本発明は、手摺などの物品を壁面に取り付けるための物品固定具、物品の固定構造及び物品の固定方法に関する。

【背景の技術】
従来、壁面を構成する壁面構成部材に手摺などの物品を固定する場合、壁面構成部材は固定される物品を支持できる強度を有することが必要であるが、壁面構成部材が、柱間に設けられた合板に貼り付けられた石膏ボードなどのように、固比較的脆いものである場合、壁面構成部材の物品が取りつけられる面、つまり表面側から取り付けネジなどにより直接物品を固定して支持させることはできない。このため、壁面構成部材に壁面構成部材を貫通する開口部を形成し、この開口部よりアンカー部を挿通させて、該アンカー部を石膏ボードなどの壁面構成部材の裏面側で密着させた状態とし、この状態のアンカー部に物品を支持させている。なお、このときに壁面構成部材に形成される開口部は、アンカー部を表面側から挿通させるとともにアンカー部と表面側に配置されて物品が取り付けられる部位とを連結させるためのものであるため、極力小径であることが望ましい。

このように小径の開口部に挿通されるアンカー部を用いた物品固定具としては、例えば、開口部から挿入されるアンカー部を横方向に湾曲した2枚の略同形状の第1アンカー片及び第2アンカー片とし、第1アンカー片の基端部に、直交するように、開口部に挿通される取付ボルトの先端部を固定するとともに、第1アンカー片に隣接させて、第2アンカー片の基端部を回動自在に嵌合させ、これら第1及び第2アンカー片よりも取付ボルトの基端部側に、開口部を挿通不能な表面側部材と、この表面側部材が基端部側から抜けないようにロックナットが螺合されたものがある。

この物品固定具では、取付ボルトを軸を中心に回転させることで第1アンカー片も回転し、第1アンカー片は第2アンカー片に対して相対回転可能となっているとともに、これら第1アンカー片及び第2アンカー片とは互いに重なり合った状態で先端部側から開口部に挿通されるものとなっている。
よってこの物品固定具を壁面構成部材に取りつける際には、まず、第1及び第2アンカー片を重ねて畳んだ状態で開口部から壁面構成部材の裏面側に挿入して配置させる。そして、表面側から取付ボルトを回転させることで第1アンカー片を回動させて、第1及び第2アンカー片を開き、ロックナットを締め付けることで、第1及び第2アンカー片と開口部を挿通不能な表面側部材とで壁面構成部材を挟持させることで取り付けられる(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記特許文献1の構成では、物品固定具を壁面構成部材に取り付ける場合、第1及び第2アンカー片を壁面構成部材の裏面側に配置した後、表面側にて取付ボルトを回動操作して第1アンカー片を回動させて、第1アンカー片と第2アンカー片とを開かせる際に、表面側で取付ボルトの回転操作では、壁面構成部材の裏面側にて実際に両アンカー片が例えば180°の角度で好適に開いているかどうか確認することができず、開くべき角度(180°)を前記壁面構成部材の裏面側で感覚的に回動操作することで行っている。
このため、取付ボルトを操作することで第1アンカー片を所定角度回転させて、該第1アンカー片が第2アンカー片に対して所定角度180°開くように回転させたつもりが、実際には、第1アンカー片の回転に伴い第2アンカー片が伴って回転し、意図した所定角度180°で開いていない状態が生じたり、また所定角度180°以上に開いてしまう状態が生じる。
この状態で、ロックナットを締めて表面側部材とで壁面構成部材を挟持してしまうと、その際に壁面構成部材の表面側でボルトに基端部に物品を取り付けた際に、アンカー片により確実に物品を支持させることができない。

また、壁面構成部材に固定する際に、第1及び第2アンカー片を重ね、湾曲方向に沿って開口部からねじり込むように深く挿入していき、基端部部分で湾曲方向と直交する取付ボルトを該取付ボルトの軸方向に突っ込むようにして挿入していくため、その取り付けに手間がかかる。
本発明の課題は、壁面構成部材を構成する面材に、手間がかからず容易に取り付けることができるとともに、面材に設けられた開口部から挿入して面材の裏面側に配置されるアンカー部を介して面材に、物品を確実に支持させるように固定することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を解決するため、請求項1記載の発明は、例えば、図1〜図4に示すように、
面材(例えば、合板15,石膏ボード16等からなる面材1)に形成された開口部11より挿入され、前記面材1の裏面17側に配置されるアンカー部3と、該アンカー部3に接続され、前記開口部11に挿通されるボルト4と、該ボルト4が挿通されるとともに前記開口部11に挿入され、当該開口部11を閉塞するスペーサ部5とを有し、前記ボルト4に前記面材1の表面13側で物品(例えば手摺用ブラケット8)が取りつけられることで前記ボルト4を介して前記物品8と前記アンカー部3とで前記面材1を挟持して前記物品8を面材1に固定する物品固定具2において、

このように前記2枚の羽根部31,32を所定角度開いて保持させた状態で、前記面材1の表面13側において、前記ボルト4に物品8を取り付けることで、前記ボルト4を介して、所定角度開いた2枚の羽根部31,32とで前記面材1を強固に挟持することができ、物品8を前記面材1に確実に強固に固定することができる。よって、壁面構成部材等を構成する面材に、手間がかからず容易に取り付けることができるとともに、面材に設けられた開口部から挿入して面材の裏面側に配置されるアンカー部を介して面材に、物品を確実に支持させるように固定することができる。

以下、図を参照して本発明の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。
まず、構成を説明する。
図1では、壁面を構成する面材1に開口部11が形成され、この開口部11に挿通された物品固定具2を介して、面材1の取付面(以下、表面)13側に配置された物品としての手摺用ブラケット8が、取付面13に固定されている。

ここでは所定角度とは、略180°となっており、第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32が相対的に回転することで平面視略直線状のものとなる。
係合突起36は、第2アンカー片32を第1アンカー片31と重ね合わせた際に、第2アンカー片32の基端部32aにおいて、ネジ孔32cを挟んで、第1アンカー片31の切欠部35とは反対側の位置に設けられている。
そして、第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32とを相対的に回転させて180°開いた状態にすることで、係合突起36は軸方向で切欠部35と重なった位置となるように形成されている。

特殊スパナ44は、板材の中央部分を屈曲させて鈎状をなし、突出棒44aが突設された先端部bと、先端部の基端部に一端部が直交して接合された中央部44cと、中央部の他端部に、先端部44bの延在方向と逆方向に延在するように直交して接合され、操作部となる基端部44dとを有する。
先端部44bには、ボルト4が挿通可能な挿通孔44eが形成され、この先端部44bにおける突出棒44aと、挿入孔44eとの配置関係は、底板部5cにおける穴56、56と挿通孔53との配置関係に対応している。
そして、ボルト4が挿通されたスペーサ部5に対して特殊スパナ44を取り付ける際には、先端部44bの挿通孔44eをボルト4に挿通させるとともに、突出棒44aを穴56に挿入する。そして、基端部44dをボルト4の軸を中心に回動させることでスペーサ部5をボルト4の軸方向に移動させることができる。つまり、スペーサ部5にボルト4が挿通されている際に、スペーサ部5の底面5c側の回動操作で、スペーサ部5を軸回転させて、ボルト4軸上を移動させることができる。

次に、物品固定具2により手摺用ブラケット8を面材1に固定する方法について説明する。
なお、手摺用ブラケット8が取り付けられる面材1は、例えば、リフォームにおいて、手摺が後付けで取り付けられる階段の中空の側壁の壁面を構成するものが挙げられる。この階段の側壁は、例えば、壁パネルの一方の表面に石膏ボード16が貼着されることで構築され、手摺用ブラケット8が取り付けられる部位には、下地材が配置されていない。

まず、図6(a)に示すように、面材1において、壁下地材が無い箇所(壁パネルよりなる壁の場合、桟材、框材を避けた箇所)、手摺用ブラケット8が取り付けられるべき部分に、表面側からホルソーなどを用いて、面材1に対して略垂直に穿孔し、面材1の表裏面13,17を貫通する開口部11を形成する。開口部11は、アンカー部3が挿入可能な程度の小径のものであり、例えば、第1及び第2アンカー片31,32が厚み約4mm、全長約90mm、幅約18mmとし、ボルト4の径を約6φ等とした場合に内径約25mmとする。なお、この場合第2アンカー片32のネジ孔32cの径は6.4φとし、図4に示す長さLは0.5mmとする。

そして、図7に示すように、物品固定具2の互いに重ねた第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32のそれぞれの先端部31b,32bを、面材1の表面側から開口部11に挿入する。このとき、第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32とをそれらの先端部31b,32bから挿入していき基端部31a,32a近傍まで挿入した後、第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32を、ボルト4が開口部11の開口方向に対して平行となるように挿入する。この物品固定具2は側面視略L字状となっているので、開口部11への挿入の際には、開口部11とほぼ平行方向に差し込む(矢印Mで示す)動作と、第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32が接続されたボルト4の先端部4aを挿入する際の押し込みながらの一方向の回転(矢印Nで示す)動作だけで容易に挿入することができる。

そして、図8に示すように、第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32からなるアンカー部3を面材1の裏面側に完全に位置させる。そして、開口部11の略中心をボルト4が挿通した状態とする。このとき、第2アンカー片32では、先端部32bとともに、基端部の延出部34が、ボルト4を挟んで先端部32bと反対側の面材1の裏面17部分、つまり、面材1の裏面側の開口縁部分で当接可能となる。これにより、面材1の裏面側に配置されたアンカー部4は表面側に抜けにくくなっている。
次いで、図9に示すように、調整スペーサ50及びスペーサ部5を開口部11に挿入して、該開口部11内に配置し、当該開口部11を閉塞する。このとき、スペーサ部5はボルト4に螺合した状態で外嵌していることから、周方向に回転させることでボルト4の先端部4a方向に移動させる。そして、この回転移動によりフランジ部54を開口部11の表面側の縁部に当接させることで、調整スペーサ50及びスペーサ部5により開口部11は閉塞された状態となり、物品固定具2の仮止めが行われる。なお、調整スペーサ50は、スペーサ部5の移動によりボルト4の先端部4a側に押されて移動する。また、このスペーサ部5を面材1の表面側から裏面側に移動させる作業は、特殊スパナ44を用いて行ってもよい。すなわち、面材1の表面側において、ナット6を外して、スペーサ部5が取り付けられたボルト4に、特殊スパナ44(図5(d)参照)の挿通孔44eを挿通させ、突出棒44a,44aをスペーサ部5の底板部5cの穴56,56に挿入して、特殊スパナ44をボルト4の軸を中心に回動させることでスペーサ部5を裏面側に移動させていく。

また、このスペーサ部5を開口部11に挿入する作業の際には、面材1の裏面17側で第2アンカー片32の先端部32bと、基端部32b側の延出部34とを面材1の裏面17に当接させることができるので、ボルト4を表面側に引きながら行うことで、ボルト4を、上下左右の位置を決めることができ、スペーサ部5を開口部11に挿入する作業を安定した状態で容易に行うことができる。さらに、スペーサ部5を表面側に移動させて、フランジ部54を面材1の表面側の開口縁部に当接させる。なお、フランジ部51が表面13側の開口縁部に当接しない場合は、スペーサ部5を特殊スパナ44を用いて、さらに裏面側に移動させて、の先端を第2アンカー片32の基端部32aに当接させ、縮小部51を潰すことで当接させてもよい。これにより、第2アンカー片32の先端部32b及び延出部34と、フランジ部54とで面材1を表裏側からそれぞれ挟んだ状態となり、物品固定具2は、第1及び第2アンカー片31,32とが重なり合った状態でも面材1に安定した状態で仮固定される。

次いで、面材1の表面側において、ナット6を回転させて、ボルト4の基端部4bを作業者が指でつかめる位置まで、ボルト4の先端部4a側に移動させ、ボルト4の基端部4bに回転操作部Kを形成する(図10参照)。

なお、ボルト4を回転操作することで第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32とを所定角度に開かせる際に、ボルト4を軽く手前側に引いたり、戻したりしながら行うことで切欠部35と係合突起36とを係合させることが好ましい。つまり、ボルト4を所定角度回転させた後で、手前側にボルト4を引くことで、ボルト4自体が手前側に移動しない場合は、面材1の裏面側では係合突起36が第1アンカー片31の基端部31aの裏面に当接している状態であるので、まだ、完全に開いていないことが確認できる。ボルト4自体が手前側に移動した場合は、係合突起36が第1アンカー片31の切欠部35に係合した状態であることが確認できる。さらに、完全に第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32が180度開いている状態であるかどうかの確認は、更にボルト4を回転させることで確認できる。また、このボルト4の回転操作中では、第2アンカー片32の先端部32b及び延出部34と、フランジ部54とで、第2アンカー片32及びスペーサ部5は仮止めされた状態となっており、ボルト4を回転させることで一体的に回転する第1アンカー片31の回転動作を容易に安定して行うことができるものとなっている。これにより、アンカー部3における第1アンカー片31及び第2アンカー片32の相対的な回転動作を容易に行うことができる。

ここで、切欠部35に係合突起36が係合していない場合は、ボルト4によって回動するのは第1アンカー片31のみであるが、両者が係合している状態であるときは、ボルト4の回転により第1アンカー片31が回転すると共に、係合突起36が切欠部35に係合した第2アンカー片32も回転する。つまり、切欠部35と係合突起36との係合状態によりボルト4による第1アンカー片31の単独回転は抑止され、アンカー部3が開いた状態が保持されるので、その状態でボルト4を回転させようとすると、第1アンカー片31を回動させる力に加えて、第2アンカー片32を回動させる力を加える必要が生じる。

図10では切欠部35と係合突起36とが係合した状態を示している。このとき、第1アンカー片31の当接面311及び第2アンカー片32の当接面321はそれぞれ略同一平面上に配置されるとともに、それぞれ面材1の裏面17に面接触の状態で当接される。
