TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a floor material joining structure to be joined by actual joining.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a structure in which seams of floor materials laid adjacent to each other are so-called real seam joints, and their tangs are fixed to a floor base material by nailing (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-4-36042 (page 1, FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the floor material joining structure of Patent Literature 1, each of the male and female portions has a vertical butt joint and is butt-joined to each other. Therefore, if dust enters the butt portion, the joint portion is formed due to the dust biting. Gaps were likely to occur. In addition, the male part was fixed to the floor base material with nails. However, since the nails were driven with an inclination, if the inclination angle was too gentle, the nail head would tilt to 45 degrees or more and the nail head would There was a problem that a convex portion was formed on the floor material surface. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4 of the present application, a floor material joining structure in which a groove 11 for hiding the nail head is formed at the base of the upper surface of the male member 2 can be considered. In this case, too, the inclination angle at which the nail 9 is driven is stabilized. Instead, the nail 9 was easily driven in a state of being inclined at 45 degrees or more, and the fixing strength of the floor material 1 to the floor base material 10 was likely to vary. The present invention provides a floor material joining structure in which a gap is hardly generated in a seam portion of a floor material which is actually joined and which can be easily driven while maintaining a nail inclination angle of 45 or more for fixing a male portion. The task is to provide.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following technical means in order to solve the above problems. That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a floor material joining structure in which male and female nuts to be fitted to each other are provided on opposing end surfaces of floor materials laid adjacent to each other, Is an upwardly inclined surface that becomes a downward slope toward the male fruit, and the upper lip face of the female fruit is a downwardly inclined surface that becomes an upwardly slope toward the floor surface. A floor material joining structure, wherein the inclination angle of the downward inclined surface is smaller than the inclination angle of the upward inclined surface so that the upper edge portion of the upward inclined surface and the upper edge portion of the downward inclined surface are pressed against each other. is there. With such a configuration, when the male and female fruits are joined by actual joining, the upper edge of the upwardly inclined surface and the upper edge of the downwardly inclined surface come into pressure contact with each other. An error is well absorbed, and a gap is hardly generated at the seam portion, and even if dust or the like is attached between the upwardly inclined surface and the downwardly inclined surface, a gap due to the dust is hardly generated.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the floor material joining structure according to the first aspect, a V-shaped groove is formed by the upwardly inclined surface and the male root portion inclined surface formed on the upper root portion of the male. This is a floor material joining structure in which the inclination angle of the actual base inclined surface is set to approximately 45 degrees or more. With such a configuration, when the male root is fixed to the floor base material with a nail, the nail can be easily driven at an inclination angle of 45 degrees or more using the male root inclined surface as a guide, and therefore, the inclination of the nail head is improved. Is moderate and the nail head is stored in the V-shaped groove, so that a convex portion is hardly generated on the floor material surface. In addition, the fixing strength of the male to the floor base material is also stabilized.
[0007]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the floor material bonding structure according to the second aspect, wherein the upwardly inclined surface has an inclination angle of approximately 65 degrees. With such a configuration, the angle of the V-shaped groove is 70 degrees, the permissible inclination angle of the nail is in a range from 45 degrees to 115 degrees, and the permissible inclination angle of the nail is maintained at 45 degrees or more. The nailing work is simplified.
[0008]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the floor material bonding structure according to the first aspect, the male masculine lower tip is slightly more vertical than the upper root portion of the male maser in a state of a substantially vertical surface. It is a floor material joining structure located near the surface. With such a configuration, the insertion amount of the male seed to the female seed becomes smaller, and the actual joining work becomes easier, and the strength of the male seed is improved as compared with the case where the root part of the male seed is vertically aligned. You do it.
[0009]
Further, the invention according to claim 5 is the floor material joining structure according to claim 4, wherein when the male and female are joined together, the male and female lower ends are opposed to the female and lower ends. It is a floor material joining structure. With such a configuration, even if the floor material absorbs and expands due to moisture absorption and the joints thereof press against each other, and the downwardly inclined surface attempts to slide up on the upwardly inclined surface, the male lower lower edge of the substantially vertical surface is likely to slip. Since the surface immediately contacts the lower edge of the female grain, the joint portion is unlikely to swell.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a floor material according to a floor material bonding structure of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged sectional view showing a bonding state of the floor material, and FIG. 3 shows a bonding end of the floor material. It is a partially expanded disassembled side view. As shown in FIG. 1, a male member 2 and a female member 3 are formed on the joint end surfaces on both sides of the flooring 1. An upwardly inclined surface 4 having a downward slope toward the tip end surface 22 of the male fruit 2 is formed on the upper edge of the male fruit 2, and a downwardly inclined surface 5 facing the upwardly inclined surface 4 is formed above the female fruit 3. The downwardly inclined surface 5 is formed on the front of the floor and has an upward slope toward the floor surface. Numeral 7 denotes a lower cleave surface of the male seed, and numeral 8 denotes a lower cleaver surface of the female seed. The lower male cleaver surface 7 and the lower cleaver surface 8 are vertical surfaces. 9 is a nail, 10 is a floor base material, and 12 is a chamfer.
[0011]
In the embodiment, the inclination angle α of the upwardly inclined surface 4 of the male 2 is 65 degrees, the inclination angle γ of the male base inclined surface 21 is 45 degrees, and the angle of the V-shaped groove 6 is 70 degrees. Accordingly, the permissible inclination angle of the nail 9 is in a range from 45 degrees to 115 degrees, and the nail driving operation with the nail inclination angle of 45 degrees or more is simplified. The inclination angle β of the downwardly inclined surface 5 of the female member 3 is set to 60 degrees, which is smaller than the inclination angle of the upwardly inclined surface 4 of 65 degrees. In FIG. 3, A is 6 mm, B is 7 mm, C is 3 mm, D is 3.5 mm, E is 4.1 mm, F is 4 mm, G is 5 mm, H is 5.2 mm, and the depth J of the V-shaped groove 6. Is 1 mm, and the thickness T of the flooring material 2 is 12 mm.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 2, when the floor material 1 is laid on the floor base material 10, the nail 9 is provided at the bottom of the V-shaped groove 6 along the 45 ° inclination angle of the male root slope 21 at an inclination angle of 45 degrees. From the ground floor material 10. The upper edge of the upwardly inclined surface 4 of the male member 2 is pressed against the upper edge of the downwardly inclined surface 5 of the female member 3 to form a triangular gap S below the upper edge. The gap S communicates with the V-shaped groove 6. Even when dust or the like is present in the triangular gap S, no gap is formed on the joint surface. A V-groove joint formed by the chamfered portions 12 is formed at the joint. Even if the V-groove joints are slightly open, the depth of the V-groove joints is not so large and is not bothersome because the upward inclined surface 4 exists. The tip end face 22 of the male seed 2 has a slight gap with respect to the bottom of the female seed 3, and similarly, a slight gap also occurs between the male lower cutting edge 7 and the female lower cutting edge 8. I have. When the flooring materials 1 and 1 expand due to the moisture absorption effect, the male lower lower lip surface 7 and the female lower lower lip surface 8 immediately come into contact with each other. Just sliding up does not cause the seam to rise extremely.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the invention according to claim 1, the upper cutting edge of the male seed 2 is the upwardly inclined surface 4 that is inclined downward toward the male seed 2, and the upper cutting edge of the female seed 3 faces the floor surface. When the male dies 2 and the female dies 3 are joined together, the upper edge of the upward sloping surface 4 and the upper edge of the downward sloping surface 5 are pressed against each other. Since the inclination angle β of the downward inclined surface 5 is smaller than the inclination angle α of the upward inclined surface 4, the upper edge of the upward inclined surface 4 when the male member 2 and the female member 3 are actually joined together. Since the upper edges of the downwardly inclined surfaces 5 are pressed against each other, the dimensional error of the actual joint of the flooring material 1 is well absorbed, and a gap is hardly generated on the joint surface. Even when dust or the like is attached to the inclined surface 5, a gap due to the dust is hardly generated. It is.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the floor material bonding structure according to the first aspect, the V-shaped groove 6 is formed by the upwardly inclined surface 4 and the male root slope 21 formed at the upper root of the male 2. At the same time, the inclination angle γ of the male root slope 21 is set to approximately 45 degrees or more, so that when the male root is fixed to the floor base material 10 with the nail 9, the male root slope 21 is guided. As a result, it becomes easy to drive the nail 9 at an inclination angle of 45 degrees or more, so that the inclination of the nail head does not become 45 degrees or more and becomes gentle and the nail head is housed in the V-shaped groove 6, so that the nail 9 Protrusions are unlikely to occur. In addition, the fixing strength of the male to the floor base material is also stabilized.
[0015]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the floor material joining structure of the second aspect, the angle of the V-shaped groove 6 is 70 degrees because the inclination angle α of the upwardly inclined surface 4 is approximately 65 degrees. The permissible driving angle is in a range from 45 degrees to 115 degrees, and the nail driving operation with the driving inclination angle of the nail maintained at 45 degrees or more is simplified.
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the floor material joining structure according to the first aspect, the male lower end of the male groin 2 is slightly vertical than the upper root portion of the male groin 2 in a state of being substantially vertical. Since it is located closer to the male tip surface 22, the insertion amount of the male seed 2 into the female seed 3 is reduced, which facilitates the splicing joint operation. In addition, when the root of the male seed 2 coincides with the vertical direction, The strength of male fruit 2 is improved in comparison.
[0017]
Further, according to the invention as set forth in claim 5, in the floor material joining structure as set forth in claim 4, when the male seed 2 and the female seed 3 are joined together by actual joining, the male lower cutting edge 7 is connected to the female lower cutting edge. Even if the floor materials 1 and 1 absorb moisture and expand and their joints are pressed against each other, and the downwardly inclined surface 5 tries to slide up, the floor materials 1 and 1 are almost vertical. The male lower edge 7 and the female lower edge 8 are immediately in contact with each other, so that the seam is unlikely to swell.
