本発明は、地下構築物、特に地下鉄構内の壁面等に装着する漏水補修用の導水パネルに電飾看板を簡便且つ迅速に取付けるための取付構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
地下鉄構内の壁面から漏水すると、該漏水箇所の壁面に漏水補修用の導水パネルを装着する手法があり、工事コストの削減及び短時間による作業性に鑑み、今後、漏水補修用の導水パネルの使用率が一段と増加する方向にある。しかしこの導水パネルに電飾看板を取付ける技術が皆無であり、この技術の開発が急務になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、漏水処理対策として、今後、その使用例が著しく増加するであろう導水パネルに、電飾看板を簡便且つ迅速に、しかも漏水による漏電対策も充分な導水パネルにおける電飾看板の取付構造の提供を目的としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記の目的を達成する手段として、中央の仕切り板2を介して一方面に、多数の中空ブロック4を配列し、各中空ブロック4間に導水路5を有し、且つ前記中空ブロック4上に不燃布6を粘着してなる第1パネル3と、他方面に、前記仕切板2と外側の表面板8との間の間隙部9に、多数の傾斜リブ10を配列してなる第2パネル7によって構成される導水パネル1において、前記第2パネル7内の傾斜リブ10によって形成された正三角形状の空間部11に、長尺の平板12を挿置し、該平板12上に固定されたナット13に螺締したボルト14をもって電飾看板Aのボックス本体15を導水パネル1に取付けるようにした。

本発明の具体的な構造を、図にもとづいて説明すると、導水パネル1は、合成樹脂製で、中央の仕切版2を介して、一方面に、多数の中空ブロック4を等間隔に配列して該中空ブロック4間に導水路5を形成し、且つ、前記中空ブロック4上に不燃布6を貼着してなる第1パネル3と、他方面に、前記仕切版2と外側の表面板8との間の間隙部9に多数の傾斜リブ10を配列してなる第2パネル7によって構成されており、そして漏水壁面に装着した導水パネルは、前記導水路5の案内によって側溝に漏水を排出するようになる。

図中、19は前記ボックス本体15の蓋体、20は該蓋体19に装着した透明体或いは半透明体からなる窓板を示す。尚、導水パネル1の壁面Cに対する取付手段としては、L字型の取付金具21をボルト22、ナット23によって壁面に固定し、この取付け金具21に縁枠部材24をボルト25、ナット26によって固定すると共に、該縁枠部材24の内側に導水パネル1の上下端部を挿嵌し、ビス26で縁枠部材24に固定するようになる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記の構成に係り、以下に列挙する諸効果を有する。
(1)導水パネル1における第2パネル7間の傾斜リブ10によって形成される

電飾看板Aのボックス本体15を導水パネル1に取付けるようになっており、作業が簡単であって、時間的な制約を受ける地下鉄構内での工事に最適であり、しかも、前記ナット14は、その外周面が前記傾斜リブ10に対応したテーパー多角形面にしてあり、このテーパー面が傾斜リブ10に密着するばかりでなく、該ナット15を熔着してある平版12は、前記正三角形状の空間部11の底辺で安定してあり、電飾看板Aのボックス本体15は安全且つ強固に固定されるようになる。
(2)電飾看板Aを取付けに際し、導水パネル1における第2パネル7内の断熱層(又は機能層)を活用し、導水路5を有する第1パネル3を何等損傷することなく電飾看板Aを取付けるようになるので、導水パネルにおける導水作用を損ねることなく、電飾看板を簡便且つ安定的に取付けることができる。
(3)配線用の部品16を、第2パネル7内の正三角形状の空間部11に設置し、該部品16と電飾看板Aのボックス本体15内の電器部品17を配線用の管体18で連結し、この管体18内に配線コードを通すようにしてあり、この配線エリアは、導水パネル1の仕切板2によって完全に遮断されて漏水の心配がなく、漏電等の空気事故も回避され、前記(1)の効果と相俟って、更に有益な取付構造を提供し得るものである。
