[Problems to be solved by the invention]
One of the problems when the driver controls the speed by operating the existing accelerator pedal and brake pedal is a runaway accident caused by accidentally stepping on the accelerator as a brake.
In addition, since the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal are separated, it is necessary to change the pedal when moving from acceleration to deceleration, and a delay in braking in a situation where an accident is avoided is a problem. Therefore, there is a need for an automobile control device that can reduce runaway due to unintentional accelerator operation by the driver and time loss of pedal depression when emergency braking is required.

[Action]
When the driver operates the accelerator, the heel is grounded, but when operating the brake, the heel is lifted and operated, especially when stepping on a strong brake. According to the invention of
[0012]
According to the second aspect of the invention, it is possible to apply the brake only by operating the accelerator pedal, and it is possible to eliminate the time loss of changing the pedal in the event of emergency braking or the like.
