TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cable connector, and more particularly to a cable connector for EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) measures, and more particularly to a cable connector having a ferrite core built into a cable connector into which a cable is drawn.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is well known that a cable connector which is a cable wiring lead-in device and a ferrite core which is a component for EMI countermeasure in the related art are constituted by separate components.
[0003]
The cable connector 111 is attached to the housing 121 and fixes the cable 120. The structure of the cable connector 111 is attached to a part of the housing 121 as shown in FIGS. It has a structure in which a rubber sleeve 115 is fitted and a cap 116 is covered from above.
Then, a rubber packing 113 is provided at a position where the rubber packing 113 is attached to the housing 121, and is fastened with the lock nut 112 to be attached to the housing 121. The cable 120 is inserted through this hollow portion, and a state in which the cable 120 is in contact with the rubber sleeve 115 cannot be easily removed.
[0004]
The ferrite core 131 is attached to the cable 120 of the cable connector 111 attached to the housing as described above. The ferrite core section 130 having the ferrite core 131 includes a circular hollow ferrite core 131 divided into two parts, and a core cover part 132 having a double-opened structure for accommodating the two divided ferrite cores 131.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the EMI countermeasure cable connector described in the related art in which the ferrite core and the cable connector are configured as separate components, since the ferrite core itself has no means for fixing, the tie wrap is attached to the core cover portion that houses the ferrite core. It is necessary to provide a fixing means such as the above, and there is a problem that the configuration is complicated.
[0007]
Also, since the cable connector is an indispensable part when pulling the cable into the housing, there is no problem of forgetting to attach it.However, the ferrite core is only attached to the cable itself, and is not an essential part for cable wiring. However, there is also a problem in that the user may forget to attach it to a different location.
[0008]
If the user forgets to attach the battery, there is a problem in that adverse effects due to noise occur and the product is determined to be a defective product that does not satisfy a certain standard.
[0009]
Further, since the ferrite core is attached to the cable as a separate component, there is a problem that the appearance is impaired.
[0010]
Therefore, there is a problem that the ferrite core to be attached to the cable must be prevented from being forgotten to be attached and to a structure that does not impair the appearance.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a cable connector according to the present invention has the following configuration.
[0012]
(1) A cable connector which is attached to a part of a housing and comprises a hollow adapter body through which a cable is inserted, and a cap for fixing the cable together with the adapter body. And a ferrite core through which the cable is inserted.
(2) The adapter according to (1), wherein the adapter is locked to at least one of the cap and the adapter body, and has an adapter through which the cable is inserted in a ferrite core provided inside. Cable connector.
(3) The cable connector according to (1), wherein a rubber sleeve is provided inside the cap to penetrate and restrain the cable.
(4) The cable connector according to (1), wherein the adapter body is attached to the housing and locked by a lock nut.
[0013]
In this way, the structure in which the ferrite core is built into the cable connector can avoid forgetting to attach the ferrite core itself, and prevent the appearance from being impaired because the ferrite core is housed inside the connector. Can be.
[0014]

[0022]
As described above, when a structure in which the plurality of ferrite cores 11 and 11A are connected in a daisy chain to the cable 21 is used, the number of the ferrite cores 11 and 11A is adjusted according to the influence of the EMI applied to the cable 21. And can be configured to correspond to various noise frequencies.
[0023]
In addition, by changing the connector diameter of the portion in which the ferrite core 11 is built, the built-in ferrite core 11 is also diversified, and can cope with noise of various frequencies.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the cable connector according to the present invention has a structure in which the ferrite core is built in the cable connector that draws the cable into the housing, so that it is possible to take measures against noise without being aware if the cable wiring work is performed. effective.
[0025]
In addition, since the ferrite core core is built in, the step of mounting the ferrite core is eliminated, so that the work process can be shortened and the mounting error of the ferrite core can be eliminated.
