Description
【0001】

Vu1=(2/√3)Vc・sinθ+V0 (1)
Vu2=(2/√3)Vc・sinθ−V0 (2)
V3=(1/3√3)Vc・sin3θ (3)
Vu1*=(2√3)Vc(sinθ+sin3θ/6)+V0 (5)
Vu2*=(2√3)Vc(sinθ+sin3θ/6)−V0 (6)
【0032】

Iu1=Iu/2−Io/3 (10)
Iu2=Iu/2+Io/3 (11)
【0041】
Vu1=(2/√3)Vc・sinθ+V0 (1)
Vu2=(2/√3)Vc・sinθ−V0 (2)
V3=1−MAX(Vu1,Vv1,Vw1)
Vu1=(2/√3)Vc・sinθ+V0 (1)
Vu2=(2/√3)Vc・sinθ−V0 (2)
V3=−1−MIN(Vu1,Vv1,Vw1)
【0052】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power output device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a power supply including a capacitor connected to a positive bus and a negative bus of an inverter circuit for applying a three-phase AC to a motor, and a DC power supply connected to a positive bus or a negative bus of the inverter circuit and a neutral point of the motor. An output device has been proposed (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-337047 (Patent Document 1) and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-178114 (Patent Document 2)). In this device, a circuit composed of coils of each phase of the motor and a switching element of an inverter circuit boosts the voltage of a DC power supply and stores the boosted voltage in a capacitor, and drives the motor by regarding the stored capacitor as a DC power supply. Adjustment of the storage voltage of the capacitor is performed by controlling the DC component of the three-phase AC applied to the motor, that is, by controlling the potential at the neutral point of the motor.
[0003]
By the way, as a power output device for improving the use efficiency of the voltage of the DC power supply to improve the output of the electric motor, a third harmonic is superimposed on a three-phase voltage command (modulated wave) in PWM (pulse width modulation) control. There has been proposed a device that applies a three-phase alternating current to a motor based on a comparison between a motor and a triangular wave as a carrier wave (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-210756 (Patent Document 3)). When the third harmonic is superimposed on the modulation wave, the amplitude of the modulation wave can be reduced without lowering the output of the motor. Therefore, the amplitude of the modulation wave can be increased by the reduced amount, and as a result, the motor Can increase the maximum output.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when driving the motor using the stored voltage of the capacitor, if the third harmonic is superimposed, the DC component of the three-phase alternating current (potential at the neutral point of the motor) generated by PWM modulation oscillates. Therefore, the storage voltage of the capacitor cannot be maintained at the target voltage, causing oscillation. As a result, a torque ripple occurs in the electric motor driven by using the stored voltage of the capacitor.
[0006]
Further, the motor can be driven by switching control of a switching element of an inverter circuit using a detection result obtained by a current sensor attached to each phase of the three-phase coil. However, at this time, a current sensor must be attached to at least two of the phases of the three-phase coil. When a plurality of such three-phase coils are provided, a large number of current sensors are required and the cost of the device increases. For this reason, it is preferable to reduce the number of current sensors provided in the power output device as much as possible to reduce the cost.
[0007]
An object of the power output device of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems, and to achieve a higher power output by more efficiently using the first power supply while securing the required power output. One. In addition, the power output device of the present invention enables more efficient use of the first power supply to output higher power without affecting the voltage of the first power supply as chargeable / dischargeable power storage means. It is one of the purposes.
[0008]
Another object of the power output device of the present invention is to reduce the number of current detection means used for switching control of an inverter circuit and to realize a reduction in cost of the device.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Their Functions and Effects]
The power output device of the present invention employs the following means in order to achieve at least a part of the above objects.
[0010]
The first power output device of the present invention is:
Two star-connected coils having the same phase with each other;
Two inverter circuits configured to share a positive electrode bus and a negative electrode bus, and capable of supplying polyphase AC power to the corresponding two star-shaped connection coils by switching of switching elements,
A first power supply connected to the positive electrode bus and the negative electrode bus,
A second power supply connected between the neutral points of the two star-connected coils;
The switching of the switching elements of the two inverter circuits using the carrier wave and the modulated wave, when applying the same-phase current to the corresponding two star-connected coils and outputting the same power, respectively, outputs the power. Control means for uniformly reducing the amplitude maximum value of each modulated wave corresponding to the two inverter circuits while controlling the switching elements of the two inverter circuits while ensuring
The gist is to provide
[0011]
In the first power output device of the present invention, the same power is applied to two corresponding star-connected coils by switching the switching elements of the two inverter circuits using the carrier wave and the modulated wave to apply the same-phase current. When the control signal is output, the control means controls the switching elements of the inverter circuits by uniformly reducing the maximum amplitude value of each modulated wave corresponding to the two inverter circuits after securing the output of the power. Accordingly, the voltage of the first power supply is efficiently reduced by reducing the maximum amplitude of the modulated wave without affecting the potential difference between the neutral points of the two star-connected coils, that is, without affecting the voltage of the first power supply. Utilization can further improve the upper limit of the power output from the device.
[0012]
In the first power output device of the present invention, the first power supply may be a chargeable and dischargeable power storage means.
[0013]
In the first power output device of the present invention, the control means may be means for uniformly reducing the maximum amplitude value by superimposing a third harmonic on each of the modulated waves. it can.
[0014]
Further, in the first power output device of the present invention, the control means may determine the second power supply from the maximum value in each phase modulated wave to a star-connected coil having a positive side connected to a neutral point. A correction wave obtained by subtracting the voltage of the first power supply and centered on the positive voltage of the second power supply is superimposed on each of the modulation waves, and the maximum voltage of the modulation wave is applied to the voltage of the first power supply. Means for uniformly decreasing the maximum amplitude value so that they coincide with each other may be employed.
[0015]
Thus, the maximum voltage of the modulated wave can be made equal to the voltage of the first power supply, and the voltage utilization rate of the second power supply can be maximized.
[0016]
Further, in the first power output device of the present invention, the control means determines the second power supply from the minimum value in each phase modulated wave to a star-connected coil having a negative side connected to a neutral point. A correction wave centered on the negative voltage of the second power supply obtained by subtracting the voltage of the first power supply is superimposed on each of the modulated waves, and the minimum voltage of the modulated wave is reduced to the negative side of the first power supply. Means for uniformly reducing the amplitude maximum value so as to match the voltage may be employed.
[0017]
Thus, the minimum voltage of the modulated wave can be made equal to the negative voltage of the first power supply, and the voltage utilization rate of the second power supply can be maximized.
[0018]
Further, in the first power output device of the present invention, the two star-shaped connection coils may be provided corresponding to one rotor to constitute one electric motor.
[0019]
A second power output device according to the present invention includes:
Two star-connected coils having the same phase with each other, two inverter circuits capable of supplying polyphase AC power to each of the two star-connected coils by sharing a positive bus and a negative bus, A first power supply connected to the bus and the negative bus, a second power supply connected between the neutral points of the two star-connected coils, and a current in phase with the corresponding two star-connected coils And control means for controlling switching of the switching elements of the two inverter circuits so that the same power is output by applying the same.
An addition current that is attached to and shared by two coils of the same phase among each phase of one star connection coil and each phase of the other star connection coil, and detects an addition current of each current flowing through the two coils. Detecting means;
Phase current calculation means for controlling the control means, and calculating a phase current flowing through each phase of the two star connection coils from the addition current detected by the addition current detection means;
The gist is to provide
[0020]
In the second power output device according to the present invention, each of the phases of one star connection coil and the other star connection coil capable of receiving the supply of the same phase current and outputting the same power, respectively, is provided. Addition current detection means commonly mounted on the two coils of the same phase detects the addition current of each current flowing through the two coils, and the phase current calculation means determines the addition current from the addition current detected by the addition current detection means. The phase current flowing through each phase of the two star-connected coils is calculated. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a current sensor for each phase of the two star-connected coils in order to detect a phase current used for switching control of the switching element of the inverter circuit. Therefore, the number of current sensors can be reduced. it can. As a result, cost reduction of the device can be realized.
[0021]
In the second power output apparatus according to the present invention, the power output device further includes a neutral point current detecting means for detecting a current flowing between the neutral points, and the phase current calculating means includes an adder detected by the adding current detecting means. The phase current may be calculated based on a current and a neutral point current detected by the neutral point current detecting means. In the second power output apparatus according to the aspect of the present invention, the phase current calculation means may calculate a value obtained by multiplying the addition current detected by the addition current detection means by 1 /, and a current between the neutral points. The means for calculating each phase current based on a value obtained by dividing the detected neutral point current by the number of phases of the star connection coil may be used.
[0022]
Further, in the second power output device of the present invention, the two star-connected coils may be provided corresponding to one rotor to constitute one electric motor.
