Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a child seat provided with a belt fixing device for preventing a belt from loosening.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As means for fixing the child seat to the vehicle seat using the vehicle seat belt, the vehicle seat belt is sandwiched between a pair of cam-shaped members having irregularities on the surface, and the seat belt passes in the fastening direction. There is known a belt fixing device that fixes the seat belt and the base to each other by restricting the operation of the cam-shaped member so as to prevent the seat belt from passing in the opposite direction (the slack direction). .
[0003]
The above-mentioned belt fixing device can restrain the seat belt in only one direction. On the other hand, in a vehicle equipped with a general three-point seat belt, the direction in which the shoulder belt is fastened (the direction in which the seat is retracted) is opposite between when the child seat is installed in the right seat and when the child seat is installed in the left seat. become. Therefore, conventionally, two belt fixing devices are attached to one seat belt such that their restraining directions are opposite to each other (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP, 2002-120617, A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a plurality of belt fixing devices are provided on a single child seat, the number of components and the number of assembling steps are increased, which causes a cost increase. The space required to provide the belt fixing device also increases, and the design constraints increase. If the child seat is attached to only one of the left and right rows, one belt fixing device is wasted.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention provides a child seat capable of fixing a seat belt even when installed in either left or right seat by using only one belt fixing device that can restrain the seat belt in only one direction. Aim.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Hereinafter, the child seat of the present invention will be described. In addition, in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, reference numerals in the accompanying drawings are added in parentheses, but the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.
[0008]
The child seat (1, 60) of the present invention is provided with a seat support (2, 61) to be restrained on a vehicle seat (100) by a vehicle seat belt (111, 112), and attached to the seat support. And a belt fixing device (40) for allowing movement of the seatbelt inserted therein in one direction and preventing movement of the seatbelt in a direction opposite to the one direction, The above-mentioned problem is solved by the belt fixing device being rotatably attached to the seat support so that the one direction can be reversed with respect to the left-right direction of the vehicle.
[0009]
According to the child seat of the present invention, by rotating the belt fixing device, the correspondence between the left-right direction of the vehicle and the direction in which the belt of the belt fixing device restrains the belt can be switched. Therefore, regardless of whether the child seat is installed in the left or right seat, the child belt can be restrained to the vehicle seat by fixing the seat belt and the seat support using the same belt fixing device.
[0010]
The child seat according to the present invention includes a base (2) provided as the seat support portion, and a shell (4) provided so as to cover the base and attached to the base in a state where the base can be reclined. A bridge disposed on the base so as to straddle the shell in the left-right direction from the surface side while allowing the shell to recline, and both ends (51) are fixed to the base through the shell. (50) may be provided and the belt fixing device may be mounted on the bridge. According to such an attachment structure, even if the base is covered by the shell, the belt fixing device can be operated from the front surface side of the shell, so that the fastening operation and the loosening operation of the seat belt can be easily performed.
[0011]
A concave portion (4d) may be provided on the surface side of the shell, and the bridge and the belt fixing device may be accommodated in the concave portion. In this way, the concave portion can be opened and closed with an appropriate cover or lid, so that the belt fixing device is exposed to the surface of the shell only when necessary, and when unnecessary, the concave portion is closed to close the surface of the shell. Continuity can be ensured.
[0012]
The child seat (60) of the present invention includes a base (61) provided as the seat support portion, and a seat body (62) provided separably with respect to the base, and the belt fixing device (40). May be attached to a portion (65) of the base that is covered by the sheet body. For example, in an infant child seat called a baby seat, the seat body can be separated from the base in order to also use the seat body as a carry. With respect to the child seat having such a structure, if the seat body is separated, the belt fixing device is exposed, so that the seat belt can be tightened or loosened. Therefore, there is no need to separately adopt a structure for exposing the belt fixing device to the front side of the seat body, and the structure can be simplified.
[0013]
In the child seat of the present invention, it is preferable that the belt fixing device is disposed at the center in the left-right direction. If the belt fixing device is arranged at the center in the left-right direction, the seat belt can be equally fixed by the belt fixing device regardless of whether the seat belt is attached from the left or right side.
