Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shoe member such as a shoe insole or a shoe insole, and a shoe using them.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to prevent the toe side of the foot from moving in the shoe, the internal structure of the conventional shoe is narrowed down to the foot circumference A, B, C and the ball width F as shown in FIG. And it was a structure that could squeeze the feet. However, in recent years, problems such as hallux valgus, foot stuffiness, blood flow deterioration, finger degeneration, and autonomic disturbance due to the structure of shoes have become problems. This tendency is prominent in shoes such as athletic shoes, men's shoes, and women's shoes. In order to solve these problems, in recent years, as shown in FIG. 13 (b), the ball width F is widened (widened) to provide a margin on the toe side. This alleviates the above problems, but a new problem arises because the toe side moves too much in the shoe and is not stable. That is, the toes play too much and the fingers do not work well, and the toes are twisted in the shoes on slopes. In order to prevent it, unconsciously roll your fingertips and step on to support your body, and it will be easy to get tired by applying extra force on your toes. In order to stabilize the toe, it is conceivable to tighten the shoelaces strongly, but this causes a new problem that the blood flow of the foot is deteriorated.
[0003]
In order to solve various problems such as the above-mentioned hallux valgus and new problems, various inventions and devices have been made so far. The main thing is the insole of shoes (for example, patent document 1) provided with things like sandals or clogs of clogs (for example, patent document 2). ), And a shoe with a snare provided with a snout or partition on the bottom of the shoe (for example, Patent Document 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, conventional insoles and shoes provided with a umbilical cord or partition have the following problems.
1. There are many things that cannot be moved because the snout or partition is fixed to the insole or insole of the shoe, and in that case, the tightening of the snout or partition cannot be adjusted.
2. The toes are fixed by the thong and cannot move to some extent, but the instep cannot be fixed firmly.
3. When walking or running with shoes on, the toe side (the base of the toes) of the shoe bends, and the bent part protrudes inward to hit the base of the toes. Moreover, since it hits almost the same part of the foot every time it bends, there is a problem that the part rubs and becomes painful.
4). Since the insole and the entire insole are flat or the material is uniform, there is no catch and the foot is easy to slip.

[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(Embodiment 1)
An example of the embodiment of the member for shoes of the present invention is explained based on Drawings 1-5. All the drawings relate to a shoe insole for the right foot, but the left foot is symmetrical to these. This shoe member is a shoe insole, but the shape and structure shown in this figure also apply to the shoe insole as it is.
[0016]
The insole for shoes shown in FIG. 1 is provided with a finger sandwich piece 2 and a movable piece 3 on a member main body 1. The member body 1 can be used by laying on the insole of shoes such as athletic shoes, boots, men's shoes, women's shoes, etc., and sponges such as leather, felt, nylon, vinyl, latex and urethane. Can be made of various materials. As shown in FIG. 2, the member main body 1 has such a size that a throw-away dimension 4 can be formed at the tip of a toe when a shoe is worn. An insertion hole 5 into which the inter-finger clamping piece 2 can be inserted is opened on the toe side of the member main body 1. The shape of the insertion hole 5 may be any of a circular shape, a slit shape extending in the width direction, and the like, but a slit shape extending in the toe direction as shown in the drawing is desirable.
[0017]
The inter-finger pinching piece 2 and the movable piece 3 are formed in series with the same material as shown in FIGS. As the material, for example, a material in which a sponge 7 is pasted on a cloth fabric 6 is used. The lower end portion of the material is folded in half to form a finger-to-finger pinching piece 2 that is thin like a nose, and the upper end portion of the material is left as it is as a movable piece 3 wider than the finger-to-finger pinching piece 2. When the movable piece 3 is laid in the shoe 50 as shown in FIG. 4, the upper end of the movable piece 3 is shaped to protrude above the upper end edge of the tongue 51 of the shoe. The movable piece 3 can also have a length that hides (does not protrude) inside the upper end edge of the tongue 51.
[0018]
The movable piece 3 is provided with a wide upper support portion 9 and an operation portion 10 narrower than the upper support portion 9. The upper part 9 is a part that is addressed to the upper part of the foot when wearing shoes, and the width of the material is used as it is without being folded in two. In this case, the width on the little finger side is made wider than the width on the thumb side so as to be directed to the entire upper part. A mounting tool 11 is attached to the upper surface of the operation unit 10. A hook-and-loop fastener that can be attached to and detached from the upper inner surface of the upper of the shoe is used for the mounting tool 11.
[0019]
The inter-finger sandwiching piece 2 has its lower end 12 inserted into the rear end of the insertion hole 5 of the member main body 1 to protrude from the back surface of the member main body 1, and the protruding lower end 12 is divided into right and left, The adhesive is fixed to the back surface of the member body 1 with an adhesive. In this case, a protruding portion is fixed at a position where the root portion of the finger is located on the back surface of the member main body 1 so that the surface of the member main body 1 corresponding to the adhesion portion is raised upward. The inter-finger clamping piece 2 fixed to the member main body 1 protrudes upward from the surface of the member main body 1, and the material is soft as described above, so that it can be freely swung back and forth and left and right.
[0020]
The insole for a shoe, which is a member for shoes of the present invention, is laid on the insole in the shoe and fixed to the insole by bonding or sewing. When these shoes are worn, they can be fitted to the feet of the person wearing them as follows.
1. The shoe 50 is put on and the inter-finger pinching piece 2 is sandwiched between the thumb and the index finger.
2. The upper end 8 of the movable piece 3 projecting upward from the upper edge of the tongue 51 is moved back and forth and left and right to swing the inter-finger pinching piece 2 so that the finger is pinched between the thumb and the index finger. Adjust the contact condition of the piece 2.
3. If it can adjust to a desired position, the mounting tool 11 will be fixed to the inner surface of the tongue 51, the movable piece 3 will be fixed to the tongue 51, and it will prevent the finger-fitting piece 2 and the movable piece 3 from moving.
4). When adjusting the contact state of the inter-finger clamping piece 2 between the thumb and the index finger when the shoe 50 is worn, the upper end portion 8 of the movable piece 3 protruding outward from the upper end edge of the tongue 51 is used. Is removed with the finger of the hand, the mounting piece of the movable piece 3 is removed from the tongue, and the movable piece 3 is made free (a state in which it can move freely in the front / rear / left / right) state. The positions of the interposition piece 2 and the back pad 9 are adjusted. As a result, the foot in the shoe 50, particularly the toe side, can be stabilized. Further, since the instep support 9 is applied to the instep, the entire foot is stabilized. Further, even when the toe side of the upper 52 of the shoe 50 is bent and the bent portion 53 protrudes inward during walking or running, the bent portion 53 hits the upper portion 9 and does not directly contact the upper portion of the foot. Will not rub or hurt. Similarly, even when walking or running, the shoe sole bends and even if the toes press the inter-finger pinching piece 2, the inter-finger pinching piece 2 enters the slit portion of the insertion hole 5 (FIG. 5). In the direction of the arrow), the inter-finger holding piece 2 does not bite between the thumb and forefinger and does not hurt.
[0021]
(Embodiment 2)
Another embodiment of the member for shoes of the present invention is described based on FIG. This embodiment is also a shoe insole and the drawing is also a shoe insole for the left foot, but the right foot is symmetrical with these. Although this shoe member is a shoe insole, the shape and structure in this figure also apply to the shoe insole as it is.
[0022]
The shape and structure of the member main body 1 of the shoe insole of FIG. 6 is the same as the member main body 1 of FIG. 1, and the inter-finger clamping piece 2 and the movable piece 3 are integrally connected as shown in FIG. Although it is the same as the member main body 1, the shape and structure of the movable piece 3 are different from those of FIG. The movable piece 3 in FIG. 6 has the same shape as the tongue of the upper shoe so that it can also serve as the tongue of the shoe. In this case, the lower end part of the movable piece 3 also serves as the upper part 9.
[0023]
6, a removable attachment 11 is attached to the inner surface of the upper toe side of the upper part of the shoe, and a shoelace is attached near the upper end of the surface of the movable piece 3. Several string passage holes 20 are formed. A hook-and-loop fastener is used for the mounting tool 11. The string passing hole 20 is formed in three stages in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the movable piece 3. The string-through hole 20 is formed by sewing the cloth piece 21 to the movable piece 3. The string-through hole 20 can be formed by cutting the movable piece 3 or by other methods.
[0024]
The insole for shoes of FIG. 6 can be similarly laid on the insole of the shoe 50 as shown in FIG. 7, and can be fixed to the insole by bonding or sewing. The movable piece 3 of the shoe insole in FIG. 6 has a shape and a structure that also serves as a tongue of the shoe 50, and thus the shoe 50 in FIG. In the case of the shoe 50 to which the insole for shoes is attached, the shoelace is passed through any one of the string passing holes 20 formed in the movable piece 3.
[0025]
The shoe of FIG. 7 can be fitted to a person's foot worn as follows.
1. The shoe 50 is put on and the inter-finger pinching piece 2 is sandwiched between the thumb and the index finger.
2. The upper end portion 8 of the movable piece 3 is moved back and forth and right and left to swing the inter-finger pinching piece 2 to adjust the contact state of the inter-finger pinching piece 2 between the thumb and the index finger.
3. After the adjustment to the desired position, the wearing tool 11 at the lower end of the movable piece is fixed to the inner surface of the upper 52 of the shoe, and then the shoelace is tightened. As a result, the inter-finger pinching piece 2 and the movable piece 3 are fixed to the shoe and stabilized, and the foot is also stabilized.
4). When adjusting the contact state of the inter-finger clamping piece 2 between the thumb and the index finger while wearing the shoe 50, loosen the shoelace and then attach the wearing tool 11 at the lower end of the movable piece 3 to the shoe. Is removed from the inner surface of the upper 52 to make the movable piece 3 free (a state in which the movable piece 3 can freely move back and forth and right and left). In this state, the upper end portion 8 of the movable piece 3 is picked with fingers of the hand, and the movable piece 3 is moved back and forth and left and right to adjust the positions of the inter-finger sandwiching piece 2 and the backrest portion 9.
5. The wearing tool 11 is fixed to the inner surface of the upper 52 of the shoe at an appropriate position. Further, if necessary, the shoelace is passed through the string passage hole 20 at another position. When the shoelace is tightened in this state, the foot in the shoe 50, in particular, the toe side is stabilized to a reasonable state. Moreover, since the lower part of the movable piece 3 is addressed to the instep of the foot and fulfills the function of the instep support 9, the entire foot is stabilized. Further, even if the toe side of the upper 52 of the shoe 50 is bent and the bent portion 53 protrudes inward during walking or running, the bent portion 53 hits the movable piece 3 and does not directly hit the instep. Does not rub or hurt. Similarly, even when walking or running, the shoe sole bends and even if the toes press the inter-finger pinching piece 2, the inter-finger pinching piece 2 enters the slit portion of the insertion hole 5 (FIG. 5). See), and the inter-finger clamping piece 2 does not bite between the thumb and forefinger and does not hurt.
[0026]
The member for shoes of Embodiment 2 can also be used as an insole for shoes as shown in FIG. In this case, a normal shoe insole can be laid on the shoe insole.
[0027]
The member for shoes of Embodiment 2 can also be used as an insole sold separately from shoes. In that case, a cutting line can also be displayed on the member main body so that the toe side can be cut according to the size of the shoe using the member main body.
[0028]
