Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner installed in a cab C of a construction machine such as a hydraulic shovel shown in FIG.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cab of a construction machine such as a hydraulic shovel has a structure in which a driver's seat, a console, an operation lever, an air conditioner, and the like are covered with a cab box on a floor plate already installed on a floor surface. (See JP-A-5-79058 and JP-A-11-21951.)
[0003]
Conventionally, in the cab having the above structure, when outside air is taken into the air conditioner, an opening is provided in the wall of the cab box, a conduit member made of an elastic material is attached to the opening, and one end of the conduit member is connected to the outside air of the air conditioner. It is configured to be connected to the suction port and to communicate the other end to the outside air introduction member. (See JP-A-8-183323.)
[0004]
In the air conditioner shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, blow ducts 5 and 5 are attached to the inner surface 3 of the side wall of the cab box 1 or the back surface of the panel 4 mounted on the inner surface of the side wall. The tip openings 5 and 5 are arranged at appropriate places in the cab box 1, and the outside air intakes 6 are respectively installed on the rear wall surfaces of the cab box 1, and the cab box 1 is placed on the floor plate 2. Then, the outlets 8, 8 of the air conditioner main body 7 and the bases of the blow-out ducts 5, 5 are connected via elastic bellows-like ducts 10, 10 and fixtures 11, 11, and The outside air inlet 9 and the outside air intake 6 are connected to each other via an elastic bellows-like duct 10 and a fixture 11. In addition, 12 is an operation lever, and 13 is a console.
[0005]
In the cab with the above structure, since the air conditioner is installed on the floor, the cab box is placed on the floor plate and then the outside air intake of the cab box and the outside air intake of the air conditioner are connected by a conduit member. However, since the base of the air outlet duct installed on the cab box side was connected to the air outlet of the air conditioner through a bellows-shaped duct, extra time and labor were required for the cab assembly work.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a reduction in cab assembling operation time and a reduction in the number of parts, and to increase a space in a cab.
[0007]

The present invention relates to a cab C of a construction machine in which a cab box 1 having an opening on a lower surface is mounted on a floor plate 2, and an air conditioner main body 7 and an outlet 8 of the air conditioner main body 7 are provided on an inner wall surface of the cab box 1. , 8 are provided with blow-off ducts 5, 5.
Further, the outside air suction port 9 of the air conditioner main body 7 is in close contact with the outside air suction port 6 provided on the wall surface of the cab box 1.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a cab air conditioner according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the drawings, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
FIG. 1 is a side view of a state in which a cab box 1 is about to be placed on a floor plate 2, and is an explanatory view inside the cab box. FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional front view of a central portion of the cab box 1 in a state where the cab box 1 is about to be placed on the floor plate 2. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the cab air conditioner.
[0009]
The feature of the cab air conditioner according to the present invention is that air conditioning is performed on the inner wall surface of the cab box 1 having an opening on the lower surface (the illustrated one is a rear inner wall surface, but may be a side wall surface) as shown in FIGS. The apparatus main body 7 is installed with bolts 14 and the like, and the bases of the air outlet ducts 5 and 5 are connected to the air outlets 8 and 8 of the air conditioner main body 7, and the outside air intake 9 of the air conditioner main body 7 is connected to the cab box 1. And has a structure in which it is in close contact with an outside air suction port 6 provided on a wall surface of the air conditioner. The distal end of the air outlet duct communicates with the cool air or warm air outlets 5 'and 5' provided on the cab box inner wall surface 3 or panel 4 as in the conventional apparatus. Therefore, the cab box 1 has a structure in which a set of air conditioners is installed.
[0010]
At the time of assembling the cab, the cab box 1 in which the complete air conditioner is installed is lowered from above to the floor plate 2 and bolted 15 on the floor plate 2.
Therefore, after the cab box 1 is placed on the floor plate 2 as in the prior art, the outside air suction port 9 of the air conditioner main body 7 and the outside air suction port 6 provided on the wall surface of the cab box 1 are connected by the bellows-shaped duct 10. And the operation of connecting the outlets 8, 8 of the air conditioner main body 7 and the bases of the outlet ducts 5, 5 via the bellows-like ducts 10, 10 and the fixtures 11, 11 are omitted.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has a structure in which a set of air conditioners is installed in a cab box in advance, so that the work of connecting the air conditioner main body, the blow-out duct, and the outside air inlet at the time of assembling the cab can be omitted. This eliminates the need for a bellows-like duct and fixtures, thereby shortening the working time, reducing the number of parts, and contributing to cost reduction. Further, since the connection work between the air conditioner main body and the blow-out duct and the like is not performed in the narrow cab in which the driver's seat and the console are arranged as in the related art, the space required for the work is unnecessary, and the inside of the cab is not required. It also has the effect that space can be used effectively.
