion 115 is continuously and integrally connected to the frame piece 113b via a connection portion 116 extending in the longitudinal direction of the movable beam portion 115 at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and two intermediate portions are connected to the movable beam portion 115. It is continuously and integrally connected to the frame 113b via the bridge portion 117 in the direction orthogonal to the frame. The portions between the connecting portions 116 and the bridge portions 117 and between the two bridge portions 117 are slits 118a to 118c penetrating from front to back. The synthetic resin forming the plate frame 110 has flexibility, and the movable beam 115 and the connecting portion 116 are flexible. The slits 118a and 118c on both sides are formed in an L shape, and the slit 118b in the middle is formed on a straight line. In the frame piece 113b, in the vicinity of each bridge portion 117, a long hole-shaped groove 119 penetrating from front to back is provided so that the movable beam portion 115 is also flexible at a portion corresponding to the bridge portion 117.
[0053]
On the other hand, on one surface of the fixed beam portion 114 and the movable beam portion 115 facing the opening window 111, six holding grooves 114 a as holding portions that engage with the mounting claws 215 projecting one by one on the assembly member 210. , 115a (see FIG. 22) are provided at an equal pitch. Therefore, when the mounting claws 215 provided on the assembly member 210 are engaged with the holding grooves 114a and 115a, the body 1 is attached to the plate frame 110 with the front surface of the body 1 exposed from the opening window 111. can do. Further, contact portions 114 d and 115 d are formed at the bases of the fixed beam portion 114 and the movable beam portion 115 so as to abut on the horizontal piece 213 of the assembly member 210 so that the container 1 does not fall off from the plate frame 110 forward. I have. That is, the horizontal piece 213 contacts the contact portions 114d and 115d (see FIG. 22), and the rear surface of the mounting claw 215 is locked in the holding grooves 114a and 115a, so that the body 1 is attached to the plate frame 110. The mounting claw 215 of the assembly member 210 is driven into the holding groove 115a by the inclined surface 54a and the guide portion 115b while bending the movable beam 115, and the mounting claw 215 can be easily engaged with the holding groove 115a.
[0055]
On the other hand, at the base of the fixed beam portion 114, an instrument removing hole 114c penetrating through the front and back of the plate frame 110 is formed between each pair of adjacent holding grooves 114a. In the attached state, the tip of a driver or a jig dedicated to removal is inserted into the instrument removing hole 114c, and the body 1 is pushed toward the movable beam 115 by the tip of the jig. The movable beam 115 can be deflected by the above operation, and the engagement between the holding groove 114a on the fixed beam 114 and the mounting claw 215 of the body 1 can be released to remove the body 1 from the plate frame 110. It has become.
[0056]
By the way, as described above, the plate frame 110 has three pairs of holding grooves 114a and 115a in the fixed beam portion 114 and the movable beam portion 115, respectively. A pair of mounting claws 215 are formed. Here, the container 1 having unit dimensions (hereinafter, referred to as “one module”) whose mounting dimensions are set so that a maximum of three units can be mounted on the plate frame 110 by three pairs of holding grooves 114a and 115a. If it is called the body 1, the body 1 of the present embodiment is composed of three modules. In this manner, by defining the relative mounting dimensions of the container 1 and the plate frame 110, it is possible to mount any number of the containers 1 in the range of 1 to 3 to the plate frame 110. Become.
[0057]
By the way, a recess 131 is formed on the front surface of the middle part of each horizontal piece 112 of the plate frame 110. Each of the recesses 131 has an elongated box hole 132 for inserting a box screw for attaching the plate frame 110 to the embedding box, and a screw for directly attaching the plate frame 110 to a construction surface such as a wall surface. A screw insertion hole 133 to be inserted and a scissor fitting locking hole 134 for locking a scissor fitting (not shown) used when attaching to a wall panel or the like forming a construction surface are provided.
[0058]
Further, at four corners of the plate frame 110, there are provided decorative plate locking holes 135 for locking the locking projections 123 projecting from the rear surface of the decorative plate 120, and the decorative plate locking holes 135 are provided in the decorative plate locking holes 135. The decorative plate 120 can be detachably attached so as to cover the front surface of the plate frame 110 by inserting and locking the plate.
[0059]
The decorative plate 120 is formed using a synthetic resin having an insulating property, and has a rectangular main portion 121 covering the front surface of the plate frame 110, and a rear portion extending from the periphery of the main portion 121 to the entire periphery. Is formed in a substantially box shape in which a side wall 122 protruding from the front end is continuously and integrally formed. The locking projections 123 project from four corners on the rear surface side of the main portion 121. In addition, an opening window 121 a that exposes the front surface of the container body 1 attached to the plate frame 110 is provided at a central portion of the main portion 121.
[0060]
The distance between the opposing surfaces of the side wall 122 of the decorative plate 120 is larger than the width of the corresponding portion of the plate frame 110. That is, when the decorative plate 120 is attached to the front side of the plate frame 110 disposed on the construction surface, the plate frame 110 fits inside the decorative plate 120, and the leading edge of the side wall 122 of the decorative plate 120 is almost on the construction surface. Abut As a result, the abutting surface of the plate frame 110 and the decorative plate 120 does not protrude forward from the construction surface, and the abutting line of the two is hardly seen from the side surface, and the appearance is improved. A plurality of rows of regulating ribs 124 are provided on the inner side surface of the side wall 122 of the decorative plate 120 to contact the side surface of the plate frame 110 to prevent the decorative plate 120 from being displaced with respect to the plate frame 110.
[0061]
By the way, on the outer surfaces of both frame pieces 113a and 113b of the plate frame 110, there are an inclined surface 113c which is inclined so as to protrude outward toward the rear, and an overhang portion 113d which protrudes outward continuously from the inclined surface 113c. Is formed. Further, ribs 125 whose rear end surfaces are in contact with the front surface of the overhang portion 113d project from the inner side surfaces of the upper and lower side walls 122 of the decorative plate 120, and the rib 125 prevents the decorative plate 120 from rattling. When the decorative plate 120 is mounted on the plate frame 110, the regulating ribs 124 of the decorative plate 120 are guided by the inclined surfaces 113c formed on the frame pieces 113a and 113b of the plate frame 110, so that the mounting is easy.
[0062]
A pair of notches 126 are provided in one of upper and lower side walls 122 of the decorative plate 120, and a jig (such as a tip of a flathead screwdriver) is inserted into the notch 126 so that the decorative plate 120 is separated from the plate frame 110. When a (forward) force is applied, the engagement state between the locking projection 123 of the decorative plate 120 and the decorative plate locking hole 135 of the plate frame 110 is released, and the decorative plate 120 can be removed from the plate frame 110. . At a position corresponding to the notch 126 in the frame piece 113b of the plate frame 110, a relief portion 136 recessed inward from the inclined surface 113c is provided, and a jig inserted into the notch 126 can be released and inserted to the back. This makes it easy to apply force when removing the decorative plate 120. Further, a rib 137 thinner than the overhang portion 113 d extends from the rear end of the escape portion 136 so as not to protrude from the cutout portion 126 of the decorative plate 120. In other words, there is a possibility that the jig inserted into the notch 126 may be damaged by applying force with the portion contacting the construction surface as a fulcrum, but the jig inserted into the notch 126 is provided with the rib 137. When the jig contacts the rib 137 and the decorative plate 120 is removed from the plate frame 110, it is possible to prevent the jig from damaging the construction surface.
[0063]
On the rear side of the decorative plate 120, ridges 128a to 128c that are respectively fitted into three slits 118a to 118c provided in the plate frame 110 when attached to the plate frame 110 are arranged. Here, the dimension of each of the ridges 128a to 128c is set between the inner peripheral surface of each of the slits 118a to 118c and each of the ridges 128a to 128c in a state of being fitted into each of the slits 118a to 118c of the plate frame 110. The dimensions are set so that only a small gap is created. That is, in a state where the decorative plate 120 is attached to the plate frame 110 to which the body 1 is attached, the three protruding strips 128a to 128c are fitted into the respective slits 118a to 118c of the plate frame 110, and among the slits 118a to 118c, Since only a small gap is formed between the peripheral surface and each of the protruding strips 128a to 128c, the movement (bending) of the movable beam 115 of the plate frame 110 is restricted. As a result, even when an impact such as pulling out the plug inserted into the outlet with an abnormally large force is applied, the movement of the movable beam 115 is restricted as described above, so that the mounting claw 215 of the body 1 is restricted. Therefore, the locking between the movable beam portion 115 and the holding grooves 115a and 114a of the fixed beam portion 114 is not easily released.
