Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an external preparation, and more particularly to an external preparation used as a cosmetic or an external medicine.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Moisture is indispensable for humans, but moisture is particularly important for the maintenance of lively skin, and moisturizing the skin is an important function for cosmetics. For example, propylene glycol, hexylene glycol, polyethylene glycol and the like are used as moisturizers used in external preparations such as cosmetics.
[0003]
However, many of the conventional moisturizers need to be produced by chemical synthesis, and have a poor affinity for the skin, which may cause troubles such as skin irritation. For this reason, so-called natural moisturizers such as sodium hyaluronate and ceramide have recently been proposed in JP-A-5-345714 (Patent Document 1) and JP-A-2001-31554 (Patent Document 2). The safety and affinity for can be improved from those of chemical synthesis, but the sustainability of the moisturizing effect cannot always be expected.
[0004]
In addition, among cosmetics and external preparations for skin, products that include an emulsification step in the production method such as emulsions and creams require the incorporation of an emulsifier, but many of them contain a surfactant. Yes. However, the surface active action of these surfactants is easy to express irritation to the skin, and is not a preferable component in terms of safety. For example, a makeup remover such as a cleansing agent has caused problems such as a rash caused by stimulation with a surfactant that remains on the skin without being wiped off. For this reason, development of the formulation which reduces the use of surfactant as much as possible or does not use has been made into the subject.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-5-345714 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-31554
As a result of intensive research to solve the problems of the conventional examples, the present inventors have found that fibroin derived from barbary as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2824630 effectively exhibits moisture retention and emulsifying properties. The present inventors have found that it is effective for external preparations such as external medicines, and have completed the present invention.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is characterized by an external preparation characterized by containing fibroin derived from wild boar.
[0008]
In the above-mentioned external preparation according to claim 1, the average molecular weight of the fibroin derived from wild boar is 100,000-250,000. In addition, such a preparation for external use contains one or more polysaccharides or / and one or more plant extracts or / and one or more polyvalent alcohols having three or more valences as moisturizing aids. Furthermore, this external preparation contains one or more oils and fats.
The above-mentioned external preparation can be used as a skin or / and hair cleansing agent, a cosmetic, or a pharmaceutical preparation for external use, and fibroin derived from barbarian is used as an emulsifier for such external preparation.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As the fibroin in the present invention, a fibroin preferably produced by the production method described in Japanese Patent No. 2824630 is used, that is, tengu silk fibroin is made of cupric hydroxide: ethylenediamine = 6.0: 8.3-8. 6 (g / 100 cc, water) is dissolved in a copper ethylenediamine solution with a blending ratio of 6 (g / 100 cc, water). After adding a copper ion dissociator solution to this tengu silk fibroin solution to dissociate copper ions, A water-soluble tengu silk fibroin film is formed, and then formed by insolubilization with ethanol. Originally, high molecular weight proteins such as fibroin derived from rabbits have a high affinity for the skin and can obtain a film that combines good moisturizing properties. It is difficult to use. However, the fibroin derived from the wild boar produced by the above production method contains more water-soluble amino acids such as aspartic acid, glutamic acid, arginine and the like than the fibroin derived from rabbits, so even a polymer is highly hydrophilic, Therefore, it is easy to adjust to the skin, and a film having good moisture retention can be obtained. In addition, the feature of containing many water-soluble amino acids such as aspartic acid, glutamic acid, arginine is the same as the amino acid composition in NMF (natural moisturizing factor), and has a very high affinity for skin and excellent film properties. Has a moisturizing effect. For this reason, it is possible to obtain an external preparation such as a cosmetic without causing skin irritation and having excellent moisture retention.
In addition, the balance of hydrophilicity and lipophilicity of the fibroin constituent amino acid makes it possible to adjust an emulsified composition that does not use a surfactant, but its emulsifying ability is inferior to that of a surfactant, so the above fibroin is used, And it can emulsify without using surfactant by the surface scientific method or the mechanical emulsification, or the method which used both together.
As the fibroin derived from the wild boar, one having a molecular weight of 100,000 to 250,000 is preferably used. When the molecular weight of fibroin is 100,000 or less, the film properties are inferior, and a sufficient moisturizing effect cannot be expected. When it exceeds 250,000, it is used for external preparations such as cosmetics without deterioration. Is difficult.
[0010]
The polysaccharide can be arbitrarily selected without any particular limitation. For example, a suitable example is selected from hyaluronic acid, sodium chondroitin sulfate, xanthan gum, pullulan, alkaline-genes-producing polysaccharide, and the like. What mixed at least 1 type or more can be mentioned.
[0011]
The plant extract can be arbitrarily selected without any particular limitation. For example, Acitaba, Altea, Aloe Vera, Karin, raspberry, cucumber, quince, cape aloe, mallow, loofah , Lily, apple, cacao, carrot, eucalyptus, rosehip, and the like.
[0012]
The trivalent or higher polyvalent alcohol can be arbitrarily selected without any particular limitation. For example, glycerin, sorbitol, diglycerin, triglycerin, polyglycerin, erythritol can be selected as a suitable example. -What blended combining at least 1 sort (s) chosen from among glucose, glucose, fructose, maltose, sucrose, xylos, etc. can be mentioned.
[0013]
The fats and oils can be arbitrarily selected without any particular limitation, but for example, macadamia nut oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, almond oil, avocado oil, grape seed oil, The thing which mix | blended combining at least 1 sort (s) chosen from evening primrose oil, sesame oil, safflower oil, castor oil, etc. can be mentioned.
[0014]
By adding oils and fats, water, fibroin, and optionally antioxidants, preservatives, fragrances, pigments, and the like to the moisturizing aids such as polysaccharides, plant extracts, and polyhydric alcohols with stirring. Oil-in-water emulsified cosmetics or external preparations such as creams, milky lotions, facial cleansers, cosmetics such as emulsified skin lotions, and external preparations such as ointments and gels are prepared. This formulation may contain known surfactants as necessary, but the surfactant should be used by using a surface science method, mechanical emulsification, or a combination of both. And can be emulsified.
[0015]
In addition, water, fibroin, and optionally adding antioxidants, preservatives, fragrances, pigments and the like to the moisturizing aids such as polysaccharides, plant extracts, and polyhydric alcohols with stirring. As the viscosity gradually decreases, solubilized aqueous cosmetics or external preparations such as cosmetics such as lotions and cosmetics and lotion external preparations can be prepared. This formulation may contain a surfactant if necessary, but it can be emulsified without using a surfactant by using a surface science method, mechanical emulsification, or a method using both in combination. It can be shown.
[0016]
Thus, according to the present invention, skin care cosmetics such as creams, milky lotions, lotions, cosmetic liquids, topical pigments, cleansing creams, moisture gels, packs, etc., containing the moisturizing ingredients comprising the above-mentioned moisturizing agents. , Emulsification type foundation, emulsification eye color
In addition, makeup cosmetics that are expected to have a moisturizing effect such as nail treatment can also be prepared. In addition, it can be prepared into preparations for external use such as quasi-drugs for skin inflammation accompanied by drying of the skin such as chilli, cracks, itching and atopy, pharmaceutical ointments, gel preparations and the like.
[0017]
In the following, creams, emulsions, pigments, and cleansing creams are illustrated as actual formulation examples.
