【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gaming machine having a winning device having a general area and a specific area.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Among pachinko machines that are one type of gaming machine, one having a rotating body having a general winning opening and a specific winning opening is known in a winning device (see, for example, Patent Document 1). According to this technique, when the pachinko ball entered in the winning device wins the specific winning opening of the rotating body, a gaming state advantageous to the player (in this example, a special winning state) is realized.

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-112060
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the probability that the pachinko ball entered into the winning device wins the specific winning opening of the rotating body is determined by the number of general winning ports provided in the rotating body and the number of specific winning openings. Moreover, the winning probability is constant during the game. Although the player plays with a sense of expectation to win a pachinko ball in a specific winning opening, he is not particularly aware of the passage through which the pachinko ball entered the winning device passes.
The present invention has been made in view of these points, and provides a gaming machine configured to vary the probability of winning a specific winning opening according to the passage through which a game ball (pachinko ball in this example) passes. For the purpose.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problem 1]
Means 1 for solving the problem is as described in claim 1.
Here, among the terms described in claim 1 , the “movable body” corresponds to, for example, a rotating body, a slide body, a rocking body, and the like.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problem 2]
Means 2 for solving the problem is as described in claim 2 .
[0009]
[Means 3 for Solving the Problems]
Means 3 for solving the problem is as described in claim 3.
According to the means 3, the winning device is provided with a distribution member (including a blade or the like) that distributes the game balls to the first guide passage or the second guide passage. The game balls are distributed to one of the guide passages depending on the operation, position (posture), and the like of the distribution member. The player comes to play aiming at the timing at which the game balls are distributed to the second guide passage, and the expectation of the player who wants to realize an advantageous gaming state can be improved.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. This embodiment is an example in which the present invention is applied to a pachinko machine that is one of gaming machines, and will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0011]
First, FIG. 1 shows a front view of the appearance of a game board 10 provided in a pachinko machine. As will be described later, the game board 10 includes a starter 28 and 36, each of which can receive a winning device 12 having a movable member 14, movable wing pieces 18 and 52, and a pachinko ball (corresponding to a game ball and a game medium). , 38, and other gates, general winning holes, windmills, obstacle nails, etc. are appropriately arranged. In addition, illustration of a part of the winning a prize mouth and the obstacle nail is omitted.
The start ports 28, 36, and 38 are disposed below the accessory device 12. Of these, the start port 36 includes a start port sensor 32 for detecting the winning of a pachinko ball, and similarly, the start ports 28 and 38 include start port sensors 30 and 34, respectively.
[0012]
FIG. 2 is an enlarged front view of the accessory device 12 shown in FIG. The accessory device 12 includes a movable wing piece 52 that opens and closes a grand prize opening 54 (left big prize opening), a movable member 14 that imitates an animal (or character), and a big prize opening 16 (right big prize opening). A movable wing piece 18 that opens and closes, guide passages 48 and 22 through which pachinko balls entered from the big prize openings 16 and 54 can pass, a liquid crystal display 46 that can produce effects, a normal prize opening and a special prize opening, respectively. The rotating body 44, the outer peripheral wall 40 surrounding the periphery of the rotating body 44, the fan-shaped passage 42 through which the pachinko balls passing through the guide passage 48 on the left side of the drawing can pass, and the winning port 56 through which the pachinko balls passing through the fan-shaped passage 42 can enter. And a movable member 24 imitating a person having a bamboo basket (bamboo basket part 26). The pachinko ball that has entered the winning opening 56 is treated as having been won in the same manner as the normal winning opening provided on the rotating body 44.
The accessory device 12 corresponds to a winning device, the movable member 14 corresponds to a sorting member, the normal winning port corresponds to a general winning port, the special winning port corresponds to a specific winning port, and the rotating body 44 includes The guide passage 48 corresponds to a first guide passage, and the guide passage 22 corresponds to a second guide passage.
[0013]
The movable member 14, the movable blade pieces 18 and 52, the rotating body 44, and the movable member 24 are configured such that each of them can control a driving body (for example, a motor, a solenoid, etc.) to perform a required movement. That is, the movable member 14 is configured to be able to change its posture almost periodically along a predetermined direction (the direction of the arrow D4 in this example). Similarly, the movable blade pieces 52 and 18 are configured so that their postures can be changed along a predetermined direction (in this example, directions of arrows D2 and D6). The rotating body 44 is configured to be rotatable (forward rotation, reverse rotation, forward / reverse rotation, etc.). The movable member 24 is configured so that its posture can be changed along a predetermined direction (in this example, an arrow D8 direction).
[0014]
Next, a configuration example of the movable member 14 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3A shows a part of the movable member 14 in a plan view, and FIG. 3B shows a right side view as seen from the right side of FIG. In FIG. 3A, the movable member 14 includes a plate-like main body 14a formed to imitate an animal, a rolling plate 14c provided on a tail portion 14b of the main body 14a, and the like. Although the pachinko ball rolls on the rolling plate 14c, there is no length in the depth direction to the wall surface 12a (for example, an electrical decoration member) of the accessory device 12 as shown in FIG. Depending on how the pachinko ball rolls, it may move toward the wall surface 12a, and the pachinko ball may fall from the rolling plate 14c.
[0015]
Next, an example of the behavior of the pachinko ball will be described with reference to FIG. 4 is an enlarged perspective view showing a part of the accessory device 12 shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, the guide passages 48 and 22 are each formed in a form (for example, a transparent or translucent member or a net-like member) in which pachinko balls can be seen. These guide passages 48 and 22 are respectively provided with inlets 62 and 66 in the central portion of the accessory device 12, and both inlets are separated by a partition plate 64. The rolling plate 14c provided in the tail portion 14b of the movable member 14 is formed with a width substantially the same as that of the inlet 62 (or the inlet 66). The small piece 60 includes the winning sensor 20, and the small piece 58 includes the winning sensor 50 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The holes 60a, 58a and the holes of the winning sensors 20, 50 are formed substantially the same, and when a pachinko ball passes through the holes 60a, 58a, a winning is detected.
[0016]
In the configuration described above, when the tail portion 14b of the movable member 14 is positioned in the vicinity of the small piece 60, the pachinko ball B behaves as follows, for example. That is, the pachinko ball B that has entered from the big winning opening 16 when the movable wing piece 18 is open falls from the hole 60 a provided in the small piece 60. The pachinko ball B dropped from the hole 60a rolls on the rolling plate 14c of the tail portion 14b. The pachinko ball B rolling on the rolling plate 14c in this way has kinetic energy associated with dropping or the like, so that inertial force works. Therefore, there is a high probability that the pachinko ball B enters the inlet 62 after falling into the upper passage 68 or directly enters the inlet 62. However, depending on how the pachinko ball B falls or rolls (for example, a form of jumping), the entrance 66 may be entered. On the other hand, the pachinko ball B entered from the big prize opening 54 when the movable wing piece 52 is open falls to the upper passage 68 from the hole 58a provided in the small piece 58, so the probability of entering the inlet 62 is very high. high.
[0017]
On the other hand, when the tail portion 14b of the movable member 14 is positioned in the vicinity of the small piece 58, for example, the behavior of the pachinko ball B is in the opposite form to the above-described example. That is, the pachinko ball B entered from the big prize opening 54 falls from the hole 58a provided in the small piece 58 and rolls on the rolling plate 14c. Then, after falling into the upper passage 68, the probability of entering the entrance 66 or entering the entrance 66 directly is high. However, depending on how the pachinko ball B falls or rolls, it may enter the entrance 62. On the other hand, the pachinko ball B entered from the big prize opening 54 falls into the upper passage 68 from the hole 60a provided in the small piece 60, so the probability of entering the entrance 66 is very high.
[0018]
FIG. 5 shows a configuration example of the guide passages 48 and 22. The outlet 70 of the guide passage 48 communicates with the fan-shaped passage 42, and the pachinko ball B exiting from the outlet 70 moves along the fan-shaped passage 42 in a predetermined direction by the kinetic energy obtained as it moves or falls in the guide passage 48 ( For example, it moves along the arrow D10 direction. On the other hand, the outlet 72 of the guide passage 22 is located above the rotating body 44 (see FIGS. 1 and 2), and the pachinko sphere B exiting from the outlet 72 is directed toward the substantially central portion of the rotating body 44 (for example, an arrow). Drops in the direction D12). In FIG. 7A, the position of the outlet 72 with respect to the rotating body 44 is indicated by a broken line.
[0019]
The winning form of the pachinko ball B moving on the fan-shaped passage 42 will be described with reference to FIG. First, FIG. 6A shows a state in which the movable member 24 is almost upright and the bamboo basket portion 26 blocks the winning opening 56. In this state, the pachinko ball B that moves by inertial force prevents the bamboo basket 26 from entering the winning opening 56. Therefore, there is a high probability that the pachinko ball B passes through the passage portion 40 a in which a part of the outer peripheral wall 40 is cut out and enters the winning opening provided in the rotating body 44. An example of the winning opening will be described later (see FIG. 7). The passage part 40a corresponds to the first position.
On the other hand, FIG. 6B shows a state where the movable member 24 is slightly inclined and the bamboo basket portion 26 does not block the winning opening 56. Since the pachinko ball B moves on the fan-shaped passage 42 with inertial force, there is a high probability that the pachinko ball B enters the winning opening 56 through the passage portion 40a.
[0020]
Here, a configuration example of the rotating body 44 will be described with reference to FIG. 7A shows a plan view of the rotator 44 as viewed from above, FIG. 7B shows a side view of the rotator 44 as viewed from the side, and FIG. 7C shows the rotator 44. The perspective view which looked at from diagonally upward is shown. The rotating body 44 configured to be rotatable in a predetermined direction (for example, the direction of the arrow D14) is formed in a hill shape with a convex central portion, and is substantially U-shaped and has isolation members 44b, 44d, 44h that open in the radial direction. Along the surface. Since the isolation members 44b, 44d, and 44h are formed of protruding wall surfaces, it becomes difficult for pachinko balls to pass. The rotating body 44 is provided with normal winning holes 44a, 44c, 44e, 44g, 44i and special winning holes 44f at substantially equal intervals along the peripheral edge. As is well known, a winning sensor that detects a pachinko ball that has won a normal winning opening and a winning sensor that detects a pachinko ball that has won a special winning opening are separately provided. Further, when the winning sensor detects the pachinko ball that has won the special winning opening 44f, for example, the round of the big hit game is continued, the opening / closing and opening times of the movable wing pieces 18, 52 are increased, or the pachinko ball to be paid out as the winning ball is paid. Increase the number of items.
[0021]
An outer peripheral wall 40 is provided on the outer periphery of the rotating body 44 so as to surround the rotating body 44. With the outer peripheral wall 40, it is difficult for the pachinko balls to win the normal winning opening 44a, 44c, 44e, 44g, 44i and the special winning opening 44f from the outer periphery of the rotating body 44 except for the passage part 40a. The isolation members 44b, 44d, and 44h correspond to specific parts, the normal winning ports 44a, 44c, 44e, 44g, and 44i correspond to general winning ports, and the special winning port 44f corresponds to a specific winning port. For easy understanding, the special winning opening 44f is indicated by a thick line in FIG. 7 (and FIG. 8 described later).
[0022]
Examples of the general area and the special area will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 8A, a region where a pachinko ball dropped from the outlet 72 of the guide passage 22 can pass is indicated by a \ -shaped hatched hatch. The normal region 74 has a normal winning opening 44c and is surrounded by the separating members 44b and 44d. Similarly, the normal region 80 has a normal winning opening 44i and is surrounded by the separating members 44b and 44h. The special area 78 has a special winning opening 44f and is surrounded by the separating members 44d and 44h. The normal region 74, 80 and the special region 78 can be easily passed, and a common part of these regions is the common region 76. A common area 76 illustrated by a cross hatch corresponds to the second position. The normal areas 74 and 80 and the special area 78 belong to the first group. Pachinko balls that have fallen into the common area 76 from the outlet 72 are blocked from passing by the separating members 44b, 44d, and 44h, and therefore win the above-described normal winning opening 44c, 44i or special winning opening 44f. Accordingly, the probability that a pachinko ball passing through the guide passage 22 and falling from the outlet 72 will win the special winning opening 44f is approximately one third.
[0023]
In FIG. 8B, a region that is difficult to pass as long as it does not pass through the passage part 40a is indicated by a hatched hatching. Each region is surrounded by isolation members 44b, 44d, and 44h. That is, the normal region 82 surrounded by the separating member 44d and having the normal winning port 44e, the normal region 84 surrounded by the separating member 44h and having the normal winning port 44g, and the normal winning port 44a surrounded by the separating member 44b. This is a normal area 86. In the relationship with the first group described above, the normal regions 82, 84, 86 belong to the second group. However, if the pachinko ball passes through the passage part 40a, it can also pass through the normal areas 74 and 80 and the special area 78. Therefore, the probability that a pachinko ball passing from the guide passage 48 through the fan-shaped passage 42 will win the special winning opening 44f is approximately one sixth.
As shown in FIG. 6B, in the state where the bamboo basket portion 26 does not block the winning opening 56, the probability that the pachinko ball passing through the fan-shaped passage 42 wins the special winning opening 44f is almost zero. .
[0024]
An example of a path through which a pachinko ball passes in the accessory device 12 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10. FIG. 9 shows a state in which the tail portion 14 b of the movable member 14 is positioned in the vicinity of the small piece 60. In this state, the pachinko ball B that has entered from the special winning opening 16 passes along a path L2 illustrated by a thick line, for example. That is, when falling from the small piece 60, after rolling on the rolling plate 14c of the tail part 14b, it enters the inlet 66 of the guide passage 22. The pachinko sphere B passing through the guide passage 22 and exiting from the outlet 72 falls into the common area 76 shown in FIG. Therefore, the pachinko ball B wins the special winning opening 44f with a probability of almost one third.
[0025]
FIG. 10 shows a state in which the tail portion 14 b of the movable member 14 is positioned in the vicinity of the small piece 58. In this state, the pachinko ball B that has entered from the big prize opening 54 passes along a path L4 illustrated by a thick line, for example. That is, when it falls from the small piece 58, it rolls on the rolling plate 14c of the tail part 14b and then enters the inlet 62 of the guide passage 48. The pachinko sphere B passing through the guide passage 48 and exiting from the outlet 70 passes through the fan-shaped passage 42, passes through the passage portion 40 a by the bamboo basket portion 26, and heads toward the rotating body 44. Therefore, the pachinko ball B wins the special winning opening 44f with a probability of almost one sixth.
Therefore, when the movable member 14 that changes substantially periodically positions the tail portion 14b in the vicinity of the small piece 60 (see FIG. 9), the probability that the pachinko ball B will win the special winning opening 44f increases. Therefore, the player can enjoy the game aiming at the timing when the tail portion 14b is positioned in the vicinity of the small piece 60.
[0026]
According to the embodiment described above, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The rotating body 44 corresponding to the movable body includes a normal winning port 44a, 44c, 44e, 44g, 44i, a special winning port 44f, and a separating member 44b that makes it difficult to pass the pachinko ball B between them. 44d and 44h (see FIGS. 7 and 8). The guide passage 48 corresponding to the first guide passage guides the pachinko sphere B to the passage portion 40a that can win either the normal winning opening or the specific winning opening (see FIGS. 5 and 6). The guide passage 22 corresponding to the second guide passage guides the pachinko sphere B to the common area 76 that makes it easier to win a specific winning opening than when guiding to the passage part 40a (see FIGS. 5 and 7A). ). The pachinko ball B guided through the guide passage 48 merely wins either the normal winning opening or the special winning opening through the passage portion 40a. On the other hand, the pachinko ball B guided through the guide passage 22 is likely to win the special winning opening 44f through the common area 76, and the winning probability to the special winning opening 44f is increased. Therefore, the probability that the pachinko ball B wins the special winning opening 44f differs depending on which of the guide passage 48 and the guide passage 22 passes. Therefore, the player is aware of the guide passage through which the pachinko ball B that has entered the accessory device 12 passes and plays with a sense of expectation that the pachinko ball B passes through the guide passage 22.
[0027]
(2) Referring to FIG. 8, the number of normal areas 74, 80, 82, 84, 86 and the number of special areas 78 are different in the rotating body 44. In addition, the normal areas 74 and 80 and the special area 78 belong to the first group, and the normal areas 82, 84, and 86 belong to the second group, so that they are divided into two groups. Further, between the two groups, the pachinko balls B were made difficult to pass by the separating members 44b, 44d, and 44h. Each region belonging to the first group can only be accessed from the common region 76 (second position), but from the passage part 40a (first position), it can pass to all of the normal region and the special region. In consideration of the fact that it normally reaches the passage portion 40a from the guide passage 48 and reaches the common area 76 from the guide passage 22 as well, the pachinko ball B is placed in the special winning opening 44f depending on where the first position and the second position are set. The probability of winning a prize is different. Therefore, the player is aware of the guide passage through which the pachinko ball B that has entered the accessory device 12 passes and plays with a sense of expectation that the pachinko ball B passes through the guide passage 22. In this example, the normal regions 82, 84, 86 are configured to belong to the second group. However, considering that each region is surrounded by the separating members 44b, 44d, 44h, it is considered that they belong to different groups. You can also. In this case, there are four groups including the first group. Thus, even when it is divided into two or more groups, the above-described effects can be obtained.
[0028]
(3) The accessory device 12 includes the movable member 14 that distributes the pachinko balls B to the guide passage 48 or the guide passage 22 (see FIGS. 2, 3, and 4). Depending on the posture of the movable member 14 (that is, the vicinity of the small piece 58, 60 of the tail portion 14b), the pachinko ball B is distributed to one of the guide paths. The player plays the game aiming at the timing at which the pachinko ball B is distributed to the guide passage 22, and the expectation of the player who wants to realize an advantageous gaming state can be improved.
[0029]
[Other Embodiments]
In the above-described pachinko machine (game machine), the structure, shape, size, material, arrangement, operating conditions, and the like of other parts are not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the following embodiments can be implemented.
(1) In the embodiment described above, the present invention is applied to a pachinko machine. Instead of this form, a gaming machine other than a pachinko machine (for example, an arrangement ball machine, a sparrow ball game machine, a video game machine, etc.), which is provided with an accessory device 12 having a general area and a specific area. Similarly, the present invention can be applied to. Even in the other gaming machines, the probability of winning in the special winning opening 44f can be varied according to the guide passage 48 or the guide passage 22 through which the pachinko ball B passes.
[0030]
(2) In the embodiment described above, the rotator 44 is provided with the separating members 44b, 44d, and 44h, making it difficult for the pachinko ball B to pass between the regions (see FIG. 7, FIG. 8, etc.). It may replace with this form and it is good also as another structure, as long as the passage of the pachinko ball B is difficult between areas. For example, as shown in FIG. 11 (A), FIG. 11 (B), and FIG. 11 (C), a stepped portion that is formed in a hill shape with the central portion of the rotating body 44 convex and provided with a step in an adjacent region. 44j, 44k, 44m are provided along the surface. The surface of the stepped portions 44j, 44k, 44m is formed like a concave lens, and each winning opening is configured to have almost the same altitude. The same applies to a case where a groove is provided in a portion corresponding to the separating members 44b, 44d, and 44h. According to these configurations, the pachinko sphere B guided through the guide passage 48 wins one of the normal winning opening and the special winning opening through the passage portion 40a, but the pachinko sphere B guided through the guiding passage 22 It becomes easy to win the special winning opening 44f through the common area 76. Therefore, the probability that the pachinko ball B wins the special winning opening 44f differs depending on which of the guide passage 48 and the guide passage 22 passes.
[0031]
(3) In the above-described embodiment, the rotating body 44 is provided with five normal areas 74, 80, 82, 84, 86 and one special area 78 (see FIGS. 7, 8, etc.). Instead of this form, it has 4 normal areas and 2 special areas, 3 normal areas and 3 special areas, 2 normal areas and 5 special areas, 1 normal area The number of normal areas and the number of special areas may be freely set, such as including areas and five special areas. If the number of normal areas and the number of special areas change, the probability that the pachinko ball B will win a special prize opening also changes. Changing the number of areas becomes particularly interesting when performed during a game. In particular, a change that increases the probability that the pachinko ball B wins a special winning opening can improve the player's expectation.
[0032]
(4) In the above-described embodiment, the first position is set to the passing region 40a, and the second position is set to the common region 76 (see FIG. 8 and the like). Instead of this form, the first position may be set in the common area 76 and the second position may be set in the passing part 40a. In realizing this setting, for example, as shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B, a special winning opening is provided in a region surrounded by the separating member. That is, the difference from the above-described embodiment is that the normal area 90 replacing the special area 78 is provided with a normal winning opening 44n, and the special area 88 replacing the normal area 84 is provided with a special winning opening 44p. According to this embodiment, the probability that a pachinko ball passing from the guide passage 48 through the fan-shaped passage 42 will win the special winning opening 44p is approximately one sixth. On the other hand, the probability that a pachinko ball that has passed through the guide passage 22 and dropped from the outlet 72 will win the special winning opening 44p becomes almost zero. Therefore, the player plays with a sense of expectation that the pachinko ball B passes through the guide passage 48.
[0033]
(5) In the above-described embodiment, the rotating body 44 is used as the movable body, and the movable member 14 is used as the distribution member (see FIG. 2 and the like). Instead of this form, another movable body having one or more normal winning ports and one or more special winning ports 44f may be used. The other movable body corresponds to, for example, a slide body or a rocking body. Similarly, other sorting members that can sort the pachinko balls B may be used. The other sorting member corresponds to, for example, a rotating body or a slide body. Even when these members are used, the pachinko ball B can be won in the winning opening, or the pachinko balls B can be distributed, so that the same effect as the above-described embodiment can be obtained.
[0034]
(6) In the above-described embodiment, the pachinko ball B is distributed to any one of the guide passages according to the posture of the movable member 14 that changes substantially periodically (see FIGS. 2, 9, 10, and the like). Instead of this form, the movable member 14 may be configured to have a specific posture when a required condition is satisfied. The required conditions include, for example, lottery when the pachinko ball B has passed through the ball passage opening, and the liquid crystal display 46 starts symbol variation, and a predetermined symbol pattern (for example, [333] or [777], etc. ) Is displayed. The ball passage opening can be appropriately set according to the type of pachinko machine, date and time, gaming state, and the like. For example, one of the special winning opening 44f, the normal winning openings 44a, 44c, 44e, 44g, 44i, or the holes 58a, 60a is applicable (see FIGS. 2 and 4). Further, the predetermined posture is any one of a posture in which the tail portion 14b is located in the vicinity of the small piece 58 as shown in FIG. 9 and a posture in which the tail portion 14b is located in the vicinity of the small piece 60 as shown in FIG. One is applicable. In this way, since it is determined by lottery whether the pachinko ball B is guided in any of the guide passages, the player can play while expecting a trend of symbol variation.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to vary the probability of winning a specific winning opening according to the guide path through which the game ball passes.
