Abstract

Claims (14)
- データ通信の方法であって、
タイマの満了前に不達データを紛失と特定する制御メッセージを送信すること
を含む方法。 - 前記不達データが少なくとも1つのデータ・パケットを含み、かつ前記制御メッセージが該少なくとも1つの不達データ・パケットを特定している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの不達データ・パケットの送信および/または再送信に対してデータ・チャンネルを割り当てており、前記制御メッセージが該データ・チャンネルと異なるチャンネルを介して送信されている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- データ通信の方法であって、
タイマの満了前に不達データを紛失と特定する制御メッセージを受信すること
を含む方法。 - 前記不達データが少なくとも1つのデータ・パケットを含み、かつ前記制御メッセージが該少なくとも1つの不達データ・パケットを特定している、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記制御メッセージが前記不達データ・パケットを特定するためのフィールドおよび/または肯定応答シーケンス番号を備えている、請求項2または5に記載の方法。
- 前記制御メッセージがダミー・ペイロードおよび/またはゼロ・ペイロードを有するパケット・データ・ユニットを備えている、請求項2または5に記載の方法。
- 前記制御メッセージが受信器に対して前記少なくとも1つの不達データ・パケットの送信および/または再送信に関するアボートを伝達している、請求項2または5に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの不達データ・パケットの受信に対してデータ・チャンネルを割り当てており、前記制御メッセージが該データ・チャンネルと異なるチャンネルを介して送信されている、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 受信データ・パケットを保存するためのバッファと、
タイマの満了後に前記バッファから前記保存したデータ・パケットを転送すること、少なくとも1つのデータ・パケットが不達であるか否かを判定すること、ならびにタイマの満了前の制御メッセージの受信に応答して前記バッファから前記保存したデータ・パケットを転送しかつ前記少なくとも1つの不達データ・パケットを紛失したと見なすこと、を行うための処理ユニットと
を備える通信デバイス。 - 前記制御メッセージが前記不達データ・パケットを特定するためのフィールドおよび/または肯定応答シーケンス番号を備えている、請求項10に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記制御メッセージがダミー・ペイロードおよび/またはゼロ・ペイロードを有するパケット・データ・ユニットを備えている、請求項10に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記制御メッセージが受信器に対して前記少なくとも1つの不達データ・パケットの送信および/または再送信に関するアボートを伝達している、請求項10に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの不達データ・パケットの受信に対してデータ・チャンネルを割り当てており、前記制御メッセージが該データ・チャンネルと異なるチャンネルを介して送信されている、請求項10に記載の通信デバイス。
