【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献１に記載のものは、階段下の空間のみが収納スペースであるので床面積が小さいとい制約がある。また、屋外側の出入口がシャッターであるのでシャッターボックスが突出し体裁が良くないとい問題がある。
また、特許文献２に記載のものは、収納スペースの出入口は屋内側の居室に限定されているので、建物の外から出し入れすることができないという問題がある。
