本発明は、家庭用や業務用の食卓あるいは調理テーブルに係り、特にテーブル上の料理や食材を冷却する冷蔵機能付きテーブルに関する。

従来、家庭において、冷や奴やそーめん、ビールなど、冷やして食する食品は、食事の直前に調理して食卓に供されるか、調理後冷蔵庫に収納しておき、食事の直前に食卓に並べて食するのが風味を損なわないおいしい食べ方である。また、業務用においては、例えばブロック肉は、調理直前に冷凍庫から取り出し、半解凍状態でスライスするのが加工しやすく、加工後の料理としての見栄えもよいものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献1の構成は、冷蔵庫を昇降させる上下移動機構やテーブル表面の蓋板の開閉機構が複雑であることから、装置が大がかりとなって、コストが高くなるものであり、また、特許文献2の構成では、カバー体をテーブル上から取り外すためには、分解する必要があるとともに、取り外したカバー体の収納場所を考慮する必要がある。

以下、図面に基づき本発明の一実施形態について説明する。図1は、料理を載置する食卓や、食材を載せて調理する冷蔵機能を有するテーブル(1)の正面からの断面図であり、平板状で下方に所定厚の断熱部(3)を設けたテーブル本体(2)の一側部には、本体底部に設置した冷媒圧縮機(5)、凝縮器(6)、空冷ファン(7)および冷却器(8)などの冷凍サイクルからなる冷却機器部(4)を配置している。
