Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a curtain manufacturing method, and more particularly to a curtain manufacturing method and a curtain ordering system that can be manufactured immediately in response to each customer's order, and that has excellent light-shielding properties and a beautiful interior surface. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to manufacture a curtain, after weaving, a finishing process such as scouring and bleaching is performed, followed by dyeing and printing, followed by patterning to produce a product. Further, in the case of a curtain in which the color and the pattern are different between the lining and the outer material, a print or the like is applied to the outer material that requires the pattern after the dyeing is performed once and a predetermined color is applied.
[0003]
The curtain has a surface on which a landscape image or a beautiful pattern as an outer material facing the room is drawn, and a surface of a monotonous color or pattern which is a lining facing the outdoor. For this purpose, it is necessary to first apply a dyeing finish with a color or the like corresponding to the lining, and then print and pattern the outer material.
[0004]
When printing is performed on one surface, the colorant may be stained, or the color of the other surface may be dull or faded due to heat during heating or the like. Further, after the bleaching and dyeing steps, it is necessary to treat the waste liquid for environmental protection.
[0005]
Recently, an ink jet printer capable of color printing on a large-sized printing material such as paper or cloth has been developed. Have been. (For example, see Patent Document 1)

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0007]
Recently, there has been a strong demand for environmental preservation, and cleanliness of the working environment has been demanded. For this purpose, it is necessary to consolidate and shorten the manufacturing process, or to adopt a different method to omit the steps up to now.
[0008]
The present invention makes it possible to print and deliver the pattern immediately corresponding to each customer's order without impairing the light shielding property and appreciable property of the conventional curtain when manufacturing the curtain. In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a curtain manufacturing method and a curtain ordering system that do not require a post-process after pattern printing.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the invention according to
[0010]
Therefore, when the lining is a polyester cationic yarn, a desired color is obtained using a dye that dyes only the cation yarn, and when the lining is an original yarn, the color is already colored. It is possible to obtain a curtain having a reliable light-shielding property while maintaining its appearance and printing a pattern desired by each customer, by simply performing a printing process on the outer material without requiring a complicated dyeing process.
[0011]
In the invention described in
[0012]
For this reason, it is possible to provide a curtain manufacturing method that can be manufactured only by printing a desired pattern on a surface material without performing a bleaching step or a dyeing step.
[0013]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the print to be applied to the outer material is performed by an ink jet printer, and the print pattern is stored in an existing print data file and the print pattern owned by the customer. It is characterized in that it can be selected from among.
[0014]
For this reason, a curtain having a surface material in which a print pattern desired by the customer is freely printed on a printable surface material can be immediately manufactured for each customer order.
[0015]
The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that the multi-layer fabric structure is a double-satin three-layer structure fabric.
[0016]
For this purpose, one warp yarn is exposed on the outer fabric and the other warp yarn is exposed on the lining, and the weft yarn is built in the middle layer and a curtain with a three-layer structure woven structure that does not appear on the surface can be obtained. By using a colored soaked yarn for the lining, a new dyeing process is not required, and the middle layer contains a weft yarn made of black soaked light-shielding yarn. It is possible to obtain a curtain on which a pattern desired by each customer is printed only by printing on a purely white outer material having a light shielding property.
[0017]
In the invention according to claim 5, when a customer orders a curtain from an ordering terminal, a three-layer structure fabric having a lining having a predetermined color, an intermediate layer having a light-shielding property, and a printable white background material. Select and specify the desired curtain size and lining color from the curtain consisting of the following, and select the pattern to be printed on the outer fabric from the pattern stored in the pattern database of the curtain manufacturer or the terminal for ordering. Alternatively, the system is characterized in that a customer orders a desired curtain by selecting a desired photograph or pattern from a customer database owned by the customer and designating the print.
[0018]
Therefore, when a customer orders a curtain at a store or convenience store where the ordering terminal is installed, select a predetermined size and a predetermined lining color, and at the same time select and decide a pattern to be printed on the outer material. Can be.
[0019]
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS One embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a configuration of a curtain according to the present invention. FIG. 2 shows an example of a fabric structure constituting a curtain according to the present invention. FIG. 3 shows a flowchart of curtain ordering according to the present invention.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, the curtain K is composed of a composite fabric formed of a

In addition, by printing the
The above-described original yarn will be described. The original yarn is a yarn produced as a colored synthetic fiber in the synthetic fiber manufacturing process. A soaked yarn (coloring agent) is kneaded during melt spinning to obtain a soaked fiberized yarn. A colorant is added to a melt-spinnable thermoplastic polymer such as polyester or polyamide to produce a spun yarn. The original polyester yarn is a highly oriented drawn yarn obtained by adding and mixing a liquid polyester containing the above-mentioned coloring agent to a molten polyester and then spinning and drawing.
[0024]
By changing the coloring agent, yarns of various colors can be obtained. In addition, the dyed yarn is excellent in deep color, has light resistance and chemical resistance, and does not discolor. For this reason, the

[0029]
In addition, when a white yarn (true white) manufactured by containing titanium at the time of spinning or a white polyester yarn manufactured by containing a whitening agent is used as the warp yarn on the surface to be printed, especially after weaving, A curtain material that does not require bleaching can be obtained.
[0030]
Also, after weaving a curtain fabric with different dyeability between the lining and the outer fabric using the polyester white yarn for the lining and the true white yarn for the outer fabric, a predetermined color is applied only to the lining of the cationic yarn. Alternatively, a curtain fabric having a plain outer material can be stored by dyeing a pattern or a pattern.
[0031]
Even in this case, it is possible to manufacture the curtain only by printing the desired pattern on the outer material, without requiring a subsequent finishing step. Furthermore, when using a cationic yarn for the lining, a large number of colors can be dyed, so it is possible to prepare a large number of lining colors and patterned curtain fabrics, and it is possible to prepare curtains that can respond to further customer requests. You can get an order system.
[0032]
When the lining is a native yarn, it is necessary to add a specific coloring agent to obtain a desired color and spin the yarn, and it can be said that the yarn is suitable for mass production. For this reason, it is preferable to configure the lining with a cationic yarn at a lower cost than with a non-dyed yarn, in order to respond to the demands of an unspecified number of customers.
[0033]
As described above, the curtain can be manufactured without performing a finishing step after the print processing is performed on the
[0034]
In the recently developed ink jet printer method, it is easy to select a desired pattern from the pattern data filed in connection with a computer and to perform print processing. Alternatively, the computer can be connected to a scanner for reading photographs, patterns, and the like, and the computer can read the desired pattern.
[0035]
Therefore, when a customer orders a curtain at a store or convenience store where the ordering terminal is installed, select a predetermined size and a predetermined lining color, and at the same time select and decide a pattern to be printed on the outer material. Can be.
[0036]
For example, a curtain with a pattern of a photograph of memories of two people can be presented as a wedding present. Alternatively, in a newly-married family, a picture or scenery of a memory of the honeymoon can be used as a pattern for the curtain. Furthermore, by giving the pattern of the waterfall from the picture or picture of the waterfall, the atmosphere of the room can be made to be a forest-like atmosphere, or the picture or picture of the sea can be used as a coast-like curtain.

FIG. 3 shows a flowchart of the curtain manufacturing process. The customer goes to a store or convenience store where the ordering terminal is installed, and first selects a predetermined size and lining color. At this time, since the outer material is a pure white surface that can be printed, a pattern desired by the customer can be selected from patterns stored in the pattern database, or a desired pattern can be obtained from the customer database owned by the customer. Select a photo or pattern and send it to the main computer installed at the curtain manufacturing factory, or read a photo or pattern owned by the customer with a scanner connected to the order terminal and print it. You can specify the pattern and send it.
[0038]
The print pattern is selected and the curtain order is completed. When the order request is completed at the ordering terminal connected to the main computer installed at the curtain manufacturing factory, the ordered size and ordered lining color curtain material is selected from the stock location and equipped with an ink jet printer This is a system in which a customer receives a product after being transported to a printing shop and printed with a predetermined pattern, and then shipped directly to the customer or to a store.
[0039]
According to the present invention, it is possible to immediately produce and ship a curtain desired by each customer by using an order terminal that can be connected to a main computer installed in a curtain manufacturing factory. In addition, if the main computer installed at the curtain manufacturing factory is open to the public on the Internet, it is possible to easily connect the personal computer owned by each customer to the main computer installed at the curtain manufacturing factory. Can order the curtain desired by each customer.

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a curtain having a reliable light-shielding property while maintaining its appearance and printing a pattern desired by each customer simply by performing a printing process on the outer material.
[0041]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a method of manufacturing a curtain which can be manufactured only by printing a desired pattern on a surface material without performing a bleaching step or a dyeing step.
[0042]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible to immediately manufacture a curtain having a surface material in which a pattern desired by a customer is freely printed on a printable surface material, for each customer order.
[0043]
According to the invention as set forth in claim 4, one warp yarn is exposed on the outer fabric and the other warp yarn is exposed on the backing, and the weft yarn has a three-layer structure woven fabric incorporated in the intermediate layer and not appearing on the surface. Curtain can be made. For this reason, using a colored dyed yarn for the lining, eliminating the need for a new dyeing process, and ensuring that the intermediate layer contains a weft made of black dyed yarn with light shielding properties. It is possible to obtain a curtain on which a pattern desired by each customer is printed simply by performing printing on a surface material made of a pure white polyester yarn which is manufactured by containing a whitening agent at the time of spinning and having light-shielding properties.
[0044]
According to the invention described in claim 5, when a customer orders a curtain at a store or a convenience store where the ordering terminal is installed, at the same time, a predetermined size and a predetermined lining color are selected, and at the same time, a pattern to be printed on the outer material is selected. It can be selected and decided on the spot. For this reason, it is possible to obtain a curtain with a common pattern suitable for the interior, and it is also possible to obtain a curtain of a design of a customer's own memories or a pattern of a photograph.
