Description

【0001】

【0056】

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The 16A, three-pole plug P shown in FIG. 18 is inserted into the plug blade insertion port 14 of the above-mentioned conventional outlet A3. The plug P has two charging pins 60a and one ground pin 60b. The charging pin 60a is inserted into the charging blade insertion port 14, and the ground pin 60b is inserted into the ground blade insertion hole 14.
[0007]
FIGS. 32 (a) and 32 (b) show a state in which the plug P is inserted into the outlet A3. Since the three blade insertion ports 14 are arranged so as to be deviated above the cover 12, the plug P and the switch are connected. Since there is no space between the switch B1 and the switch B1 (as shown in FIGS. 33A and 33B), the plug P interferes with the operation unit 50 of the switch B1, and B1 is likely to malfunction. (For example, when a 16A, 3-pole outlet is used in combination with a switch for an air conditioner, the power supply circuit may be cut off by a switch instead of a breaker at the time of season off.)
Further, even when a wiring device such as an outlet or a telephone modem is attached in place of the switch B1, the plug P interferes with the wiring device, making it difficult to use.
[0008]
Further, FIGS. 35 (a) and (b) show another outlet A4 (see FIGS. 34 (a), (b) and (c)) and a switch B2 attached to an opening of a frame D2 for a continuous wiring device. The configuration is shown, and the outlet A4 is attached to the frame D2 by engaging the engagement projection 15 with the frame D2. The frame D2 has an opening formed so as to expose substantially the entire surface of the wiring device, and the outlet A4 and the switch B2 are wider than the outlet A3 and the switch B1. Also in this case, as shown in FIGS. 35A and 35B, the same problem as described above occurs because the three blade insertion holes 14 are arranged so as to be offset above the cover 12.
[0009]

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0021]
FIGS. 1 to 3 show a configuration in which an outlet A1 and a switch B1 of the present invention are attached to an opening of a plate frame C1 for a wiring device of a combined type (for example, JIS C8304), and a peripheral portion of the surface is covered with a decorative plate D1. The work is performed by attaching the plate frame C1 to an opening provided in a structure such as a wall. Here, the switch B1 is for turning on / off the power supply to the outlet A1, and the switch B1 is mounted side by side above the outlet A1.
[0022]
Hereinafter, the outlet A1 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 to 8. The outlet A1 includes a housing 1 including a body 11 and a cover 12, two charging-side blade receiver / terminal integrated parts 2 a, One ground-side blade receiver / terminal integrated component 2b, a locking spring 4 forming a quick connection terminal between the blade receiver / terminal integrated component 2a, 2b, and removal of the electric wire from the charging-side quick connection terminal A release button 5a used at the time of release and a release button 5b used at the time of removing the electric wire from the quick connection terminal on the ground side. In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes an assembly frame for connecting the body 11 and the cover 12 of the housing 1. The assembly frame 10, which is formed in a U-shape and has an engagement projection 15, is placed on the cover 12 and has both ends. The body 11 and the cover 12 are connected by being swaged and locked on the outer wall of the body 11. The outlet A1 is attached to the plate frame C1 by engaging the engagement projection 15 with the plate frame C1.
[0023]
The cover 12 has three blade insertion holes 14 on its surface, and the body 11 joined to the back side of the cover 12 is partitioned by partition ribs 16, 16. Note that the housing 1 shown here is formed in a size for two modules in a continuous-use wiring device. Further, the three blade insertion ports 14 are formed of a set of three of the two blade insertion ports 14 and 14 for charging and the blade insertion port 14 for grounding. Two charging blade insertion holes 14, 14 for charging are arranged below the cover 12 in an inverted U shape, and a grounding blade insertion hole is provided on a center line between the two and substantially in the center of the cover 12. The mouth 14 is arranged.
[0024]
The charging-side blade receiving / terminal integrated component 2a is formed by integrally forming a charging-side blade receiving spring 20a and a terminal plate 30a via a connecting piece 31, and the ground-side blade receiving / terminal integrated component 2b is a ground-side blade receiving component. The spring 20b and the terminal plate 30b are integrally formed, and the blade receiving springs 20a and 20b are located at the back of each plug blade insertion port 14.
[0025]
The charging-side blade receiver / terminal integrated part 2a is provided with two locking springs 4, 4 and one release button 5a, and the grounding-side blade receiver / terminal integrated part 2b is provided with two locking springs 4. , 4 and one release button 5b are housed in each chamber of the body 11. At this time, the charging-side blade receiver / terminal integrated component 2a, 2a and the grounding-side blade receiver / terminal integrated component 2b have the terminal plates 30a, 30b upward and the blade receiving springs 20a, 20b downward, as is apparent from FIG. It is arranged to face. When the disposing direction of the charging-side blade receiving spring 20a and the terminal plate 30a is different from the disposing direction of the grounding-side blade receiving spring 20b and the terminal plate 30b as in a conventional outlet (see FIG. 31), the parts are not assembled and assembled. However, in the present embodiment, since the disposing directions are the same as each other, the disposing directions of the blade receiver / terminal integrated parts 2a and 2b may be changed when assembling the parts during assembly. It will be hard to make mistakes.
[0026]
The locking spring 4 shown here makes an electrical connection between the electric wires and the terminal plates 30a, 30b by pressing the electric wires against the side walls of the terminal plates 30a, 30b, and has an obliquely directed edge. This is for preventing the electric wire from coming off, and two terminals are provided for one terminal plate 30a, 30b as described above. One is for normal connection and the other is for feed connection. Also, one release button 5a is provided for the terminal plate 30a, and one release button 5b is provided for the terminal plate 30b, and the wire can be pulled out by pushing back the one end edge of the locking spring 4. And
[0027]
The wire insertion hole 18a on the back surface of the body 11 used when connecting the charging wire to the terminal plate 30a, and the wire insertion hole 18b on the back surface of the body 11 used when connecting the ground wire to the terminal plate 30b, It is located on the upper side of the body 11 so as to be substantially in line with both sides, and a wire connection operation is carried out by inserting the wires with their end coatings removed into the wire insertion holes 18a, 18b, and adjacent to the wire insertion holes 18a, 18b, respectively. When the driver pushes the release button 5 into the release holes 19a and 19b, the operator releases the connection. That is, in the present embodiment, as shown by the hatched portion in FIG. 9, the L pole side terminal T1 around the wire insertion hole 18a on one side, the N pole side terminal T2 around the wire insertion hole 18a on the other side, and the wire insertion hole 18b. A peripheral ground terminal T3 is located above the body 11 and substantially in line with both sides.
[0028]
The plug A of 16A shown in FIG. 18 is inserted into the plug blade insertion port 14 of the outlet A1. The plug P has two charging pins 60a and one ground pin 60b. The charging pin 60a is inserted into the charging blade insertion port 14, and the ground pin 60b is inserted into the ground blade insertion hole 14.
[0029]
FIGS. 10 (a) and 10 (b) show a state in which the plug P is inserted into the outlet A1. Unlike the conventional example, the three blade insertion ports 14 are arranged so as to be biased below the cover 12. Since the distance between the plug P and the switch B1 is increased, the plug P does not interfere with the operation unit 50 of the switch B1, and the operability of the switch B1 is improved.
[0030]
FIG. 11 shows a configuration in which another outlet A2 (see FIG. 12) and a switch B2 are attached to an opening of a frame D2 for a continuous wiring device, and the outlet 15 is engaged with the frame D2 by engaging an engaging projection 15 with the frame D2. A2 is attached to the plate frame C1. The frame D2 has an opening formed so as to substantially expose the entire surface of the wiring device, and the outlet A2 and the switch B2 are wider than the outlets A1 and the switch B1. Also in this case, as shown in FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (b), since the three blade insertion ports 14 are arranged so as to be biased below the cover 12, the distance between the plug P and the switch B2 is increased. Therefore, the plug P does not interfere with the operation unit 50 of the switch B2, the operability of the switch B2 is improved, and the effect is great because the operation unit 50 is formed widely.
[0031]
Hereinafter, description will be made using the outlet A1 and the switch B1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, but the same applies to the case where the outlet A2 and the switch B2 shown in FIGS. 11 to 13 are used.
[0032]
First, FIG. 36 shows a state in which the plug P is inserted into the conventional outlet A3. The ground pin 60b of the plug P is longer than the charging pin 60a and serves as a guide. It is inserted into the blade insertion port 14. However, conventionally, since the grounding blade insertion port 14 is located at the upper end of the cover 12, the switch B1 mounted above the outlet A3 is erroneously contacted due to a slight displacement at the time of insertion, causing a malfunction. 37, or when only the outlet A3 is combined with the decorative plate D1 'as shown in FIG. 37, the material of the decorative plate D1' has a lower surface hardness than that of the outlet A3, so that the decorative plate D1 'is easily scratched. The area near the upper end of the opening (hatched area in the figure) was damaged.
[0033]
In the present embodiment, since the plug blade insertion port 14 for grounding is located substantially at the center of the cover 12, the plug B does not interfere with the switch B1 mounted above the outlet A3 as shown in FIG. A slight shift makes it difficult for the switch B1 to malfunction. Further, when inserting the plug P, the plug blade insertion port 14 for grounding can be easily aimed, so that the plug P can be easily inserted.
[0034]
Usually, when the outlet is attached to an opening provided in a structure such as a wall, the box 101 is disposed inside the opening provided in the structure 100 as shown in FIG. The outlet A1 is housed in the box 101, and the electric wires 103 passing through the electric conduit 102 penetrating the upper surface of the box 101 are connected to the electric wire insertion holes 18a and 18b on the back surface of the body 11 to perform fall wiring. At this time, the wire 103 to be constructed has a long margin from the box 101, and when the outlet A1 is constructed, it is necessary to bend the wire and store it in the box 101. However, in the related art, the electric wire insertion hole 18a for connecting the electric wire 103 is located on the upper end side of the back surface of the body 11, and the electric wire insertion hole 18b is located on the lower end side of the back surface of the body 11 (see FIG. 30). The direction was not fixed, and the housing of the electric wire 103 in the box 101 was poor.
[0035]
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the electric wire insertion holes 18a, 18b, 18a (terminals T1, T2, T3) are positioned substantially in line with both sides at the upper end side of the back surface of the body 11, and the electric wire insertion holes 18a, 18b , 18a (terminals T1, T2, T3) are substantially in line with the bending direction of the electric wire 103, so that the bending direction can be easily made the same direction, so that the electric wire 103 can be easily stored in the box 101. ing.
[0036]
In addition, it is possible to take a longer allowance for bending the electric wire 103 than when the electric wire insertion holes 18a and 18b are near the center of the back surface of the body 11, and as shown in FIGS. Connection is possible even in the case of a short length. In FIGS. 15, 16 (a) and 16 (b), only the outlet A1 is combined with the plate frame C1 'and the decorative plate D1'.
[0037]
Although display items (*** ...) such as manufacturer, product number, and specifications are engraved on the back surface of the body 11, the terminals T1, T2, and T3 are located at the upper end of the back surface of the body 11 in this embodiment. The display items (*** ...) can be engraved in a compact manner concentrated on the lower end of the back of the body 11, and the display contents can be easily identified and recognized, resulting in a sense of unity. I have.
[0038]
The terminals T1 and T2 indicate the characters "L" and "N" representing the polarity by engraving, respectively, and these "L" and "N" engravings are formed in a convex shape so that the polarity can be increased. This has the effect of making the display stand out, terminals of each polarity can be easily recognized, and erroneous connection due to erroneous recognition can be prevented.
[0039]
Further, as shown in FIG. 17, a concave portion (hatched portion) is provided between each of the terminals T1, T2, and T3 on the back surface of the body 11, and the terminals T1, T2, and T3 are made to have a convex shape. By making T3 independent from other terminals, terminals of each polarity can be easily recognized, and erroneous connection due to erroneous recognition can be prevented.
[0040]
Next, the charging-side blade receiver / terminal integrated component 2a and the grounding-side blade receiver / terminal integrated component 2b will be described. Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 38 to FIG. 41, the blade receiving spring 20 a on the charging side and the terminal plate 30 a on the charging side, and the blade receiving spring 20 b on the ground side and the terminal plate 30 b on the ground side are respectively constituted by different parts. The connection pieces 31a, 31b extending from the terminal plates 30a, 30b and the blade receiving springs 20a, 20b are connected by caulking with a caulking rivet 35.
[0041]
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 19 to 21, a charging-side blade receiving / terminal integrated part 2 a formed integrally with a charging-side blade receiving spring 20 a and a terminal plate 30 a via a connection piece 31. And a ground-side blade receiver / terminal integrated part 2b formed integrally with a ground-side blade receiving spring 20b and a terminal plate 30b. Since the crimping process can be omitted, the cost can be reduced.
[0042]
The blade receiver / terminal integrated parts 2a and 2b are manufactured by performing a punching process on a roll material, and FIG. 22B shows a charging side blade receiver / terminal integrated from the roll material 70 of the present embodiment. The drawing process of the part 2a is shown, and the cutting process is performed at a constant pitch X such that the blade receiving spring 20a and the terminal plate 30a are arranged in the roll width Y direction. In contrast to the conventional punching process using the roll material 75 shown in FIG. 42, as shown in FIG. 22A, a chamfer parallel to the edge in the pitch X direction is formed at the corner of the blade receiving spring 20a in the roll width Y direction. 71, and a chamfer 72 parallel to the edge in the roll width Y direction is formed on one corner of the blade receiving spring 20a in the pitch X direction, so that the hatched portions 73 and 74 of the roll material 75 are omitted. . Therefore, in the present embodiment shown in FIG. 22B, the pitch X and the roll width Y of the roll material 70 are smaller than those of the conventional roll material 75 in comparison with the conventional punching shown in FIGS. 22A and 22C. The size can be reduced, and material loss and cost can be reduced.
[0043]
Next, FIG. 23 shows the shape of the charging-side blade receiver / terminal integrated part 2a of FIG. 7 in FIGS. 24 (a), (b), (c) and FIGS. 25 (a), (b), (c). The bottom surface portion of the blade receiving spring 20a of the charging-side blade receiving / terminal integrated component 2a is rounded. Since the blade receiving spring 20a and the bottom surface of the body 11 are close to each other, in the shape of the blade receiving spring 20a shown in FIGS. By performing the processing, such catching can be prevented, and assemblability can be improved.
[0044]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 43, the shape of the ground-side blade receiver / terminal integrated component 2b is a joint between the blade receiver spring 20b and the terminal plate 30b even if they are integrally formed (as indicated by a two-dot chain line in the figure). ), They were independently arranged in a separated state. However, the ground-side blade receiver / terminal integrated component 2b of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 26 incorporates a joint (a portion indicated by a two-dot chain line in the figure) between the blade receiving spring 20b and the terminal plate 30b on the blade receiving spring 20b side.
