本発明は、発射装置より発射された遊技球が、パチンコ機台遊技領域の左半分又は右半分で遊技して遊ぶことが出来、1台のパチンコ機で2種類のゲームを長時間にわたって楽しむことができるパチンコ機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
第1種パチンコ機1を例にして、図3に示す従来のパチンコ機1を説明する。図3において、外レール4と内レール3で仕切られた遊技盤2の内部に遊技領域6が形成されている。この遊技領域6の中央部にセンターケース7が設けられ、センターケース7に特別図柄表示装置8及び普通図柄表示装置9が配置されている。センターケース7の上部左右にはランプ付き風車10、同中央部やや下方左右にはそれぞれ2個の風車11が、同下部中央には第1種始動口(普通電動役物のことで単に始動口とも称する)12が、始動口12の左右にはゲート13が、更にその左右には入賞口14が配置され、始動口12、ゲート13、入賞口14の下方にアタッカー15が設けられ、アタッカー15の左右端部に入賞口17と中央部に大入賞口16が一体となって配置されている。アタッカー15の下方には、外れアウト球を回収するアウト口18が配置される。センターケース7の左右で内レール3に接して一対のサイドランプ19が配置され、これら遊技部品の周りには多数の障害釘5が所定の位置に打設されている。

下部の発射装置(図示せず)から発射された遊技球が始動口12、入賞口14等に入ると所定の賞球が払い出される。また遊技球がゲート13を通過すると普通図柄表示装置9の図柄が回転し、定められた図柄になると始動口12の普通電動役物のチュリップが開く。この普通電動役物付き始動口12に遊技球が入ると特別図柄表示装置8の図柄が変化し、予め定められた図柄に揃うと大当たりとなってアタッカー15の大入賞口16が所定の遊技球を受入れるまで開口し、多数の賞球が払い出される。従って遊技者は、できるだけ始動口12の周囲を落下するように遊技球発射装置のハンドルを調節し、始動口12へ入って特別図柄表示装置が常に変化するように、図柄が揃って大当たりが得られるようにゲームが行われる。

このため近年遊技者によっては、始動口12を狙って、遊技領域6のほぼ半分それも盤面上の右打ちに比べて遊技球の発射力が小さく球の移動変化が少ない、遊技領域6の左半分に遊技球を発射するように発射力を調節して、ほぼ定まった遊技球の落下コースで遊技される傾向が見られる。また極端な例では、パチンコ機の盤面の右上部辺を釘で障碍して障壁を作り、盤面の右半分には遊技球が落下しないように、左半分へのみ遊技球を落下させるようにしたパチンコ機さえ見掛けられる。
このようなパチンコ機では、始動口12や入賞口に入る回数が多くて長時間遊技できる台と、入賞回数が少なくて遊技球がなくなってすぐゲームが終了してしまう台とに極端に2分化されてしまい、パチンコ機の台によっては遊技者の興趣を著しく減退させてしまう問題があった。

また例えば特許文献1によれば、図4に示すごとく、パチンコ機盤面30の中央下部から中央上部に発射した遊技球を案内する発射レール35を設けて、盤面上における遊技領域を正面で分割してほぼ2分し、左右の遊技領域23、24で遊技するパチンコ機が開示されている。このものは発射レール35の上部出口に打ち出された遊技球を左右の遊技領域23,24へ発射するように切り替える切り替えゲート36を設け、遊技者がレバー32を操作して左右何れかの遊技領域23,24へ遊技球を落下させるようにしたパチンコ機である。(特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記特許文献1に開示された従来の技術は、遊技者の選択によってパチンコ機の上方へ打ち出した発射球を遊技者が切り替えゲート36を操作して、遊技領域の左右いずれかへ打ち出すようにしたもので、パチンコ機盤面30遊技領域の正面中央部に発射レール35が立設して配設されるため、遊技者にとっては盤面中央部の発射レール35が目障りとなり、また盤面30が発射レール35で完全に2分化されて狭くなり、遊技者の興趣をそそり大いにゲームを楽しくする液晶画面付特別図柄表示装置(即ち始動口に入賞すると図柄の変化が始動し、図柄が揃うと下部のアタッカーの大入賞口が開き、大量の遊技球が入賞することができるカラー液晶表示装置等、)を配設できず、またこの特別図柄表示装置を無理に配設しようとすると、レール35で分割された左右の各遊技領域内に配置できる小さな形の特別図柄表示装置としなければならず、遊技者にとって興趣が薄れてしまう問題があった。

また、発射レール35は盤面中央部で垂直に立ち上がるように設けてあるから、発射装置の発射力が小さいと発射遊技球が発射レールの上端まで届かず、又は上端から左右の遊技領域に打ち出されずに、下部の発射装置元へ戻ってしまい、立設した発射レール35内に遊技球が詰まってしまう問題もあった。
本発明は、上記課題を解消して、遊技者にとって最も大きな興趣を得る特別図柄表示装置等を従来のパチンコ台盤面と同様に配置できて、興趣を損なうことなくゲームを楽しむことが出来、しかも発射装置で発射された遊技球を遊技領域の左半分又は右半分へ遊技者の好みで打ち出し、1台のパチンコ機で左右盤面2種類のゲームを楽しむことができるパチンコ機を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため本発明の請求項1で採用した手段は、「略同心環状の外レールと内レールで囲まれた遊技領域内に、釘、風車、入賞口、ゲート等の役物、及び内レールの最下端近傍位置にアウト口を配置し、発射装置で打ち出された遊技球が前記外レールと内レール間で形成された遊技球通過領域を通って前記遊技領域の上部に発射され、前記遊技領域内の釘や役物等で流下路を変更されながら入賞口に入ったり前記役物などの周囲を流下して前記アウト口に至り遊技領域外に排出されるパチンコ機において、
前記遊技領域内の上部に発射された遊技球が、遊技領域内の左半又は右半遊技領域の反対側に遊技球が進入しないように、前記発射装置で打ち出される上部遊技領域を除いた遊技領域を、釘、役物等で障碍して左半遊技領域及び右半遊技領域に2分し、該左半又は右半遊技領域を通過するアウト球を左半アウト口又は右半アウト口に導くようにしたことを特徴とするパチンコ機。」である。
よって請求項1の発明においては、左半と右半遊技領域別に遊技球を発射させて、何れか遊技者好みの遊技盤面で遊ぶことが出来、同じパチンコ機であっても2台分遊ぶことが出来、盤選択の幅が大きく広がる。

また請求項2の発明は、「前記左半遊技領域の左半アウト口、右半遊技領域の右半アウト口に各々計数センサを設け、該左半又は右半各遊技領域別のアウト球を計数し、該計数したアウト球を別途設けた表示装置に表示したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のパチンコ機。」である。
よって請求項2の発明においては、左半遊技領域及び右半遊技領域別のアウト球を計数しているので、左右各遊技領域別の出球率、入賞率なども算出でき、これらの数値を基準に釘調節を管理することができ、又パチンコ機台別の管理が行える。従って遊技者が長時間にわたってゲームを楽しめるパチンコ機とすることが出来る。

請求項5の発明においては、大きな表示面積を有す特別図柄表示装置内に遊技球通路を設けて、特別図柄表示装置部分も遊技球の移動範囲とし又右左各遊技領域として活用しており、遊技球の移動、運動範囲が広くなり、遊技者にとって大きな興趣をもってゲームできる。また表示装置内通路を通過した遊技球は下部の始動口に入るように設けてあると、遊技者は特別図柄表示装置の装置内通路入口を狙って遊技球を発射させるので、発射遊技球の発射力、狙う位置は、従来の左半位置から上部の中央位置になり、その分発射遊技球の運動量、しいては移動量が多くなり、しかも右半と左半遊技領域で盤面が異なるため、それだけ遊技者にとって興趣が大きく、楽しく遊べるパチンコ機と出来る。

また請求項8発明は、「前記左半遊技領域と右半遊技領域別のアウト球又は始動球の計数値を基にして、遊技球が所定の割合で始動口等の入賞口に入賞し長時間ゲームが楽しめるよう、前記左半又は右半各遊技領域の釘調節を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7記載のパチンコ機。」である。

また請求項6乃至8の発明のよって、請求項1のアウト球の計数や他の入賞口情報等と併せて、始動口入賞率やその他の詳細な機台別データを自動算出して、パチンコ機台別の遊技データ管理や釘調節のための情報管理、収益管理等、機台別の各種管理を行うことができる。また請求項7の発明によって、遊技者が長く遊技できるようになり、また遊技者にとっても大きな勝ち負けが無く、長い時間に亘って楽しく遊べるように釘調節を行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は本発明の第1実施例を示し、第1種パチンコ機の場合の正面から見たパネルである。図1において、外レール50と内レール51で仕切られた遊技盤60の内部に遊技領域61が形成されている。この遊技領域61は中央部に配置されたセンターケース70及びセンターケース70の中央上部に複数本の上部釘71、センターケース70の中央下部にアタッカー73までの間を複数本の下部釘72で盤面を左右に仕切って、左半遊技領域62と右半遊技領域63とを設けている。尚、左右盤面に仕切る前記複数本の上部釘71及び下部釘72は、実施例ではほぼ中央に左右均等位置に直線上に打設しているが、変化を持たせて蛇行する釘配置でもよく、また一方を広く他方が狭くなる左半62と右半遊技領域63であってもよい。

前記したようにこの左半、右半各遊技領域は、異なる役物、図柄デザイン、役物配置、および各領域の大きさ面積、形のすることができ、遊戯者にとって全く異なる遊技領域年、各領域で興趣をそそる盤面にできる。
