Abstract
【解決手段】 ディフューザ組立体37は、流路表面139を含む発散形の環状の壁38を有する。環状のブロースロット140が、環状の壁38に沿って軸方向に設置され、また環状のブロー空気流路156は、ブロースロット140と流体連通している。ブロースロットの下流においてスクープ160の環状配列が上流側に向いた開口部142を有し、かつブロー空気流路156と流体連通している。中空ストラット64は、スクープ160からのブロー空気58をブロー空気流路156に導くための通路170を有する。ブロースロット140は、ディフューザ流路39に対して下流方向に向いて開口している。ブロー空気流路156を横切って設置されたブロー空気圧縮機ブレード182の列を使用して、ブロー空気58の圧力を上昇させる。

Claims (11)
- ガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器入口ディフューザ組立体(37)であって、
少なくとも1つの発散形の環状の壁(38)を有し、該環状の壁が、ディフューザ流路(39)を境界づける流路表面(139)を有しているディフューザ(50)と、
前記環状の壁(38)に沿って軸方向に設置された環状の内側ブロースロット(140)と、
を含むことを特徴とする組立体(37)。 - 前記ブロースロット(140)につながりかつ該ブロースロット(140)と流体連通した環状のブロー空気流路(156)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体(37)。
- 前記ディフューザ流路(39)に関して前記ブロースロット(140)の下流において該ディフューザ流路(39)内に配置された中空ストラット(64)上に取付けられかつ該中空ストラット(64)と流体連通した空気スクープ(160)の環状配列を更に含み、
前記スクープ(160)の各々が、上流側に面した開口(142)を有し、
前記スクープ(160)が、前記ブロー空気流路(156)と流体連通している、
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の組立体(37)。 - 前記中空ストラット(64)の各々内に位置し、前記スクープ(160)から半径方向に延び、前記ブロー空気流路(156)に接続されかつ該ブロー空気流路(156)と流体連通した少なくとも1つの半径方向に延びる流れ通路(170)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の組立体(37)。
- 前記ブロー空気流路(156)に関して前記ブロースロット(140)の上流において該ブロー空気流路(156)を横切って半径方向に配置された、ブロー空気圧縮機ブレード(182)の少なくとも1つの環状列(180)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の組立体(37)。
- 前記環状の壁(38)内にブリード孔(238)を更に含み、前記ブリード孔(238)が、前記環状のブロー空気流路(156)と流体連通した状態で前記環状の壁(38)の後端部(240)に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の組立体(37)。
- ガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器入口ディフューザ組立体(37)であって、
半径方向に間隔を置いて離して配置された発散形の環状の内側及び外側壁(40及び38)を有し、前記内側及び外側壁の各々が、該内側及び外側壁間で延びるディフューザ流路(39)を境界づける流路表面(139)を有するディフューザ(50)と、
それぞれ前記内側及び外側壁(40及び38)に沿って軸方向に設置された環状の半径方向内側及び外側ブロースロット(140及び138)と、
を含むことを特徴とする組立体(37)。 - 前記環状の半径方向内側及び外側ブロースロット(140及び138)につながりかつ該環状の半径方向内側及び外側ブロースロット(140及び138)と流体連通した環状の半径方向内側及び外側ブロー空気流路(156及び154)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の組立体(37)。
- 前記ブロースロット(140)の下流において前記ディフューザ流路(39)内に配置された中空ストラット(64)上に取付けられかつ該中空ストラット(64)と流体連通した空気スクープ(160)の環状配列を更に含み、
前記スクープ(160)の各々が、上流側に面した開口(142)を有し、
前記スクープ(160)が、前記ブロー空気流路(156及び154)と流体連通している、
ことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の組立体(37)。 - 前記中空ストラット(64)の各々内に位置し、前記スクープ(160)から半径方向内向き及び外向きに延び、前記環状の半径方向内側及び外側ブロー空気流路(156及び154)に接続されかつ該環状の半径方向内側及び外側ブロー空気流路(156及び154)と流体連通した半径方向内向き及び外向きに延びる流れ通路(170及び168)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の組立体(37)。
- 前記環状の半径方向内側及び外側ブロー空気流路(156及び154)を横切って半径方向に配置された、ブロー空気圧縮機ブレード(182)の少なくとも1つの半径方向内側環状列(180)及び少なくとも1つの半径方向外側環状列(178)を更に含み、前記ブロー空気圧縮機ブレード(182)の内側及び外側環状列(180及び178)が、前記環状の半径方向内側及び外側ブロースロット(140及び148)の上流に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の組立体(37)。
