Description

In the present invention, a plurality of racks are arranged opposite to each other as rack rows, and a space provided between the rack rows is a closed space, and a rear portion installed at a position facing the entrance door portion and the entrance door portion. It is related with the channel | path shielding structure between racks having.

In recent years, with the rapid increase in IT usage of companies, IT power problems have become apparent. In particular, power consumption associated with heat countermeasures in server rooms and data centers is becoming serious. Looking at the breakdown of the power cost of the entire data center, the air conditioning cost for cooling the server occupies the same proportion as the power cost of IT equipment. That is, in order to solve the power problem of IT, there is a demand for improvement in air conditioning efficiency as well as power saving of the server itself.

As a technology for improving the cooling efficiency of the server, a plurality of racks are arranged in two rows facing each other so that the cooling air inlet faces each other, and a ceiling portion is provided in the upper part of the space formed between the rack rows, There is known a structure in which doors and walls are provided on the front and back surfaces of a space, a sealed space is formed between facing rack rows, and cold air is blown out from a cold air outlet provided on a floor (Patent Document 1). In the sealed space, at least the front surface portion is generally configured as an entrance door portion, and it is generally possible to access the internal rack.

As the entrance door, a sliding door is adopted, and the present applicant has proposed a structure in which the door plate is suspended and supported by a rail member so as to be slidable in the horizontal direction. However, in order to prevent the door plate from swinging and to hold it vertically at the hanging position, the suspension type door requires a guide member having a protrusion that fits into a groove provided at the lower portion of the door plate. -The guide member had to be laid on the floor of a data center or the like.

However, depending on the floor structure of the server room / data center or the like, there is no place for fixing the guide member, and it may not be possible to hold it appropriately. Further, when the guide member is laid on the floor surface, the guide member protrudes to the upper part of the floor surface, and there is a problem that the carriage on which equipment such as a server is mounted cannot enter and exit smoothly.

Therefore, as a means for avoiding this problem, a method of embedding the guide member on the floor surface is conceivable, but the embedding work on the floor surface is a large-scale work, and there is a problem that it is not preferable from the cost aspect. Further, depending on the structure of the floor surface of the data center or the like, the rail-shaped guide member may not be laid on the floor surface of the server room or data center.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described conventional problems, and arrange a plurality of racks as a rack row opposite to each other, and a floor portion, a ceiling portion, an entrance door portion, and a space that are provided between the rack rows as closed spaces. In a rack-to-rack passage shielding structure having a back surface installed at a position facing the entrance door, the door plate constituting the entrance door can be simply and reliably held vertically without requiring any work on the floor. It is to provide a structure for shielding a path between racks.

The inter-rack passage shielding structure of the present invention made to solve the above-mentioned problems is arranged such that a rack row composed of a plurality of racks is opposed to each other, and a ceiling portion and an entrance door portion are formed in the inter-rack passage formed between the rack rows. And an inter-rack passage shielding structure formed by providing a back surface portion installed at a position facing the entrance door portion, and the entrance door portion suspends the door plate and the door plate so as to be slidable in the horizontal direction. And a guide member that engages with the door plate and vertically holds the door plate at the suspended position on the side surface of the rack on the entrance door portion side.

The invention according to claim 2 is the inter-rack passage shielding structure according to claim 1, wherein the door plate is composed of a door panel and an outer frame frame forming an outer frame of the door panel, and the outer frame frame includes: An engaged portion having a length that always engages with the guide member even when the door plate is slid is provided.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the inter-rack passage shielding structure according to the first or second aspect, the guide member is a narrow member that engages with the door plate.

The inter-rack passage shielding structure of the present invention is such that a guide member that engages with the door plate and vertically holds the door plate at the suspended position is provided on the side surface of the rack on the entrance door side. There is no need to project the guide member or embed the guide member, and the door plate can be reliably prevented from shaking.

As in the invention of claim 2, if the structure is provided with an engaged portion of a length that always engages with the guide member even when the door plate is slid on the outer frame frame of the door plate, Engagement with the guide member is not disengaged when opening and closing. According to the invention of claim 3, the guide member can be miniaturized and the appearance is not unsightly.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, rack rows in which a plurality of racks 1 are arranged adjacent to each other are arranged to face each other, and a floor portion 3 and a ceiling portion 4 are formed in a path 2 between racks formed between these rack rows. An inter-rack passage shielding structure is formed by providing an entrance door 5 and a back portion installed at a position facing the entrance door 5. As before, cooling air is supplied to the inter-rack passage 2 from under the floor, and the rack 1 sucks cooling air from the front side facing the inter-rack passage 2 to cool internal devices such as servers. It has a structure that exhausts heat from the back side. However, in some cases, the inter-rack passage 2 may be used as a heat exhaust passage, and the air mounted in the closed space may be discharged while the direction of the rack-mounted equipment is reversed, and cool air may be sucked in from the outside of the closed space. In this case, the exhaust heat in the closed space is discharged to the outside by forming a duct in the ceiling, or a cooling device is provided between the racks forming the rack row to discharge the heat to the outside.

The entrance door 5 is a slidable sliding door in which a door plate 7 is slidably supported from a rail member 6 provided horizontally near the ceiling at the end of the rack row. The rail member 6 may be a single rail, but in this embodiment, the left and right two rail members 6 are connected to each other through a damping member 6a made of rubber or the like. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the entrance door portions 5 are formed on both sides of the inter-rack passage 2, but one of them can be closed by a wall.

As shown in FIG. 3, the rail member 6 is an extruded product having a groove for hanging the door on the lower surface, and is fixed to the ceiling surface of the rack 1 by a mounting bracket 8. A running member 10 having rollers 9 on the left and right is inserted into the rail member 6, and a contact portion 6 b that contacts the roller 9 and supports the load of the door plate 7 is provided inside the rail member 6. ing.

The door plate 7 includes a door panel and an outer frame frame 13 that forms an outer frame of the door panel. The door panel is composed of a transparent acrylic plate, an aluminum plate, or the like. The fixing member 12 is fixed to the upper frame of the outer frame 13 by screwing or the like. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a groove portion 14 which is an engaged portion corresponding to a guide member described later is formed in the lower frame of the outer frame frame 13 over the entire width. That is, the lower frame of the outer frame 13 is formed of an extruded material such as an aluminum frame, and a pair of mutually inward claw portions 14a is provided in the groove portion 14 at intervals corresponding to guide projections 16 of the guide member 15 described later. Thus, the door plate 7 is prevented from swinging in the width direction of the rack like a pendulum around the rail member 6 so as to sandwich the guide protrusion 16.

On the other hand, a guide member 15 as shown in FIG. 6 is provided at the lower part of the side surface of the rack 1 on the entrance door 5 side. The guide member 15 of this embodiment is provided with a cylindrical guide projection 16 facing upward at the tip of an L-shaped plate member, and is fixed to the side surface of the rack 1 by screwing or spot welding. Further, if the fixing means is a strong double-sided tape, an adhesive, or the like, it can be dealt with immediately on site. The guide protrusion 16 engages with the groove portion 14 of the door plate 7 described above and exhibits a function of holding the door plate 7 vertically at the suspended position. That is, even when a pair of inwardly-clawed portions 14a provided in the groove portion 14 abuts against the guide protrusions 16 and an external force is applied when the door plate 7 is slid in the horizontal direction, the door plate 7 remains in the rack width. It can be slid while maintaining a vertical state without shaking in the direction. The peripheral surface of the guide protrusion 16 is preferably covered with a resin member or the like, or a roller member.

Further, a notch 17 shown in FIG. 7 is also formed at the lower end portion of the vertical frame of the outer frame frame 13 of the door plate 7 so that the guide protrusion 16 can be inserted into the groove portion 14. In this embodiment, since a double-open structure having two door plates 7 is employed, the guide member 15 is naturally provided on the end surfaces of the left and right racks 1.

The guide member 15 described above is provided in a portion close to the inter-rack passage 2 as shown in FIG. The guide member 15 is a narrow member that partially engages with the groove portion 14 of the door plate 7, but the groove portion 14 of the door plate 7 is formed over the entire width so that the door plate is always opened and closed even when the door plate 7 is opened and closed. 7 can be prevented from swinging in the width direction of the rack. Moreover, since the guide member 15 is provided on the side surface of the rack 1, it is not necessary to project the guide member from the floor portion 3 or embed the guide member 15 in the floor portion 3. In the above embodiment, one guide member 15 is provided corresponding to one door plate. However, a plurality of doors may be stably guided.

In the first embodiment described above, the guide member 15 is a narrow member. However, in the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a long guide member 20 is employed. The guide member 20 has a structure in which a protrusion 21 is formed at the tip of an L-shaped plate member and is engaged with the groove portion 14 of the door plate 7.
Even if an unexpected external force is applied during the slide by the above structure, the lower portion of the door plate 7 can be more reliably prevented from swinging in the rack width direction.

In the above embodiment, the guide protrusion 14a of the guide member is engaged with the lower groove portion of the lower frame of the door plate. However, the guide protrusion 14a may be configured to abut on the side surface of the lower frame without providing the groove portion.

Further, in the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the guide member 30 is provided at the intermediate height of the rack 1, and the rail-shaped groove member 32 is protruded laterally from the intermediate frame 31 of the door plate 7, The guide member 30 was engaged with the groove portion 33 formed on the lower surface.

Note that, as in the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the guide member 40 may have a groove shape, and the guide protrusion 41 may protrude from the door plate 7 side. However, in this case, it is necessary to form the guide member 40 over the entire width.

In any of the above-described embodiments, according to the present invention, the door plate 7 constituting the entrance door portion 2 is slid in a horizontal direction in a state where the door plate 7 is simply and reliably suspended without requiring construction on the floor surface. There are advantages that can be made.
