Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor equipped with a revolution detector wherein an internal fan can be fixed with reliability at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the motor equipped with a revolution detector, an enclosed space is formed by an anti-load-side bracket 7, a heat insulation plate 6, and a detector cover 9. The motor comprises a detector rotating portion 1 which is fit and fixed to a rotating shaft 2 protruded into the space from the anti-load-side bracket 7, and a detector fixed portion 3 which is supported to the rotating shaft 2 by a bearing 4 and whose displacement in the direction of revolution is limited. The integral press internal fan has a plurality of elastic claws on the rim of a center hole and a guide inclined toward the direction of being fitted to the rotating shaft. 本発明は、回転検出器を回転軸に結合した電動機に関し、特に回転検出器の温度上昇を低減するため配設された内扇ファンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、電動機の回転軸に回転速度や回転角を検出する回転検出器を結合する場合、電動機の熱損失によって発生する熱が電動機の回転軸から回転検出器の回転部に伝達し、検出器の一部を構成する電子部品の破損や寿命低下を防ぐために電動機の反負荷側ブラケットと検出器カバーとの間に熱絶縁板を介挿するとともに、反負荷側ブラケットと検出器固定部との間に、回転軸に嵌合固着した内扇ファンを配置し熱の発生を少なくしている(特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような従来技術においては、次のような問題があった。
(1)反負荷側ブラケットと検出器固定部との間に嵌合固着したファンを配置する際、接着での固定、キーを設けの圧入の固定、止めねじでの固定などがある。これらの固定では、接着のバラツキ、圧入のバラツキ、ボルトの締め付けトルクのバラツキにより内扇ファンのガタツキや落下が生じる場合がある。
(2)内扇ファンの固定に使用する接着剤、ボルト、キーなどの部品が必要となり、組立工数、コストアップになる。
本発明は、内扇ファンの固定を確実に、かつ低コストで行うことができる回転検出器を備えた電動機を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記問題を解決するため、本発明は、反負荷側ブラケットと、前記反負荷側ブラケットに固定した熱絶縁板と、前記熱絶縁板に固定した検出器カバーとによって密閉状態の空間を形成し、この空間内に、前記反負荷側ブラケットから突出する回転軸に嵌合固着された検出器回転部と、前記回転軸に軸受を介して支持され、かつ回転方向の変位を制限された検出器固定部とを有する回転検出器を備えた電動機において、前記反負荷側ブラケットと前記検出器固定部との間の空間に、中央孔の周縁に、複数の弾性爪部と、回転軸への挿入方向側に傾斜したガイド部とを有する一体型プレス内扇ファンを、前記回転軸に挿入し、ワンタッチ固着して配設するようにしたものである。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図に基づいて説明する。
図1は本発明の実施例を示す回転形検出器を備えた電動機の要部の側断面図である。
図1において、1は回転軸2の反負荷側端部に嵌合固定した検出器回転部で、スリット円板からなっている。3は検出器固定部で、前記回転軸2に軸受4を介して支持され、空隙を介して検出器回転部を挟むように発光素子と受光素子を固定している。5は電子部品で、前記検出器固定部3に取付られている。6は熱絶縁板で、反負荷側ブラケット7に固定するとともに、板ばねなどの取付板8を介して前記検出器固定部3を回転方向に変位しないように取り付けている。9は検出器カバーで、前記熱絶縁板6に取り付けられている。10は前記反負荷側ブラケット7と前記検出器固定部3との間に配設した一体プレス内扇ファンで、前記回転軸2に嵌合固定している。
図2は図1における一体型プレス内扇ファンを示す正面図である。
図2において、前記一体プレス内扇ファン10は、中央部に中央孔10aを有するとともに、ファン部10b、弾性爪部10c、ガイド部10dにより形成される。
このような構成の一体型プレス内扇ファン10を回転軸2に固定する場合は、図3(a),(b)に示すように、単に回転軸2に挿入するだけでよい。一体型プレス内扇ファン10を回転軸2に挿入すると、弾性爪部10cが弾発力を生じつつ反挿入側に倒れる。またガイド部10dは予め挿入方向側に傾斜させているので、一体型プレス内扇ファン10は、前記弾性爪部10cとガイド10dとで支えられ、回転軸2に倒れ防止と位置決め用の段差がなくても、倒れたり、傾斜したりすることなく、回転軸2の所定の位置に、確実に、かつ簡単に嵌合固着される。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、本発明によれば、次のような効果がある。
(1)ファン部、弾性爪部、ガイド部を一体化して内扇ファンをプレスで構成しているので、部品点数が減少するとともに、製造が簡単で、コストを低減することができる。
(2)一体型プレス内扇ファンは、ガイド部を備えているので、回転軸への挿入時のそり、倒れがなくなり作業性が向上する。また、、そり、倒れ防止の位置決め段差が不要になり回転軸の加工コストを削減することができる。
(3)一体型プレス内扇ファンをワンタッチで配設でき、従来の固定方法での作業のバラツキがなくなり、安定した嵌合固着が得られる。
