【従来の技術】
従来、乳児および幼児のおむつを交換しようとする際、乳児および幼児はおむつ交換のために拘束される事を嫌がりなんとか避けようと寝返りをうつため、おむつ交換を行う者は乳児および幼児を無理矢理押さえつけておむつ交換を行わなければならなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、乳児および幼児のおむつ交換をしようとする際、乳児および幼児がおむつ交換のために拘束される事を嫌がりなんとか避けようと寝返りを打とうとする事を抑制し、容易におむつ交換が行えるように発明されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
固定ベルト（１）の中間に固定部材（５）を設ける。そして両端に長さ調節部材付脱着器（２）を設ける。長さ調節部材付脱着器（２）より延長されたベルトを抑制ベルト（３）とし、固定部材（５）に通す。更に抑制ベルト（３）の両端に長さ調節部材付脱着器（４）を設ける。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
（イ） 布団あるいは板状態の軽量物に固定される固定ベルト（１）と乳児および幼児の胴体を固定して動きを抑制する抑制ベルト（３）を備える。
（ロ） 固定ベルト（１）は乳児および幼児の胴体の下に横向きに布団あるいは板状態の軽量物に固定される。固定ベルト（１）は、脱着が自在にできるように長さ調節部材付脱着器（２）を介してループ状に連結している。この長さ調節部材付脱着器（２）により固定ベルト（１）の長さを調節できる為、布団あるいは板状態の軽量物の大きさに関係なく理想的な状態で固定することができる。
（ハ） 長さ調節部材付脱着器（２）より延長されたベルトを抑制ベルト（３）とし、抑制ベルト（３）は、乳児および幼児の胴体の上に横向きに長さ調節部材付脱着器（４）を介してループ状に連結している。この長さ調節部材付脱着器（４）により抑制ベルト（３）の長さを調節できる為、乳児および幼児の個体差に関係なく理想的な状態で使用することができる。
（ニ） 長さ調節部材付脱着器（２）、長さ調節部材付脱着器（４）は、ベルトを脱着自在に連結できる全ての物が使用できる。
（ホ） 固定ベルト（１）及び抑制ベルト（３）に固定部材（５）を通す。固定部材（５）は左右にスライドさせることにより、乳児および幼児を布団あるいは板状態の軽量物に仰向けに寝かせた際に生じる乳児および幼児と固定ベルト（１）と抑制ベルト（３）の間の空間（６）を縮小させる。これにより適度な余裕の調節が可能であり更に乳児および幼児の動きを抑制することができる。
（ヘ） 固定部材（５）は、図４に示す構造のものがのぞましいが、その素材、
構造を特定するものではない。
（ト） 図２に示すように、固定ベルト（１）と抑制ベルト（３）は、長さ調節部材付脱着器（２）によって連結しており、一本のベルトで構成されている。しかし図３に示すように固定ベルト（１）と抑制ベルト（３）の合体点（ａ）を例えば縫合するなどして、固定ベルト（１）と抑制ベルト（３）を別のベルトとする事ができる。
本発明は以上のような構造で、これを使用する際は、固定ベルト（１）を布団あるいは板状態の軽量物に固定する。固定ベルト（１）は、長さ調節部材付脱着器（２）を設けている為使用しない時は容易にとりはずすことができる。乳児および幼児を固定ベルト（１）の固定された布団あるいは板状態の軽量物の上に仰向けに寝かせ、抑制ベルト（３）を長さ調節部材付脱着器（４）を介して連結させることにより胴体に対し横向きに取り付ける。これにより乳児および幼児の動きは制限され、寝返りは抑制される。そして固定部材（５）を左右にスライドさせることにより更に動きは抑制され、容易におむつ交換を行うことができる。おむつ交換が終了した際は、長さ調節部材付脱着器（４）をはずす事によって容易に乳児および幼児を抑制された状態から解放することができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明を使用することによって、乳児および幼児のおむつ交換を行う際の寝返りを抑制でき、容易におむつ交換を行うことができる。
