Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a peeled shrimp cleaning apparatus suitable for removing foreign matter such as paper, plastic film, hair, pebbles, etc. which have penetrated semi-processed peeled shrimp.
[0002]
[Related background art]
The peeled shrimp are frozen on a landed ship or in a processing plant in a fishing port to maintain their freshness. At this time, for example, although the peeled prawns are easily washed, foreign substances such as paper, plastic film, hair, and pebbles adhered to the peeled prawns cannot be completely removed. It cannot be denied that it gets into shrimp. For this reason, in a food processing factory or the like that manufactures food using the frozen shrimp, the shrimp is thawed, washed with a washing device, and processed after removing the foreign matter that has entered the shrimp. .
[0003]
Meanwhile, a foreign matter removing device is known as this type of food cleaning device (for example, see Patent Document 1). This foreign matter removing device is a device for washing off insects and foreign matter adhered to vegetables. The washing water is discharged into the washing tank by an injection nozzle provided in the washing tank, and a rotating water flow having a vertical axis at the center of the washing tank as an axis. Generate. The rotating water stream is used to float and remove foreign matter having a low specific gravity attached to the vegetables, and remove the foreign matter having a large specific gravity from a strainer provided at the bottom. In addition, it is configured that foreign matter having an intermediate specific gravity is removed by a collecting net provided substantially at an intermediate portion on the inner wall surface of the cleaning tank.
[0004]
Further, generally, there is known a cleaning apparatus in which a plurality of water tanks are provided, and after the object to be cleaned is washed in the first water tank, the object to be cleaned is pulled up, put into the second water tank, and rinsed. .
These foreign matter removing apparatuses or cleaning apparatuses are intended to remove a foreign substance by putting a predetermined amount of an object to be washed (for example, vegetables or peeled shrimp) into a washing tank and washing it for an appropriate time. Then, after a series of cleaning is completed, a so-called batch process for taking out the object to be cleaned is performed.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-137789 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the foreign matter removing device or the cleaning device as described above, there is a problem that the cleaning means is a batch process and cannot be continuously processed. In other words, there is a waiting time from when the cleaning target is put into the cleaning tank until the cleaning of the cleaning target is completed, which is not suitable for the continuous automatic cleaning process.
[0007]
Further, there is also a problem that a carry-in / carry-out mechanism for taking out the object to be washed out from the washing device after the object to be washed is put into the washing device and cleaning is required, and the maintainability is poor.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a simple structure of peeled prawns that can efficiently remove foreign substances such as paper, plastic film, hair, and pebbles that have spilled into the peeled prawns. A cleaning device is provided.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the apparatus for cleaning a peeled shrimp according to the present invention removes foreign substances attached to the peeled shrimp,
A washing tank into which peeled shrimp is charged, a plurality of washing water discharge holes provided side by side below a first side wall surface of the washing tank and for ejecting washing water into the washing tank; A plurality of air ejection holes which are provided side by side below a second side wall surface facing the first side wall surface and jet air into the cleaning tank, and discharge cleaning water into the cleaning tank from the cleaning water discharge holes. And a washing water swirling means for sending air into the washing tank from the air ejection hole and giving a swirling water flow to the washing water.
[0009]
According to the peeling shrimp cleaning apparatus having such a configuration, the swirling water flow of the washing water is formed in the cleaning tank, and thus the peeled shrimp put into the cleaning tank swirls along the swirling water flow. Then, since the foreign matter adhering to the peeled shrimp is peeled off from the peeled shrimp with the turning of the peeled shrimp, the foreign matter such as paper, plastic film, hair, pebbles and the like which has entered the peeled shrimp can be efficiently removed.
[0010]
Preferably, together with the washing water overflowed from the washing tank, washing water collecting means for collecting foreign matter separated from the peeled shrimp by washing, and a filter for separating the washing water and foreign matter collected by the washing water collecting means, By providing a circulating means for returning the cleaning water from which foreign matter has been removed by the filter to the cleaning tank, it is possible to prevent unnecessary cleaning water from flowing out.
[0011]
Further, the plurality of cleaning water discharge holes are provided with a flow rate adjusting valve capable of adjusting a water amount to be discharged for each of the cleaning water discharge holes or for each of a plurality of cleaning water discharge holes in which a plurality of adjacent cleaning water discharge holes are collected. It is characterized by. For this reason, the swirling water flow in the washing tank can be appropriately adjusted, and it is possible to efficiently remove foreign matters such as paper, plastic film, hair, and pebbles that have fallen into the peeled shrimp.
[0012]
Alternatively, the air ejection hole is formed of an elongated pipe positioned along a lower portion of the second side wall surface in the cleaning tank, and a plurality of holes drilled in a longitudinal direction at a bottom of the pipe. It is characterized by having a part. In other words, the air spouted from the spout holes hits the peeled shrimp and flies off, causing vibrations in the peeled shrimp. Can be prevented.
[0013]
Further, the cleaning tank is adjacent to a first water tank into which the cleaning water flows, through the first water tank and the first partition plate, and the first water tank flows through the upper end opening of the first partition plate. A second aquarium, a third aquarium adjacent to the second aquarium via a second partition plate, and through which an exfoliated shrimp from which foreign matter has been removed flows into and sinks from an opening of the second partition plate; A fourth water tank is provided adjacent to the third water tank via a third partition plate, and into which washing water flows from an upper end opening of the third partition plate.
[0014]
Further, a circulating pump for feeding the washing water in the fourth water chamber to the first water chamber and a collecting device for collecting the peeled shrimp settled in the third water chamber are provided.
For this reason, a circulating water flow can be generated in the cleaning tank without disturbing the swirling water flow generated in the cleaning tank, and it becomes possible to more efficiently remove foreign matter adhering to the peeled prawns, and to perform cleaning in the cleaning tank. Are separated by the partition plate, so that the foreign matter and the peeled shrimp can be efficiently and reliably separated.
[0015]
Further, by removing the peeled shrimp from which the foreign matter has been removed by a pump or the like, it is possible to continuously perform a cleaning process for efficiently removing the foreign matter from the peeled shrimp.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an apparatus for cleaning a peeled shrimp according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a peeling shrimp cleaning apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention. The cleaning tank 1 has a structure divided into four chambers by a plurality of partition plates. That is, the washing tank 1 has a first partition plate 2a for partitioning the first water chamber 1a and the second water chamber 1b, and a second partition plate for partitioning the second water chamber 1b and the third water chamber 1c. A partition plate 2b, and a third partition plate 2c for partitioning the third water chamber 1c and the fourth water chamber 1d are provided in parallel.
[0017]
The first partition plate 2a is configured so that washing water flows into the second water chamber 1b from the opening at the upper end. As will be described in detail later, the first partition plate 2a weakens the water flow sent from the circulating pump 42 into the first water chamber 1a so as not to affect the swirling water flow generated in the second water chamber 1b. It plays a role of flowing washing water from the upper end of the first partition plate 2a to the second water chamber 1b. Then, the cleaning water introduced into the bottom of the first water chamber 1a by the circulation pump 42 is rectified near the water surface of the cleaning tank 1 and the second water flows from the opening opened at the top of the first partition plate 2a. It flows into the chamber 1b.
[0018]
On the other hand, the second partition plate 2b has a window portion 4 provided at a substantially middle water level of the washing tank. The window portion 4 prevents foreign matter separated from the peeled shrimp in the second water chamber 1b from flowing into the third water chamber 1c, and plays a role of passing only the peeled shrimp from which the foreign matter has been removed.
As the third partition plate 2c, a perforated plate having many holes slightly smaller than the peeled shrimp flowing into the third water chamber 1c is used. The third partition plate 2c has a role of preventing the peeled shrimp flowing into the third water chamber 1c from flowing into the fourth water chamber 1d. Then, the cleaning water flowing into the fourth water chamber 1d is sent to the first water chamber 1a via the circulation pump 42 to generate a circulating water flow in the cleaning tank 1.
[0019]
Now, in the apparatus for cleaning a peeled shrimp basically constructed as described above, the present invention is characterized in that the cleaning water discharge is provided side by side below the second water chamber 1b as shown in FIG. The washing water discharged from the holes 10 and the air bubbles ejected from the air ejection holes 15 form a swirling water flow that rotates the washing water in the vertical direction, and the peeled shrimp is rotated in this water flow to adhere to the peeled shrimp. The point is that the foreign matter thus removed is removed and removed.
[0020]
That is, the apparatus for cleaning a peeled shrimp of the present invention provides a rotating shrimp flow generated in the cleaning tank 1 to the peeled shrimp supplied to the cleaning tank 1 from a peeling shrimp input section 50 described later to thereby remove foreign matter adhering to the peeled shrimp. Is separated, and the foreign matter is removed by utilizing the specific gravity difference between the peeled shrimp and the foreign matter.
Specifically, foreign substances having a low specific gravity are discharged through a gutter-shaped cleaning water recovery unit 30 provided at an upper open end of the cleaning tank 1, and foreign substances having a large specific gravity are settled to the bottom of the cleaning tank 1. Configured to be removed.
[0021]
That is, a water pipe having a plurality of cleaning water discharge holes 10 for feeding cleaning water into the second water chamber 1b is provided below the side wall surface 3a of the second water chamber 1b of the cleaning tank 1 partitioned as described above. 11 are arranged side by side. The plurality of water pipes 11 are connected to a collecting water pipe 12 in a group. The flow rate adjusting valve 13 that adjusts the amount of water flowing through the collecting water pipes 12 is configured to be provided in each of the plurality of collecting water pipes 12.
[0022]
On the other hand, near the lower part of another side wall surface 3b facing the side wall surface 3a of the second water chamber 1b, there is provided an air duct 14 for sending air into the second water chamber 1b. The air duct 14 is made of, for example, a member such as a pipe, and is formed by drilling a plurality of holes in the member along the longitudinal direction. Although not shown, an air blower is connected to the air conduit 14 and is configured to send air from the air ejection hole 15 into the second water chamber 1b.
[0023]
Preferably, the air ejection hole 15 is formed by piercing the lower side of the pipeline in the longitudinal direction, so as to eject air toward the bottom surface 5 in the second water chamber 1b. It is desirable to do.
Further, a gutter-shaped washing water recovery unit 30 into which washing water overflowing from the second water chamber 1b flows is provided at the upper end of the side wall surface 3a of the second water chamber 1b. The washing water recovery unit 30 is configured so that foreign matter having a small specific gravity separated from the peeled shrimp flows together with the overflowing washing water by the swirling water flow in the second water chamber 1b.
[0024]
The gutter-shaped washing water recovery section 30 is inclined downward with respect to the longitudinal direction. Then, the wash water overflowing into the wash water recovery unit 30 and flowing in with the foreign matter flows into the overflow water receiver 31. The overflow water receiver 31 is provided with a mesh-shaped screen (filter) 32 for collecting foreign substances flowing together with the washing water. This screen 32 is constituted by an endless belt screen. By rotating the screen 32, the screen 32 is prevented from being clogged by foreign matter.
[0025]
Although not shown, a mesh-shaped fixed screen (filter) is provided below the screen 32. The fixed screen is extended below the screen 32 so that foreign matter does not fall into the overflow water receiver 31.
Preferably, a fixed scraper and a shower (not shown) are provided in the vicinity of the screen 32 in order to prevent the screen 32 from being clogged by foreign matters caught by the screen 32. Then, washing water is spouted from the shower onto the screen 32 to blow off and collect foreign matter trapped on the screen 32.
[0026]
The washing water from which the foreign matter has been removed by the screen 32 and the fixed screen in this manner is washed by the washing water recovery pump 33 through the washing water discharge hole 10 provided below the side wall surface 3 of the second water chamber 1b. Is sent to the second water chamber 1b.
A check valve or an electric valve 34 is provided between the washing water recovery pump 33 and the washing water discharge hole 10. The check valve or the motor-operated valve 34 is opened during the operation of the washing water recovery pump 33 and is closed when the washing water recovery pump 33 is stopped. That is, since the washing water recovery pump 33 stops when the peeling prawn washing apparatus of the present invention is stopped, the check water or the electric valve 34 is closed and the washing water in the washing tank 1 having a higher water level than the overflow water receiver 31 is discharged. To prevent the water from flowing back into the overflow water receiver 31.
[0027]
Further, a strainer 6 is provided below the side wall surface 3a of the second water chamber 1b for collecting foreign matter having a high specific gravity separated from the peeled shrimp by the above-mentioned rotating water flow.
A drain hole 40 is provided at the bottom of the third water chamber 1c, and a peeled prawn discharge pipe 41 and a pump or a drawing pump 44 are connected. This is to suck out the peeled shrimp washed in the second water chamber 1b and settled at the bottom of the third water chamber 1c together with the washing water. The extracted prawns are sent to a manufacturing process such as a processed food factory using the prawns (not shown).
[0028]
In addition, at the upper part of the second water chamber 1b of the cleaning tank 1 configured as described above, there is provided a strip shrimp inlet 53 into which a strip shrimp to be cleaned is fed. An inclined path 51 is provided which is inclined from the input port 53 toward the opening of the washing tank 1, so that the peeled prawn slides down the inclined path 51 and is put into the washing tank 1. The inclined road 51 is provided with a rotating net 52 that rotates in a direction opposite to the moving direction of the peeled shrimp sliding down the inclined road 51 to constitute a peeled shrimp feeding section 50.
[0029]
The rotating net 52 is rotated by a power source such as a motor (not shown), and plays a role of removing foreign substances adhering to the surface of the peeled shrimp.
More specifically, as shown in the cross-sectional view of the cleaning tank in FIG. 2, the cleaning water is laterally discharged from a plurality of cleaning water discharge holes 10 provided in the second water chamber 1b of the cleaning tank 1. This washing water becomes a water flow that reaches the side wall surface 3b of the second water chamber 1b and moves toward the water surface. When this water flow reaches the water surface, it becomes a water flow in a direction returning to the side wall surface 3a of the second water chamber 1b. Therefore, a vertical swirling water flow having the longitudinal direction as an axis is generated in the second water chamber 1b. By this swirling water flow, the peeled shrimp is sent to the third water chamber 1c through the window portion 4 of the second partition plate 2c while turning the second water chamber 1b a plurality of times. The window portion 4 prevents foreign substances having a small specific gravity and foreign substances having a large specific gravity from flowing into the third water chamber 1c, and also has a role of allowing only the peeled shrimp having a specific gravity slightly larger than water to flow into the third water chamber 1c. Carry.
[0030]
Preferably, it is desirable to provide a curve R at the joint end between the bottom surface portion 5 of the second water chamber 1b and the side wall surface 3b to generate a smooth swirling water flow. More preferably, if the bottom surface portion 5 of the second water chamber 1b is provided with an upward gradient from the side wall surface 3a toward the side wall surface 3b, a smoother swirling water flow can be obtained.
Further, the air spouted from the air spouting hole 15 formed of a long pipe provided near the bottom of the side wall surface 3b of the second water chamber 1b does not hinder the turning of the peeled shrimp by the swirling water flow described above. It is sent to the second water chamber 1b. The air spouted from the air ejection holes 15 hits the peeled shrimp and bursts, so that the peeled shrimp vibrates, and it is possible to efficiently separate the foreign matter that has entered the peeled shrimp, and the foreign matter is reattached to the peeled shrimp. It has the effect of preventing
[0031]
Therefore, the peeled shrimp are swirled a plurality of times in the second water chamber 1b by the washing water discharged in the horizontal direction from the washing water discharge hole 10 and the air aeration blown out from the air blowout hole 15 while FIG. Is sent to the third water chamber 1c as shown in FIG.
At this time, foreign matter having a smaller specific gravity than the peeled shrimp is discharged from the cleaning water recovery unit 30 to the outside of the second water chamber 1b together with the cleaning water (overflow water). The cleaning water that has flowed into the cleaning water recovery unit 30 together with the foreign matter flows into the overflow water receiver 31. Then, the foreign matter and the cleaning water are separated by the screen 32 and a fixed screen (not shown) provided in the overflow water receiver 31.
[0032]
The cleaning water from which foreign matter has been removed by the screen 32 and the fixed screen is discharged from the cleaning water discharge hole 10 provided at the lower portion of the side wall surface 3 of the second water chamber 1b by the cleaning water recovery pump 33. Wash water is sent into the chamber 1b and is reused as wash water. For this reason, a large amount of washing water can be repeatedly used, so that washing water can be saved.
[0033]
On the other hand, foreign matter having a higher specific gravity than the peeled shrimp is accumulated in the strainer 6 provided at the lower part of the second water chamber 1b.
The foreign matter having a higher specific gravity than the peeled shrimp is easily separated from the peeled shrimp at the beginning of turning due to the swirling water flow generated in the second water chamber 1b. In order to effectively prevent foreign matter separated from the peeled shrimp at the beginning of the turn from reaching the third water chamber 1c by the swirling water flow in the second water chamber 1b, the bottom part of the second water chamber 1b is provided. It is preferable that a shielding plate 9 for preventing foreign matter movement is provided on 5.
[0034]
In addition, since the rotating net 52 is provided on the slope 51 connected to the input port 53 of the peeled shrimp provided in the upper part of the second water chamber 1b of the peeling shrimp washing apparatus, the peeled shrimp and the surroundings are provided. Since the water is separated by the rotating net 52 and the foreign matter is separated together with the water, the foreign matter attached to the peeled shrimp can be removed more effectively.
If the peeled shrimp settled at the bottom of the third water chamber 1c form a lump, it becomes difficult to collect the peeled shrimp from the shrimp discharge pipe 41. Therefore, as shown in FIG. In the vicinity of the drain hole 40 at the bottom of the water chamber 1c.
[0035]
Thus, according to the peeling shrimp cleaning apparatus having the above-described configuration, a vertical swirling water flow having the longitudinal direction of the cleaning tank 1 as a rotation axis is generated, and the swirling water flow continuously removes foreign substances adhering to the peeling shrimp. It is possible to do.
Further, since the cleaning of the peeled shrimp is performed by the swirling water flow generated by the cleaning water and the air, the structure in the cleaning tank is simple, and labor for maintenance such as cleaning can be saved.
[0036]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be variously modified and implemented without departing from the gist thereof. For example, the present invention can be applied not only to the removal of peeled shrimp, but also to an apparatus for removing foreign substances adhering to an object to be washed, which is slightly larger in specific gravity than the washing water.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the apparatus for cleaning a peeled shrimp of the present invention, a vertical swirling water flow is generated in the cleaning tank by the cleaning water discharged from the cleaning water discharge hole and the air discharged from the air discharge hole. As a result, the swirling water flow makes it possible to continuously remove foreign matter attached to the peeled shrimp.
[0038]
In addition, the structure inside the cleaning tank is simple because the swirling water flow generated by the cleaning water discharged from the purified water discharge port and the air discharged from the air discharge port is simple. A great effect in practical use such as being able to be achieved can be obtained.
