なお、パーティクル・スウォーム・オプティマイゼーションについては、J.Kennedy and R.Eberhartによる“Particle Swarm Optimization”(Proc. of IEEE International Conference on Neural Networks,Vol.IV,pp.1942−1948,Perth,Australia,1995.)
Vi k+1=w×Vi k+c1×rand()×(pbesti−si k)
+c2×rand()×(gbest−si k) ・・・(1)

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the target problem of the genetic algorithm is combinatorial optimization, the state variables need to be discrete variables.
For this reason, in a conventional output control device, a plurality of control gains in a controller are coded, and data obtained by connecting bit strings representing the control gains is used as a code string that is a candidate for combining one control gain. Operation is required, and when evaluating each individual, it is necessary to return to the gain value from the bit string, and there is a problem that it takes time to optimize the control gain.
[0008]
Further, in the conventional output control device, continuous values are forcibly optimized by a combinational optimization method called a genetic algorithm. However, the order in which the bit strings representing are influenced by the convergence of optimization has a problem that it is difficult to design the algorithm.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an output control method, an output control device, and an output control program capable of quickly optimizing continuous variables while simplifying an algorithm.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, according to the output control method according to
[0010]
As a result, it is possible to optimize the actual control output using the algorithm with a simple concept while keeping the continuous variable, and it is possible to control the controlled object at high speed and stably.
According to the output control method of the second aspect, a step of constructing a controlled object model simulating a controlled object by using particle swarm optimization, and a step of applying and applying particle swarm optimization Operating the controlled object model based on the performed pseudo control output, and adjusting an actual control output output to the controlled object based on an operation result of the controlled object model. And
[0011]
This makes it possible to optimize the actual control output while autonomously optimizing the characteristics of the control target model by repeatedly using a simple algorithm even when the characteristics of the control target are unknown. It is possible to control the object at high speed and stably.
According to the output control method of the third aspect, a step of setting a state variable of an agent by particle swarm optimization to a parameter of a pseudo control unit corresponding to a real control unit that controls a control target; Inputting a command signal to a pseudo control unit in which parameters are set and a reference model that generates a reference response required for the control target; and performing the pseudo control on a model state quantity of the control target model simulating the control target. Inputting the pseudo-control output from the pseudo-control unit to the controlled object model; and controlling a particle state based on a model state quantity of the controlled object model and a reference response of the reference model. Optimizing the parameters of the pseudo control unit by swarm optimization Adjusting the parameters of the real control unit based on the parameters updated by the pseudo control unit, and controlling the control target based on the real control output from the real control unit with the adjusted parameters. Controlling).
[0012]
This makes it possible to adjust the parameters of the actual control unit by simulating the operation of the control target model while using continuous simple variables using an algorithm whose concept is simple. Control.
Further, according to the output control method of the fourth aspect, a step of setting a state variable of an agent by particle swarm optimization to a parameter of a pseudo control unit corresponding to a real control unit that controls a control target; Inputting a command signal to a pseudo control unit in which parameters are set and a reference model that generates a reference response required for the control target; and performing the pseudo control on a model state quantity of the control target model simulating the control target. Inputting the pseudo-control output from the pseudo-control unit to the controlled object model; and controlling a particle state based on a model state quantity of the controlled object model and a reference response of the reference model. Optimizing the parameters of the pseudo control unit by swarm optimization Step, adjusting the parameters of the real control unit based on the parameters updated in the pseudo control unit, and switching the input destination of the command signal to the real control unit side where the parameters are adjusted, Controlling the control target based on an actual control output from an actual control unit in which the parameters are adjusted.
[0013]
Thereby, during the adjustment of the parameters of the actual control unit, it is possible to stop the operation of the control target by preventing the command signal from being input to the actual control unit, and after adjusting the parameters of the actual control unit, The control target can be operated by inputting the command signal to the actual control unit.
Therefore, it is possible to adjust the parameters of the actual control unit separately from the operation of the control target, and to easily adjust the parameters of the actual control unit independently of the operation of the control target using a computer or the like. Becomes possible.
[0014]
Further, according to the output control method of the fifth aspect, a step of setting a state variable of an agent by particle swarm optimization in a parameter of a control target model simulating a control target, and a step of controlling the control target. Inputting a command signal to a control unit, controlling the controlled object and the controlled object model based on an actual control output output from the actual control unit, and controlling a state quantity of the controlled object and the controlled object model Adjusting the parameters of the controlled object model based on the model state quantity of the agent, and changing the parameters of the pseudo control unit corresponding to the real control unit controlling the controlled object to the state variables of the agent by particle swarm optimization. Setting the parameter, Inputting a command signal to a reference model that generates a reference response required for the control unit and the control target; inputting a model state quantity of the control target model to the pseudo control unit; Inputting the pseudo control output from the control target model to the control target model; and, based on a model state quantity of the control target model and a reference response of the reference model, a parameter of the pseudo control unit by particle swarm optimization. Optimizing the, based on the parameters updated in the pseudo control unit, the step of adjusting the parameters of the real control unit, based on the real control output from the real control unit where the parameters are adjusted, Controlling the control target.
[0015]
As a result, even when the characteristics of the controlled object are unknown, the operation of the controlled object model can be simulated with continuous variables while autonomously optimizing the characteristics of the controlled object model by repeatedly using a simple algorithm. It is possible to control the controlled object at high speed and stably.
According to the output control method of the sixth aspect, a step of setting a state variable of an agent by particle swarm optimization in a parameter of a control target model simulating a control target, and a step of controlling the control target. A step of inputting a command signal to a control unit, a step of controlling the control target based on an actual control output output from the actual control unit, and a parameter of a pseudo control unit simulating the actual control unit. Copying parameters of an actual control unit, controlling the control target model based on a pseudo control output output from the pseudo control unit, and controlling a state quantity of the control target and a model state of the control target model. Adjusting a parameter of the controlled object model based on the amount; Setting a state variable of an agent by particle swarm optimization, and inputting a command signal to a pseudo control unit in which the parameter is set and a reference model for generating a reference response required for the controlled object. A step of inputting a model state quantity of the control target model to the pseudo control unit; a step of inputting a pseudo control output output from the pseudo control unit to the control target model; and a model of the control target model. Optimizing parameters of the pseudo control unit by particle swarm optimization based on a state quantity and a reference response of the reference model; and based on the parameters updated by the pseudo control unit, the real control unit. Adjusting the parameters of the On the basis of the actual control output from the actual control unit data is adjusted, characterized in that it comprises a step of controlling the controlled object.
[0016]
As a result, even when the characteristics of the control target are unknown, it is possible to bring the characteristics of the control target model closer to the characteristics of the control target without inputting the actual control output output from the actual control unit to the control target model. Thus, it is possible to control the control target at high speed and stably while simplifying the configuration.
According to the output control method of the seventh aspect, the controlled object is an electric motor machine system.
[0017]
According to the output control device of the eighth aspect, the state of the control target is controlled based on a state observation means for observing at least one state quantity of the control object, and a command signal and the state quantity observed by the state observation means. , And simulator means for adjusting the characteristics of the real control means based on a simulated operation result of the control target to which particle swarm optimization is applied.
[0018]
This makes it possible to optimize the characteristics of the actual control means by using a simple algorithm applied to the continuous type variables, and to control the controlled object at high speed and stably.
According to the output control apparatus of the ninth aspect, the simulator means has a control target model simulating the control target and a structure similar to that of the real control means. A control model that generates a reference response required for the control target based on the command signal, and optimizes the parameters of the pseudo control means based on an operation result of the control target model. And a first optimizing means for converting the data into a first data.
[0019]
With this, it is possible to simulate the operation of the controlled object using a simple algorithm applied to the continuous type variable and adjust the parameters of the pseudo control means so that the controlled object can be optimally controlled. Thus, the control target can be controlled at high speed and stably.
Further, according to the output control device of the tenth aspect, the first optimizing means includes: a parameter setting means for setting a state variable of an agent by particle swarm optimization to a parameter of the pseudo control means; Parameter updating means for updating parameters of the pseudo control means by particle swarm optimization based on a model state quantity of a target model and a reference response of the reference model.
[0020]
Thus, by applying the particle swarm optimization, it is possible to easily change the parameters of the pseudo control means so as to optimize the characteristics of the pseudo control means while evaluating the characteristics of the pseudo control means. This makes it possible to control the control target at high speed and stably.
Further, according to the output control device of the eleventh aspect, the output control device further includes a first selection unit that switches the input of the command signal to the simulator unit or the actual control unit.
[0021]
Thereby, during the adjustment of the parameters of the actual control means, the command signal is inputted to the simulator means and not inputted to the actual control means so that the operation of the control object is simulated while stopping the operation of the control object. It is possible to do.
Therefore, the adjustment of the parameters of the actual control means can be performed separately from the operation of the control target, and the adjustment of the parameters of the actual control means can be easily performed using a computer or the like independently of the operation of the control target. Becomes possible.
[0022]
According to the output control apparatus of the twelfth aspect, the second optimizing means for optimizing the structure or parameters of the control target model based on the state quantity of the control target and the model state quantity of the control target model. Is further provided.
As a result, even when the characteristics of the control target are unknown, it is possible to construct a control target model so as to approach the behavior of the control target while simulating the control target by repeatedly using a simple algorithm. In addition, the parameters of the pseudo control means can be adjusted so that the control target can be optimally controlled, and the control target can be controlled quickly and stably.
[0023]
According to the output control device of the thirteenth aspect, the apparatus further includes a second selection unit that switches an input of the control target model to a pseudo control output from the pseudo control unit or a real control output from the real control unit. It is characterized by the following.
Thus, even if the characteristics of the controlled object are unknown, after the controlled object model is constructed so as to approach the behavior of the controlled object, optimal control of the controlled object can be performed using the controlled object model. , The parameters of the pseudo control means can be adjusted.
[0024]
Further, according to the output control program according to claim 14, a step of simulating the control output by applying the particle swarm optimization, and controlling the control output based on the simulated control output. And a step of adjusting a parameter of an actual control unit that controls the control target based on a simulation result of the control target.
[0025]
As a result, it is possible to optimize the parameters of the actual control unit using a simple algorithm applied to the continuous type variables, and to control the control target at high speed and stably.
According to the output control program of the present invention, a step of constructing a controlled object model simulating a controlled object by using particle swarm optimization, and controlling by applying particle swarm optimization A step of simulating an output, a step of operating the control target model based on the period pseudo control output, and an actual control unit that controls the control target based on an operation result of the control target model. Adjusting the parameters.
[0026]
As a result, even when the characteristics of the control target are unknown, it is possible to construct a control target model so as to approach the behavior of the control target while simulating the control target by repeatedly using a simple algorithm. In addition, the parameters of the pseudo control means can be adjusted so that the control target can be optimally controlled, and the control target can be controlled quickly and stably.

Here, particle swarm optimization is one of the modern heuristic (MH) methods developed through simulation of a simplified social model, and the movement of a swarm of birds is described in a two-dimensional space of continuous variables. Developed through expressing.
In addition, regarding the particle swarm optimization, see J.M. Kennedy and R.S. "Particle Swarm Optimization" by Eberhart (Proc. Of IEEE International Conference on Neural Networks, Vol. IV, pp. 1942-1948, Perth, Australia, 1995. Examination of Voltage Reactive Power Control Method Using Swarm Optimization ”(Transactions of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan, Vol. 119, No. 12, December 1999), JP-A-2000-11603,“ Voltage Reactive Power Control Method ”, JP-A-2002-51464,“ Distribution System And the like.
[0033]
In the particle swarm optimization, the position (state quantity) of each agent (in the particle swarm optimization, each group is called an agent) is represented by x and y coordinates, and the speed of each agent is represented by vx (Speed in the x direction) and vy (speed in the y direction).
Then, the position of each agent at the next time can be updated from the information on the position and speed of each agent.
[0034]
Assuming that the entire flock of birds takes an action to optimize some objective function based on this concept, the following optimization can be considered.
That is, each agent memorizes the best value pbest of the objective function that has been evaluated so far in each search, and the x and y coordinates indicating the position (state quantity). Further, each agent shares the highest evaluation among the group of the best values pbest held by each agent, that is, the best value gbest of the objective function of the group so far.
[0035]
Each agent has a current position (x, y coordinates) and a current speed (vx, vy).
Then, each agent moves the direction to the position where the best value pbest, gbest exists according to the distance between the current position (x, y coordinate) and the velocity (vx, vy) and the best value pbest, gbest. Try to change.
[0036]
The action to be changed is expressed by speed. Then, the speed of each agent can be modified as in equation (1) using the current speed and the best values pbest and gbest.
Vi k + 1= W × Vi k+ C1× rand () × (pbesti−si k)
+ C2× rand () × (gbest-si k…… (1)
Where Vi kIs the speed of agent i, rand () is a uniform random number from 0 to 1, si kIs the k-th search position (search point) of agent i, pbestiIs the best value pbest of the agent i, w is the weight function for the agent speed, c1, C2Is a weight coefficient for each term.
[0037]
By using the equation (1), the velocity V that probabilistically approaches the best value pbest of each agent and the best value gbest of the group so far.i k + 1, Whereby the current position (search point) s of each agent is obtained.i kCan be modified as in equation (2).
si k + 1= Si k+ Vi k + 1 ... (2)
Here, in the particle swarm optimization, similarly to the genetic algorithm, in a multipoint search having a plurality of search points, each search point is estimated using the best value pbest of each search point and the best value gbest of the group. By globally changing, a global optimum solution (best solution) can be obtained.
[0038]
Further, in the particle swarm optimization, a local search that tries to maintain the speed up to now (the first term on the right side of the equation (1)) and approaches these using the best values pbest and gbest are used. The search (the second and third terms on the right side of equation (1)) can be performed in a well-balanced manner.
Furthermore, in particle swarm optimization, it is necessary to evaluate the objective function at each step, but the number of evaluations can be limited to the number of agents, regardless of the scale of the problem, making it easy to apply to large-scale problems. be able to.
