Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0021】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hair treatment agent. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hair treatment agent that can be suitably used as a permanent wave agent second agent, a hair straightening agent second agent, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, hair treatment agents such as hair treatments, hair rinses, hair conditioners, permanent waving agents, and hair straighteners contain a preservative for the preservative stability of the preparation. Among them, paraoxybenzoates (Parapen) is widely used (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
[0003]
However, preservatives such as paraoxybenzoic acids may give a stimulant to the human body, and in recent years there has been a suspicion of an environmental hormonal action. Therefore, a product containing no preservative is desired.
[0004]
On the other hand, a polyhydric alcohol is added to the hair treatment agent in order to impart good feel and gloss to the hair (for example, see Patent Documents 3 and 4). It is known that this polyhydric alcohol has an antibacterial action (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1), and it has been reported that the antibacterial activity is improved by using the polyhydric alcohol. (For example, see Patent Document 5).
[0005]
Accordingly, a second aqueous permanent waving agent has been developed as a hair treatment agent containing an oxidizing agent and blended with a polyhydric alcohol (for example, see Patent Document 6).
[0006]
However, this aqueous permanent wave agent second agent not only does not provide sufficient preservative stability of the preparation, but also contains an oxidizing agent which is decomposed with time depending on the polyhydric alcohol to be incorporated. There is a disadvantage that storage stability is poor.

[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the prior art, and provides a hair treatment agent that is excellent in storage stability and antiseptic stability without the oxidizing agent contained being decomposed with time. Make it an issue.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, in the present invention, at least one hydroxyl group-containing compound selected from the group consisting of polyhydric alcohols having 4 to 7 carbon atoms having no hydroxyl group at the molecular terminal, dipropylene glycol and 1,3-propanediol is compounded. A hair treating agent containing an oxidizing agent.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The hair treatment agent of the present invention comprises at least one hydroxyl-containing compound selected from the group consisting of polyhydric alcohols having 4 to 7 carbon atoms having no hydroxyl group at the molecular terminal, dipropylene glycol and 1,3-propanediol ( Hereafter, there is a great feature in that a specific hydroxyl group-containing compound is compounded.
[0011]
Conventionally, for hair treatment agents, for example, it has been proposed to use polyhydric alcohols such as ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, but when these polyhydric alcohols are used, the preservative stability is not sufficient, Since the oxidizing agent contained is decomposed with time, the storage stability may be poor.
[0012]
On the other hand, the hair treatment agent of the present invention contains a specific hydroxyl group-containing compound, so that not only is it excellent in preservative stability but also suppresses the contained oxidizing agent from decomposing over time. It also has excellent storage stability.
[0013]
Representative examples of the polyhydric alcohol having 4 to 7 carbon atoms having no hydroxyl group at the molecular terminal used in the present invention include 2,3-butanediol, 2,3-pentanediol, 2,4-pentanediol, Examples thereof include 5-hexanediol and 3,4-hexanediol, and these can be used alone or in combination of two or more. Preferred among these are 2,3-butanediol, 2,4-pentanediol and 2,5-hexanediol, which can be used alone or in combination.
[0014]
The content of the specific hydroxyl group-containing compound in the hair treatment agent is preferably 0.05% by weight or more, more preferably 0.5% by weight or more, from the viewpoint of developing sufficient preservative stability and storage stability. Further, since the antiseptic effect corresponding to the blending amount cannot be expected, the content is preferably 15% by weight or less, more preferably 10% by weight or less. From these viewpoints, it is preferably 0.05 to 15% by weight, more preferably 0.5 to 10% by weight.
[0015]
In the hair treatment agent of the present invention, an oxidizing agent is used to bind the cystine-binding portion of the keratin of the hair and impart a wave shape or a straight shape to the hair.
[0016]
Examples of the oxidizing agent include bromates such as sodium bromate and potassium bromate, perborate salts such as sodium perborate and potassium perborate, and hydrogen peroxide water. Or a mixture of two or more. Among these oxidizing agents, bromate is preferred from the viewpoint of improving the elasticity of the hair.
[0017]
The content of the oxidizing agent in the hair treatment agent is preferably 1% by weight or more, more preferably 3% by weight or more, from the viewpoint of sufficiently exhibiting the wave effect and the effect of correcting curly hair. From the viewpoint of avoiding precipitation of crystals, the content is preferably 15% by weight or less, more preferably 10% by weight or less. From these viewpoints, the content of the oxidizing agent in the hair treatment agent is preferably 1 to 15% by weight, more preferably 3 to 10% by weight.
[0018]
In the hair treatment agent of the present invention, if necessary, for example, additives such as a pH adjuster, a chelating agent, an oil, a silicone, a surfactant, water, a fragrance, and a coloring agent do not impair the purpose of the present invention. It can be added within the range.
[0019]
The hair treatment agent of the present invention adjusts the amount of each component using water such as purified water, for example, so that the amount of each component of the specific hydroxyl group-containing compound, the oxidizing agent and the additive becomes a desired amount. It can be obtained by mixing the components.
[0020]
Representative embodiments of the hair treatment agent of the present invention include, for example, oxidative hair dyes, permanent waving agents, hair straightening agents, hair bleaching agents, etc. Among these, permanent waving agents, curly hair It can be suitably used as a straightening agent, in particular, a permanent waving agent second agent or a hair straightening agent second agent.
[0021]
