本発明は、収納装置や間仕切り等の開口に装着する扉に係り、特に、縦寸法と横幅を自由に調整できる扉と、この扉を装着した扉開閉装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の収納装置や間仕切りに装着する扉としては、図9(a)に示すように対向する縦枠材と、この縦枠材の上下端、あるいは中間部を連結する複数の横枠材を有する四方框扉がある。この四方框扉の枠材内部は、ガラス板や鏡板が嵌め込まれる。また、この他に図9(b)に示すように、1枚の板材から形成されるフラット扉が使用される。そして、例えば収納装置の開口を塞ぐ扉として、四方框扉やフラット扉2枚をヒンジ機構で連結して折戸として使用している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記構造の扉や木製戸を、例えば収納装置の開口に装着するとき、開口の内寸法に合わせて正確に切断して調整する必要があり、調整作業が煩雑となり、作業時間が大幅にかかるという問題点があった。また、左右の縦桟と、縦桟の上部を連結する上桟から構成される開口に対して、ガイドレールを上桟の下面に取付けるインセットタイプの扉開閉装置と、ガイドレールを上桟あるいは壁面の外側に取付けるアウトセットタイプの扉開閉装置とが有るが、インセットタイプの場合とアウトセットタイプの場合により、開口の間口幅の有効寸法と高さの有効寸法が異なるため別の扉を用意する必要があり、また四方框扉やフラット扉等の扉を切断して調整する場合には作業時間が大幅に必要で、扉の構造が複雑で切断作業自体が極めて煩雑となっていた。

本発明は、このような問題に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、高さと間口幅の異なる開口に対して、扉の縦寸法と横幅を容易に切断でき、自由に調整できる扉を提供することにある。また、前記の扉を開口に装着し、高さと間口幅が異なる開口でも、その寸法に合わせて開閉できるように容易に切断して調整できる扉開閉装置を提供することにある。さらに、取付形態が異なる場合でも、容易に調整できる扉と、扉開閉装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成すべく、本発明に係る収納装置等の開口に装着する扉は、平行な2本の縦枠材と、該縦枠材の間に位置する鏡板とを備え、縦枠材は縦寸法を調整可能であり、鏡板は縦寸法及び横幅を調整可能であり、縦枠材と鏡板を固定したことを特徴とする。縦枠材と鏡板との固定は、釘止めや接着剤等による固定が好ましい。縦枠材と鏡板の縦寸法のみの調整や、鏡板の横幅のみの調整でもよく、これらの調整は必要に応じて適宜行われる。

前記のごとく構成された本発明の扉は、縦枠材の縦寸法を開口の高さに合わせて切断し、開口の間口幅に合わせた扉の横幅となるように鏡板の横幅を切断し、切断して調整された縦枠材と鏡板とを組み合わせて固定することにより、開口に合わせた扉を容易に形成することができる。縦寸法及び横幅は必要に応じて調整するものであり、縦寸法のみを調整し、横幅は調整しない場合や、逆に横幅のみを調整し、縦寸法を調整しない場合もある。なお、調整される縦寸法及び横幅は、開口と扉とのクリアランスを考慮して僅かに小さくする必要がある。この扉は構成が簡単で、作製が容易であり、横幅は板材からなる鏡板で容易に切断でき、しかも切断面は縦枠材で隠れるため外観が良好となる。また、縦枠材と鏡板の上部切断面は、見えにくく目立たない場所であり、切断面が荒れていても外観上問題無い。

本発明に係る扉の好ましい具体的な態様としては、前記縦枠材と鏡板は、縦寸法を調整可能の連結具を介して連結固定されることを特徴とする。前記連結具は、金属又は樹脂の押出し成形材から形成されることが好ましい。この構成によれば、縦寸法を調整した連結具を介して、縦枠材と鏡板とを強固に連結でき、固定作業が容易となる。連結金具から延出する前面対接部と後面対接部で鏡板を挟み、連結金具から突出する係合爪を縦枠材の係合溝に圧入してから止めねじ等で固定すると、さらに固定作業が容易となる。

以下、本発明に係る扉の一実施形態を図面に基づき詳細に説明する。図1は本実施形態に係る扉の斜視図を示し、(a)は調整後の完成した状態の斜視図、(b)は(a)の縦枠材と鏡板を分解した調整前の斜視図、図2(a)は図1(a)の要部断面図、(b)、(c)はそれぞれ他の例の要部断面図である。

図1,2において、扉1は平行な2本の縦枠材(縦框材)2,3と、この縦枠材の間に固定した鏡板4とを備え、縦枠材2,3は長手方向の縦寸法を切断して調整でき、鏡板4は縦寸法及び横幅を切断して自由に調整できるものである。縦枠材2,3と鏡板4とは連結金具5,5により連結固定され、連結金具は長手方向の端部を切断することにより縦寸法を調整可能となっている。縦枠材2,3及び鏡板4は木製あるいは樹脂で形成され、切断したとき切断端面が滑らかとなる材質のものから形成されるものが好ましい。

連結金具5は例えばアルミニウムの押出し成形材から形成され、縦枠材2,3の内側面に対接する枠対接部5aと、この枠対接部から鏡板4の前面と後面に対接し鏡板を挟むように直角に延出する前面対接部5b及び後面対接部5cを有している。枠対接部5aには、縦枠材2,3に形成された係合溝に嵌合する係合爪部5dが突出形成され、所定の間隔で止めねじ6a用の連結孔が形成してある。また、前面対接部5bには、装飾用の前カバー7を固定するための固定リブ5eと、先端係合部5fが形成されている。後面対接部5cには鏡板4と連結するための止めねじ6b用の連結孔が形成されている。前カバー7は例えば樹脂から形成され、前面が装飾面となっている。したがって、止めねじ6aを縦枠材2,3にねじ込み、止めねじ6bを鏡板4にねじ込むことにより、縦枠材2,3と鏡板4は連結金具5を介して連結固定される。なお、連結具として、金属製の連結金具の例を示したが、金属に限られるものでなく樹脂から形成してもよい。

なお、連結金具は、図2(b)に示す連結金具5Aのように、前記の前カバー7に相当する部分を一体的に形成した前面カバー部5gとし、この前面カバー部の表面に装飾用のテープ5h等を貼着するように構成してもよい。また、図2(c)に示す連結金具5Bのように、断面が略T字状をしており、1つの直角部に縦枠材2,3を当接させ、他の直角部に鏡板4を当接させて、止めねじ6a,6bで連結固定するようにしてもよい。図2(b)、(c)において、図2(a)と同じ符号は、実質的に同等の構成である。

図3,4において、扉11は平行な2本の縦枠材12,13と、この縦枠材の間に固定した鏡板14とを備え、この実施形態では一方の縦枠材12と鏡板14とは一体的に形成されている。縦枠材12,13は長手方向の縦寸法を切断して調整でき、鏡板14は縦寸法及び横幅を切断して自由に調整できるものである。縦枠材12,13及び鏡板14は前記のものと同様に木製あるいは樹脂で形成され、切断したとき切断端面が滑らかとなる材質のものから形成されると好適である。他方の縦枠材13は、鏡板14と対向する面に長手方向に沿って段差部13aが形成してある。そして、縦枠材13の段差部13aの深さは、鏡板14の厚さにあわせて形成され、例えば段差部13aに鏡板14が対接したとき背面が平坦になるように形成されている。なお、鏡板13は金属板等の板材から形成し、鏡板と縦枠材をビスにより固定するようにしてもよい。

この扉11は一体の縦枠材12と鏡板14から縦枠材13を分解して、それぞれを切断することにより、扉11の縦寸法と横幅を自由に設定して調整することができる。すなわち、2本の縦枠材12,13の初期の縦寸法がH3である場合、例えば上部を切断線S3で切断して縦寸法をH4にすることができる。また、鏡板14の縦寸法H3の上部を切断してH4とすると共に、横幅W3は開放側の側辺を切断線S4で切断して横幅をW4とすることができる。この場合も、縦寸法H4のみの調整や、横幅W4のみの調整によって開口部に合わせることもできる。

さらに、前記の実施形態と異なる扉で、折戸として使用する扉の例を図6に基づいて説明する。図6(a)は他の扉の斜視図、(b)はその分解した斜視図、(c)は調整後の斜視図、(d)は(c)の扉を連結した折戸の斜視図である。図6において、扉21は前記の扉11と比較して横幅の小さいものであり、平行な2本の縦枠材22,23と、中間に位置する鏡板24とを備えており、縦枠材22と鏡板24は一体的に形成され、鏡板24の開放端は縦枠材23の段差部23aに嵌合され固定されている。なお、縦枠材22と鏡板24は一体でなく、鏡板の両側辺に縦枠材が固定されるようにしてもよい。

前記の如く構成された本実施形態の扉1,11や折戸20,20を収納装置等の開口に、異なる取付形態で取付ける動作について以下に説明する。先ず、図7に示すように壁面30の開口31に対して、ガイドレール40を内側に固定するインセットタイプについて説明する。開口31は上辺31a及び左右の側辺(一方のみ図示)31bから構成され、開口の縦寸法Hは、床面から上辺31aまでの高さであり、開口の横幅Wは左右の側辺31b間の距離となる。インセットタイプは、前記したように上辺31aを構成する上桟の下方に断面L字状の内桟32を固定し、側辺31bの内側に内枠33を固定し、内桟32の内側にガイドレール40を取付け、ガイドレールに開閉可能に2組の折戸20,20を装着する。したがって、インセットタイプの有効開口面積は、開口31の縦寸法H、横幅Wより小さい有効高さHi、有効幅Wiとなる。

以上の説明から理解できるように、本発明の扉は、縦枠材の縦寸法と、鏡板の縦寸法及び横幅を切断して容易に調整することができる。そして、所定の寸法に調整した縦枠材と鏡板は容易に組み立てることができる。また、本発明の扉開閉装置は、所定の寸法に容易に切断して調整した扉をガイドレールに開閉可能に装着でき、開口の寸法が異なる場合や、取付形態が異なる場合でも、その寸法に容易に合わせて装着することができる。
