Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning brush used for an automobile or a road surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various improvements have been made to a cleaning brush for an automobile in which a plurality of brush pieces are formed on an outer peripheral portion of a rotating shaft. For example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-261810, the density is 0.94 to 0. There is disclosed a technique for forming a resin composition for a car wash brush hair material, in which 99 to 70 parts by weight of 0.96 g / cm 3 of polyethylene and 1 to 30 parts by weight of polypropylene are blended.
[0003]
Also, for example, as disclosed in JP-A-2002-302021, a number of flexible cleaning pieces constituting a car wash brush, wherein the cleaning pieces are made of a polyolefin resin foam, and the tensile strength of the polyolefin foam is A technique for forming a cleaning piece for a car wash brush, in which the pressure is set within a range of 0.5 to 1.2 MPa, the open cell ratio is set to 10% or less, and the 25% compression hardness is set to 0.2 MPa or less, is disclosed. is there.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 6-261810 discloses a conventional cleaning brush in order to obtain a bristle material for a brush which is less likely to adhere and damage the bristle material and is easily cracked appropriately. Further, as described above, JP-A-2002-302021 is disclosed in order to surely clean the vehicle body without damaging the vehicle body. However, in JP-A-6-261810, a car wash brush is manufactured by subjecting a monofilament spun product obtained by melt-extruding a resin composition for a car wash brush bristle to a drawing treatment, so that the thin film brush piece is subdivided. And it was difficult to crack. Also, in JP-A-2002-302021, similarly to the above, it was difficult to subdivide the film into thin film-shaped brush pieces and crack them. Therefore, there has been a demand for a cleaning brush that has a high cleaning property against dirt, can be divided into small pieces and can be cracked, and can reliably clean dirt on a surface to be cleaned.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is configured as follows.
(1) In an automobile or road surface cleaning brush in which a plurality of brush pieces are formed on an outer peripheral portion of a rotating shaft, the brush pieces are formed by molding a thermoplastic resin into a thin-film cylindrical body, and then forming the thin-film cylindrical body. The outer periphery is narrowed to form a substantially rod-like body.
[0006]
(2) An automobile or road surface cleaning brush having the configuration described in (1) above, wherein a tip portion of a predetermined length is formed at a tip end of the brush piece.
[0007]
