Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a water discharge device in which a net for draining water is superimposed on a sprinkler plate and arranged.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional water spouting device, a large number of water spouting devices have been provided in which a net is provided in a watering plate and a water film is formed by surface tension when water spouting is stopped to improve water drainage performance.
In particular, in a shower head which performs shower water discharge over a wide range among water discharge devices, this drainage performance is important.
In the shower head, a water spouting hole is formed in a wide sprinkler plate, and a water pool is formed adjacent to the water spouting hole in order to supply water from the shower hose to the widespread water spouting hole. I have.
Then, when the water stops, the water remaining in the water pool drips, and even the water remaining in the shower hose is pulled, so that the water drips for a long time. In order to prevent such a water dripping phenomenon and improve drainage performance, a wire net formed by braiding a metal wire in a vertically crossed manner is disposed inside the water spray plate. Further, in order to improve the drainage performance, it is common practice to arrange a plurality of the same wire nettings in an overlapping manner. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-085132
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, with regard to the conventional water spouting device, especially the shower head, the angle of the shower hanger for applying the shower head differs for each maker, and although the shower head can be prevented from dripping when the shower head is applied to the self-made shower hanger, it is manufactured by another company. When the shower head is put on the shower hanger, the direction of the water spray plate changes, and it is difficult to form a water film, the air is exchanged, and it is difficult for the water to stop dripping and the drainage performance deteriorates.
Also, once a water film is formed and the water runs out, if you touch a shower hose or the like, the remaining water inside the shower head will shake and the water film will break, causing water to drip due to the remaining water. There was also a problem that it became worse.
Further, in recent years, there is a tendency to increase the size of a head provided with a water spray plate, with emphasis on design and luxury. In this case, the volume of the water pool becomes large, the weight of the residual water applied to the water film formed in the water discharge hole becomes large, and there is a possibility that the drainage performance may be reduced.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a water discharge device having a water spray plate having a plurality of water discharge holes for discharging hot water at the water discharge device tip, without affecting the inclination angle of the water spray plate at the time of water stoppage, and further improving the water drainage performance. An object of the present invention is to provide a water spouting device that can exert its performance and further secure stable drainage performance.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a spouting plate having a plurality of spouting holes for discharging hot water at a tip end of the spouting device, and a net for draining water is arranged on the backside of the sprinkling plate in the spouting device. In the device,
These nets are at least an etching net formed by corroding the surface of a thin metal plate and a wire net formed by weaving a metal wire crossing up and down.
[0007]
Thereby, the surface tension is improved, the formation of a water film is facilitated, the drainage performance is improved, and even if the water film is temporarily broken due to the swaying of the remaining water inside the water discharge device by touching a shower hose or the like. A water film can be formed again instantaneously, and stable drainage performance can be secured.
In addition, it turned out that draining performance improves by superposing different nets like the present invention compared with the case where the same net is superimposed. In particular, as in the present invention, by knitting with a thin plate-shaped etching net and superimposing a metal net having a surface with fine irregularities macroscopically, not only the water film covering the small holes, but also the mesh between the nets It is considered that a water film is also formed between them, and the surface tension per unit area for keeping the residual water from flowing out increases.
[0008]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the water spouting device has a water sprinkling plate provided with a plurality of water spouting holes at the tip of the water spouting device, and a drainage net is arranged on the back side of the water sprinkling plate in the water spouting device. In the device,
These nets form at least a plurality of small holes having substantially the same area, and form small holes of different forms so that the direction of surface tension applied to form a water film in the small holes at the time of water stoppage differs in each net. A spouting device characterized by being formed.
[0009]
As a result, the water film formed by the small holes of different forms exerts a well-balanced surface tension, so that the water spray plate of the water discharge device changes the inclination angle and how the load of the residual water in the water discharge device is applied to the water film. Even if added, the possibility that the water film is broken can be reduced.
[0010]
According to claim 3 of the present invention, among the nets, an etching net formed by corroding the surface of a thin metal plate is brought into contact with a water discharge hole on the back side of a sprinkler plate, and furthermore, a metal wire is vertically placed on the etching net. The water discharging device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein wire nets formed by intersecting and knitting are overlapped.
[0011]
Thereby, drainage performance is further improved.
Rather than overlaying the same net, providing a wire net in the water discharge hole and further superimposing an etching net on the wire net can improve the drainage performance. However, as in the present invention, a flat etching net is discharged. The water drainage performance can be significantly improved by superimposing the metal mesh having the microscopic unevenness on the surface in a macroscopic manner by bringing it into contact with the hole and further knitting.
In other words, by making the net that contacts the water discharge hole a flat etching net, the adhesion between the water discharge hole and the net can be improved, and the residual water that has passed through the etching net must flow directly into the water discharge hole. I did it.
Furthermore, not only a water film is formed in the small holes of the net, but also water penetrates between the flat etching net and the metal net whose surface has fine irregularities, and the surface tension is further increased. It is considered that a water film was formed so as to generate water, and the drainage performance was further improved.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the water spouting device having a water spouting plate having a plurality of water spouting holes for discharging hot water at the tip of the water spouting device, wherein a net is arranged on the water sprinkling plate in the water spouting device, A water discharge device is provided with a check valve in the water discharge device on the side.
[0013]
By arranging the check valve in this way, the check valve closes when the water discharge is stopped, the downstream of the check valve is close to the negative pressure, and dripping can be suppressed.
This phenomenon is, for example, when a straw is stabbed in a glass filled with water, one end of the straw filled with water is closed with a finger, and when the straw is pulled up from the glass while maintaining that state, the water in the straw becomes This is considered to be the same as the phenomenon of maintaining a stagnant state in the straw without flowing out of the straw.
Therefore, the drainage performance is further improved in addition to the suppression of dripping due to surface tension.
In order to improve the drainage performance by utilizing the negative pressure downstream of the check ring, the check ring should be installed in the water spouting device, and the residual water between the sprinkler plate and the check valve should be as small as possible. It is preferable to avoid stagnation.
For example, when hot water from a faucet is discharged from a shower head via a shower hose, it is preferable to dispose a check valve in the water passage of the shower head. In addition, even if a check valve is inserted in the faucet located outside the water discharging device or in the joint between the faucet and the shower hose, the drainage performance cannot be improved.
In addition, by installing a check valve on the shower head, the remaining water in the shower head is shaken by touching the shower hose or shower head and the water film is temporarily broken. As a result, water dripping does not continue for a long time as in the prior art, and stable drainage performance can be secured.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 show a first embodiment to which the water discharge device of the present invention is applied.
FIG. 1 shows an overall cross-sectional view, and FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of a sprinkling plate portion.
This water discharge device is an example applied to a shower head 1 used when taking a shower on a body in a bathroom or a shower room. Although not shown, the shower head 1 is connected to a shower hose branched from a hot and cold water mixing faucet.
[0015]
The water discharging device of FIG. 1 is configured by attaching a water discharging unit 2 to a head portion of a shower head 1.
As shown in FIG. 1, the water spouting unit 2 has an outer surface composed of a joint 3, a water sprinkling plate guide 4, and a water sprinkling plate 5 having a plurality of water spouting holes. 5, a plurality of different nets, ie, an etching net 6 and a metal net 7 are fitted so as to overlap each other. Also, an O-ring is used for a part to be kept watertight.
[0016]
A plurality of different nets form at least a plurality of small holes having substantially the same area, and small holes of different shapes so that the direction of surface tension applied to form a water film in the small holes at the time of water stoppage is different in each net. Is formed.
In particular, as shown in FIG. 3, one etching net 6 is an etching net formed by corroding a plurality of small holes on the surface of a thin metal plate to form a thin one. As shown in FIG. 4, a mesh having different forms of small holes is superimposed on the upper part of the sprinkling plate 5 as a wire mesh formed by braiding a metal wire so as to intersect vertically.
[0017]
Hot water supplied from the water supply port 8 of the shower head 1 is supplied into the water discharge unit 2 through the water passage 9 of the shower head main body 1, passes through the wire mesh 7, the etching net 6, and flows out of the water discharge hole of the water spray plate 5. It is discharged from 10.
[0018]
Next, when the supply of hot water from the water supply port 8 is stopped, a water film is formed in the small holes of the etching net 6 and the wire net 7, and the discharge of the residual water in the water discharge unit 2 is stopped, and the drainage performance is improved.
[0019]
In addition, using the shower head 1 shown in FIG. 1, the drainage performance when the same etching net 6 is overlapped, the drainage performance when the same wire net 7 is overlapped, and the different etching net 6 and the wire net 7 are overlapped. As a result of comparing the drainage performance when combined, the drainage performance when the different etching net 6 and the metal net 7 were overlapped was improved.
When different etching nets 6 and wire nets 7 are superimposed, the etching nets 6 and the wire nets 7 are superposed one by one. For example, depending on the amount of remaining water retained in the water discharge unit, for example, the etching nets 6 and The metal net 7 and the etching net 6 may be superimposed in this order, the metal net 7, the etching net 6 and the metal net 7 may be superimposed in order, or a plurality of alternate nets may be superposed.
Further, the order of the arrangement of the etching net 6 and the metal net 7 from the water discharge hole 10 also greatly affects the drainage performance.
In particular, it was found that when the etching net 6 was brought into contact with the water discharge hole 10 on the back side of the water sprinkling plate 5 and the wire net 7 was superimposed on the etching net 6, the drainage performance was remarkably improved.
[0020]
Next, FIGS. 5 to 7 show a second embodiment to which the water discharge device of the present invention is applied. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the entirety, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a state where the check ring 11 is open, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a state where the check ring 11 is closed. This water discharging device can also be applied to the shower head 1 used in a bathroom or the like as in FIG. The description of the same configuration as in FIG. 1 is omitted.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 5, the water spouting unit 2 has an outer surface composed of a joint 3, a sprinkling plate guide 4, and a sprinkling plate 5. Inside the spouting plate 5, a wire net 7 is fitted so as to overlap the sprinkling plate. The check valve 11 is fitted inside the joint 3. Also, an O-ring is used for a part to be kept watertight.
The wire mesh 7 is a wire mesh formed by braiding a metal wire so as to cross vertically.
The net may be an etching net 6 formed by corroding a plurality of small holes on the surface of a thin metal plate. Further, a plurality of nets may be overlapped.
[0022]
Hot water supplied from the water supply port 8 of the shower head 1 is supplied to the water discharge unit 2 through the water passage 9 of the shower head main body 1, passes through the check valve 11 as shown in FIG. The water is discharged from the water discharge hole 10 of the water spray plate 5.
[0023]
Next, when the supply of hot water from the water supply port 8 is stopped, the check valve 11 is closed as shown in FIG. 7 and the downstream of the check valve is close to the negative pressure, and a water film is formed on the wire mesh 7. As a result, the discharge of the residual water is stopped, and the drainage performance is improved.
[0024]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and can be applied to various water spouting devices. Not only bathroom shower heads, but also kitchen faucets, wash faucets, sanitary washing, etc. It can be used for various water discharging devices such as a shower of the device.
