[Solution] The insole is provided with: an insole body 4 that can be placed on the inner bottom of a shoe; a front pin 14 attached to a toe-side front part of the insole body 4; and a top-side support member 16 which is disposed on the end of the front pin on the side opposite to the insole body 4, and which extends in a front-rear direction from the toe-side to the heel side with respect to the front pin 14. The insole is characterized in that the top-side support member satisfies the relationship SL ≤ KL, where SL is the length from the center of a part contacting the front pin to a toe-side tip-end part, and KL is the length from the center of the part contacting the front pin to a heel-side end part.

Description

Insoles and shoes with them
The present invention relates to an insole capable of stably transmitting the force of a toe to a shoe sole and a shoe provided with the insole.
As an insole for stably transmitting the force of a toe to a shoe sole, an insole body and a toe bridge that is detachably attached to the insole body have been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1). 1). This toe bridge comprises a sole base, an instep cover, a toe bridge connecting the sole base and the instep cover, and a slit at the front end of the insole body. The toe bridge portion of the toe bridge is inserted into the slit portion of the insole body.
In the insole, the toe bridge portion of the toe bridge is located between the first and second toes of the toe, and the toe bridge portion is sandwiched between the first and second toes. Therefore, the instantaneous force of the toe can be transmitted to the toe bottom of the shoe without loss, and the athletic ability can be improved.
Japanese Patent No. 5806427
However, in the conventional insole, since the toe bridge is configured to be removably inserted into the slit part of the insole body, when a large force is applied to the toe bridge, for example, when walking downhill or uneven road, The toe bridge easily moves relatively to the insole body, and the force of the toe cannot be reliably transmitted to the toe bottom of the shoe via the toe bridge and the insole body. In particular, when the insole is accommodated in the inner sole of the shoe, the sole base portion of the toe bridge is held in contact with the inner sole of the shoe, and the upper cover portion is held in contact with the inner surface of the upper portion of the shoe. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to reliably and reliably hold the toe bridge by the toe.
Further, in this toe bridge, the toe bridge portion is located at the toe between the first toe and the second toe, but since the toe bridge portion is provided in a wall shape, the first toe and the toe bridge are provided. There is a problem that it is difficult for the second toe to grip the toe bridge portion, and therefore, it is difficult to apply force to the toes including the first toe.
Furthermore, when the conventional insole is worn in a state of being housed in shoes, the position of the toe bridge is difficult to wear because the position of the toe bridge becomes unstable, and it is difficult to securely hold the toe bridge to the toe during walking. There is a problem.
Solution to the Problems The present invention solves the above problems, and can stably transmit the force of the toes to the sole of the shoe, can increase the muscle strength of the toes, and is easy to wear while being housed in shoes. And to provide shoes provided with the same.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an insole body that can be accommodated in the inner sole of a shoe, a front tsubo provided and attached to a front part of the insole body on the toe side, and a side opposite to the insole body in the front tsubo. A back support member provided at an end portion and extending long in the front-rear direction from the toe side to the heel side with respect to the front tsubo,
The instep support member has a length from the center of the portion in contact with the front tsubo to the tip of the toe side as SL, and a length from the center of the portion in contact with the front tsubo to the end of the heel side as KL. In some cases, an insole characterized by the relationship of SL ≦ KL is provided.
With this configuration, the force of the toe can be stably transmitted to the sole of the shoe, the muscular strength of the toe can be increased, and the shoe can be easily worn while housed in the shoe.
In other words, the back support member extends in the front-rear direction from the toe side to the heel side with respect to the front tsubo, and in particular, comes into contact with the inner surface of the shoe upper at the heel side of the front tsubo, thereby causing friction. Can also be prevented from moving, and by extending to the toe side of the instep supporting member, the tip of the toe side can be easily brought into contact with the inner surface in the tip direction of the shoe. Can be improved.
The back support member has a length SL from the center of the portion contacting the front tsubo to the tip end of the toe, and a length KL from the center of the portion contacting the front tsubo to the heel side end. When the configuration is such that the relationship of SL ≤ KL, the area from the portion in contact with the front tsubo to the heel side end will be large, and it will surely contact the inner surface of the upper of the shoe Movement due to friction can be prevented. Further, since the front tsubo is configured to be detachably attached to the insole body, the position of the front tsubo can be adjusted according to the length of an individual's foot, and the back support member can be easily replaced. Further, it is preferable that the front tsubo and the back support member are detachably attached. Thereby, the length to the toe side or the heel side with respect to the front tsubo can be adjusted.
When the shoe is worn with the insole accommodated in the inner sole of the shoe, the forefoot is located at the toe between the first toe and the second toe of the toe. This causes the weight shift when walking to move linearly from the heel toward the first toe, and as a result, the force of the toes is stably transmitted to the sole of the shoe, and walking, running, etc. Can be stabilized. In addition, in this walking and running state, the anterior tsubo acts on the toe crotch between the first toe and the second toe, and when applying force to the toe, the first toe and the second toe grab the anterior tsubo. As a result, force is applied to the toes of the toes, and the stomach becomes more powerful. This also makes it possible to stabilize walking, running, and the like, increase the strength of the toes, and provide an insole and shoes excellent for the toes. Furthermore, walking and running with force applied to the toes of the toes can stabilize the posture and prevent back pain, knee pain, and the like.
The front tsubo may have at least a columnar member.
Thus, it is possible to obtain a solid front tsubo. Preferably, the insole body may be attached to the columnar member with a screw or a press-fit member. This facilitates attachment and detachment of the front tsubo.
The front tsubo may be provided with an elastic sleeve covering the columnar member.
With this configuration, the elastic sleeve contacts the first and second toes of the toes and the crotch therebetween while securing sufficient rigidity and strength at the center of the front tsubo by the columnar members. Thus, even with such a configuration, it is possible to use an insole that is gentle on the feet but strong on the toes.
A front tsubos position adjustment unit may be provided at a front portion of the insole body on the toe side, and the mounting position of the front tsubos may be adjusted by the front tsubos position adjustment unit.
With this configuration, the front tsubo can be attached by the front tsubo position adjustment unit so as to be freely adjustable, and the position of the front tsubo is adjusted according to the length from the heel to the base of the first toe and the second toe, and the insole body is provided. Can be attached to In short, if the length from the heel of the toe to the base of the first toe and the second toe of the toe is adjusted according to the foot of the individual, the shoe from the base of the first toe and the second toe of the toe Even if the length to the tip is slightly longer, the foot can be held firmly, so that even if the shoes are slightly longer in the front-rear direction, the shoes can be selected with emphasis on the shape. In addition, since there is a margin between the toes and the tip of the shoe, the toes can be moved, and blood circulation disorders can be prevented. The front tsubo position adjustment unit can be configured with an insertion slit or an insertion opening (hole).
The mounting position of the front tsubo by the front tsubo position adjusting unit is such that the length ML from the rear end of the front tsubo to the heel side end in the toe side front part of the insole body is the heel rear end of the foot. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the position can be adjusted so as to be substantially the same as the length AL from the toe to the base of the first and second toes.
With this configuration, the insole can be made to match the size of the individual's foot, and even when stored in shoes and walking downhill, the toe crotch is fixed to the front tsubo of the insole and the tip of the toe is It can be a sock that is gentle on the foot without aching on the inside.
A configuration may be adopted in which a grip portion that can be gripped with fingers when wearing the shoe that houses the insole is provided at the heel side end of the upper support member.
With this configuration, when wearing the shoe that houses the insole, by gripping the grip portion with fingers and putting it on while pulling, it is possible to wear it easily without bending over without a shoe spatula, Can be avoided from shifting to the shoe tip side. Further, even if the position of the front tsubo shifts during walking, the position of the front tsubo can be returned to the toe between the first and second welfare by gripping and pulling the grip portion with fingers.
In the state where the shoe is accommodated in the inner bottom of the shoe, a configuration may be adopted in which the heel side end of the gripping portion has an exposed portion that is exposed to the outside through a shoe opening of the shoe.
With this configuration, when wearing the shoe that houses the insole, the exposed portion can be easily grasped and pulled easily with fingers, and can be worn easily without bending over the waist without a shoe spatula. It can also be avoided that the position shifts to the shoe tip side.
A color, character, or brand name may be drawn on the outer surface or inner surface of the exposed portion.
With this configuration, it is possible to make the exposed portion excellent in design, and it is possible to provide pleasure to wear shoes in which the insole is accommodated.
In a region from a portion in contact with the front tsubo of the upper support member to a heel side end, at least an outer surface of the upper support member is provided with a holding strengthening portion that strengthens holding of the shoe on the upper cover portion. The configuration may be such that, when housed in the inner sole of the shoe, the outer surface of the holding and reinforcing portion contacts the upper portion of the shoe.
With this configuration, in a state where the insole is accommodated in the inner sole of the shoe, the holding enhancement portion in the heel side region of the upper support member and the inner surface of the upper portion of the shoe are held in contact with each other, so that the upper support member The movement of the shoe to the tip side can be reliably suppressed, and the front tsubo can be reliably held at a predetermined portion between the insole body and the upper support member. The holding reinforcement part can be constituted by a hook-and-loop fastener or the like.
A thin portion for reducing the thickness of the insole main body may be provided in a region of the insole main body in a front end direction from a portion supporting the toes at a toe side front portion.
By this configuration, when climbing a mountain path or stairs, the part where the toe is in contact with the insole becomes thinner, so that the toe can be easily stepped on, the burden on the heel side is reduced, and it is possible to prevent low back pain and knee pain , Can increase the strength of the toes.
In the insole body, a region corresponding to the thin portion may be cut.
With this configuration, the toe can be easily stepped on with a simple configuration, the burden on the heel side is reduced, and lower back pain and knee pain can be prevented, and the muscular strength of the toes can be increased.
In addition to the front tsubo, an adjusting portion may be attached between the insole main body and the back support member.
With this configuration, even when the body is pushed from the left and right, the force can be applied to the thumb of the foot and the sole of the foot and can be depressed. Further, by adjusting the position, the hallux valgus of each person can be corrected.
A configuration in which any of the above insoles is accommodated in the inner bottom of the shoe body.
With this configuration, the force of the toe can be stably transmitted to the shoe sole, and the muscular strength of the toe can be increased.
When the shoe in which the insole is accommodated in the inner sole of the shoe is worn, the toe tip does not contact the inner surface of the toe-side tip of the shoe, so that the toe is adjusted by the front tsubo position adjusting unit. The front tsubo may be attached to the insole body.
With this configuration, when the shoe is worn, by adjusting the position of the front tsubo so that the toe does not abut the inner surface of the toe-side tip of the shoe, the tip of the toe is pressed without stress. It is possible to avoid damage to the toes and fatigue. In addition, the muscular strength of the toes can be improved.
The insole according to the present invention and the shoe provided with the insole can stably transmit the force of the toe to the sole, increase the muscular strength of the toe, and be easy to wear while being housed in the shoe. And shoes provided with the same.

First embodiment of the insole according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8 and FIG.
1 to 5, the insole 2 shown includes an insole body 4 corresponding to the shape of the inner surface of the bottom 104 of the shoe 102 (ie, the inner sole 106) (see FIG. 7). The side front part 6 is formed flat, the width direction center part 10 of the heel side rear part 8 is formed flat, and the width direction both side parts 12 are curved upward and extend, and the inner side surfaces of the both side parts 12 are outside. It extends obliquely upward toward. Accordingly, in the insole body 4, the back surface of the foot 108 is located at a flat portion of the insole body 4 (that is, the widthwise central portion 10 of the toe-side front portion 6 and the heel-side rear portion 8). The width-direction side portions 12 wrap the heel side of the foot 108 from both sides so that the shoe can be accommodated in the shoe 102 and has a shape corresponding to the foot.
In the first embodiment, the heel-side rear portion 8 is provided. However, the configuration is not necessarily limited to this, and can be appropriately changed. For example, the insole body 4 having only the toe-side front portion 6 and having a reduced length from the tip of the toe-side may be used.
The insole main body 4 can be formed from, for example, a synthetic resin material having flexibility, and its surface may be covered with a woven cloth or the like. Further, as the insole main body 4, a generally flat insole may be used.
In the insole 2, a front tsubo 14 is attached to the toe-side front portion 6 of the insole main body 4, and a back support member 16 is attached to an upper end of the front tsubo 14. The length of the front tsubo 14 is arbitrary, but it is preferable that the insole is accommodated in shoes and does not compress the toes, and has a height that can abut on the inner surface of the upper part 112 of the shoes. . Referring to FIG. 6 as well, the front tsubo 14 includes a cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 as a hollow sleeve having flexibility, and a pair of core cords 20 and 22 disposed through the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18. The cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 can be formed of, for example, a synthetic resin material, and the pair of core cords 20, 22 can be, for example, a cord-shaped cloth. It should be noted that a pair of core cords 20 and 22 may be combined into one, or the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 may be omitted.
1 and 2, the front tsubo 14 is described as being upright on the insole body 4, but does not necessarily have to be upright, and the front tsubo 4 is inclined to the heel side or the toe side. It may be attached to the insole main body 4.
In the first embodiment, one end (the lower end, that is, the end on the insole main body 4 side) of the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 is disposed so as to contact the surface of the toe side front part 6 of the insole main body 4, and the other end ( The upper end, that is, the end on the instep support member 16 side) is disposed so as to contact the inner surface of the instep support member 16, and one end of the pair of core cords 20 and 22 is connected to one end of the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18. And attached to the insole main body 4 through the other end of the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 and supported between the insole main body 4 and the insole support 16. .
In the first embodiment, one end side of the pair of core cords 20 and 22 is projected to the back side through an insertion slit 24 formed as a front tsubos position adjustment part formed in the insole main body 4, for example, as shown by a broken line in FIG. Then, one end portion thereof is expanded and fixed to the outer surface of the insole body 4 with an adhesive or the like, whereby the insole body 4 is attached. Although not shown, the other ends of the pair of core cords 20 and 22 are not shown, for example, by expanding the other ends and fixing them to the inner surface of the upper support member 16 with an adhesive or the like. It is attached to the side support member 16. The insertion slit 24 extends in a direction connecting the toe side and the heel side of the insole main body 4, so that the front tsubo 14 can be adjusted in this direction.
In the first embodiment, the pair of core cords 20 and 22 are attached through the insertion slits 24 provided as the front tsubos position adjustment part provided in the insole main body 4, so that before the pair of core cords 20 and 22 are fixed, The core cords 20 and 22 can be moved in the front-rear direction (left-right direction in FIG. 7) of the insole main body 4 along the insertion slit 24, and by moving in this manner, the front tsubos 14 relative to the insole main body 4 can be moved. The mounting position can be adjusted.
For example, when you go down stairs or down a mountain path, your toes are usually stressed by being pressed against the inner surface of the tip of the shoe. This may result in damage to the toes and fatigue of the entire body. Therefore, when the shoe is worn, the position of the front tsubo 14 can be set using the insertion slit 24 at a position where the tip of the toe does not contact the inner surface of the tip end of the shoe.
A specific method for setting the position of the front tsubo 14 will be described. People have different lengths on their left and right feet. Therefore, the position of the front tsubo 14 is set by measuring the left and right length of each person. FIG. 11A shows the sole of the right foot, and FIG. 11B shows the sole of the left foot. The length AL from the rear end of the heel to the base of the first and second toes of the toes is measured. This length AL is RAL for the right foot and LAL for the left foot.
The length ML from the heel side end of the insole main body 4 shown in FIG. 3 to the rear end of the front tsubo 14 in the toe side front part 6 of the insole main body 4 is set so that ML = RAL. Is used to set the position of the front foot 14 for the right foot, and the position of the front foot 14 for the left foot is set using the insertion slit 24 so that ML = LAL.
In addition, the value of either the length RAL on the right foot or the length LAL on the left foot, or the average value, is used as the common length AL, so that ML = AL for both the right foot and the left foot. The position of the tsubo 14 may be set. In this case, the length ML from the rear end of the front tsubo 14 to the heel side end of the toe side front part 6 of the insole body 4 is the first toe and the second toe of the toe from the heel rear end of the foot. The length is almost the same as the length AL to the base.
In the first embodiment, the position of the front tsubo 14 is set using the insertion slit 24 as the front tsubo position adjustment unit, but the position is not necessarily limited to this and can be changed as appropriate. For example, instead of providing the insertion slit 24 in the insole main body 4, an insertion opening may be provided as a front tsubo position adjustment unit at the position of the above-described length RAL, LAL, or AL, and the front tsubo 14 may be attached.
In other words, in the first embodiment, one end (lower end) of the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 of the front tsubo 14 is in contact with the surface of the insole main body 4, but instead of such a configuration, the toe side of the insole main body 4 is used. An insertion opening is provided in the front part 6 (in this case, the slit 24 is omitted). One end of the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 is positioned in the insertion opening and attached with an adhesive or the like. One end of the pair of core cords 20 and 22 may protrude from the back side of the insole main body 4 through one end of the hollow sleeve 18 so as to be attached as described above.
Further, in the first embodiment, the other end (upper end) of the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 of the front tsubo 14 is in contact with the inner surface of the back support member 16. Similarly to the lower end side, an insertion opening is provided in the instep supporting member 16, the other end of the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 is positioned in the insertion opening and attached with an adhesive or the like, and the cylindrical hollow in the insertion opening is provided. The other end of the pair of core cords 20 and 22 may be projected to the outer surface of the back support member 16 through the other end of the sleeve 18 and attached as described above.
Alternatively, a plurality of insertion openings may be provided in the insole main body 4 as a front tsubos position adjusting section so that the mounting position of the front tsubos 14 can be adjusted.
Furthermore, another member having the same structure as the front tsubo may be attached to the front tsubo 14 by the insertion slit 24 or the plurality of insertion openings. As a result, the force of grasping the plurality of front tsubos 14 by the first and second welfare of the toes increases, and the stepping force is improved. Further, the another member may be plural.
In the first embodiment, the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 is formed in a cylindrical shape. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and can be appropriately changed. For example, it may be a polygonal prism such as a triangular prism. Thereby, the hollow sleeve can be held more firmly on the toe crotch. Further, the hollow sleeve is not necessarily required, and a configuration without the hollow sleeve may be adopted.
The back support member 16 can be formed of, for example, a synthetic resin material. The front tsubo 14 is provided on the center line in the width direction orthogonal to the front-back direction from the toe side to the heel side with respect to the front tsubo 14. The width is symmetrical in the width direction with respect to the center line, and the width W of the tip of the toe (see FIG. 3) is configured to be larger than the width of the first and second toes of the toe. The width becomes narrower toward the heel end, and the width W ′ at the heel end is smaller than W (ie, W> W ′). This is because the convenience of wearing or after wearing, such as ease of pulling when gripping portion H described later is pulled with fingers and adjustment after wearing, is considered.
However, the width of the back support member 16 can be changed without being limited to this embodiment. For example, the same width may be the same from the toe side to the heel side as W = W ′, or the width may be wider as approaching the heel side end as W <W ′. Further, the shape may not be symmetrical in the width direction with respect to the center line in the width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction from the toe side to the heel side, and may be a shape spreading to one side.
Further, the instep support member 16 extends in the front-rear direction with respect to the front tsubo 14 from the toe side to the heel side, and extends from the center of the portion in contact with the front tsubo 14 to the tip end of the toe side in the front-rear direction. When the length is SL and the length from the center of the portion in contact with the front tsubo 14 to the heel side end is KL, the relationship is SL ≦ KL. By extending to the heel side long, the area from the part in contact with the front tsubo to the heel side end will be enlarged, and it will surely contact the inner surface of the upper part of the shoe and prevent it from moving by friction be able to. In addition, as described later, a grip portion H and an exposed portion R can be provided, and convenience can be provided when the shoe containing the insole 2 is worn. Also, preferably, by extending it to the toe side for a long time, in a state where it is housed in the inner sole 106 of the shoe 102, as shown in FIG. This makes it easier to abut against the inner surface of the shoe 102, so that the movement of the upper support member 16 toward the distal end of the shoe 102 can be reliably suppressed.
Here, the expression that the instep support member 16 is elongated in the front-rear direction from the toe side to the heel side means that the instep support member 16 has only a length for simply supporting the front tsubo 14. Rather, it means that it extends at least long from the front tsubo 14 to the heel side and abuts on the inner surface of the upper of the shoe 102 and extends to a length sufficient to prevent the front tsubo 14 from falling down. Further, preferably, the film is extended from the front tsubo to the toe side. As a result, the tip of the toe side of the upper support member 16 abuts against the inner surface of the shoe 102, and the fall of the front tsubo 14 can be prevented.
In the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the heel side end of the instep supporting member 16 is provided with a grip portion H (hatched portion in FIGS. 1 and 3). The grip portion H refers to an outer surface (a surface opposite to the surface that contacts the foot), an inner surface (a surface that contacts the foot), and a side surface of the heel side end of the instep supporting member 16. Further, of the grip portion H, an exposed portion R is provided at a more heel side end portion. The exposed portion R refers to an outer surface, an inner surface, and a side surface of the outer surface, the inner surface, and the side surface of the grip portion H, which are exposed to the outside through the opening of the shoe 102 when the shoe 102 is worn. When the shoe 102 containing the insole 2 is put on, the grip portion H, preferably the exposed portion R is gripped and pulled with fingers, so that the insole 2 does not shift forward, so that the shoe insole can be used without using a shoe spatula. It can be easily worn without bending over. Thereby, the convenience of wearing can be improved, and the design of the shoe 102 can be improved by coloring red or blue, a character, or a brand name on the outer surface of the exposed portion R. In addition, the inner surface of the exposed portion R may be colored or decorated with a character, a brand name, or the like, and the inner surface of the exposed portion R may be worn outward by bending the exposed portion R on the upper part of the shoe 102. Good.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the back support member 16 has a flexible substantially flat plate shape. The thickness is such that the tip end on the toe side is thicker and thinner toward the end on the heel side. That is, since the toe-side tip of the instep-side support member 16 is relatively thick, it is possible to prevent the front tsubo 14 from falling forward when the portion comes into contact with the tip inner surface of the shoe 102. Can be. In addition, since the thickness of the upper support member 16 is reduced toward the heel side end portion, the grip portion H can be easily gripped with fingers when worn softly. In order to reduce the thickness of the back support member 16 from the toe side to the heel side, the back support member 16 may be configured by connecting two or more members. In other words, a thick member may be arranged on the toe side, and a thin member may be arranged on the heel side for joining.
In the first embodiment, the thickness of the instep supporting member 16 is configured such that the tip end on the toe side is thick and becomes thinner toward the end on the heel side. However, the thickness is not necessarily limited to this and can be changed as appropriate. It is. For example, the back support member 16 may have a constant thickness, or may be configured such that the tip end on the toe side is thin and becomes thicker toward the end on the heel side.
Preferably, in a state in which the front tsubo 14 is upright, the front end of the instep supporting member 16 may be substantially overlapped with the front end of the insole main body 4 with an interval in the front tsubo upright direction. Thereby, the tip of the upper support member 16 can be reliably brought into contact with the inner surface of the tip 110 of the shoe 102.
In the housed state where the insole 2 is housed in the shoe 102, the outer surface of the upper support member 16 comes into contact with the upper part 112 of the shoe 102, and the friction between the insole 2 and the upper part 112 due to this contact, and the upper support member The deformation of the upper 16 can also prevent the upper support member 16 from moving toward the distal end of the shoe 102. As a result, the front tsubo 14 is placed between the insole main body 4 and the upper support member 16, that is, the shoe 102 It can be securely held at a predetermined portion in the front part.
Preferably, at least in the portion of the upper support member 16 that does not overlap with the outer surface of the grip portion H in a region from the portion in contact with the front tsubo 14 to the heel side end, the shoe 102 is attached to at least the outer surface of the upper support member 16. A holding strengthening portion F (a hatched portion in FIGS. 1 and 3) for strengthening the holding of the body to the instep portion may be provided. Thereby, the insole 2 and the shoe 102 can be more reliably held at the predetermined portion.
In the present embodiment, the holding and reinforcing portion F has a male surface fastener or a female surface fastener provided on the outer surface of the back support member 16. More preferably, the corresponding portion of the shoe 102 is also provided with a corresponding female or male fastener. Thereby, the insole 2 and the shoe 102 can be more reliably held at the predetermined portion.
In the first embodiment, as described above, the male-type fastener or the female-type fastener is provided on the outer surface of the back support member 16 as the holding reinforcing portion F. However, the present invention is not limited to this and can be changed as appropriate. For example, both may be stuck using an adhesive as the holding reinforcement part F, or may be sewn with a thread. That is, it is only necessary that the holding state can be strengthened so that the positional relationship between the insole 2 and the shoe 102 does not shift.
In the first embodiment, the non-slip member 32 is disposed on the back surface of the toe-side front portion 6 of the insole main body 4. The surface of the anti-slip member 32 has an appropriate anti-slip shape. The non-slip member 32 is formed of, for example, a material such as rubber or synthetic rubber, and is fixed to the insole main body 4 by, for example, an adhesive. By providing the slip prevention member 32, the force from the toes is reliably transmitted to the inner bottom 106 of the shoe 102 via the insole main body 4 and the slip prevention member 32, and walking and running can be stabilized. Further, with such a configuration, one end of the pair of core cords 20 and 22 (ends exposed on the back surface of the insole main body 4) is covered with the non-slip member 32, and one end of the core cords 20 and 22 is provided. Can be fixed more reliably, and the front bottom surface of the insole 2 can be flattened. Although the desired effect can be achieved by providing the non-slip member 32 on at least the back surface of the toe side front portion 6 of the insole body 4, it may be provided on the entire back surface of the insole body.
Further, in the first embodiment, a pair of cover members 34 are provided on the inner surface of the back support member 16 (see FIGS. 2, 5 and 6). The cover member 34 is formed of, for example, woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, leather, rubber, synthetic resin, or the like, and as will be understood from the above description, the other ends of the pair of core cords 20 and 22 (the instep support member 16). End portions exposed on the inner surface of the core cords 20, 22 and the other end portions of these core cords 20 and 22 can be more reliably fixed.
As shown in FIG. 7, the insole 2 is housed in a shoe 102 such as a walking shoe, an athletic shoe, and a sports shoe, and is placed on the surface of the inner bottom 106 thereof. In this stored state, as shown in FIG. 7, the tip of the insole main body 4 abuts on the inner surface of the lower end portion of the tip 110 of the shoe 102, and the tip of the instep support member 16 is attached to the tip of the shoe 102. The upper end portion of the portion 110 comes into contact with the inner surface, and the holding reinforcing portion F comes into contact with the inner surface of the upper of the shoe 102. Thereby, the movement of the insole body 4 and the back support member 16, in other words, the front tsubo 14 toward the tip side of the shoe 102 is reliably suppressed, and the front tsubo 14 is securely held at the front part in the shoe 102. Can be. In addition, on the lower end side of the front tsubo 14, when the shoes 102 are worn, the feet 108 rest on the insole body 4, so that the weight acts on the insole body 4 via the feet 108, thereby also The movement of the lower end of the tsubo 14 is suppressed.
In the first embodiment, the toe-side tip of the instep-side support member 16 is configured to abut on the inner surface of the upper end portion of the tip 110 of the shoe 102. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this and can be appropriately changed. is there. For example, the tip of the toe side of the instep support member 16 may be configured to abut the inner surface of the instep portion of the shoe 102 to suppress the movement of the front tsubo 14.
In order to more reliably suppress the movement of the upper end side of the front tsubo 14, it is preferable to provide the holding reinforcement portion F, as described above, whereby the movement of the back support member 16 on the insole 2 side is more reliably performed. And the front tsubo 14 can always be kept in the original state (upright state or inclined state). As a result, the ease of putting on the shoe 102 containing the insole 2 is improved. You. Preferably, a male hook-and-loop fastener or a female hook-and-loop fastener is provided as the holding reinforcing portion F, and the female hook-and-loop fastener or the male hook-and-loop fastener which is detachably mounted in correspondence with the male hook-and-loop fastener or the female hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the inner surface of the shoe 102 main body. May be provided. Thereby, the front tsubo 14 can be more reliably held at a predetermined position in the shoe 102 main body. These male surface fasteners or female surface fasteners can be attached with an adhesive or sewn with a thread (or string).
In the shoe 102 accommodating the insole 4, the shoe 102 is worn so that the front tsubo 14 is located in the crotch between the first and second toes of the foot 108. When walking (running) with the shoes 102, the front tsubo 14 acts on the crotch between the first toe and the second toe, whereby the weight shift when walking is straight from the heel toward the first toe. As a result, the force of the toes can be transmitted to the sole of the shoe, so that the user can stably walk (run). Further, in this walking (running) state, the front tsubo 14 acts on the crotch between the first toe and the second toe. This also makes it possible to stabilize walking (running), and to increase the strength of the toes and soles of the toes because kicking is more effective. As a result, the walking posture is improved, and lower back pain, knee pain, and the like can be prevented. In addition, since the outer shape of the front tsubo 14 is cylindrical (or a polygonal prism such as a triangular prism), it is easy to grasp with the first toe and the second toe. Muscle strength of toes and soles can be improved.
As mentioned above, Example 1 of the insole according to the present invention and the shoe provided with the insole has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is possible.
For example, the front tsubo may be configured as shown in FIG. In FIG. 8, the front tsubo 14 </ b> A of the modified embodiment includes a columnar member 52 and, for example, a cylindrical elastic sleeve 54 as an elastic sleeve covering the columnar member 52, and the columnar member 52 and the cylindrical elastic sleeve 54 It is disposed between the insole main body 4A and the back support member 16A.
In this modification, a lower female screw hole 56 is provided on one end side of the columnar member 52, and the male screw portion 60 of the mounting screw 58 is screwed into the lower female screw hole 56 so that the lower end of the columnar member 52 is insole main body 4A. It is detachably attached to. Further, an upper female screw hole 62 on the other end side of the columnar member 52 is provided, and the male screw portion 66 of the mounting screw 64 is screwed into the upper female screw hole 62 so that the upper end of the columnar member 52 becomes an upper support member. 16A is detachably attached to 16A.
In such front tsubo 14A, the columnar member 52 can be formed from a metal material such as iron or stainless steel, a hard rigid resin material, or the like. And strength. In addition, the cylindrical elastic sleeve 54 can be formed of a soft synthetic resin material, a foamed resin material, or the like. With such a configuration, it is gentle on the foot, but the crotch between the first and second toes. Can provide a very inspiring insole.
As another modification, one of the mounting screw 58 and the mounting screw 64 is lengthened and inserted to the end of the columnar member 52, and the male screw exposed from the end of the columnar member 52 is screwed with a nut. Is also good. Thereby, the configuration can be simplified and the assemblability can be improved.
As yet another modification, the front tsubo 14A and the back support member 16A may be integrally formed of a synthetic resin or the like. In that case, the lower end side of the front tsubo 14A may be attached to the insole main body 4. It is sufficient that the back support member 16A is provided at least at one end of the front tsubo 14A.
As another modification, the cylindrical elastic sleeve 54 may be omitted. Thereby, the number of members can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. Alternatively, the columnar member 52 may be omitted, and only the cylindrical elastic sleeve 54 may be used to form the front area.
As still another modified embodiment, a press-fit member having a disk whose opposite side is larger than the cylindrical diameter is press-fitted into both ends or one end of the columnar member 52, so that the insole main body 4A or the instep support member 16A and the columnar member 52 are inserted. May be attached.
As yet another embodiment, the configuration may be such that the exposed portion R in the instep supporting member 16 is not provided. As a result, the upper support member 16 is not exposed to the outside through the opening of the shoe 102, so that the design is ensured in the case of the shoe 102 which does not have a tongue-like member called a tongue in the upper part. Can be. Further, a configuration in which the grip portion H itself is not provided may be adopted. In this case, when the shoe 102 is worn, the upper support member 16 cannot be grasped and pulled by the fingers, but since the insole 2 is firmly held by the shoe 102 by the holding reinforcing portion F, it is easy to wear the shoe. Is possible.
Further, for example, in the above-described embodiment, a description has been given by applying the present invention to the shoes 102 such as walking shoes, athletic shoes, and sports shoes. However, the present invention is not limited to these types of shoes, and may include boots, snow shoes, and boots. It can be widely applied to various types of shoes such as work shoes, climbing shoes, fishing shoes, and the like.
The second embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that a thin portion for reducing the thickness of the insole body is provided in a region including a portion supporting the toe in a toe side front portion of the insole body. I have. A second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 9A and 9B are diagrams illustrating a thin portion according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9A is a plan view, FIG. 9B is a side view in which the foot side of the insole body is thinned to form a thin portion, and FIG. () Is a side view in which the shoe side of the insole body is thinned to form a thin portion.
As shown in FIG. 9A, in the second embodiment, a thin portion that reduces the thickness of the insole main body 204 is provided in a region from the portion supporting the toes in the toe-side front portion 206 of the insole main body 204 to the distal end. 261 are provided in an inverted V-shape. Even if the thin portion 261 is formed by shaving the surface of the insole main body 204 on the side in contact with the feet as shown in FIG. 9B to form the thin portion 261A, as shown in FIG. The thin portion 261B may be formed by shaving the surface of the main body 204 on the side where the shoe contacts the side opposite to the side where the foot contacts, and shaving it by the thickness D. Further, both the side in contact with the foot and the side in contact with the shoe may be shaved to form thin portions on both sides. The scraping thickness D is arbitrary, but it is desirable that the degree of freedom of the toes can be ensured as much as possible and the thickness can be depressed with the toes.
In the second embodiment, the thin portion 261 is formed in an inverted V-shape, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this and can be changed as appropriate. For example, a thin portion may be formed only in a portion in contact with each finger, or a thin portion may be formed in a region including up to the ball of the toe in addition to a portion in contact with each finger. At least a thin portion may be provided in a region including a portion where each finger including the thumb is in contact with the insole main body 204.
In the second embodiment, either the surface of the insole body 204 on the side where the foot contacts or the side of the insole body 204 on the side where the foot contacts the shoe and the opposite side of the shoe, or both sides, are cut by the thickness D. Although the thin portion 261 is formed by shaving, it is not necessarily limited to this, and can be changed as appropriate. For example, the insole body 204 may be completely cut away from the portion supporting the toes in the toe-side front portion 206 in the direction from the distal end to the region extending in the direction from the portion supporting the toes to the insole body 204. .
Further, the thin portion 261 may be provided on the front or back surface of the insole main body 204 as a two-piece configuration in which another insole main body obtained by cutting a region in the distal direction from a portion supporting the toes is joined.
As described above, in the second embodiment, in the region including the portion supporting the toes in the toe-side front portion of the insole main body, the thin section for reducing the thickness of the insole main body is provided, so that mountain roads and stairs can be formed. When the portion where the toe contacts the insole body when climbing becomes thinner, the toe can be easily stepped on, the burden on the heel side is reduced, and lower back pain and knee pain can be prevented. Further, since the degree of freedom of the toes is improved, the muscle strength of the toes can be expected to increase.
The third embodiment of the present invention is different from the first and second embodiments in that an adjusting unit different from the front tsubo is attached to the insole body. Third Embodiment A third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIGS. 10A and 10B are diagrams illustrating an adjustment unit according to the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10A is a plan view, and FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, in the third embodiment, the adjusting portion 319 is located on the center line of the instep supporting member 316 on the tip end side of the insole body 304 from the position where the front tsubos 14 are provided. Is attached to the insole body 4. Accordingly, the angle of opening of the thumb of a person such as the hallux valgus can be adjusted, and even a person who is not the hallux valgus can be prevented from falling down.
The adjusting section 319 has the same material, shape, and structure as the front tsubo 14, and has a lower end attached to the insole body 304 and an upper end attached to the back support member 316. Regarding the positional relationship from the front tsubo 14, the adjustment unit 319 is provided at a distance A away from the front tsubo 14 on the tip end side of the toe. Although the distance A is arbitrary depending on the size of the thumb of each person's foot, in Example 3, the distance A between the front tsubo 14 and the adjustment unit 316 is A = 25 mm, but the distance A is 25 mm. You may comprise so that adjustment is possible by a magnitude | size or a shape. The adjustment of the distance A can be performed by inserting the adjusting portion 319 into the above-described insertion slit 24 or by providing a separate insertion opening.
By providing the adjusting portion 319, the angle at which the thumb opens outward (to the side opposite to the index finger) can be adjusted. For example, by adjusting the position in the front-rear direction by using the slit 24 to obtain an optimum angle according to each person, even when the body is pushed from the left and right, the force enters the thumb and sole of the foot. You can step on it. In addition, by adjusting the position in the left-right direction, the hallux valgus of each person can be corrected.
In the third embodiment, the adjusting portion 319 is provided on the center line of the back support member 316 at a position on the tip end side of the toe from the position where the front tsubo 14 is provided. The adjusting portion 319 may be provided at a position closer to the thumb direction than the center line of the instep supporting member 316 so that the angle is increased. In this case, a new insertion slit or insertion opening is provided diagonally from the front tsubo 314 in the thumb direction, and the adjustment unit 319 is inserted into the new insertion slit or insertion opening, whereby the position can be adjusted. The hallux valgus can be further corrected by increasing the opening angle between the thumb and the index finger.
In the third embodiment, the adjustment unit 319 may have the same material, shape, and structure as the front tsubo 14. For example, a configuration may be adopted in which a cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 having flexibility in the above-mentioned front tsubo 14 and a pair of core cords 20 and 22 disposed through the cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 are provided, The cylindrical hollow sleeve 18 may be omitted and only the pair of core cords 20 and 22 may be used. Further, the adjusting section 319 may include the above-described columnar member 52 and the cylindrical elastic sleeve 54 that covers the columnar member 52. At that time, the configuration of the front tsubo 14 and the configuration of the adjustment unit 319 may be different. Further, the back support member 316, the front tsubo 14, and the adjustment portion 319 may be integrally formed. Further, a plurality of adjustment units 319 may be provided.
As described above, in the third embodiment, when the body is pushed from the left and right by the configuration in which the adjusting portion for adjusting the opening angle of the thumb is provided on the tip end side of the toe from the position where the front tsubo is provided The force can be applied to the toes and soles of the feet. Further, by adjusting the position, the hallux valgus of each person can be corrected.
In Embodiment 4 of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the instep support member 416 has a flexible substantially flat plate shape and has a length from a portion in contact with the front tsubo 14 to a tip end on the toe side. SL is configured to be longer than the length KL from the portion in contact with the front tsubo 14 to the heel side end. Therefore, the tip of the instep side of the instep supporting member 416 extends in the direction of the tip of the insole main body 4 and does not extend too long toward the heel. Accordingly, in a state in which the shoe is accommodated in the inner bottom 106 of the shoe 102, as shown in FIG. 14, the distal end of the upper support member 416 easily contacts the inner surface of the distal end 110 of the shoe 102, and the upper support member 416 In addition, the movement of the shoe 102 toward the distal end side can be reliably suppressed, and the upper support member 416 is configured not to extend too long on the heel side so as not to hinder the insertion of the foot. Further, preferably, in a state in which the front tsubo is upright, it is preferable that the front end portion of the instep supporting member 416 is substantially overlapped with the front end portion of the insole body 4 in the front tsubo upright direction. Thus, the tip of the upper support member 416 can be reliably brought into contact with the inner surface of the tip 110 of the shoe 102.
In this stored state, the outer surface of the upper support member 416 comes into contact with the upper part 112 of the shoe 102, and the friction between the upper part 112 and the upper part 112 due to the contact and the deformation of the upper support member 416 are suppressed. It is possible to prevent the side support member 416 from moving to the tip end side of the shoe 102. As a result, the front tsubo 14 is placed between the insole main body 4 and the upper support member 416, that is, a predetermined portion of the front part in the shoe 102. Can be securely held.
The insole according to the present invention and the shoe provided with the insole can be widely used in the field of footwear.
