Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a deck.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a method of assembling a deck by joining a long floor material on a joist, a method such as (a) butting or (b) actual claw as shown in FIG. 8 is used.
[0003]
8A is a joint in which the long floor materials 91 are simply butted against each other, and is fixed to the joists 94 from the surface 92 of the long floor materials 91 using a binding material 93 such as a nail or a screw. .
[0004]
On the other hand, in the real claw of FIG. 8 (b), a convex protrusion (real) 97 is formed on one side of the plate side 96 which is the longitudinal side surface of the long floor material 95, and the other hole is fitted with a small hole 98. This is a tongue-and-groove method. The nail is nailed 99 at the base of the nut 97 obliquely, and the nail becomes invisible after the claw.
[0005]
In the former case, there is no need to apply any processing to the long floor material, and the fixing can be performed simply by driving or tightening the tying material into the joist, so that the workability is excellent. Each has an excellent point, such as good appearance because nails and the like cannot be seen.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the deck employing the butt, the head of the binding material protrudes from the deck surface, and there is a problem in safety, such as injuries at the head during walking. Especially in the case of wooden decks, the decks are generally installed outdoors and are exposed to the wind and rain, so they tend to be deformed or decayed. Was inferior. Further, if the joint width between adjacent long floor materials is to be set to, for example, 5 mm width, the distance between adjacent long floor materials is measured while measuring 5 mm dimensions, or the adjacent long floor material is used as a spacer with a 5 mm width plate as a spacer. There was also a defect in construction, such as measuring 5 mm dimensions between materials.
[0007]
On the other hand, in the case of a deck that employs a real tongue and groove, there is no problem in terms of safety such as bumping because the binding material does not appear on the deck surface, but since there is no gap between long floor materials, Rainwater is not drained smoothly. For this reason, rainwater tends to remain on the long flooring material forever, and dust and the like accumulate there and stain the surface of the long flooring material.
[0008]
In addition, in the case of a deck that employs the above-mentioned butt or a tongue and groove, in order to fix the long floor material on the joist using the binding material, the long floor material is slid on the structure to adjust the position. Is difficult. For this reason, the joint width cannot be adjusted according to the use condition and the assembling condition of the deck employing the butt or the claw.
[0009]
By the way, a deck made of synthetic wood and made of synthetic resin is used for a deck that employs the above-mentioned butt or tongue and groove. This synthetic wood long floor material is superior in processability and durability as compared with natural wood.
[0010]
However, since this synthetic wood is a material having both the properties of natural wood and the properties of synthetic resin, it expands and contracts due to, for example, heating and water absorption. Therefore, when the long floor material is fixed to the joist by the method of the above-mentioned butt or tongue and groove, the fixed part cannot follow the expansion and contraction of the long floor material, and the long floor material swells, and stress is applied to the fixed part. Is concentrated and the long floor material may be broken from the fixed portion, or the binding material used for the fixed portion may come off from the long floor material.
[0011]
Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention eliminates the protrusion of the binding material to the deck surface, which is a dangerous place when walking, has excellent workability and workability, and has a long structure on a structure. An object of the present invention is to provide a deck that facilitates position adjustment of flooring.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the deck according to the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of long floor materials forming a floor surface are laid on a structure at regular intervals, and each of the long floor materials is adjacent to a long one. A deck connected by a deck fixing member between floor materials and fixed to a structure, wherein the long floor material has an upper edge near a plate and a horizontal surface at a lower surface of the long floor material. A connecting groove having a lower edge portion is provided, and the deck fixing member is fitted between the long floor materials adjacent to each other at a predetermined interval and is joined to the structural body; A pressing portion for pressing a lower edge portion of the material downward to connect adjacent long floor materials, and a length of the projection portion in a projection direction is from a lower surface of the long floor material to a lower edge portion. The height is set to be shorter than the height.
[0013]
According to the present invention, the long floor material is provided with a connection groove having a horizontal lower edge on the lower surface thereof, and the deck fixing member is provided with the protrusion and the pressing portion. The long floor material can be fixed to the structure by pressing the lower edge portion of the long floor material downward without projecting from the surface, and as a result, the construction appearance can be improved. Further, since the length of the protrusion in the protrusion direction is set shorter than the height from the lower surface to the lower edge of the long floor material, when the long floor material is fixed to the structure, It is possible to create a gap between the upper surface and the end surface of the protrusion of the deck fixing member, and the protrusion serves as a fulcrum, and an elastic force is generated in a force for pressing the long floor material of the pressing portion, so that the long floor The material can be strongly fixed to the structure. Further, since the pressing portion of the deck fixing member presses the lower edge portion, which is horizontal to the lower surface of the long floor material, downward, the pressing portion can slide on the lower edge portion. Therefore, even if the long floor material expands and contracts due to heating and water absorption, the pressing portion of the deck fixing member slides on the lower edge of the long floor material following the expansion and contraction, and is pressed by the pressing portion. It is possible to prevent the lower edge of the long floor material being broken or to prevent the pressing portion from coming off the lower edge of the long floor material.
[0014]
Further, according to the present invention, since the pressing portion of the deck fixing member can slide while pressing the lower edge portion of the long floor material, the long floor material is slid on the structure to adjust the position. It is possible to do. Therefore, the joint width can be adjusted in accordance with the use condition and the assembling condition of the deck.
[0015]
For example, when the upper surface for fixing the long floor material of the structure is wide, the long floor material is fixed to this structure. Although the last few pieces of material may protrude from the structure, according to the present invention, it becomes possible to adjust the position by sliding the long floor material on the structure, so that the adjacent long material can be adjusted. It is possible to fix and position the long floor material on the structure while widening the interval between the floor materials, so that the joint width can be adjusted.
[0016]
In addition, the deck fixing member according to the present invention can be used as a joint determining spacer between long floor materials that are fixed adjacent to each other on a structure, and the long floor is adjusted while adjusting the joint width one by one. There is no need to fix the material to the structure, and the construction time can be reduced.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<Embodiment 1>
As shown in FIG. 1, the deck 1 has a plurality of long floor materials 2 forming a floor surface, which are laid on a structure 3 at regular intervals, and each of the long floor materials 2 is adjacent to each other. The floor members 2a and 2b are connected to each other by the deck fixing member 4 and fixed to the structure 3. In addition, the dimension of the fixed interval in the first embodiment is 5 mm.
[0018]
The structure 3 is formed by joining a plurality of girders (not shown) each formed of aluminum and a joist 31 in an orthogonal state.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2, the long floor material 2 is formed of a long body, and a connection groove 25 having an upper edge portion 22 near a plate 21 and a horizontal lower edge portion 24 on a lower surface 23 is provided. .
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3, the deck fixing member 4 has protrusions 41 fitted between the long floor materials 2 a and 2 b adjacent to each other at a fixed interval and joined to the structure 3 using screws A. A pressing portion 45 that presses the lower edge portion 24 of the long floor material 2 downward to connect the adjacent long floor materials 2a and 2b is provided.
[0021]
The projection 41 forms the bottom of the deck fixing member 4 as shown in FIG. A screw hole 43 is provided in the protrusion end face 42 of the protrusion 41 at the center in the longitudinal direction. The side surface 44 of the projection 41 is a spacer for maintaining the interval between the adjacent long floor materials 2a and 2b, and is formed to rise from both ends of the projection end surface. The length 4L of the side surface 44 in the protruding direction is set to be 1 mm shorter than the height 2H from the lower surface 23 of the long floor material 2 to the lower edge 24.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 3, the pressing portion 45 is formed by bending both side surfaces 44 of the protruding portion 41 outward at right angles, and furthermore, bending the distal end 46 obliquely upward toward the inside. ing.
[0023]
Next, the assembling process of the deck 1 will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
The structure 3 is formed by joining the girder (not shown) and the joist 31 in an orthogonal state. On the formed structure 3, a long floor material 2 a is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the joist 31. The deck fixing member 4 is arranged along the long floor material 2a arranged on the structure 3 such that the pressing portion 45 is arranged on the lower edge 24 of the long floor material 2a. The provided deck fixing member 4 is joined to the structure 3 by inserting the screw A through the screw hole 43 of the protrusion 41 into the structure 3. At this time, the pressing portion 45 of the deck fixing member 4 presses the lower edge 24 of the long floor member 2a downward, and the long floor member 2a is fixed to the structure 3. Then, the long floor material 2b is arranged so as to be adjacent to the long floor material 2a fixed to the structure 3, and the lower edge 24 of the long floor material 2b is provided on another pressing portion 45 of the deck fixing member 4. When pressed downward, as shown in FIG. 1, the adjacent long floor materials 2 a and 2 b are connected to each other via the deck fixing member 4, and the long floor materials 2 a and 2 b are fixed to the structure 3. The deck 1 is assembled. At this time, a 1 mm gap C (see FIG. 1) is formed between the upper surface 32 of the structure 3 and the projection end surface 42 of the deck fixing member 4.
[0024]
According to the above-described deck 1, the long floor material 2 is provided with the connecting groove 25 having the horizontal lower edge 24 on the lower surface 23 thereof, and the deck fixing member 4 is provided with the projection 41 and the pressing portion 45. Since the deck fixing member 4 does not protrude from the surface 11 of the deck 1, the lower edge 24 of the long floor material 2 can be pressed downward to fix the long floor material 2 to the structure 3. As a result, the construction appearance can be improved. Furthermore, since the length 4L of the protrusion 4 in the protrusion direction is set shorter than the height 2H from the lower surface 23 of the long floor material 2 to the lower edge 24, the long floor material 2 is When fixed to the upper surface of the structure 3, a gap can be formed between the upper surface 32 of the structure 3 and the projection end surface 42 of the projection 41 of the deck fixing member 4. An elastic force is generated in the force pressing the shank floor material 2. As a result, the long floor material 2 can be strongly fixed to the structure 3. Further, since the pressing portion 45 of the deck fixing member 4 presses the lower edge 24 that is horizontal to the lower surface 23 of the long floor material 2 downward, the pressing portion 45 can be slid on the lower edge 24. . Therefore, even if the long floor material 2 expands and contracts due to heating and water absorption, the pressing portion 45 of the deck fixing member 4 slides on the lower edge portion 24 of the long floor material 2 following the expansion and contraction. Further, it is possible to prevent the lower edge portion 24 of the long floor material 2 pressed by the pressing portion 45 from breaking, and to prevent the pressing portion 45 from coming off the lower edge portion 24 of the long floor material 2.
[0025]
Further, according to the deck 1, since the lower edge portion 24 of the long floor material 2 can be slid while being pressed by the pressing portion 45 of the deck fixing member 4, as shown in FIG. 2 can be slid on the structure 3 to adjust the position (B). Therefore, the joint width can be adjusted in accordance with the use condition and the assembling condition of the deck 1.
[0026]
For example, when the upper surface 32 for fixing the long floor material 2 of the structure 3 is wide, the fixed position of the long floor material 2 on the structure 3 for fixing the long floor material 2 to the structure 3 is shifted. The last few pieces of the long floor material 2 to be generated and fixed may protrude from the structure 3. According to the deck 1, the position of the long floor material 2 is adjusted by sliding the long floor material 2 on the structure 3. Therefore, the fixed positioning of the long floor material 2 on the structure 3 can be performed while widening the interval between the adjacent long floor materials 2a and 2b, and so-called joint width adjustment can be performed.
[0027]
Further, the deck fixing member 4 used for the deck 1 can be used as a joint determining spacer between the long floor materials 2a and 2b which are fixed adjacently on the structure 3, and the joint width can be adjusted one by one. However, there is no need to fix the long floor material 2 to the structure 3, and the construction time can be reduced.
[0028]
In the first embodiment, the length 4L of the side surface 44 in the protruding direction is set to be 1 mm shorter than the height 2H from the lower surface 23 of the long floor material 2 to the lower edge 24, but is not limited thereto. Instead, the gap C may be generated when the deck 1 is assembled. Specifically, it is preferable that the length 4L is set shorter than the height 2H by 3 mm or less, and it is more preferable that the length 4L is set shorter by 1 mm or less. Further, although the screw A is used to join the deck fixing member 4 to the structural body 3, a screw or the like may be used as long as it is a binding material. The structure 3 is formed by joining a plurality of girders and joists 31 in an orthogonal state, but may be formed only by a long floor material to be fixed and joists arranged vertically. .

The side surfaces 84 of the protrusions 81 are spacers for maintaining the interval between the adjacent long floor materials 2a and 2b, and are formed to rise from both ends of the protrusion end face 82.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 7, the pressing portion 85 is formed by bending both side surfaces 84 of the protruding portion 81 outward at right angles, and further bending the distal end 86 upward at right angles. Have been.
[0039]
Next, the assembling process of this deck will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
The structure 3 is formed by joining the girder (not shown) and the joist 31 in an orthogonal state. On the formed structure 3, a long floor material 2 a is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the joist 31. The deck fixing member 8 is arranged along the long floor material 2a arranged on the structure 3 so that the pressing portion 85 is along the lower edge 24 of the long floor material 2a. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the distal end 86 of the pressing portion 85 of the deck fixing member 8 comes into contact with the bottom surface 26 of the connecting groove 25 provided in the long floor material 2a. The arranged deck fixing member 8 is joined to the structure 3 by inserting the screw A into the structure 3 from the screw hole 83 of the projection 81. At this time, the pressing portion 85 of the deck fixing member 8 presses the lower edge 24 of the long floor material 2a downward, and the long floor material 2a is fixed to the structure 3. The long floor material 2b is arranged adjacent to the long floor material 2a fixed to the structure 3, and the lower edge 24 of the long floor material 2b is provided on another pressing portion 85 of the deck fixing member 8. As shown in FIG. 7, the long floor materials 2 a and 2 b adjacent to each other are connected to each other via the deck fixing member 8, and the long floor materials 2 a and 2 b are fixed to the structure 3. 7 is assembled. At this time, a gap C (see FIG. 7) is formed between the upper surface 32 of the structure 3 and the projection end surface 82 of the deck fixing member 8.
[0040]
As described above, according to the deck 7, the distal end 86 of the pressing portion 85 of the deck fixing member 8 can be used as a spacer for maintaining the interval between the adjacent long floor materials 2a and 2b.
In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the distal end 86 of the pressing portion 85 is bent upward at a right angle. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The tip of the pressing portion may be arbitrarily formed according to the shape of the bottom surface of the connection groove as long as it is in contact with the bottom surface of the connection groove.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the deck according to the present invention, it is possible to eliminate the projection of the binding material to the deck surface, which is a dangerous spot when walking, and is excellent in workability and workability. The position of the long floor material can be easily adjusted.
[0042]
That is, since a connecting groove having a horizontal lower edge portion is provided on the lower surface of the long floor material, and a projection and a pressing portion are provided on the deck fixing member, the deck fixing member is projected from the deck surface. Without pressing the lower edge of the long floor material downward, the long floor material can be fixed to the structure, and as a result, the construction appearance can be improved. Further, since the length of the protrusion in the protrusion direction is set shorter than the height from the lower surface to the lower edge of the long floor material, when the long floor material is fixed to the structure, An air gap can be created between the upper surface and the end surface of the protrusion of the deck fixing member, and the protrusion serves as a fulcrum. Can be strongly fixed to the structure. In addition, since the pressing portion of the deck fixing member presses the lower edge of the long floor material and the horizontal lower edge downward, the pressing portion can be slid on the lower edge. Therefore, even if the long floor material expands and contracts due to heating and water absorption, the pressing portion of the deck fixing member slides on the lower edge of the long floor material following the expansion and contraction, and is pressed by the pressing portion. It is possible to prevent the lower edge of the elongated floor material from breaking or the pressing portion from coming off the lower edge of the elongated floor material.
[0043]
Further, according to the present invention, since the lower edge portion of the long floor material can slide while being pressed by the pressing portion of the deck fixing member, the position can be adjusted by sliding the long floor material on the structure. Becomes possible. Therefore, the size of the joint width can be adjusted according to the use condition and the assembling condition of the deck.
[0044]
Further, the deck fixing member according to the present invention can be used as a spacer for joint determination between long floor materials to be fixed adjacent to each other on the structure, and the long floor materials are adjusted while adjusting the joint width one by one. There is no need to fix to the structure, and the construction time can be reduced.
