To describe the coupling process of the plate material panels 10 in more detail (refer to fig. 8), the user may insert the clip portion 32 into the other clip insertion groove by pressing the upper surface of the plate material panel 10 on the side where the clip portion 32 is not inserted after inserting the clip portion 32 into any clip insertion groove 11 by obliquely disposing the plate material panel 10 between the pair of clip portions. At this time, the clip part 32 can apply pressure to the panel material panel 10 side by elastic force in a state of being inserted into the clip insertion groove 11, thereby fixing the panel material panel 10 without separating the panel material panel 10.
That is, the present invention fixes the panel 10 by the quick clamp module 30 without using a fastener such as a screw, a nail, etc., so that the time required for construction can be shortened and the difficulty of construction can be reduced.
On the other hand, fig. 8 shows only the case where the plate material panels 10 are inserted and joined obliquely, but is not limited thereto, and the plate material panels 10 may be moved and joined slidably between the pair of clips 32.
The above description of the present invention is intended to be exemplary only, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be easily modified into other specific forms without changing the technical spirit or essential features of the present invention. The embodiments described above are therefore to be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. For example, each component described in a single form may be implemented in a dispersed manner, and similarly, components described in a dispersed manner may be implemented in a combined form.
The scope of the present invention is defined by the scope of the claims set forth above, and should be construed to include all modifications or variations derived from the meaning, scope and equivalent concept of the claims.

Claims (4)

1. A sheet assembly, comprising:
a panel having a plate shape extending in a first direction and having clip insertion grooves formed on both sides thereof; a lower bracket disposed in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction at a lower portion of the panel of plate material; and a quick clamp module coupled to one side of the lower bracket to detachably fix the panel of the plate material, wherein,
the quick clamping module comprises:
a base portion, comprising: a body having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the body having a plurality of openings penetrating in a multi-step pattern in a first direction on a side surface thereof, and a through hole formed in an upper surface thereof and extending in a second direction in which the through hole communicates with each of the openings in a one-to-one correspondence; and a clip fixing portion formed inside each of the opening portions and having a clip insertion groove formed on an upper surface thereof so as to be inwardly recessed and communicating with the clip through hole; and
a clip part provided on the clip insertion groove and the clip through hole and having a portion protruding to the outside,
the clip through hole has a shape in which a side surface is opened in a direction corresponding to an insertion direction of the clip portion,
the clip insertion groove is formed across an upper surface and an upper side surface of the clip fixing portion,
the clip fixing part is formed with a clip fixing protrusion protruding from an inner side surface of the clip insertion groove, the clip fixing protrusion being inserted into an inside of the clip part to prevent the clip part from being separated,
the quick-clip module further comprises:
supporting portions formed on an upper surface of the main body in one-to-one correspondence with the clip through holes and having a "l" shape that can be caught by the lower holder; and
a cover portion detachably coupled to each of the opening portions and covering a portion of the clip insertion groove and the clip penetration hole to prevent the clip portion from being detached when coupled to the opening portion,
the cover portion includes:
a main member that is insertable into the opening portion and has a quadrangular plate shape formed of an elastic material;
a first fixing member formed in a triangular prism shape with a side edge cut off, bonded to one surface of the main member to be adjacent to one end of the main member, and caught in a one-side stepped portion of the opening portion; and
a second fixing member formed in a quadrangular plate shape, coupled to one surface of the main member to be adjacent to the other end of the main member, and caught at the other-side stepped portion of the opening portion, wherein,
the first fixing part and the second fixing part are arranged in a straight line, are formed to protrude outward in opposite directions to each other, and are formed of a material harder than the main part,
the clip fixing portion has the same height as the opening portion, and is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a longitudinal sectional area smaller than a minimum longitudinal sectional area of the opening portion.
2. The panel assembly of claim 1,
the cover further includes:
and a third fixing member integrally formed on an upper surface of the main member and protruding to an outside of the main body through the clip through hole.
3. The panel assembly of claim 1,
the clip portion includes:
a main body that is formed in an overall-shape by bending a metal plate having a predetermined width; a first extension member that is formed by bending and extending inward from one end of the main body and has a plurality of bending sections and a curved section bent in an arc shape; and a second extension member which is formed by bending and extending inward from the other end of the main body and has a plurality of bending sections and a curved section bent in an arc shape,
the first extension part and the second extension part are formed symmetrically to each other and elastically deformable to move in a direction to approach each other by an external force.
4. The deck material assembly of claim 1,
the base part further includes:
a protruding part protrudingly formed between each pair of the supporting parts of the upper surface of the body; and
an impact absorbing member formed of an elastic material and bonded to the protruding member,
the shock absorbing member has an insertion groove formed in an inward recess thereof, into which the protruding member can be inserted.
