【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、配線器具等の接続に用いられる電線接続端子装置及び電線接続端子装置を備えたコンセントやスイッチやコネクタや端子台やジョイントボックス等の配線器具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、電線の接続作業を容易にするため、いわゆる速結端子構造のものを用いた電線接続端子装置が知られている。この速結端子構造のものを用いた電線接続端子装置は端子板と、電線の芯線を端子板に圧接接続するとともに電線の抜け止めを行う錠ばねと、錠ばねを撓ませることで電線の抜け止めを解除する解除釦とから成るものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の従来例においては、1つの端子部に複数の電線を接続する場合に、1枚の端子板に複数の錠ばねを並設し、コンセント装置本体に各錠ばねに対応させて複数の電線挿入口を設けている。そのため、電線挿入口から挿入された電線の芯線が、隣接する電線挿入口と対応する錠ばねの方へ挿入されてしまい、電線の接続がうまくいかずに接続作業に手間がかかるという問題があり、電線の芯線が撚線の場合には正確な接続作業が一層手間取るという問題があった。

本発明は上記問題点の解決を目的とするものであり、端子部に複数の電線を接続する際の接続作業を容易にすることができる電線接続端子装置及び電線接続端子装置を備えたコンセント及び電線接続端子装置を備えたスイッチ及び電線接続端子装置を備えたコネクタ及び電線接続端子装置を備えた端子台及び電線接続端子装置を備えたジョイントボックスを提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来例の問題点を解決して本発明の目的を達成するため、本発明の電線接続端子装置は、ボディ9とカバー10とで構成された本体1と、本体1に設けられた端子板2を収容するための収容部3と、収容部3に収容される端子板2と、端子板2の内部に挿入される電線の芯線を端子板2に圧接接続するための錠ばね4と、複数の錠ばね4に対応して各別に本体1に設けられた電線挿入口5とを備えた電線接続端子装置において、複数の錠ばね4を各別に収納するための複数のスペース15に仕切るための仕切り部8を設け 、仕切り部8を端子板2と一体に形成し、該仕切り部8の先端部をボディ9内に設けた係止溝49に挿入係止して成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成の本発明の電線接続端子装置においては、本体1に設けられた端子板2を収容するための収容部3と、収容部3に収容される端子板2と、端子板2の内部に挿入される電線の芯線を端子板2に圧接接続するための錠ばね4と、複数の錠ばね4に対応して各別に本体1に設けられた電線挿入口5とを備えた電線接続端子装置において、複数の錠ばね4を各別に収納するための複数のスペース15に仕切るための仕切り部8を設けてあるので、電線挿入口5から挿入された電線6の芯線6aが、仕切り部8の存在により隣接する電線挿入口5と対応する錠ばね4側に挿入されることなく、確実に各電線挿入口5に対応する錠ばね4側に挿入され、錠ばね4の弾性力により錠ばね4と端子板2とにより電線6の芯線6aが簡単且つ確実に挟持して接続されることになる。また、仕切り部8を端子板2と一体に形成してあるので、仕切り部8を形成が簡単にでき、しかも、錠ばね4を納めるスペースを仕切り部8で仕切って正確に形成できるものであり、更に、端子板2と一体に形成した仕切り部8の先端部をボディ9内に設けた係止溝49に挿入係止することで、端子板2に一体に設けた仕切り部8がボディ9に位置決めされる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて詳述する。本発明の電線接続端子装置は、本体1内に端子板2を収容するための収容部3を設け、この収容部3に端子板2を収容し、該端子板2に複数の錠ばね4を内装し、本体1に各錠ばね4に対応する電線挿入口5を設け、更に、本体1内には電線6の押圧を解除する方向に錠ばね4を押圧することができる解除釦7が設けてあって、いわゆる速結端子構造となっている。そして、本発明は、上記速結端子構造の電線接続端子装置において、複数の錠ばね4を各別に収納するための複数のスペース15を形成するために仕切り部8により仕切って、複数に仕切ったスペース15内にそれぞれ錠ばね4を配置し、本体1に設けた複数の電線挿入口5が仕切り部8により仕切った各スペース15にそれぞれ各別に連通するようになっている点に特徴がある。

さらに、速結端子構成部17に接続された電線を取り外すための電線6の押圧を解除する方向に錠ばね4を押圧することができる解除釦7が設けてある。この解除釦7は1つの速結端子構成部17に対して1個ずつ設けてある。この解除釦7はT字状をしており、図14に示すように略三角形状に形成された幅広の解除部7aと、該解除部7aの前部の中央から前方に突出した幅狭のレバー部7bとで構成してある。幅広の解除部7aは3つの錠ばね4に対向する幅を有している。解除釦7の解除部7aとレバー部7bとは図9乃至図11に示す図面で上に位置する上面に該当する面が弧状に連続している。幅狭のレバー部7bはボディ9に設けた挿入孔18にスライド自在に挿入してあり、レバー部7bの両側に設けたガイド用フランジ60が挿入孔18の入口側の両端部に設けた逃がし溝61にスライド自在にはめこんであり、また、レバー部7bを挿入孔18に挿入して上記のようにガイド用フランジ60を逃がし溝61に嵌め込んだ状態でレバー部7bの弧状面7cが挿入孔18の壁面に設けた弧状壁面18aに図9乃至図11のように対応し、電線6の芯線6aを挿入していない状態では錠ばね4のく字型の先端片部4aのばね力により解除釦7が押されて図10の実線のように弧状面7cが弧状壁面18aに押圧されている。ここで、仕切り部8を構成する仕切り板の一側縁は弧状面7cが当接する解除釦ガイド部19となっている。また、幅広の解除部7aは挿入孔18よりも幅広なので、図10の実線の状態で解除釦7が挿入孔18から脱落することがなく、また、ガイド用フランジ60が逃がし溝61に挿入してあることで、解除釦7が挿入孔18の所定の位置に位置決めされることになる。

今、電線6の芯線6aを電線挿入口5から挿入すると、電線6は仕切り部8を構成する仕切り板により確実に対応する錠ばね4とコ字状の端子部11の一片との間に挿入され、錠ばね4のく字型の先端片部4aとS字型の先端片部4bとの各先端とにより芯線6aが上記コ字状の端子部11の一片に弾性的に押圧される。ここで、芯線6aの接続を解除するには図11(a)のようにドライバ20をボディ9に設けた挿入孔18の開口部の一内面とレバー部7bの前端との間から挿入し、図11(a)→図11(b)のようにドライバ20を差し込む。すると、解除釦7はドライバ20により前方に押されるのであるが、この場合、弧状面7cが弧状壁面18aにガイドされながら前方に滑るように移動し、同時に解除部7aの弧状面7cが仕切り部8を構成する仕切り板の一側縁に形成された解除釦ガイド部19によりガイドされながら奥側に移動しながら錠ばね4のく字型の先端片部4aを図11(b)のように押圧していき、このことによりく字型の先端片部4aによる芯線6aへの押圧が解除されるので、この状態で図11(c)のように電線6を引き抜くのである。この図11(c)の状態では、く字型の先端片部4aのばね力により、弧状面7cの一部が解除釦ガイド部19と弧状壁面18aに押し付けられた状態で図11(c)の矢印のようにレバー部7bによりドライバ20を弾性的に押し付けてドライバ20を保持することになって、電線6の引き抜き時にドライバ20が脱落して先端片部4aが芯線6aに再び食い込まないようになっている。

ところで、ボディ9の収容部3に端子板2を収納するに当たり、端子板2をボディ9に組み込む前に先に略T字状をした解除釦7をボディ9内に組み込み、その後、端子板2を組み込むものである。この場合、先に組み込んだ解除釦7はレバー部7bがボディ9の挿入孔18に挿入されると共に弧状面7cがボディ9に設けた弧状壁面18aに当接した状態で納められる。この状態で、端子板2を収納するのであるが、この端子板2の挿入の際に、端子板2に設けた仕切り部8となる仕切り板の先端が解除釦7の幅広の解除部7aの先端に当たって、端子板2の挿入ができなくなるおそれがある。このため、本発明においては、図14に示すように解除釦7の幅広の解除部7aの先端の仕切り板の先端が当たる部分に端子板2に一体に形成した仕切り板の挿入を容易にするための仕切り部逃がし用溝48を設けてある。この仕切り部逃がし用溝48を設けることで、ボディ9に先に解除釦7を組み込み、その後に端子板2を組み込む際に仕切り部8となる仕切り板を端子板2に設けたにもかかわらず解除釦7に引っ掛かることなくスムーズに端子板2を組み込むことができる。ここで、仕切り部8となる仕切り板の先端部はボディ9内に設けた係止溝49に挿入係止されて位置決めされる。図13には仕切り部8となる仕切り板の先端部はボディ9内に設けた係止溝49に挿入係止されて位置決めされる状態が示してある。また、ボディ9の収容部3の開口縁部には図10に示すように、収容部3の内面部を構成する内壁又はリブに端子板2組み込みガイド用のテーパ部50が設けてあり、収容部3内に端子板2を組み込む際にこの端子板2組み込みガイド用のテーパ部50の存在によりスムーズに端子板2を組み込むことができるものである。

また、図17に示すように、ボディ1の収容部3の錠ばね4の先端片部4aの先端部の幅方向の両側に対向するようにテーパ面部72を有する撚線挿入ガイド用のリブ71を設けておくのが好ましい。すなわち、図18(a)はテーパ面部72を有する撚線挿入ガイド用のリブ71がない場合、図18(b)はテーパ面部72を有する撚線挿入ガイド用のリブ71を設けた場合をそれぞれ示している。しかしてテーパ面部72を有する撚線挿入ガイド用のリブ71がない場合、電線6の撚線よりなる芯線6aはボディ1の収容部3の側面に押し付けられ、一番下に位置する撚線の素線は、錠ばね4の先端片部4aをたわます力が上に位置する素線よりも必要である。このため、一番下の撚線の素線ほど座屈しやすくなる。これに対し、テーパ面部72を有する撚線挿入ガイド用のリブ71を設けると、撚線挿入ガイド用のリブ71に設けたテーパ面部72の効果で、撚線の素線が矢印の方向に移動し、錠ばね4の先端片部4aの先端部に集まりやすくなり、挿入時に錠ばね4の先端片部4aをたわます力が下に位置する素線も上に位置する素線のように小さくなって、下に位置する素線が座屈しくくなるものである。
