一般的にエレベータの乗かごは、天井部と床部との間に側板が複数枚配設されて構成されており、前記複数枚の側板は、それぞれ乗かごの外側から締結されて組立てられている。しかし、この構造では、かごと昇降路との間の狭いスペースにて組立作業を行わねばならず、その作業を煩雑なものとしていた。

上記従来技術によれば、かご内から各側板の連結を行える点にて優れていたが、各側板を一枚ごとに連結していかなければならず、特に、大型の乗かごに用いられる側板の連結作業には二人以上の作業者を必要とし、その作業性は必ずしも良好とは言えなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、天井部と、この床部と、この天井部と床部との間に配設される複数枚の側板とを有して成るエレベータの乗かごにおいて、前記天井部の周縁部及び床部の周縁部に設置される幅木にそれぞれ形成されたガイド部と、前記側板の上下端部に設けられた前記ガイド部にスライド可能に係合するレール部とを備え、前記ガイド部に前記レール部をガイドさせた状態で各側板をスライドさせ、順次前記複数枚の側板を組み込んでいくことを特徴とする。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明によれば次の効果がある。すなわち、従来、側板組込み時に、側板は一枚ごとに連結していかなければならず、その作業性は必ずしも良好とは言えなかったが、本発明は、ガイド部にレール部をガイドさせた状態で各側板をスライドさせ、順次前記複数枚の側板を組込んでいくことができるため、側板同士を連結させる必要が無く、作業効率よく組立作業を行うことが可能となった。また、同上の理由から、従来、大型の乗かごに用いられる側板の連結作業には二人以上の作業者を必要としていたが、本発明は、ガイド部に側板の荷重を支持させられることから一人にて容易にその組立作業を行うことができる。
