従来の第3種遊技機の構成において、遊技者の最大の関心は遊技を権利発生状態にすることであり、そのため遊技者は権利発生装置の特定領域に遊技球を進入させるべく打球を操作し、権利発生装置内での球挙動は特に注目されることとなる。

例えば、この特開平5−237222に記載されているように、球誘導樋74の最上部中央にはパチンコ球が通過可能な間隙を設け、入賞口76としている。さらに、入賞口76へパチンコ球が入賞するのを補助するために、取付基板72には球誘導樋75a,75bが設けられている。また、球誘導樋74の左右両側は球受入用の袋部78a,78bとなっており、この袋部78a,78bで囲まれた部分の取付基板72には入賞口80a,80bが形成されており、パチンコ球が裏面側に導かれるようにされている。球誘導樋74内には常時比較的ゆっくりとした速度(たとえば10rpm)で回転される回転板82が配設されている。回転板82の周面には球誘導溝84,86,88が形成されている。球誘導溝84〜88のうち、誘導溝84は、特定的領域として権利発生用入賞口80aへパチンコ球を誘導するためのものである。また、他の2つの誘導溝86,88は、通常の入賞口である80bへパチンコ球を誘導するためのものである。このように、回転円板82の球誘導溝84〜88は入賞球の振分け機能を果たすものである。パチンコ球Pが球誘導溝86または88で受止められた場合、回転円盤82が回転し、球誘導溝86または88が図において右側の袋部78bの位置まで回転してきたとき、受止められたパチンコ球Pは溝86または88から該袋部78bへ転がり落ち、入賞口80bへ入賞する。ここで、入賞口80bは通常の入賞口であるから、この場合は権利は発生しない。一方、入賞口76へ入賞したパチンコ球Pは球誘導溝84で受止められた場合、球誘導溝84の形状により、受止められたパチンコ球Pは袋部78bへは転がり落ちず、回転円盤82の回転に伴ってさらに導かれ、球誘導溝84が図8に示すような位置にきたとき、受け止められたパチンコ球は図において左側の袋部78bに転がり落ちる。そして、入賞口80aへ入賞する。入賞口80aは、前述したように、特定領域の一例の権利発生用入賞口とされている。したがって、この入賞口80aへ入賞したパチンコ球Pは遊技盤の裏面側に設けられた権利発生用入賞球検出スイッチ51で検出される。前記回転円盤82により、所定の駆動源により駆動され、打球を前記特定領域の方向またはそれ以外の方向に振分ける動的振分け装置が構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとしている課題】
しかしながら、このような動的な振分装置においては、複数の誘導溝が回転体の中心から等距離で外周部にほぼ均等に形成され、誘導溝に入った遊技球の動きが単調で留まる時間も短くなりやすく、特定入賞口と普通入賞口は回転体の外周にあるため、遊技球が入賞する動きも単調となり、遊技者に飽きられやすい。
そこで、権利発生装置内での球挙動など、権利発生状態までの過程において、遊技者にとって興趣のある、飽きさせない演出を提供できる振分け装置が希求されている。

前記の課題を解決するために本願発明の請求項1記載の偏心振分け装置は、
一部を開口とする円筒状の外壁と、
該外壁内に配置する回転体と、を有し、
前記回転体は、
内側端部と外側端部を有する、渦巻状の球誘導壁と、
該球誘導壁の内側端部から1周以内の範囲で、該球誘導壁の内側と接するように形成され、前記回転体の回転に伴って遊技球が振分けられる特定入賞口及び普通入賞口を備え、前記回転体の中心から偏心して球誘導壁の内側に配置され、球入口を有する入賞部と、
を備えて、前記渦巻の広がる方向に回転するものであり、
前記球入口が前記開口に対向するときに遊技球が前記球入口に入球可能であり、前記開口が前記球誘導壁で塞がれるときに遊技球は前記球入口に入球不可能な構造であり、
前記開口から前記球入口へ入球する遊技球が、前記回転体の回転に伴い、前記外側端部から球誘導壁の内面に沿って移動し、前記入賞部にある前記特定入賞口又は普通入賞口に入賞することを特徴とする偏心振分け装置である。
これにより、開口から入球した遊技球は球誘導壁内に貯留し、貯留された遊技球は回転体の回転によって球誘導壁を伝って入賞部に誘導され、入賞部で特定入賞口又は普通入賞口に振分けられる。
従って、従来の円の中心を基準として回転していた権利発生装置に対して、回転体の中心から偏って配置された入賞部の面白い動きと、入賞部に至るまでの遊技球の変化に富んだ球挙動が実現し、遊技者にとっても興趣の深い弾球遊技を提供することになる。
入賞部は、前記回転体の一部を構成する小円部であることが好ましいが、限定されるものではない。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施形態の偏心振分け装置10について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
図1〜図15に示す偏心振分け装置10は、右下の一部を開口11とする円筒状の外壁12と、外壁12内に配置する回転体13と、を備えるものである。この回転体13は、内側端部14(始端)と外側端部15(終端)を有する渦巻状の球誘導壁16と、球誘導壁16の内側端部14から1周以内の範囲で、球誘導壁16の内側と接するように形成され、回転体13の回転に伴って遊技球が振分けられる1個の特定入賞口17及び複数(例えば3個)の普通入賞口18a〜18cを備え、回転体13の中心から偏心して球誘導壁16の内側に配置される入賞部19(ここでは小円部である)と、を有して、渦巻の広がる方向(ここでは反時計方向)に自転するものである。偏心振分け装置10は3個の入賞球で権利を発生するものである。この偏心振分け装置10は特定入賞口17と普通入賞口18a〜18cとを備えた入賞部19が偏心して回転し、遊技球は偏心振分け装置10の内部に一度滞留した後に回転体13の回転により排出するものであり、偏心振分け装置10及び遊技球のユニークな動きに特徴がある。ここでは回転体13の所定周数(ここでは2周)の回転で1ラウンドを構成する。以下、詳細に説明する。

第3種遊技機に適用する遊技盤40は、遊技盤面下部左側の始動口43に入球させることによって、遊技盤面中央上部の表示器42が回転し、図柄が揃うと遊技盤面中央の偏心振分け装置10の上部に位置する電動役物25が開閉を開始して、偏心振分け装置10内に入球することが可能となる。電動役物25から入球させ、停留装置26に停留された遊技球が、回転体13を経て、入賞部19内の特定入賞口17に入賞すると、大入賞口47を開放させるための権利を獲得できる。ここで、遊技者は大入賞口開放役物46内の始動口46aを狙って遊技球を打球し(右打ち)、始動口46aへ入球させると、偏心振分け装置10の更に下部にある大入賞口47が開放されて特別遊技状態となる。
