Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a high-pressure steam sterilizer that mainly sterilizes an object to be sterilized such as a surgical instrument with steam.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a device for sterilizing an object to be sterilized such as a medical instrument by steam, for example, as shown in Patent Document 1, a heater is attached to the bottom of a chamber for accommodating the object to be sterilized and sterilizing the object. There is a configuration in which the water supplied into the chamber is heated to generate high-pressure steam in the chamber, but in this configuration, the scale adheres to the surface of the heater over a long period of use, There is a problem that removing the scale is troublesome.
[0003]
Therefore, as shown in Patent Document 2, for example, an induction heating coil is attached to the outer bottom of the chamber, and the water stored in the bottom of the chamber is heated by induction heating to generate steam for sterilization in the chamber. However, in the case of this configuration, when a conductive plate member is provided between the chamber and the heating coil, the water is heated through the plate member-chamber, so that the thermal efficiency is reduced. There is a problem of doing. When the chamber is formed from a conductive material, it is necessary to use a ferritic stainless steel material, and the corrosion resistance is reduced, and the diameter varies depending on the capacity of the chamber. There is a problem that the necessity of designing arises and the cost is easily increased.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to generate steam efficiently with a relatively inexpensive configuration in a configuration in which a heater is not built in a chamber.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a chamber for accommodating an object to be sterilized therein for sterilization, and supplies high-temperature steam into the chamber from a steam generator to sterilize the object to be sterilized. And an induction heating coil for induction heating the closed tank.
[0007]
In the present invention, the bottom surface of the closed tank is formed into a curved surface which bulges outward, and an induction heating coil is mounted on the bottom surface.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
First, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. Reference numeral 1 denotes a hollow cylindrical chamber having an opening 2 on the front surface, which is formed of a material having high corrosion resistance, such as stainless steel SUS304, for example. Is closed by a laterally open lid 3 that can be freely opened and closed.
[0009]
On the bottom of the chamber 1, there is provided a mounting shelf 5 for mounting and storing items 4 to be sterilized such as medical instruments and the like. A drying heater 6 in the shape of a circle is mounted.
[0010]
Reference numeral 7 denotes a steam generator, which is mainly composed of a closed tank 8 formed of a high magnetic permeability material such as SUS430 stainless steel, and an induction heating coil 9 mounted on the bottom of the tank. It comprises a tank body 11 having an opening 10 and a lid 12 for closing the opening 10 so that it can be opened and closed.
[0011]
Reference numeral 13 denotes a water supply pipe having one end connected to the bottom of the tank body 11 and the other end connected to a water storage tank 14. A water supply valve 15 formed of an electromagnetic valve or the like is connected in the middle of the water supply pipe. The water 16 in the water storage tank 14 is supplied to the closed tank 8.
[0012]
Reference numeral 17 denotes a steam supply pipe connecting the upper part of the closed tank 8 and the inside of the chamber 1, and supplies a high-frequency current from the inverter circuit (not shown) to the induction heating coil 9 to heat the water in the closed tank 8. The generated steam is supplied to the chamber 1 to sterilize the objects 4 to be sterilized in the chamber.
[0013]
Reference numeral 18 denotes an air supply pipe connected to the upper part of the chamber 1 and sequentially connects a compressor 19, a filter 20, an air valve 21 composed of an electromagnetic valve and the like. After the sterilization process is completed, the drying heater 6 is energized. By operating the compressor 19 and opening the air valve 21, the outside air is purified by the filter 20 and then supplied into the chamber 1 to dry the object 4 to be sterilized and the inside of the chamber 1.
[0014]
An exhaust passage 22 has one end connected to the rear side wall of the chamber 1 and the other end opened at an upper portion in the water storage tank 14, and is connected to an exhaust valve 23 formed by a solenoid valve or the like in the middle. At the time of drying the object 4 to be sterilized, etc., the exhaust valve 23 is opened to exhaust the air in the chamber 1 into the water storage tank 14.
[0015]
Reference numeral 24 denotes a control circuit constituted by a microcomputer or the like, which controls the opening and closing of the water supply valve 15, the air valve 21, the exhaust valve 23, and the like in accordance with a preset program, and detects the temperature in the chamber 1 by the temperature sensor 25. The inverter circuit is controlled to control the high-frequency current to the induction heating coil 9 to heat the inside of the chamber 1 to a predetermined temperature.
[0016]
Reference numeral 26 denotes a water level sensor which detects the water level in the closed tank 8 and activates the water supply valve 15 as needed to maintain the water level in the closed tank 8 at a predetermined level. Note that the water level in the closed tank 8 does not need to be constantly maintained at a constant level, and the amount of steam supplied into the chamber 1 and the temperature of the closed tank 8 are detected by a temperature sensor (not shown). The configuration may be such that the water level is set to an efficient level, whereby the time from the start of energization to the induction heating coil 9 to the generation of steam can be reduced, and the power consumption of the induction heating coil 9 can be reduced.
[0017]
Then, after the object 4 to be sterilized is stored and mounted on the mounting shelf 5 in the chamber 1 and the lid 3 is closed, the operation is started by setting a sterilization and drying timer (not shown). The water supply valve 15 is opened by the control circuit 24 to supply water into the closed tank 8. At this time, the water level in the tank is detected by the water level sensor 26 and maintained at a predetermined water level.
[0018]
Next, a high-frequency current is supplied to the induction heating coil 9, the bottom wall of the closed tank 8 is heated by the induction heating, thereby heating the water 27 in the tank to generate steam, and the generated steam is passed through the steam supply pipe 17. After the air is supplied into the chamber 1 and the exhaust valve 23 is opened to replace the air and steam in the chamber 1, the exhaust valve 23 is closed and the inside of the chamber 1 is filled with saturated steam. Perform sterilization.
[0019]
Then, for example, a sterilization process is performed for a predetermined time by a sterilization timer, and when this is completed, the compressor 19 is operated by the drying timer, and at the same time, the air valve 21 and the exhaust valve 23 are opened to exhaust the steam in the chamber 1, and .. And the inside of the chamber 1 is dried.
[0020]
With the above configuration, unlike the related art, by not incorporating a heater in the chamber 1, the inside of the chamber 1 can be easily cleaned, and the inside of the chamber can be maintained more clean over a long period of time, and efficiently by induction heating. It can generate steam. In addition, since the chamber 1 and the steam generator 7 are separated from each other, the capacity and shape of the chamber 1 are reduced as compared with a case where an induction heating coil is attached to the outer bottom surface of the chamber 1 to generate steam in the chamber. Even in the case of being different, it is not necessary to design a dedicated induction heating coil, and the cost can be reduced by also using the steam generator 7. Further, as the material of the chamber 1, a conventional SUS304 system having high corrosion resistance can be used, and the strength of the chamber 1 can be maintained as usual while using induction heating in the steam generator.
[0021]
FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the steam generator 7, in which the closed tank 8 is formed into an elliptical sphere, and at least the bottom surface of the tank body 11 is formed into a curved surface, and along the curved surface. The induction heating coil 30 is attached to the tank, and the tank is formed in a substantially spherical shape, so that even if a SUS403-based high magnetic permeability material having poorer mechanical strength and corrosion resistance than SUS304-based is used, Even if steam is generated inside and the internal pressure rises, deformation of the tank 8 and the like are prevented as much as possible, and a relatively thin material is used to improve the heating efficiency and reduce costs by reducing material costs. It can be measured.
[0022]
In addition, since the bottom surface of the tank body 11 is formed as a curved surface, the contact area between the bottom surface and water with respect to the diameter of the tank body 11 can be increased as compared with a flat surface, and the heating efficiency by induction heating is improved. You can do it.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the configuration of the present invention, a steam generator is constituted by a closed tank formed of a magnetic material and a heating coil for induction heating the closed tank, and steam generated by the steam generator is supplied to a chamber. Therefore, as compared with a case where an induction heating coil is mounted on the outer bottom surface of the chamber, for example, even when the capacity and shape of the chamber are different, the steam generation device can be shared, and it is necessary to design the induction heating coil for each chamber. In addition, the cost can be reduced by sharing parts.
[0024]
Further, according to the configuration of the present invention, at least the bottom surface of the closed tank is formed into a curved surface that bulges outward, and the induction heating coil is attached to this bottom surface, so that contact between the tank bottom surface and water with respect to the diameter dimension of the tank is achieved. A large area can be taken, and the heating efficiency by induction heating can be improved.
