TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system for fastening a surface covering material and a joist material by combining a T-shaped surface treating material and a repairing T-shaped surface treating material with a hat-shaped fastening metal fitting and a repair hat-shaped fastening metal fitting.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A typical conventional technique is as follows. The first method is to form a guide hole for screwing a screw from the top surface of the facing material to the bottom surface and a part of the depth of the joist material in contact with the bottom surface of the facing material, and then from the top surface of the floorboard. Through the bottom surface, the head fastening screw is penetrated, and the tip of the head fastening screw is further screwed into the joist that is in contact with the bottom surface of the facing material, and the top material and the joist material are fastened. In order to embed the head portion of the headed fastening screw below the surface of the surface mounting material so that the head of the headed fastening screw does not protrude, it was necessary to perform carving on the surface mounting material for each headed screw. In the second method, the actual processing is performed on both sides of the facing material, and a fastening screw or a nail is screwed or hammered obliquely from the corner of the protruding root of the protruding portion on one side until the joist material is reached. The material is fastened to the joist, and the projecting portion of the facing material is covered with the groove portion of the neighboring facing material, thereby fixing the side surface where the groove portion of the neighboring facing material is located. A fastening screw or a nail is screwed or beaten from the corner of the protruding root of the protruding portion on the opposite side to the joist until the adjoining surface material is fixed to the joist. By repeating this, a predetermined portion is covered. In the third method, grooves are formed on both sides of the facing material, and a U-shaped groove is formed in the direction of the length of both ends of the surface of the joist with the opening directed toward the center of the width of the joist. The upper edge of the work-type metal fitting was inserted into the groove on one side surface of the facing material, and the lower edge was slid into the grooves at both ends of the surface of the joist material, and inserted to fix the facing material and the joist material. . In the fourth method, grooves are formed on both side surfaces of the facing material, and a rectangular metal plate having a hole in the opposite facing material groove having an appropriate size at the center and through which a fastening screw penetrates is inserted. Then, through the narrow gap between the facing facing materials, screw a fastening screw having a small diameter into the joist through the hole of the metal plate, press the metal plate against the lower surface of the groove of the facing material, and attach the facing material and the joist material. Was fixed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the first method described in the prior art, in order to make the heading fastening screw penetrate the surface material and bite into the joist, first, a guide hole of the heading fastening screw is opened in the surface material, and thereafter, In order to embed the headed fastening screws into the joists after penetrating the facing material, and to embed the head below the surface of the facing material, perform carving for each headed screw. There is a large labor and cost burden to apply, and in addition, there is an aesthetic problem in that the head of the headed fastening screw is exposed on the upper surface of the facing material. In the second method, the fastening screw or the nail is hidden, but the narrow portion of the protruding portion is worked, so that the specification of the fastening screw or the nail is limited, and the labor cost is large. In the third method, since the upper and lower edges of the metal mold fitting are slid into the grooves on both the side surface of the floorboard and the surface of the joist material, there is a slight gap between the grooves and the metal plates on the upper and lower edges. However, there is a structural problem that the fixing strength of the facing material to the joist material is weak, and a problem of a cost burden that the number of types of parts increases. In the fourth method, there is a problem that the structural strength of the front covering cannot be sufficiently obtained because the specification of the fastening screw is limited to a narrow interval between facing facing materials.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a hat-shaped fastening material for installing a hat-shaped fastening fitting in a latch groove and a missing space which are formed in the length direction from the center to the lower part of the thickness of the T-shaped processed covering material and are not visible from the outside. With regard to the screwing of the fastening screw with a head for fastening the metal fitting to the joist, it is not necessary to make a long guide hole or to perform carving for the screw head, so that the construction efficiency is improved. In addition, in the missing space from the center to the lower part of the thickness of the T-shaped processed cover material, a sufficient space can be secured. Presses the lower surface of the latch groove of the surface material with sufficient compression strength, and can fix the T-shaped processed surface material to the joist material with sufficient strength. Processing of T-shaped processed surface materials can be performed with the same effort as processing normal surface materials with four flat surfaces, just by changing the cutting blade and the extruded material. Among them, those used in the first and second methods are the same. The fastening tool is replaced with a hat-type fastening metal instead of a normal tapping screw, but has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture. For the repaired T-shaped processed surface material and the repaired hat-type fastener, the construction efficiency is high and the manufacturing is simple. The same is true. As described above, of the prior art, the first method requires a lot of work and the aesthetic problem that the exposure of the head of the fastening screw is troublesome, and the fixing of the outer covering material and the joist material in the second method. The problem that the strength is limited, the problem that the fixing strength between the facing material and the joist in the third method is weak, the problem that the number of parts is large and the structure is complicated, and the specification of the fastening screw in the fourth method Can solve the problem that the fixing strength between the surface material and the joist material cannot be sufficiently obtained due to the restriction of the cost, labor costs can be reduced, and aesthetic improvement can be achieved. Can be planned.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
First, a hat-type fastener is installed at an appropriate interval on the upper surface of the joist by screwing a head-mounted fastening screw through the screw hole of the hat-type fastener into the joist. Next, the T-shaped facing material is placed on the joist material in a direction perpendicular to the joist material so that one edge of the hat-type fastener is inserted into one latch groove of the T-shaped facing material. Then, the T-shaped processed surface covering material is pressed against the hat-type fastening fitting previously installed. The T-shaped processed covering material stops at a position where the side surface below the latch groove is pressed against the side surface of the U-shaped portion of the bracket. Next, the hat-shaped fastener is pressed onto the joist so that one edge of another hat-shaped fastener is fitted into the latch groove on the other side of the T-shaped processed covering material. The hat-type fastener is fastened to the joist by screwing the head-fastening screw into the joist through a screw hole formed in the U-shaped bottom surface of the mold fastener. Thereby, the T-shaped processed surface covering material is fixed to the joist material. By repeating this, the surface is completed. In addition, after the completion of the surface mounting, if it is necessary to partially replace and repair the T-shaped processed surface material, a repaired T-shaped processed surface material and a repair hat-type fastening metal fitting are used. First, of the T-shaped work surface material requiring repair and the T-shaped work surface material of which the head remains, of the hat-shaped fastening hardware partially exposed from the side surface of the surviving T-shaped work surface material Remove the hat-type fasteners that are fixed with the headed fasteners that protrude from the width of the material, and remove one edge of the repair-type hat-type fastener near the position of the removed hat-type fastener. Then, after screwing into the latch groove of the surviving surface material, this repair hat-type fastening metal fitting is fixed to the joist material with the headed fastening screw. Next, the lower side corners of the upper side surface of the repaired T-shaped processed surface covering material were screwed into the edge of the hat-shaped fastener which was not removed, and the latch grooves on the side surfaces of which the lower corners were obliquely cut in the length direction. The opposite side surface of the repaired T-shaped facing material is covered with an edge of the replaced repair hat-shaped fastening metal fitting with a fitting edge escape groove of the repaired T-shaped facing material formed on the side surface. Then, the entire repaired T-shaped surface covering material is fitted into the space of the surface material removed for repair, and is placed on the joist so that its surface is at the same level as the surface of the surviving surface material. In addition, a flat screwdriver with an appropriate thickness is inserted into the gap between the surface materials formed on the side of the repair hat-type fastener, and the tip is formed by a rectangular flat plate at the bottom of the U-shaped part of the repair hat-type fastener. Attach diagonally to the end of the extended part, hit this screwdriver with a hammer, and slide it until the rim of the hat-type fastener for repair bites into the latch groove. Can be fixed to

Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a T-shaped processed surface mounting material, 2 denotes a hat-shaped fastening material, 3 denotes a repair T-shaped processed mounting material, 4 denotes a repaired hat-shaped fastening material, 5 denotes a joist material, 6 denotes a headed fastening screw, and 7 denotes a screwdriver. , 8 are hammers.
[0007]
Reference numeral 2c denotes a screw hole formed in the U-shaped bottom surface of the hat-type fastening fitting, through which the headed fastening screw 6 is screwed into the joist 5 and the hat-type fastening fitting 2 is installed on the joist 5. Reference numeral 1a denotes a latch groove, and the T-shaped processed surface mounting material 1 and the joist material 5 are fastened by the edge 2a of the hat-type fastening fitting biting into this groove. In this case, both the U-shaped side surfaces 2b of the hat-type fastener are pressed down by the side wall 1b of the lower missing part of the facing T-shaped facing material, so that the gap between both facing T-shaped facing materials is predetermined. Can be obtained with a width of Since the headed fastening screw 6 is hidden by the overlying portion 1c of the T-shaped processed covering material, a head carving for sinking the head of the headed fastening screw below the surface of the facing material, or a headed fastening screw is used. There is no need to make arrangements and maintain the appearance. Further, it is possible to avoid the aesthetic troublesomeness that the head of the headed fastening screw is exposed on the surface of the surface material.
[0008]
After the completion of the surface mounting, if it becomes necessary to partially replace and repair the T-shaped processed surface material, a repaired T-shaped processed surface material 3 and a repair hat-type fastening fitting 4 are used. First, of the T-shaped processed surface material 9 requiring repair and the hat-shaped fastening fitting partially exposed from the side surface of the surviving T-shaped processed surface material, the T-shaped surface of the surviving T-shaped surface is covered. A T-shaped processed surface material in which the hat-shaped fastening member 10 fixed by the headed fastening screw protruding from the width of the processed floor plate is removed, and the edge 4a-2 on one side of the repaired hat-shaped fastening member remains. After screwing into the latch groove 1a, the repair hat-shaped fastening metal fitting 4 is fixed to the joist with the fastening screw 6 with a head. The side surface 3e of the repair T-shaped processed surface material whose lower corner is obliquely cut in the length direction is provided on the latch groove 3a-1 of the repaired T-shaped processed surface material, and the edge 2a of the hat-type fastening fitting. Is intended to be easily penetrated. After 3a-1 is cut into 2a, the bottom surface 3f of the repaired T-shaped surface covering material is lowered onto the joist material 5. In this case, since the edge 4a-1 of the repairing fastener previously fixed on the joist fits into the fitting edge escape groove 3b of the repairing T-shaped facing material, the surface of the repairing T-shaped facing material is fitted. Can be kept at the same height as the surface of the existing T-shaped processed covering material 11 on both sides. Next, a flat screwdriver 7 having an appropriate thickness is inserted through the gap between 3 and 11, and its tip is applied to the extended portion 4e of the U-shaped bottom of the repair fastener, and the driver's head 7 is fixed with a hammer 8. By hitting and sliding the fixing hat-type fastening metal fitting 4 for repair, the edge 4a-1 of the fastening hat-type fastening metal fitting for repair is cut into the latch groove 3a-2 of the repaired T-shaped work covering material, thereby performing the repair. The T-shaped processed surface material 3 is fastened to the joist material 5.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
The following effects can be obtained by a simple method of processing the surface material into a T-shaped processed surface material and combining it with a hat-type fastener. Since the hat-type fastening metal and the head-type fastening screws are not exposed to the T-shaped processed floor panel surface covering material, fixing them to the joists requires a construction method that only considers the work efficiency and cost efficiency. By adjusting the depth of the side wall of the missing portion formed at the lower part of the T-shaped processed surface covering material and the spread width of the U-shaped portion of the hat-type fastening metal, the gap between the T-shaped processed surface mounting materials can be uniform. The width can be set to a predetermined value, and work is not required to make the intervals uniform during construction, so that labor costs can be reduced. In addition, since the hat-type fastener is not exposed on the surface of the T-shaped processed outer cover material, it is necessary to employ a countersink for lowering the head of the head-mounted fastener below the surface of the outer cover material and an arrangement of the head-mounted fastener. There is no need to make any work to maintain the appearance and aesthetic appearance, thereby reducing labor costs. In addition, it is possible to avoid the aesthetic troublesomeness of exposing the head of the headed fastening screw to the surface of the surface material, thereby improving the beauty of the surface. When replacing and repairing the surface material, the same effect as described above can be obtained by combining the T-shaped processed surface material for repair and the hat-type fastening metal fitting for repair.
