上記特許文献1に示されるように、ディスクホイールの中心にボスが設けられているため、ボスはディスク(ホイール)に溶接等によって取り付けられ、ホイールの中央部分の強度が低いという欠点があり、また特許文献2に示されるように、ディスクホイールタイプの車輪を取付けるためには、車軸側にフランジが必要となるため、専用の車軸が必要となり、様々な機種に容易に取り付けることができないほか、作業内容によってディスクホイールタイプの車輪と、スポークタイプの車輪とを交換すること等も困難であった。

上記課題を解決するための本発明の移植機用の車輪取付け部材は、車輪のホイールに設けられるボスが挿入される車軸17を備え、該車軸17にホイールの固定用のピンを装着するピン孔17aを設けた移植機の走行機体1に、円板状のディスクからなるディスクホイール13を備えた車輪2を取り付ける車輪取付け部材において、上記車輪取付け部材10が、車軸17を挿入せしめる筒部21と、ディスクホイール13の装着用のフランジ部22とを備え、上記筒部21に上記ピン28を挿入する取付けピン孔27を設けたことを第1の特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1,図2は本発明のディスクホイールを装着した乗用田植機の平面図及び側面図である。該乗用田植機は走行機体1が前輪2及び後輪3によって支持されているとともに、走行機体1の後方上部には運転席4が設けられている。また走行機体1の前方側にはボンネット6が設けられ、該ボンネット6内にエンジンが搭載されている。
