【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、インターネットに接続されたコンピュータシステムから成るＷｅｂサーバを有し、前記Ｗｅｂサーバに自社Ｗｅｂサイトや画像データベースや請求サーバや画像販売・レンタルサーバや画像データ記憶装置や画像データ出力装置を接続させたサービス提供業者がインターネット接続されたカメラ付き携帯電話装置を有し所定の手続を経て会員となった利用者を対象にしたビジネス方式である、画像データベースを活用したビジネス方式に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、インターネット接続機能を備えた映像撮影用のカメラが付属している携帯情報端末が急速に普及しており、例えば、映像撮影用のカメラが付属している携帯電話や映像撮影用のカメラが付属している携帯パソコンや映像撮影用のカメラが付属しているＰＤＡやインターネット接続機能を備えたデジタルカメラやインターネット接続機能を備えたデジタルビデオカメラなどが一般的に市販されるようになってから、相当量普及していると思われる。
一例ではあるが、カメラ付き携帯電話の普及台数は、Ｊ−フォンの機種で約６３０万台（２００２年８月末時点）、ドコモの機種で約１３０万台（２００２年８月末時点）であり、合計で約７６０万台のカメラ付き携帯電話が稼動しているのである。
このことは、カメラ付き携帯電話に関して言えば単に通話やコミュニケーションを主たる目的にした道具から、どこでもいつでも画像データを生成させたり、記録したり、送信したり、受信したりできる携帯情報端末の出現を意味し、万能な用途に対応が可能な情報端末として非常に有望視されているものである。

また、一般的なカメラ付き携帯電話の画像データの送信方法としては、Ｊ−フォンの機種の場合では、通常の電子メールと同様に画像データをメールに添付して送信し、ドコモの機種の場合では、送信した画像データはＷｅｂサーバに置かれ、受信側がメールに書かれたＵＲＬからＷｅｂサーバに置かれた画像データにアクセスする。

そこで近年になって、上述した画像データを記録したり、インターネット上で画像データを送信したり、受信したりするだけでなく、カメラ付き携帯電話やカメラ付き情報端末で撮影された画像データを活用した、インターネット上での新規のサービス方法や新規のビジネス方法の開発案件が増加してきた。

例えば、情報の蓄積側と利用者側との双方向の画像データのやり取りを課題とし、解決手段として、Ｗｅｂサーバによる要求に応じてＤＢに蓄積する情報を返信するＤＢサーバをＷｅｂサーバへ接続し、Ｗｅｂサーバは携帯電話機からの画像データの検索要求に応じてＤＢサーバへ画像データの検索要求を行い、ＤＢサーバは画像データの検索要求に基づいてＤＢを照会しその結果をＷｅｂサーバへ返信し、Ｗｅｂサーバは返信された画像データを携帯電話機に転送し、携帯電話機は転送された画像データを表示するとともに、Ｗｅｂサーバは携帯電話機からの画像データの登録要求に応じて携帯電話機からの画像データを携えてＤＢサーバへ登録要求を行い、ＤＢサーバは登録要求に基づいてＷｅｂサーバより転送された画像データをＤＢへ登録する、情報管理システムおよび情報管理方法の開発案件がある。（特開２００２−２０２９９５号公報を参照する）

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、カメラ付き携帯電話が急速に普及するにつれて、もっと自由に好きなだけ静止画や動画を撮りたいという要求が出てきたが、カメラ付き携帯電話の記憶容量では充分に上述した欲求に応えられないという指摘がされるようになってきた。また、相当量な静止画や動画を管理するのは大変であるという声も増えてきた。また、せっかく撮影した静止画や動画をもっとビジネスに活用できないものかという提案もされるようになってきた。
そこで、上述した画像データを記録したり、インターネット上で画像データを送信したり、受信したりするだけでなく、カメラ付き携帯電話やカメラ付き情報端末で撮影された画像データを活用した、インターネット上での新規のサービス方法や新規のビジネス方法の開発案件が増加してきた。

また、例えば、特開２００２−２０２９９５号公報の情報管理システムおよび情報管理方法の開発案件では、Ｗｅｂサーバによる要求に応じてＤＢに蓄積する情報を返信するＤＢサーバをＷｅｂサーバへ接続し、Ｗｅｂサーバは携帯電話機からの画像データの検索要求に応じてＤＢサーバへ画像データの検索要求を行い、ＤＢサーバは画像データの検索要求に基づいてＤＢを照会しその結果をＷｅｂサーバへ返信し、Ｗｅｂサーバは返信された画像データを携帯電話機に転送し、携帯電話機は転送された画像データを表示するとともに、Ｗｅｂサーバは携帯電話機からの画像データの登録要求に応じて携帯電話機からの画像データを携えてＤＢサーバへ登録要求を行い、ＤＢサーバは登録要求に基づいてＷｅｂサーバより転送された画像データをＤＢへ登録することを特徴とするが、携帯電話機を用いての画像データのやり取りをする分にはよいが、何か新しいビジネス方式に応用するためにはもう少し付加価値的なサービスが必要であると指摘されている。

そこで本発明は上述した問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、その目的とするところは、市販のインターネット接続機能を備えたカメラ付き携帯情報端末を使用して、生成された画像データをインターネット上で送信したり受信したり蓄積したりする手段を活用して、インターネット上で新規なビジネスを立ち上げることを可能にする、画像データベースを活用したビジネス方式を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
課題を解決するための第一の手段として、インターネットに接続されたコンピュータシステムから成るＷｅｂサーバを有し、前記Ｗｅｂサーバに自社Ｗｅｂサイトや画像データベースや請求サーバを接続させたサービス提供業者がインターネット接続されたカメラ付き携帯情報端末または情報端末を有し所定の手続を経た会員や前記Ｗｅｂサイトの閲覧者などの利用者を対象にしたビジネス方式であり、前記Ｗｅｂサーバには前記利用者のカメラ付き携帯情報端末を介して生成された画像データが受信される手段を有し、前記画像データベースには前記Ｗｅｂサーバからの画像データが転送され蓄積される手段を有し、前記請求サーバには前記蓄積画像データの蓄積量及び蓄積期間に合わせて算出された所定の金額の請求金額を前記利用者に請求する手段を有し、前記自社Ｗｅｂサイトには前記ビジネス方式を前記Ｗｅｂサイトの閲覧者や前記会員に対して告知するための手段を設けたことを特徴とする、画像データベースを活用したビジネス方式を提供することにある。

前記Ｗｅｂサイトに関しては、前記利用者がインターネット内でコンテンツ（情報の内容）を発信したり受信したりするインターネットに接続されたコンピュータシステムの中の場所や位置のことである。
前記Ｗｅｂサーバに関しては、ＷＷＷ（Ｗｏｒｌｄ Ｗｉｄｅ Ｗｅｂ）サーバとも呼ばれ、前記Ｗｅｂサイトが格納され、コンピュータシステムを介した各種サービスを提供すると共に、本発明では前記画像データベースや前記請求サーバを管理または制御する手段を備える。
前記画像データベースに関しては、前記Ｗｅｂサーバによる要求に応じて画像データを転送し蓄積する手段を備え、前記利用者の指示により前記カメラ付き携帯情報端末または情報端末に前記画像データを転送する手段によって構成され、また、前記画像データベースには、Ｗｅｂページ本体となるＨＴＭＬ（Ｈｙｐｅｒ−ＴｅｘｔＭａｒｋｕｐ Ｌａｎｇｕａｇｅ）形式などで構成された文書データと、その文書データ中に設定されているハイパーリンクによって指定される画像データが格納されている。そして、ＷｅｂサーバはＵＲＬ（Ｕｎｉｆｏｒｍ Ｒｅｓｏｕｒｃｅ Ｌｏｃａｔｏｒ）を指定してアクセスしてきた前記携帯情報端末または情報端末に該当の画像データを送付する手段を備える。
前記請求サーバに関しては、前記Ｗｅｂサーバによる要求に応じて、前記利用者に所定の請求手段を実行する手段を備える。
前記カメラ付き携帯情報端末に関しては、映像撮影用のカメラが付属している携帯電話もしくはＰＨＳもしくは携帯情報機器である。前記携帯電話は、映像撮影用のカメラが付属しているインターネットへのアクセスが可能なモバイル用情報処理装置でもよい。前記携帯電話は、簡単な操作を行うだけで、あらかじめ登録してある電話番号またはＵＲＬに発信を行い、同時に付属しているカメラを動作させ、そこから得られる画像データを送信する機能を有する。
前記カメラ付き携帯情報端末に関しては、デジタルカメラやデジタルビデオカメラに携帯電話もしくはＰＨＳが接続でき、インターネットへのアクセスを可能にしたタイプでもよく、また、ブラウザーを備えたデジタルカメラやデジタルビデオカメラにインターネットへのアクセス手段を設けたタイプでもよい。
前記情報端末に関しては、一般的にはパソコンやＰＤＡなどを指すが、インターネット接続機能とＣＰＵと表示機能を搭載した装置であれば何を用いても構わない。
前記所定の手続に関しては、例えば前記Ｗｅｂサイトを介した入会案内のフォーマットに入力させる手段や、例えば前記Ｗｅｂサーバに前記会員希望者に入会案内フォーマットを出力する手段と前記出力フォーマットを送付し返信を受付け登録する手段などから選択して用いればよい。
前記画像データに関しては、静止画、動画、静止画と動画の組合わせ、静止画と音声データの組合わせ、動画と音声データの組合わせ、静止画と動画の組合わせと音声データの組合わせなどを用いるのが可能である。
前記告知するための手段に関しては、前記利用者に前記ビジネス方式を認知させたりビジネス欲求を生じさせるようにしたコンテンツを文書データ、画像データ、音声データまたはこれらの組合わせを用いて表現する。

課題を解決するための第二の手段として、前記サービス提供業者は前記Ｗｅｂサーバに画像レンタル・販売サーバを接続させることで、前記画像レンタル・販売サーバは前記蓄積画像データの中から前記利用者が選択した画像データを蓄積する手段を有し、前記請求サーバには前記レンタル・販売選択画像データの蓄積量及び蓄積期間に合わせて所定の額の請求金額を前記利用者に請求する手段を有し、前記自社Ｗｅｂサイトには前記ビジネス方式を前記Ｗｅｂサイトの閲覧者や前記会員に対して告知するための手段を設けたことを特徴とする、課題を解決するための第一の手段に記載の画像データベースを活用したビジネス方式を提供することにある。

前記画像レンタル・販売サーバに関しては、前記画像データベースに格納されている前記利用者が所有権を有する前記蓄積画像データの中から前記利用者がレンタルサービスや販売サービスを実施する画像データに選択すると、前記蓄積画像データの中から前記レンタル・販売選択画像データを前記画像データベースから前記画像レンタル・販売サーバに転送させる手段を備える。
前記蓄積画像データに関しては、前記画像データの記述に準じ、前記利用者の脳内の思考プロセスを経て選択された前記画像データの集合体である。
前記請求サーバに関しては、前記Ｗｅｂサーバまたは前記画像レンタル・販売サーバによる要求に応じて、前記レンタル・販売選択画像データの蓄積量及び蓄積期間に合わせて前記利用者に所定の請求手段を実行する手段を備える。
前記告知するための手段に関しては、上述した内容に準ずる。

課題を解決するための第三の手段として、前記サービス提供業者は前記Ｗｅｂサーバに画像データ記憶装置や画像データ出力装置を接続させることで、前記画像データ記憶装置は前記蓄積画像データや前記レンタル・販売選択画像データの中から前記利用者が選択した画像データを外部記憶させる手段を有し、前記画像データ出力装置は前記蓄積画像データや前記レンタル・販売選択画像データの中から前記利用者が選択した画像データを外部出力させる手段を有し、前記請求サーバには前記蓄積画像データや前記レンタル・販売選択画像データを所定量外部記憶させた分または所定量外部出力させた分に合わせて所定の額の請求金額を前記利用者に請求する手段を有し、前記自社Ｗｅｂサイトには前記ビジネス方式を前記Ｗｅｂサイトの閲覧者や前記会員に対して告知するための手段を設けたことを特徴とする、課題を解決するための第一の手段または課題を解決するための第二の手段に記載の画像データベースを活用したビジネス方式を提供する。

前記画像データ記憶装置に関しては、前記手段を実行させることで、前記Ｗｅｂサーバからの要求により、前記蓄積画像データや前記レンタル・販売選択画像データの中から前記利用者が選択した画像データを外部記憶手段に記憶させる。
前記画像データ出力装置に関しては、前記手段を実行させることで、前記Ｗｅｂサーバからの要求により、前記蓄積画像データや前記レンタル・販売選択画像データの中から前記利用者が選択した画像データを外部出力手段により外部出力させる。
前記請求サーバに関しては、前記Ｗｅｂサーバによる要求に応じて、前記蓄積画像データや前記レンタル・販売選択画像データを所定量外部記憶させた分または所定量外部出力させた分に合わせて前記利用者に所定の請求手段を実行する手段を備える。

課題を解決するための第四の手段として、前記Ｗｅｂサーバには、前記利用者の中で前記Ｗｅｂサイトまたは前記Ｗｅｂサーバを介して前記レンタル・販売選択画像データの中から選択した画像データの転送を希望する場合に前記利用者が所定の購入手続を行う手段を有し、また、前記Ｗｅｂサーバには、前記購入手続が終了すると前記特定画像データは前記Ｗｅｂサイトまたは前記Ｗｅｂサーバを介して前記利用者が有する前記カメラ付き携帯情報端末または情報端末に転送する手段を有し、前記請求サーバには前記画像データを転送した分に合わせて所定の額の請求金額を前記利用者に請求する手段を有することを特徴とする、課題を解決するための第一の手段から課題を解決するための第三の手段のいずれかに記載の画像データベースを活用したビジネス方式を提供する。

課題を解決するための第五の手段として、前記Ｗｅｂサーバには、前記利用者が前記Ｗｅｂサイトまたは前記Ｗｅｂサーバを介して前記レンタル・販売選択画像データの中から選択した画像データを前記外部記憶手段という状態に変化させて購入希望する場合に前記利用者が所定の購入手続を行う手段を有し、前記購入手続が終了すると前記選択画像データは前記画像データ記憶装置を介して前記外部記憶手段に記憶させる手段を有し、前記請求サーバには前記画像データを外部記憶した分に合わせて所定の額の請求金額を前記利用者に請求する手段を有することを特徴とする、課題を解決するための第一の手段から課題を解決するための第三の手段のいずれかに記載の画像データベースを活用したビジネス方式を提供する。

前記画像データ出力装置に関しては、インクジェットプリンターやレーザープリンターやドットプリンターや写真現像装置やデジタルコピー装置やデジタルプリンターやファクシミリ装置などから選択して用いればよい。
前記画像データを前記外部出力手段という状態に変化させて購入を希望する場合に前記利用者が所定の購入手続を行う手段に関しては、例えば前記Ｗｅｂサイトまたは前記Ｗｅｂサーバを介して、前記購入手続のフォーマットに入力させる手段や、例えば前記Ｗｅｂサイトまたは前記Ｗｅｂサーバに前記購入手続希望者に購入手続フォーマットを出力する手段と前記出力フォーマットを前記利用者に送付し返信を受付け登録する手段などから選択して用いればよい。
前記Ｗｅｂサーバの機能により前記画像データ出力装置を作動させる手段に関しては、一般的な公知の技術が知られているので、それを用いればよいが、前記手段を実行させることで、前記Ｗｅｂサーバからの要求により、前記蓄積画像データや前記レンタル・販売選択画像データの中から前記利用者が選択した画像データを外部出力させる。
前記請求サーバに関しては、前記Ｗｅｂサーバによる要求に応じて、前記レンタル・販売選択画像データを所定量前記画像データ出力装置により外部出力させた分に合わせて前記利用者に所定の請求手段を実行する手段を備える。

課題を解決するための第七の手段として、前記Ｗｅｂサーバに時間データ付加手段を設けることで、前記画像データの受信時に前記時間データ付加手段で計測された日付、時刻等の受信時データが前記画像データベースに同時保存されることを特徴とする、課題を解決するための第一の手段から課題を解決するための第六の手段のいずれかに記載の画像データベースを活用したビジネス方式を提供することにあるが、前記Ｗｅｂサーバや前記画像データや前記画像データベースに関しては、上述した内容に準ずる。
前記時間データ付加手段に関しては、受信された前記画像データを保存するとともに、それらデータ受信時に日付、時刻管理装置を用いて計測された日付、時刻等の受信時データが同時保存されるようになっていればどんな手段を用いても構わないが、前記日付、時刻管理装置に関しては、一般的に市販されているタイプを用いればよい。
前記時間データ付加手段によって、各々の前記カメラ付き携帯情報端末から送信されてくるばらつきがちな受信時データを使用する場合に比して、情報管理装置側で統一されたばらつきのない受信時データを得ることができる。また、前記日付・時刻等のデータに、各国の標準時刻を使用するようにすれば、各種公的証拠として利用可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は本発明の画像データベースを活用したビジネス方式の概念図である。
図１に示すように、ＩＮはインターネットであり、Ｗ１０はインターネットＩＮに接続されたコンピュータシステムから成るＷｅｂサーバであり各種機能を有する手段を備え、Ｓ２０はＷｅｂサーバＷ１０の中に設けられた自社Ｗｅｂサイトであり各種機能を有する手段を備え、Ｄ３０はＷｅｂサーバＷ１０に接続された画像データベースであり各種機能を有する手段を備え、Ｂ４０はＷｅｂサーバＷ１０に接続された請求サーバであり各種機能を有する手段を備え、Ｒ５０はＷｅｂサーバＷ１０に接続された画像レンタル・販売サーバであり各種機能を有する手段を備え、ＭｅはＷｅｂサーバＷ１０に制御される画像データ記憶装置であり、ＰｒはＷｅｂサーバＷ１０に制御される画像データ出力装置であり、ＳＣは本システムを管理または所有するサービス提供業者であり、Ｍ１はカメラＣａが付随した携帯情報端末である携帯電話ＣＨｐを所有し所定の手続きを経た会員であり、Ｍ２はインターネット接続できる携帯電話Ｈｐを所有し所定の手続きを経た会員であり、ＭＲはインターネット接続できる情報端末としてパソコンＰＣを所有する自社ＷｅｂサイトＳ２０の閲覧者であり、カメラ付き携帯電話ＣＨｐや携帯電話ＨｐやパソコンＰＣはプロバイダーＰｂを介してインターネットＩＮに接続されている。本発明は以上のシステムから構成されている。

まず、前記利用者は、例えば会員Ｍ１や会員Ｍ２は、本ビジネス方式の参加に当たっては、事前に会員登録を行い、支払方法（クレジット、電話料金上乗せ、プリペイド方式、金融機関振込み方式など）を決定しておく。
会員データに関しては、会員Ｍ１や会員Ｍ２ごとにＩＤやパスワード、および居住地や年齢・性別などの個人情報を会員データとして管理するが、新たに会員データベースを設けて管理してもよいし、本発明で用いるデータベース内かサーバ内に格納して管理することも可能である。
